I'd rather stay in my car.
That was one of the dirtiest places I've ever had a chance to visit... There was mold growing on the wall by the window, my toilet was clogged the whole week and had to pee outside during the night and used the rec area during the day. No breakfast only a sac lunch. And customer service was horrible....

I liked that it was close to my destination. I didnt like that i couldnt get hot water, i smelled cigarette smoke..yet i was in a non smoking room and the bathroom was very grimy. Very dated. Also lock on door took some work to get it to lock.. didnt feel safe

Convenient location with gas stations around and close to airport. Friendly service and lots of parking. Exactly what you expect from Days Inn, cost effective and comfortable for a quick stop.

The staff were all quite polite and very helpful from the front desk associate to the shuttle driver.:-)
Sadly, this property has experienced some rough treatment--assuming from earlier guests. When a property is run-down from obvious vandalism, one can get the impression that it isn't a safe place. I like the cameras situated in the parking lot, and that provided some comfort for myself and concerns for my auto.

Easy check-in, friendly front desk, clean, quiet and safe. The location has a couple gas stations and fast food options in walking distance. For the price it was reasonable. The only problem I had and I feel like it's a personal preference is the bed was too firm for me. It's not uncomfortable, I prefer a softer bed.

251 has a bunch of damage everywhere . Blood on floor. mold everywhere. hot water only works in tub. found a shotgun round in dresser. tv remote missing back.

The inn is not well cared for. My 1st room had cockroaches and it was dirty. 2nd room was a little better, but the sink faucet was not screwed on. And the floors definitely need cleaning. A lot of TLC needed. No breakfast is offered, it seems you just have to ask and if they have it, you get it. Breakfast is nothing cooked, just packaged snacks. Staff was not very friendly, but they are not rude.

The hotel is quite run down ,They are fixing rooms slowly it seems .The hotel did seem safe and is only a 9min drive to the 1 line tram park and ride to take you into Seattle.

I rented this room MONTHS on advance for a father son trip to Seattle for the Steelers/ Seahawks game. This was supposed to br and AMAZING trip. But instead tthe had a room with a door that was hard t o close. The bathetoom DIDN'T close, there was no hot water but water IN A DRAWER! They said there was continental breakfast but at 8:15am there was nothing to eat.

I understand that they take security seriously but you don't need to escort your clients to your room late at night to verify that they stay there....I told security officer I don't feel comfortable showing you my room I have all my information to show you I stay here...then I got told that I no longer stay there and had the cops tell me I'm not allowed on property while my stuff was in my room...still got my stuff back.... slept outside after my stay.. security guy is incredibly unprofessional very aggressive tbh if your security you shouldn't be smoking while taking a security matter while paceing like your in a incredibly bad mood DO NOT STAY HERE STAFF DO NOT GIVE A CRAP ABOUT YOU PERIOD..no crimes were committed in the process period

It is advertised with "breakfast included", but the reality is that they give a bag with snacks - small juice box and 2 granola bars. And on some days they don't even have it.
In addition, TV sets had just analog signal in two rooms; the third room had a smart TV, but unfortunately somebody was smoking in that room.
Then, the free wi-fi wasn't working one the first day. After it was fixed, the signal was weak and often disconnected.
The Days Inn's commitment to excellence, as per their welcome letter, includes open lobby with fresh coffee and tea 24 hour, but the fact is no coffee is available after 6pm and lobby is locked after 9pm, or 10pm. The Welcome letter was printed for 2017-2018, so it could be the service was better at that time, before Dillhon and Sons became owner and operator of the facility.
Finally, receptionists don't have much to work with, to be fair, but when asked for service that is included they shouldn't respond "I don't have it and I don't know when the shipment will arrive".

1st room we book, we get in it and it immediately reaks of cigarette smokes. We did specify a non-smoking room and it appears we had maybe been given the wrong room.
The room is quite filthy, with chunks of dirt, hair, and dust on everything. We also realize the door lock is practically coming off the door, really loose and jiggly.
We go to the front desk, the only thing we mention is that the room reaks of cigarettes, not even mentioning the other issues. We're offered a room change and thought that would be sufficient enough.
She said the reason for the cigarette smell was they made a new rule as of November that there will be no more smoking in the rooms.
A room that has been previously smoked in needs to be scrubbed, had an OZONE machine ran through it, the walls painted, and every piece of fabric removed and nearly thrown out.
Very obviously their only "attempt" at making the room smoke-free was to haphazardly paint 2 walls of the room.
2nd room, still smells like smoke but less, this room probably had 3 walls and the ceiling painted. It is still dirty but acceptable enough.
The floor has water damage and theres a puddle on the floor of the bathroom, but it's decent enough.
We leave our stuff, we come back and the door no longer works.
3rd room we are moved to (after they assist us in retrieving our stuff from the room with the door that stopped working) the room has clearly been recently used. The TV is on and the bed has been laid in.
We were then told, to go back

They charged me longer than the actual time, I checked out at 430pm and they charged me for the entire night, that is theft and apart from the fact that they do not clean frequently and they do not give you breakfast when it is supposed to be included, it had a bad smell like old the room.

Broken leaky air-conditioner with electronic cord sitting in water. Could not close bathroom door because it was coming off the hinges. Tv was snowing and unwatchable. No outlet by the coffee maker. Had to plug it in next tobthe sink!. Finally the hot and cold water handles are hooked up backwards. Everything was bad. With the exception of the front desk employees they were nice and friendly.

We had to get more tissues and a 2nd bath towel.
The breakfast was Covid era in a brown bag which we really couldn't eat. So we traveled to ihop 3 miles away.
We tried to eat lamb at a restaurant but 2 places that advertise lamb were not available

The last shuttle of the day was confusing to find so e had to taxi. Check in was through a small hole in a plexiglass winfow, did not instill safety of the area. Morning staff were helpful calling a taxi for us. Bagged breakfast was very good.

5. Room was located right opposite to the trash , especially so much of dump trash.
6. Not enough lights in the parking lot. Totally creepy.

When i arrived at my room the door was open. I couldn't lock the door properly and i went and asked for assistance. He did try to fix it but i did block the door and didnt sleep. In the morning we went to the lobby for breakfast i was handed a brown paper lunch bag with granola bar bottle of juice and a kids peach cup. The website pictures have to be from 15 years ago. Floors had dips in them and the vinyl flooring had gouges in them. I asked the attendant about the reality of the photos and she said wd do need to upgrade

Our 3 day stay was satisfactory as we spent little time there. The room was not cleaned for any of the days we stayed which many people would find concerning. The door and door frame was in poor shape. Wind blowing through the door weather striping. Bathtub was in poor shape. Flooring was in disrepair. Bathroom door at bottom looked like it was being chewed away. Bagged breakfast was chock full of sugary things. Not what I would call a nutritious choice. Room coffee was not replenished.

Worst Days inn and place that I have stayed.
Door did not lock. The maid barged in at 9 am without knocking. The window had some criss cross sticks in the window to keep it closed. Smelled really bad. Blood in the bathroom area that was not cleaned. Cigarette burns everywhere and I don't think the floor in the room has ever been mopped. Very very noisy from the free way I have stayed at a lot of hotels and motels and this is the worst that I have stayed in.

Rooms are not safe as beds are too high and definitely not safe for kids and babies.Tv wasnt working. Rooms were noisy as highway is close Cockroaches were there in the room also in microwave. Dont fall for free breakfast they give u a package with cold food ( banana,a raisin bar,muffin and juice bottle) . Disgusting, dirty room, smears of substances, dirt, mess all over the walls. Doors broken through with pieces of cardboard taped over the holes. No internet connection, broken TV in the room. Security items on door unusable. Top cover on bed not clean. Front desk staff unhelpful with a "Well, I don't know what to tell you" attitude. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

Honestly for this type of hotel..... what did I expect? At the end of the day we felt safe enough to sleep there, so I guess that's all that matters.
But if I'm being brutally honest... this place felt gross. The bed didn't seem like a queen size and I checked it for bedbugs because the whole room felt.... like a bedbugs dream. The paint on the walls was damaged and gross. The door was gross. The noise from the freeway was so loud, and I'm not even sure how. Are the walls built with newspaper or something? There were knife carvings in the wood furniture. The TV didn't work.... but the worst part? The breakfast. I wanted warm hotel breakfast and it ended up being breakfast in a bag. and it wasn't really breakfast.... more like snacks.
Anyways, I probably wouldn't repeat my stay.

Run down but clean.
Although we were promised transportation by the driver upon our return, he did not show up. Front desk staff said they can't do anything about it as he works for another hotel too sometimes. This is very poor service.
We had to Uber - took us about $40
Days Inn did not even offer a voucher.
Because of this we will not return.

Hotel staff was not attentive initially. The room had crumbs on the floor, stank like a smoker had been living there for months, had very used, scuffed up furniture, had a very dirty-looking, scuffed up door, and had baseboard which detaching and hanging off away from the wall.

The room we were given had a broken door that appeared to have been broken into. People were standing around watching us unload our stuff like we were about to be robbed. We had to park next to a bunch of junk appliances left around the outside of the property. Staff was not helpful and would not refund us. We felt extremely unsafe here.

We arrived late, at 10pm, after a 12hr drive and the night desk clerk had an attitude that could use improvement as well as basic customer service training. He mumbled while talking to us after asking him to speak up multiple times because we couldnt hear him through the glass window, where we needed to checkin because they closed the main lobby door. We had to go back to the front desk to ask about the wifi because there were 3 different ones to choose from that the password provided didnt work for any of them and the desk clerk was very dismissive of our problem and no help at all so we just gave up and went to bed. The sheets and some pillow cases had some stains on them but still sleepable. The room was clean but showing its ware. We didnt stay for breakfast so can not comment.

my room was 208 and no wifi service. it shows the wifi but does not connect. staff at night told me there was nothing to help him. stayed there 1 night and I do not thing I will ever go there again or recommend any of my friends.

They never answer to the phone!
The only reason why I selected this hotel was shuttle service from airport. There were lots of shuttle bus coming however, when you are trying to call to this hotel, you will never get contacted even though all other shuttle buses comes and goes. I had to contact to another Days inn hotel and they said that it is different hotel however for them, after one second, they got the phone. In this hotel, even though you are trying to contact them for more than 30 minutes or even 1 hour, you will not get reached. When we finally got connected, they said that the shuttle bus will be on exact time so we had to waste our time there waiting for the shuttle bus however, when the time came and when we went there again, there was no shuttle bus and we tried to contact them again and no answers again. There was a lady from India at reception at 14:30 when we arrived to hotel and she complained that she has lots of things to do so she is very busy to get the phone call. The next day, when I had breakfast, it was observed that she does not answer phone even though phone was ringing.
When I pointed out about this to the driver, driver said that he did not even have a idea that we were waiting in airport because the reception lady did not even transfer the information at all to driver.
And if you go there before 15:00, there is extra charge to be checked-in as early check-in.
Location is very far away from airport so if you do not have a car, it is not really worthy to stay here.

Key card was not working most of the time. Was put in a room that had Maintenance going on in the bathroom. Bathroom and fridge had mold in it things in room were sticky. My son soild a bed it was visible but housekeeping just remade the bed and did not change linens on a 3 night stay n only made one of the 2 beds. No parking most of the time sall roches on last night stay not a good experience at all wouldn't stay again not worth it

Chair was so old it looked like it came from my grandmothers house. It was so dirty I could not tell what color it was.

This is a budget hotel. It is close to I-5 so there is traffic noise. The room was clean and everything worked. Bathroom door wouldn't close. Most of the staff members don't speak English well. Bagged breakfasts. Some of the clerks lock the lobby after 8 pm and work out of a sliding window while guests stand outside even in the rain. ONE clerk was outstanding, Damien. He was helpful, knowledgeable, and kept the lobby open for guests at night. That one helpful desk clerk made our stay much better.

I checked in went to room and went to walk in to bathroom and as I almost got into the bathroom there was a bunch of cockroaches by and under the mini fridge
So went to office he gave me another room in a different building which didn’t have secure door the door had been kicked open lock was broken. the light in the bathroom didn’t have a cover on it and it was nasty… I have pictures of the damage
