I don't know. Google maps had me running around in curcles for 3 hours and when I did finally found the Hampton Inn it was the wrong one. They had a room available. It was 8 pm and we all tire so we just stayedvthere instead.

All was so nice and comfortable. Took my Shih tzu and he welcomed very warmly. I wasn't told up front there was a $50 charge for a pet. I did see the $50 charge on the website but wasn't addressed when I checked in. I was hoping it didn't apply to this hotel.

Our experience here was not great. We were passing through on the way to my bridal shower in NC. The rooms are incredibly old, outdated, and dingy. When my husband and I pulled back the covers on our king bed, we discovered that the maid had put a fitted sheet made for a double bed around the corners to make it look “made up.” In actuality, the sheet only came half way down the bed. We called the front desk and had to make our bed up properly. It was annoying at midnight when we were tired. The breakfast choices were terrible despite a really nice place to sit. Overall, we will NOT be returning.

The smell of bleach in the bathroom was so strong it irritated our eyes. The room window was caulked shut so we couldn’t air it out. There was no top sheet on our bed. No room was available as a replacement.

Usually great, this time very disappointing
We have always stayed at this hotel in the king whirlpool suite. The bed was comfortable and the room was amazing. This time we booked a king with a sleeper sofa. Because of an overlooking they offered us the upgrade to a whirlpool suite. Expecting it to be as wonderful as always. Major disappointment! Bug crawling on the bed, tub was cracked, sink faucet had no hot water, and very noisy. Breakfast was awful as well. Lack of attention by the food attendant and coffee was not good. Big turn around from our usual stay. I hope this was a one time thing. I have my doubts about staying again.

Overall, a decent hotel. You can tell it's an older Hampton Inn that has been fixed up. It's a smaller hotel which was nice because it wasn't super crowded at breakfast time. People were nice. Location was convenient to Wofford, which is where we were going. Took 10 minutes from hotel to campus without having to go on the interstate. Price was excellent. There are a few fast food places right next door. I'd probably stay here again by myself but maybe not with the whole family.

I was very pleased with my stay: the room was clean , comfortable and quiet! I was able to get a good night sleep after long hours on the road! The breakfast in the morning was more than adequate! Check in and checkout were simple and hassle free!

Check in was easy and quick. Plenty of places to park. Bed was actually comfortable. Room was clean. The only issue was the sink in bathroom didn’t give cold water. It was luke warm and hot. The faucet knob seemed like it could break off.

Please dont knock on the door at 8am
Wasn't very happy with my stay here. I chose it because of the better reviews, but it was really kind of sad.
-Not sure why I was put into the handicap accessibility room.
-Wifi was very broken, kept kicking me off every 2 minutes.
-Couldn't close the curtains and there was a light blaring into the room, so sleep was difficult.
-I turned the AC up a bit because when I got in it was freezing. Then there was just a musty old smell because it wasn't freezing.
-Last of all I got a knock on my door at 8 am to clean my room (I only stayed one night,) I think it's because a lot of local workers stay there and leave early in the morning. That really was uncalled for.
+Breakfast was good and clean.

I have stayed at Hampton Inn’s for over 20 years and this was the worst one I’ve ever stayed at… Don’t get me wrong the staff was great… Very helpful… Very accommodating… But the facility was run down… We walked in, and there’s staff smoking at entrance.. not one but 4.. A cloud of smoke… The towels were so old, they scratched you… And I know the staff can’t do anything about this because they’re there dealing with lack of resources. So I’m not upset at the staff… However, I have changed my view of Hampton Inn‘s… It’s hard for me to go to another one, as I can’t trust the chain any more, Like I did in the past… Vending machines didn’t work… There was one on the first floor… We went to the second third and fourth floor no vending machines… We had to go to the gas station to get candy for the kids… Breakfast was great… Really no diamond upgrade on the weekends… we got two rooms in one room smelt like awful… My wife didn’t want to move because we had adjoining rooms… Finally, my son got sick… And she moved… They gave us a new room… the staff smelled the odor as well. I don’t write reviews because I don’t want to hurt businesses but I have to protect the public. This Hampton Inn might rate as a Motel 6 or Red Roof

My family has always loved staying at the Hampton. They have always had comfortable beds. The two rooms we rented recently had the worst beds. I sure hope this is not the new standard for this hotel chain.

This property charged me $200 deposit because I lived within 50 miles of the hotel. I was in town for a dance competition that forced me to stay due to our schedule. I literally checked in at 3:00 pm and left. Came back at 11:00pm. Slept, showered, grabbed some breakfast as I left at 7:00am. A little irritated with the $200 hold on my card that would not start processing off until Monday.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. They offered an outstanding breakfast with cooked oatmeal and lots of toppings like cranberries and nuts, waffles with toppings, precooked omelets which were surprisingly good (they offered shredded cheese to top the omelet and a microwave to melt the cheese). When we arrived we were given two bottles of water in a gift bag. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Nice surprise

Smell of smoke in room, water not going down in tub at all and staff was rude. Called speak with Rebecca but she never got on phone was told I had gift card, I let them know I have come by and grab it. Just for them to send it an old address I no longer stay in, ask what else could be done man was rude and gave a idk attitude.

The hotel is located in a very convenient spot - close to major roads wherever you need to go. Greenville is about a half hour drive down the interstate; the North Carolina border about the same time in the opposite direction. Check-in was quick/easy. It was clean, quiet, and the hotel staff very pleasant. There seems to be only fast food places close to the hotel, but downtown Spartanburg offers plenty and it's a short drive away.

We were put in. Handicapped accessible room which was not requested? Rm. 124 was extremely noisy due to the exit door opening and closing all hours of the night and AM. Awful bleach/sewer smell.
