Comfortable bed but needs to be cleaned better
Bed was comfortable but found a hair that wasn't mine under the pillow. Later there was a roach in the bathtub.

Our room had clean linens but the window was broken, the towel rack was broken and the furniture was broken. Even the elevator was out of service. The breakfast was also inadequate and not tended. We chose to cut our stay short a day rather than manage another night.

Loved that I had a good bed to sleep on. The sheets on the bed did have stains, but luckily brought my own blankets. I didn’t like the smell around the building but it might just be me. Overall, it was not that bad.

Pros: Cheap
Cons: visible roaches inside and outside room, multiple report of bedbugs. Mattresses visibly soiled. Dated rooms.
Understaffed/Rude staff. Lack of perceived concern and interest from front desk attendant and manager when hotel resident has a valid complaint. Residents redirected to manager who does not pick up and voicemail is either full or doesn’t accept messages.
After waiting 30 mins to be checked in. I was told by another patron that the front desk clerk had been working the entire shift with no break, she stated she was only staff member on duty for this three story hotel. No maintenance, no cleaning crew, just a front desk worker. My friend who stayed on the 3rd floor reported a broken toilet and was told to fix it as a room change was not possible and no one else was on site at 4PM. My room appeared clean but had a visibly soiled mattress when checked.
When returning with food, we were approached by a gentleman who told us, his eight friends were all checking out of the hotel due to roaches and bedbugs. They stated they were staying in 3 different rooms on all three floors and all rooms had a problem with roaches and/or bedbugs. I brought food to room and placed it on the room dresser a small brown roach was seen crawling on the outside container less than 3 mins after being placed there.
After checking my friend’s room we found red/maroon spotting along with bedbug like insect carcasses! I took videos & photos.Front desk attendant amber was rude!

when we arrived there was no one at the desk. the refrigerator in our room had mold inside. the ice machine didn't work. There was hardly any breakfast, most everything was empty. Juice machine didn't work. The room seemed clean, but the rest of the hotel was not clean.

Room was not clean. There was no toilet paper. Towels were dirty and full of hair. when we called to request more toilet papear and towels receptionist said we had to go pick it up.

Clean and comfortable
Very clean and comfortable for a last minute option. My only complaint was that the water was lukewarm at 7 am for my shower, but for 60 bucks a night, it was not a deal breaker. The staff was friendly and the location was convenient. Would stay again.

Person that gave us had two roaches about 2 in long on the bed when we walked in. They moved us to another room. This room had a broken towel holder tape to the top of the toilet and the water in the shower was lukewarm at best.

The room they initially gave me was filthy dirty, there where trash bags bed was undone. It seemed room was not cleaned. 2nd room they gave me smelled straight up like cigarettes then the lady upfront had attitude as I brought it to her attention!!!

Cockroaches!
Showed up for a late check-in around 4am, get to the room and lay down, within 20 minutes and were gone. The reason? A cockroach literally walked across our faces. We woke up and there were more on the backboard of the bed. It was absolutely disgusting.

Bed bugs! Broken toilet, multiple outlets not functioning, insects. Breakfast bar: no drinks, no forks; allowed homeless to come in and fill bags with food/drink items. Bags of trash outside for days.

I had a pet friendly room. Upon chk in, the room smelled strongly of an odor blocking perfume or something similar.
It was intensley stron and bothersome. The perfumish odor diminished overnight and by next PM when I returned he room smelled of cat urine. The cat urine odor grew stronger with time. I mentioned it to front desk at checkout.

Nasty nasty nasty.
Where to start… tried to charge me $200 for a pet fee that was not even in effect yet. I booked sept 30 and fee went in to effect oct 1. Then we asked to cancel and the girl at the front desk didn’t even talk to me just handed me a key.. I said so so I still have to pay the fee she said no.. then I said ok how do I get to the room. Gave me vague directions with an attitude. We get to the room torn stained mattress.. dead roaches in the bathroom, black stuff in the tub, and what white rock like crystal on the floor near the corner of the bed. Days in is usually my go to place but this hotel was nasty.

I will tell you that if you're looking for outstanding service then this is the place....now that being said the property could use some landscaping but if you're looking fo be treated right then tthis is the place. I've spent 3 times as much and gotten half of the service. Mark and Jim have this place running like a well oiled machine Melissa is very service oriented, Fred is very focused on the task at hand and chef Rhonda, even though she's fantastic at food preparation, should be a Vegas entertaner..!!! All and all at the price I payed this facility exceeded my expectations!!

When I arrived at 2 AM after a 9 Hour Drive, prior
To me, calling ahead, I was told I will have a room ready. When I arrived at the facility, there was one female receptionist who already try to cancel my room when I already spoke to a lady hour so we get in there saying I wouldn’t have a problem because I paid a day ahead for basically an early check-in, when I arrive to my room, none of nothing in my room works the TV, phone nothing I did had to go back downstairs to get a new room key the new room key she gave me didn’t even work for the room so I called her on my cell phone let her know I have everything that I own in the hallway on the floor because you gave me a key that did not work. I’m already annoyed because I just drove all this way you already try to charge my card I could’ve caused me to possibly have an overdraft. About the only thing that seemed to be in good maintenance was changing the linens and presumably cleaning the bathtub. Hot water ran out before a full bath - unprecedented in all my years going to hotels. Lose a point for that.
Bathroom floor was not swept. Carpet was white stained. Surfaces were visibly dusty.
Too close to active and loud road with zero sound absorption. They have no business running a hotel when your sleep quality is almost guaranteed to be compromised by external noise.
Continental breakfast was an absolute joke. Haphazardly laid out. No indication of care. Virtually nobody takes these breakfasts seriously, especially in a 2-star hotel, but this was pretty disappointing.

The toilet would not flush, there was no hot water, the bathroom door was unable to shut and latch, there was no trash cans in the room, There was only a sheet and a very very thin comforter on the bed, the door to the room barely shut on its own I had to forcibly push it closed with all my effort

Nasty. Thankfully, we stayed only 2 nights and were out of the room for the majority of the 2.5 days we were there. Our room was smoked in before us. The cigarette smell was so strong, I would wake up stuffed up and with a headache. This is the kind of hotel you stop at for a night and next day you continue on your trip, and even then you probably done want to come here. We will never come back.

Nice room
Nice room. A single king size bed, a 'desk' counter with a comfortable chair on wheels and a large screen TV that swiveled to enable it to be viewed from the chair. Refrigerator worked nicely, I didn't try the microwave.
No coffee maker, so bring your own if you need coffee to wake up.
The one down comment is the carpet needs to be steam cleaned, or another deep cleaning.

Property wasn't clean properly, pictures shown were not the same, everything on room outdated, carpet dirty, very small rooms and beds. Staff was pleasant enough. Other people making noise at peak morning hours 5am.

Pictures and description looked great - they must be 10 years old, this place was poorly run and rundown, trash all along the halls, dirty bath, stained sheets, no security with unknown people knocking on our door, at a loud interstate exit. It took a half hour of phone calls to get the next night refunded and leave.

Was treated very bad by hotel staff! Got home late from work and got yelled at for asking for a towel, because the only person available was in the bathroom for 10 min. When she got out of the bathroom, she already came yelling at me saying that they wouldn't give me any towels.

I checked in on a Wednesday Wednesday and Thursday was great. Friday night was horrible. I didn’t get service that day cleaning Friday night. People is racing up and down the road around 230 in the morning around five 530 in the morning a man was outside cousin a wrecker service out didn’t sleep at all check that on Saturday I was supposed to stay until Sunday

I received a first floor unit so I was able to park right outside my room which was really nice because I arrived late at night. The room was very clean and the heat worked good. If there was anything close to a negative it was that the comforter was lightweight and there wasn't a blanket on the bed, but like I said the heating unit worked well. Good room, good value, all of the staff made a point of being nice.

Walked in to a really front desk team, went to check the room before i brought my things in. The 3rd floor reaked of pot but some hotels just have that smell. Everything looked okay at first.
When i took a shower it looked like no one had cleaned it in-between guests. There was hair on the wall, yellow grime in the corner, and a cockroach in the shower its self. It was gross.
We had asked for a 3rd story room expecting a better view but all we saw was the road which was extremely noisy making it harder to sleep. The bed was comfy though which was a plus.
The room next to us was very loud. My boyfriend had to ask them to turn down their music several times between the hours of 7-10pm. I woke up at 3am to the music blasting once again.
In the morning we had gone down for breakfast the first day there wasnt much there. No milk, yogurt or muffins. The second day there was milk, yogurt and muffins that had looked much better. I went to get a biscuit for the biscuits and gravy qnd there was a biscuit with mold spotted all over it. I had told the manager on duty about it. He came to take care of it right away. I expected to see the whole tray of biscuits throw away, the traw washed and new biscuits put back into place. That was the case. There was a new biscuit in the place of the old one. At that point the whole tray would have been contaminated and it needed to be cleaned.
Overall the front desk staff were nice.

Overall ok….some details needed attention.
The room was cleanish…..the bathroom needed more attention—the area wasn’t super clean and the lotion was obviously used by a previous guest (the bottle was open and some of the lotion was gone.) The small size and roughness of the towels was frustrating. The washcloths were great, but the towels were not big enough for a child! A hairdryer would have been a nice addition to the room.
The front desk personal were very kind and pleasant. While eating breakfast on Sunday morning, there was a female employee who, while conversing with another employee, used vulgar language describing her job and another employee. This made enjoying breakfast difficult. There was a small child eating breakfast at the time.

More of a “by the hour” kind of “motel” at best
Hotel is in a state of disrepair windows on 3rd floor open completely with no security or screen anyone can fall out, rooms have no blankets only top sheets. Booked two rooms neither had blankets ice buckets screens or secure windows. The hallways were full of weed smoke and smell- probably caught a contact high. This is definitely more of a “by the hour” kind of place - traveled With kids and was mortified.

Stains on chair and carpet. Another guest had bedbugs and other bugs in room. The staff was very friendly and patient handling the multiple complaints from other guests while I was checking in.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. We requested a non-smoking room but got a smoking one. We requested another coffee maker for our room but never received an unbroken one. We found cockroaches and spiders in our room. We found blood stains on our mattress. We received one wash clothes, etc. There was no hair dryer in the room. There was no daily housekeeping. The breakfast was very bare. There was also a message to a guy written on the back of our door. All in all, I would recommend this hotel be demolished as it is in poor shape.

This has to be the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. I counted 4 cockroaches over my 2 day stay, the ceiling in the bathroom was caving in (room 120) and the pipes made a “ticking” sound the entire time I stayed. The employees were friendly but the hotel conditions were horrible!

Awful hotel
Hotel staff was incredibly rude and badmouthed Hotels.com. We made a reservation for a pet friendly hotel and when we got there they denied us a room and told us that they had changed their pet policy that day and no longer allowed pets. We were stranded at 11pm with no place to stay.
The property reeked of smoke and didn’t seem very safe. I would never stay at this hotel.

Don't bother. The front desk staff was great. Pleasant and helpful. After that, the place was awful. I needed a budget room for a couple of nights so I was not expecting the Ritz. The no-smoking room reeked of stale cigarettes complete with cigarette butts under the bathroom sink and piles of butts in the walkways and on the stair landings. The carpet was stained and sticky/greasy. The coffee maker in the room did not work nor were there any cups in the room for water. Breakfast was cold as was the coffee. At night, there was drag racing on the road next to the building followed by sirens. All in all, I should have stayed elsewhere.

I liked how every staff member I met was very nice. It clearly has some maintenance challenges, and the surrounding area needs every business to want to make it better, not just Days Inn.
It's not a luxury hotel but it didn't meet a 2 star standard for me and I'm not that picky. But the people who worked there were marvelous.

Advertised free breakfast, and the manager told us when we got there breakfast is 6-9am, but there was none. My refridgerator stopped working after the first day. And there was cops at the hotel everyday we were there for 3 days
