Booked this through EXPEDIA and EXPEDIA did this to us in Feb2023. We were looking forward to hot tub and pool at Williston location to find out after checking in that is under maintenance shutdown. In Feb we left Sea World early to take advantage of pool and hotub at our EXPEDIA booked location to find out after checking in and that facility in San Diego was completly removed from their location.
When we look forward to immenities available at our stays you post get your s@#t together and not false advertise

The SAME breakfast everyday, REALLY??!!!
The pool not working, thinking this is a scam by motel owners, oh we have a pool!! Never open, but we have a pool!!!
We stayed here 2 years ago, now new owners, another scam, way more rundown, our bed didn't have a mattress pad, so we bought one for our week stay, checked another room, yep, mattress pad!!!
Someone else's dirty towel on the hook in the bathroom upon arrival, tv remote was not working, had to re-key our rooms keys almost everyday.
We would have gone to a different motel, but not without eating that room for a week on expedia, never again!!

Advertised pool. It was not working wasnt told at check in. Room so dirty. Candy under bed, spoon stuck to top of headboard. Tv stand chewed up and wood all around(rodent chew) no light bulb in bathroom asked for 1 never got it. I put my hand on window sill left imprint from dust. Carpet stained my socks red. So gross.

There was a weird smell in the motel and i love the fact that it was pet friendly but no place to take them to potty that was fenced in so they could run for a couple min while being cooped in a small room.

OK for our 1 night stay.
Our main issue was that the bed was terrible, definitely needs to be replaced. There were no washcloths provided. The hot breakfast was gone at 7:30 and the desk attendants didn't seem to know what needed to be done. They did try though so you have to give them credit for that. All of the staff were very friendly. The room was clean. So I guess our main problem was with the bed.

Although we booked this property three months in advance, our on-time arrival was met with surprise and unpreparedness. Management seemed non-existent as housekeepers and the dining facility manager manually checked us in as best they could. Very disappointing stay.

I appreciated the manager's demeanor and attitude in helping me, my family, and the extended party that was there for a wedding. There was a lot going on and a lot to juggle, but they handled it all with professionalism.

This is a smaller hotel, 2 story. Short walk from my room to breakfast area to outside, no need to take elevator. I found it to be cozy, however it is an older hotel. My room had 2 tvs one of them did not work, they have cable but not a very large selection of channels. My bathroom had an amazing water pressure and very hot water. Friendly staff.

There was nothing I found unique about the property. It was clean and fairly quiet most of the time. The room was small but comfortable although the bed was a bit hard making it difficult to sleep. The lighting in the bathroom was terrible, very dim. The room refrigerator was too cold and froze my food. I tried to turn it up but it made it worse. The remote did not work for anything but changing the channel. One day there was a party at the pool. That would have been fine but it didn't stay confined to the pool area. Kids where running and screaming by my window outside and up and down the hallway which was very annoying as it lasted for a while until I called the front desk. I was disappointed that I couldn't park under the portico to check in and load/unload as there was no room, the hotel shuttle was always parked in that spot. The parking area was close but there where concrete stairs to go up and down to get to the entrance door. At the bottom of these stairs was a thick patch of ice. One day someone came out and broke that ice up but then the next day an oilfield water truck came and pressure washed the entire area in front of the entrance. All this water pooled at the stairs which I had to access to get to my truck. Not only did I have a deep puddle to have to cross but it was 28 degrees out so all that new water was going to refreeze. I had to park in the handicap area to avoid that puddle in order to load my truck so I could leave.

This property was easy to drive to, however the amount of ice we had to walk over was treacherous, in fact my son fell. The lobby was clean and they did offer free breakfast. The room was littlebut comfortable. The bedskirts need to be replaced and the housekeeping needs to clean under the beds as my boys found a toy under one of the beds. The carpet stained anything that came in contact with it. The red was on everything.
The pool was nice for the boys, but the hot tub was out of order and the vending machines were set up to take cards but didnt really accept cards, only cash..
Overall, not the best but not the worst property.

Staff was pleasant but a few issues with this stay. wifi did not work the whole 5 night stay, was informed they were having issues.
Pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance when I asked upon check in if it was open and told yes. Then their carpet stained all my of socks and shoes and anything in contact including feet RED! Their carpet bleeds very bad.

We really enjoyed our stay. We stayed in the Marques Suite with spa tub. It was very relaxing. Except the floor around tub is really slippery when wet. So be careful. Overall everything thing was good. We will be back. Thank you

I used the Williston Days Inn as my basecamp to hike the Bad Lands since the campgrounds in the region were closed.
The staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly - willing to shuttle me to the airport when I had to exchange rental cars and to the Amtrak station.
The facility was dated, but kept very clean - you could tell that the staff cared.
The location was great too - near the highway, restaurants, and service station.

Decent rooms. Maids track room cleans and put DND on room number and NEVER clean rooms. We had two stays here. Each for 3nights. 2 rooms. One room was skipped twice the other once. Desk clerks verified that DND was written on sheets. LAZY cleaners. Three different clerks were told about it. Breakfast OK - but no one to ask or help out. THey had Burritos for breakfast. How about some salsa? We talked to a guy that was cleaning. Not sure he understood English. SAD

Tv didn't work. Desk worker couldn't get it to work so was going to move me to a new room. He called the manager and the manager wouldn't let him do it and said I just needed to DEAL with it until morning and maintenance would be in to fix it.
Next day maintenance never fixed the tv and no maid service.
I ended up fixing the tv myself.
With management saying I just needed to deal with it until morning means they don't give 2 cents about their customers. No need to stay there again! Plenty of hotel choices in Williston.

Not the cleanest place I've stayed... something had been spilled on the stairway just off the lobby the day we checked in and wasn't cleaned up until the following morning. Found it a little off-putting since it's right as you enter the hotel. Staff was decent enough though they occasionally leave to run shuttles and there's no one at the desk. Rooms were nice and cleaner than the lobby!

Bed was comfortable, most of the room was clean. We found chips and used tissue beside the bed. Floor obviously hadn't been vacuumed before we arrived and was never touched during our three day stay. There was no remote for the tv and when I called the front desk, the clerk said she would run one up. After 30 minutes or so, we left to eat and she was sitting at the desk playing with bobbie pins. Totally forgot about the remote. When we came back, she did have one ready. The AC didn't stay on so I had to get up during the night to turn it back on.

The swimming pool was NOT heated .
All three dresser drawers were broken.
My wife almost fell down in the bathtub because 1 non-slip strip was missing. The bathroom tile was very slippery if it was wet and I happened to use the bathroom with my tennis shoes on. The lights over the sink often did not come on the first time you flipped the switch. The room window drapes did not block enough morning light because the drapes were not close enough to the wall.

The location was fine but the hotel was run down and dirty. Our room had dirty marks on the dresser and walls, carpet was gross. The lock on the door was broken and the top lack was lose and almost falling off. The good thing was the key card was sensor and worked every time. I would not stay here again.

Towel rack broke in bathroom just by moving towel. Pop was left in freezer by previous guest so you know rooms arent cleaned completely. Hairdryer didnt work and had hair in it. Shower looked dirty and tape on shower floor peeling up. When we first arrived, we were given a room that already had someone in it!!!

Large Stain on Sheet / Missing Bed Sheet
The fitted sheet had a large yellow stain. Another sheet was missing between the blanket and the fitted sheet. Dead bug on the fitted sheet. When we went down to the front desk to let them know, we were told that it was the last room and given fresh sheets. The overnight gentleman at the desk handled it quite well. However, eww...not expected of a place that has 4/5 on Tripadvisor.

But the staff was either really short-staffed and stressed, or just terrible at customer service. Waited 15 minutes for someone to show up at the front (rang the bell, and started to call when two girls sauntered up). Not very friendly once they arrived at the counter, and not really a sense of urgency at doing the check-in.
The room smelled like a wet dog but clean. There were 3 of us staying, only 2 bath towels. Went to request another, and apparently, they didn't have any. The customer service girl asked me if I was planning on showering this evening and didn't seem to know how to handle the situation. I just requested a pool towel so we had something to dry off, since we had been on the road 7 hours. Apparently this was a really big deal.
There were also no pool towels AT the pool, so we had to use the bath towels from the room. We just used what we had available. I did double check to be sure this was OK, just so I didn't get a weird charge for using the wrong towel after the first debacle.
The service the next day was not really any better. However, it was relatively clean, comfortable beds. Had I not gotten a deal on the room, I would NEVER have paid what the normal going rate is based on this experience. I travel a lot cross country, and seriously, even weird small desert towns with $30 rooms are cleaner and friendlier.
That said, it was well-lit in a popular area, with a pool for kids.
