I have to ask for change my room there was ticks all over the bed on room 222 the bathroom was dirty and when I finally got a room the smell of marihuana was horrible people fighting and screaming on the room next to me i was on room 225 i call front desk they send security but they don’t did anything when they left people was screaming again and hitting each other , the facility it’s disgusting bad smells everywhere the only good thing was the breakfast lady's where really nice everything was clean and good after that nothing else its a shame how expensive are the nights on this place..

Ok stay
The front staff was great the room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The train noise was a little disturbing but there’s nothing that can be done about that. Breakfast was okay had to wait a while for food to be refilled. The worst part was the marijuana smell though the hallways at times it was so strong gave me a headache.

Horrible all around. My toilet had blood on the side of it. The shower curtain was black at the bottom. The room smelled. I made reservations for 2 nights and in the morning I said we won’t be staying and was told I can’t get a refund. The night I was there I told front desk about the blood on side if my toilet and housekeeping came with a wet dirty rag with no cleaning spray.

The hotel is basic. The bathroom looked dirty. The tv didn’t work. We had to call maintenance that came 45 minutes later. Also they didn’t have basic items such as an iron available in the room. We waited over an hour for an iron. By the time they came, we were dressed and ready to check out.

It was a nice experience expect for the woman who first entertained us. She told us we can't checked in yet. It was around 2 pm and check in was at 3pm and we understand it. Be she looked annoyed and pissed when we asked if we can early check in if it's possible. She could've been nicer to the customer. We ask another person and he would say the same thing. We waited for probably 20 more minutes until someone sat down on the desk and finally entertained us. Thank you Kevin for treating us nicely! We asked if we could leave our bags so we can eat but he told us we can check in already. We appreciate Kevin and the rest of the staff! It was still a good stay nonetheless.

Property was a bit worn but functional. Breakfast was decent. Booked a single Queen business suite, but perhaps due to late arrival(after midnight), got 2 standards. I was too tired from travel to care, but the bed was tight for 2 grown adults.

Not a horrible place to stay, but would not recommend. Moving furniture and making noise throughout the whole night above us, fighting and yelling outside, and a broken lock for our room, and the police were walking through the halls at night for some reason. Overall, it is not somewhere I would want to stay again unless needed.

Hotel was ok, I would’ve been nice to have more bright lights in bathroom area specially vanity. Mattresses were comfortable though. Breakfast was ok too not much to choose. I’d say a bit pricey for the hotel but cheaper compared to other hotels in the area. I stayed just for one night so it was all right.

Our check in was easy. Our room was fine, the beds were comfortable enough and the room had adequate space. Breakfast options were great. My only complaints were that there was hair in the tub upon arrival and both days they were out of decaf coffee.

Horrible experience
We booked a one night stay at this hotel since it advertised an airport shuttle and we had a 17 hour layover in Boston on our way home from Amsterdam. The airport shuttle was a complete joke: I called at 2 pm for a shuttle and after 30 minutes I called back and was informed that it was shift change and no one would be coming until 3:30. So we sat at the airport 1.5 hours waiting for the shuttle. Upon check-in, I set up a shuttle at the front desk for 4 am the next morning to go to the airport. When the shuttle arrived the next morning, we were informed that he only had room for 4 people and there were 7 people waiting. The shuttle driver’s attitude was terrible…basically telling us tough luck. How do you not make sure you have enough seats for people who PRE-ARRANGED a shuttle? We ended up having to book a lyft to get us to the airport on time which completely defeats the purpose of booking a hotel with a shuttle in the first place. All in all, my experience was terrible and I would never, ever recommend this hotel anyone.

Property was very clean, the maids did a great job cleaning the room. Even though there’s lots of traffic it was quiet in the rooms. It is not walking distance to downtown but close enough for an inexpensive Uber.

The staff here stood out from anywhere else I've stayed due to their very friendly and helpful service. Especially the front desk employees (high praise is limited only to the female front desk workers--the men were not terrible, but not overly friendly, while the women were very friendly and welcoming). The area around the hotel is quite dirty and doesn't feel safe, with cigarette butts littering the premises from the front door outward, probably due to a lack of any ash tray in sight. Otherwise, it was a very clean, comfortable, and relaxing stay.

Hotel room was clean and comfortable. The room had a small fridge, iron, hair blower, TV, desk, sitting area, coffeemaker, and a safe. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was great! Parking $10/night was ok. We were happy for the shuttle service to get to train.

It’s an ok property because of the price, but you should be able to get a bottle of water (front desk, room or vending) SOMEWHERE in a 5 story hotel. The block immediately surrounding the property is absolutely not someplace I’d walk alone at night. That said, there’s a big grocery right across the (very busy 4-lane) street and the complementary breakfast was very nice. All staff members were polite and helpful. Room was comfortable with a great A/C.

In the elevator was a sign about dedication to cleanliness. In my room had a very heavy scent of smoking, for a non smoking room, some sort of splatter on the AC unit and my bed sheets appeared to have fuzzy blue lint as if someone slept there and the sheets were not changed. I didn’t feel comfortable at all however placed was packed and couldn’t request another room. I stayed last year and all was fine. Not sure what this year was about. I think I’ll have to look harder for another hotel next year.

Overall it was a good experience. The room was cleaned and organized. The staff was awesome. They give you free breakfast what makes you save some extra money, and the food was pretty good. The only thing I didn’t like was the hotel premises it looked like a careless area and the parking lot at night needs more light. But in general was a really good deal. You are close to everything you need.

There was some kind of animal trap under the air conditioner in the room, chair was falling apart and ripped, had trouble turning on the water bc the faucets were old and stuck, place was just very run down. Difficult to find at night and to get in and out of parking lot. Didn’t realize the pool wasn’t on site. We have children so the pool was the main reason we booked this hotel. Staff was friendly and the free breakfast was nice.

My first night I saw a mouse run out from under my bed. In the morning when I was told I could be moved, it took 2.5 hours to get me a new room. The new room was super loud/right next to the lobby. Most staff were unhelpful around the issue and the manager never got back to me. I would never stay here again. Very limited transit and ubers are expensive to get into the city.

Not enough review space to describe how bad
The comfort in of Boston is a value/budget hotel gallivanting around the internet booking sites as a luxury establishment. I know that it is not, but a one night stay here was over $300. I chose this hotel because it was one of the cheapest options in the area. Never again. The owners/management of this property but absolutely no effort into doing anything other than the bare minimum. I can appreciate that approach if the objective is to keep costs down for the customer. If this was a $150 hotel, I would be writing a positive review for this hotel. However, you can't charge the price of a luxury hotel and let your service standards slip to a level somewhere between a European hostel and a rent-a-room by the hour motel. Basic things I had a problem with. ONE employee working the front desk for check-in. Inevitably there was a long line and just getting into our room took about 35 minutes. The snack area for guests who might be hungry or thirsty... Well, if you are thirsty you showed up at the wrong snack area. The staff either forgot to stock the fridge or just cared so little about the guests, that they just don't put that on their to-do list. If you are hungry, I hope you like chex-mix because they had about 15 bags of it and nothing else. Paying for parking. At check in, I was simply told that they are adding a parking charge to my room rate. How is that an ethical practice? What were my options at that point? I am beyond the refund window, so just pay

I did not like that they checked us in when we had to get up at 3am for a flight and gave keys to people checking in at 11:45pm and they try getting into our room then calling us that we are not guests or checked in. We had a parking pass and checked in earlier in the day. Also no coffee in the lobby and they seemed not to care how it affected us with the disruption in the night.

We Stayed on the 3rd floor, nice room but the shower water had No Pressure or volume. It was like washing in a sink. The maintenance guy said that's the shower head in the building in all the rooms. This is how the showers work. Wrong answer fix the showers if that's true!!

Pros: The staff was friendly and welcoming! The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I like that i didnt have to wake up super early for breakfast. Having a work desk and comfortable chair was a plus. Loved the mini fridge. There's a supermarket across the street and several food places nearby. Cons: I was working while traveling and the wifi was slow and kept logging off. A little advice: bring earplugs. The neighbors slam the doors All. The. Time. It was tolerable in the daytime but drove me nuts at nights. Soft close doors would have made my stay much better.

I chose to book this place because we needed something family friendly and close to things. Boy do I regret my decision. First off, walking into the room it smelled like the carpets hadn’t been washed in years. The bed was very uncomfortable and had a dip in the middle. The icing on the cake was the shower. When turned on it made this awful noise as if someone was drilling into a wall and there was no pressure. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere. There was nothing “comfortable” about my stay.

The worst experience I ever had at any hotel. The staff is horrible, not a sense of customer satisfaction, do not care. The manager is the worst.. she was very rude and condescending and raised her voice multiple times at me when I was trying to explain to them that they charge my credit card multiple times. The woman at the front desk stole my credit card number has used my credit card for 4 charges. I am filing a report with the better business bureau as this is the worst comfort inn on the planet.

This hotel is conveniently located to where I need to be when I visit, and it's affordable and feel safe and the staff are very nice and helpful. The bed is not as comfortable as I would have hoped, and there's nothing I can eat for breakfast in the buffet so I didn't give it the top reviews.

This is one of the best Comfort Inns we've experienced. Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very warm, friendly and helpful. While the area it's in is in a bustling part of town, you'd never know it. We slept like babies in comfortable beds. Great breakfast, too!
