Bed’s were clean, bathroom was not. Had poop in the toilet upon arrival, smelled like pee, dirty shower and curtain. It worked for what we needed which was a place to sleep.

The shower head was dirty and rusted and the water hitting my face really ended up hurting my eyes. All the light switches had strange scratches on the paint. There was a car sitting outside with four flat tires. The gentleman in the office was very nice and easy and pleasent to work with.

Dirty. Hair in shower. Old. Unfriendly. Nasty towels. This place is old, and very basic. Not well kept. It took 15 minutes to get somebody to check me in. If you want a cheap place to flop this might work for you, but I was looking for something better.

Run down motel. The beds at least smelled clean but very old motel. I think the worst part was that they still seem to run on well water. It smelled horrible and we all felt dirty getting out of the shower. Not worth the price.

This was the worse place I ever stayed. If your going to stay please bring your own wash rag because they didn’t supply us with any This place looked like drug dealers were hanging out. I haveNothing against drug dealers but that wasn’t what I paid for. I give this place a thumbs down

Better than expected
I usually don't stay at Rodeway. I did reserve this one due to price and location. We arrived around 2 AM. I had to wait quite awhile for someone to come the window, but that may be expected in small motel like this with limited staff. To change from a mistakenly ordered smoking unit to the preferred non-smoking too quite awhile, but was done. The beds were comfortable and the room clear. Older bathroom fixture and furnishing were to be expected. There was ample parking, the bed was comfortable and the price was right. I might stay there again if I need accommodations in this area.We did not eat there for breakfast.

Not worth the price...AT ALL
Check in took excessively long. Bed sheets were stained and had cigarette burns in them. Found someone else's hair under the covers of one of the twin beds leading us to assume the sheets had not been washed. Room was very outdated and dirty. Shower was white at the top, yellow towards the bottom and had hair in it. The soap was already opened and had been put back in the wrapper. Towels were all stained. We saw a bug crawling around the bathroom floor. Breakfast was a choice of 2 kinds of cereal or the mini donuts you'd pick up at a gas station. Weren't even allowed to drink the chocolate milk they had in the fridge. Would not recommend staying here.

The staff who we spoke with were pleasant.
The breakfast left a lot to be desired. You had no choice. What they served was not what u expected for breakfast. Bread with butter and coffee or tea, that is all that was served.

The staff was friendly and accommodating however the hotel rooms (we booked 2 double QUEEN BEDS room) were not to par. We got in late from being at the parks in Orlando and just wanted a hot shower and a bed to sleep. Well, the towels were brown instead of white. They look like they were dirty. Thankfully, we travel with our own towels. The shower was nasty and the water that came out smelled really bad. I felt cleaner having come out of a water park than taking a shower there. All the bed sheets (4 beds) were dirty and stained and looked like they had not been changed. We stayed because it was late and would only be there for less than 4 hours before we had to get up and leave again but I would not book this hotel again trying to save $20 per room. It wasn’t worth my family and I being uncomfortable with the cleanliness and accommodations of the facility.

The hotel was very convenient to the Springs for our kayaking trip. Check in was pleasant. The room however was very warm and could not get cooler than 72 degrees. The beds were not comfortable. And the towels were old and cheap. Complimentary Breakfast was cereal and coffee. Nothing more.
But it was a great price. Get what you pay for.

This property has recently undergone a facelift, Fresh paint inside and out ect. The room was clean but smelled a little musty. The staff was pleasant and polite. Room price was reasonable at $88.99 per night. I would stay here again.

Very old and rundown
The office was closed ("back in 5 minutes") both upon arrival for check in and when I attempted to check out. I have included photos of the toilet, stained chair, tub and base boards to give you an idea of the condition of the property. The only positive things I can say are the room included a mini fridge and microwave and the water in the shower was hot. I don't understand how they get the rate they charge. I would not stay here again.

BAD customer service and overcharged fees!!
Booked a room with 2 beds...needed to bring 2 additional workers last minute which has NEVER been an issue before...this place wanted to charge me an additional $55 even though I was already paying $80 for the room. I got there at 12:30am and was leaving at 7am...he told me to call customer service and then left back into his room.
I was pulling a large trailer and there was NO WHERE to go because you enter and then stop...ends at the building, so you are stuck there with a large truck or a trailer...

Rip off Central
Rented a room that slept four, the room had 2 double beds, during check in, he asked me how many people in my party, I said 3, he charged me an additional $67 for the third person, if I hadn't worked all day and was tired, I would of found a different hotel. We settled in, kept hearing a loud concussion sound all day, come to find out this hotel is right next to a shooting range. Then on the second day of working in the heat all day, come back to the room at 4:00 and they haven't even cleaned our room. For a room that sleeps four, the shower was only equipped with 2 towels, made another trip to the office, I wasn't happy with this location from check in, I should of left. I won't stay here ever again, was so disappointed, have stayed at numerous roadway inn without any issues, hope this helps the next person looking for a hotel.

I travel a lot... I stay at some real shot holes but this place takes the cake. I tried to change rooms (which I never do) to get away from the backed up sewer smell. The beds are wore out with sheets that are questionable to say the least. I could go on and on... Travel here with an open mind!

Location, Location, Location
Rodeway Inn is in a perfect location for our overnight stay. I'm glad I made reservations Friday night. It was the weekend of the NFL Pro-bowl game in Orlando. Needless to say, motel rooms were quickly being snapped up. Rodeway Inn provided us a clean, quiet room for my wife and I in a location that was far enough away from the game and yet close enough to travel to the family gathering we had planned in Apopka. The gentleman behind the counter (I didn't catch his name) was courteous and prompt at processing our reservation. He walked me through the television channel and wi-fi navigation. Everything worked just as he described. The room is a little out-dated in style, but it was clean and the beds were comfortable. The air conditioner in room 215 is in fine working order...and quiet, too. We couldn't even hear the highway traffic from inside our room. We had made breakfast plans, so I can't comment on the breakfast offerings in the dining room. Our stay at the Apopka Rodeway Inn was an overall very pleasant experience.

Bad Budget Experience
Unfortunately this was the dirtiest room I've ever stayed in. My brother and friend were with me and slept on top of their clothes because the blankets/sheets were so dirty. We pulled them off the beds and inspected them to find they were severely stained with what looked like bodily fluids and did not smell fresh. Comforter and sheets had black ash spots and holes. Bathroom door was also not properly hinged and would not close, additionally the bottom of it was coming apart. Carpet was sticky and although we had a "non-smoking" room it smelled of smoke. Maybe we just got unlucky and this is the worst room on property, but I won't be going back.

Shows it age and needs cleaning.
Employee at check-in wasn't very knowledgeable regarding restaurants in the area and how far away they were. Fortunately we had a gps that showed us how close to downtown apopka we were and once there found numerous restaurants. Shower curtain in bath was MOLDY at bottom and appears not to have been changed or cleaned since the place was built - which was long ago. TV remote was finicky and took us nearly 10 minutes to get TV turned on...then same problem turning it off! $80.00 for a room that wasn't worth $40.00! Glad we were there for only 1 night!

Ridiculous
Even with a reservation through Expedia, they gave my room away. Which is absolutely ridiculous to find out at 4:00 in the morning when you have been driving all night. When I tried to show the guy in office my reservation, he proceeded to scream at me. I will never stay at this hotel again. Period!

Very dirty hotel
Carpet and tiles in the room were filthy. We wear socks when staying and they were dark black in a matter of minutes. Only 2 bath towels were provided so we had to ask each day for additional towels. Even then they would not give any extra just the amount for the room guest that were registered.

The place is a dump
The room was musty and smelled like smoke even though I did ask for a non smoking room. There was a mans sock in the room by the table. The table was dirty an sticky. There was visible mold on the floor of the bathroom. There was a big stain on the bed spread when we flipped it over. If it wasn't late my husband and I would have tried to find somewhere else to stay. I will never stay there again and I will encourage others not to either.

The pool is locked with a key, so you need to find someone to unlock it for you if you want to use it. It is very small and there is nothing but the motel wall and the highway to look at on either side. The breakfast that was supposed to be included was gone by 8:30 am. When I checked out, they wanted an extra $20 for a pet fee that no one told me about when I booked it.If you just need a place to sleep and don't have a pet, it's OK. Just OK.

Quiet getaway
The staff was very nice and the hotel is clean. The housekeeping just needs to stock the rooms better so you dont have to call for cups, coffee or toilet paper. Other than that I would stay there again.

NIGHTMARE
What a nightmare. I won't stay here again. the room smelt musty, there were roaches and ants in the room on the second night and their so called breakfast was coffee, toast and cereal with a big sign to only take 1 item per guest. I stayed here before but now with new owners, I won't be back. Lots of issues, was supposed to stay 3 nights had to cancel the last night.

The place was okay - not one I would recommend to anyone. Breakfast was small choices, English muffins and cereal with a sign 1 per person. The cleaning service was lousy. Did not dump coffee pot, only emptied one trash can and only pulled the sheets up on the bed, did not make it. The floor was dirty in the bath area.

We checked in and out within 90 minutes, we would of checked out immediately but it was Daytona Race weekend and we were afraid we might not find anything else available, The room was disgusting, dirty, and reeked of cigarette smoke. the door also was in poor shape, not wanting to close properly. I booked this room online and soon found out what a mistake that was upon our arrival. I would invite any owner, co-owner, management to check out the condition of room 213 that was given to us. My husband and I also could detect a very strong marijuana odor from the upper balcony as well.

Small motel, very basic
Chose this motel because it was all that was available because of the Daytona 500. 2-night stay. As a result the room was higher than wanted or would have been during a non-event; even though I was 40 miles away. Older units, but had mini-frig, microwave, and WiFi. Breakfast was slim, with signs stating "only one serving per guest", or "if you did milk ask for it". Housekeeping seemed to miss a bag of dumped chips in my room from a previous guest. No stopper in the bathtub/shower. Outlet for coffeemaker was not working. Expedia rated it too high.I would rate it 3/4 to 1-star.

Internet didn't work, some rooms had bugs. Not Terrible but definately fair at best.
