Erika at the front desk was very helpful. We were able to sleep very well, the beds are soft and pillows are fluffy. Clean room and facilities. We did encounter a couple of very small roaches but killed them. It’s an old building, but well maintained, corridors are wide, sound proofing not bad, needs new carpeting and needs to be fumigated well.

The breakfast, dining and lobby area were always nice and clean. My room was good for the price and close to the Naval Air Station (visiting family) the outdoor area could use a little updating and the area isn’t the best around it but you can drive 30 mins to Pensacola beach, the mall, parks or nice restaurants.

Not what ya expect for the price.
Had to ask for a shower curtain, there was a used bar of soap in the shower and only one wash cloth. Tub was dirty and floors needed to be vacuumed. Front desk employee was very nice.

Never staying here ever again.
The front desk ladies were not familiar with the area at all. When we asked for directions to nearby restaurants and the Navy base, the response was that she didn’t know because she is not from there. Guests also had to wait in line at the waffle makers for the employees to make their breakfast first.
The bathroom was dirty and I wiped it down to make sure my family didn’t accidentally touch something disgusting. The door to our room had a two inch gap between the door and the floor. Light from the hallway shined through it all night. The double doors going into our building from the parking lot were never locked. Anyone could have walked in at any time.

Run don’t walk!!!
From checkin to checkout was awful. Starting with the front desk being rude and saying the f__ck word because she had a headache to the breakfast attendant monitoring her tip bucket to saying how horrible people were for leaving something on the table. Customer service was horrendous!!! The room had urine and fecal matter all over the bathroom wall and the phone didn’t work. Plus the room wreaked of mold and stench. Never again!!

Not impressed at all.
Coffee maker did not work, room phone cord was broken so phone did not work. Only one wash cloth. Mattress was uncomfortable but looked new. I know ice machines could be kind of loud, but the one on the first 1floor in the laundry room, I could hear over my tv and ac everytime somebody used it. Did not get to eat the breakfast because it was closed at 815am I did see somebody setting up breakfast to open when i checked out at 9am. I thought the rebrand and remodel to a comfort inn would be an upgrade but I was wrong.

The receptionist, Ms. Brown was very friendly and helpful. When I asked to have a room that was quiet and away from the elevator, she offered a room in the next building where there would not be many guests. Unfortunately, the T.V. did not work and the toilet would not flush. We returned to the reception to inform her that we would not stay a second night but would be checking out in the morning. She offered another room, but we declined as we were too tired and had found a plunger in the public bathroom to fix the toilet. Ms. Brown nicely refunded the second night's payment through Orbitz.

RUN! DO NOT STAY HERE
This was the most terrible experience and I NEVER I NEVER EVER have complaints! Walked in the room, used hand towel(still wet) on the counter, poop stains on the shower curtain- called front desk, he blamed it on housekeeping but never offered to change out the curtain- so I’m assuming housekeeping is very unprofessional- I WOULDN’T STAY HERE AGAIN IF IT WERE THE LAST GIRL ON EARTH- the used wash towel just threw me for a loop- that’s the most disgusting thing I have ever experienced in a hotel

No refresh of towels we had to bring the old ones into the hotell ourselves. We where sent to a building behind the hottel to stay which was horrible then they switched our room to the next door building it was alittle better. The bed was softer and had nice pillows, but they didnt provide us with a comforter just a sheet. No house keeping.
We had to ask for what we needed by walking next door.
Breakfast had a walfel maker which made me happy. But the eggs and sausage weren't fully cooked . Made us sick.
Over all sad because it was our babymoon and we where celebrating our 2 year anniversary. Sad that it was worse then our house.

Hotel Receptionist (Arianna) was extremely helpful and professional. Actually the entire staff was helpful. However, what's the purpose of having a phone in the room if it's not connected? My bathroom wasn't properly cleaned. Hair and dried something in the bathtub. Dust in the room so thick it looked as if it hadn't been dusted in a really long time. NO, I wont be staying again.

Quick and easy check in, with a nice indoor pool and a decent gym on the property. I didn’t have time to enjoy the included breakfast but there were decent options, eggs, sausage, waffles, and other traditional continental choices.

Staff very rude. Qualtiy and cleanliness of the inn was terrible. Paint peeling off of the bathroom, room, and hallways. Dirty doors and handles. Checked into the room with teh bath tub dripping water. Can hear people in their rooms due to poor walls. Very poor overall.

The front seat clerk was nice but the rooms smell like mildew/water damage. There were roaches in the bathroom. They told me they were “out of towels, they had some in the washer and dryer but none clean.” The indoor pool area had such a strong chlorine smell you couldn’t even stand in there much less swim.

TV did not work. First day they said they would fix it. 2nd day they had not even made an attempt to fix it.
I ate waffles for breakfast and made me sick. The mix must not have been kept properly. They did not made up the room and bring fresh towel.
I do not recommend this hotel.

The indoor pool was closed the entire time and it wasn't until last night that the it's being cleaned was changed to it was broken. Zero housekeeping done during our stay and when we asked for new towels at front desk could only get one towel each day as that was all she had. My review would have been lower if it wasn't for how sweet the front desk girl (one of them) was.

If I wanted to clean my own room I would have stay home I spent 650.00 dollars for that type of service I should have paid 20.00 per hour in hot sheet motel at least sheet would have been clean. I will stay away from Comfort Inn as a whole I know they maybe individually own. They to more careful who they let use their name.

Awful. Hotel staff was just as awful as the stay. I’m still waiting on a supervisor call back weeks later. It took 3 hours after check in to get a clean room that smelled strong urine. I request linens be changed FOUR times. No one came to change them. No towels available for use on second night. Awful stay definitely will never return. Awful customer service. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel to stray animals.

Reservations for 3, only had 2 sets of towels hadto go ask for the other set. Each day we.had to ask for 3 sets. Our room didn't get clean the whole time we were there. Breakfast could have had bacon ,biscuits, jelly to make a breakfast sandwich.

No hot water. No tv. The staff turned the phones off. The area was very unsafe, people on drugs bumming for money outside of the property. We paid for 3 nights and checked out after 1, they refused to refund our money.

The two ladies at the front desk, (mother and daughter) were the best thing about the whole experience. Outside of them, the stay was not good. Our bed had a bunch of black curly hairs in the bed, in the tub and around the toilet. Disgusting!!
The next morning we went for breakfast, nobody was tending it. There was literally two sausage patties, no eggs, no bacon, and no waffle batter. There was about six people Hoovering around waiting for someone to come refill the supply, they never came. Ended up leaving and grabbing chick filet.
They also, gave two towels for a four person stay. When asked for more they said they had none clean but would try to get us some. Never did!!
I’d shy away from this place!!!

We stopped for one night on a busy weekend & there was a line at check-in but it was quick & efficiently handled. The room was clean & very comfortable. There was an odor in the room (the carpet,maybe?) that lessened after the air conditioning was set. Breakfast in the morning was crowded but enjoyable with a full selection. Lots of food choices in the area too & not too far from downtown. We would definitely stay again.

When arrived had to wait over 30 mins for check in. Staff was rude “said it shift change and yea you will have to wait” once in the room the outlets and light were out. Refrigerator had mold in it.. move in to another room..

The staff of the hotel were nice and helped as much as they were able to by moving our rooms, they are no means a problem. Now on the otherhand the cleanliness and safety of the hotel is a whole other story. The first room we were put in was disgusting right as we walked in, the smell was awful. It reeked of mold and the entire frame of the AC unit was on the floor not even the wall. There were stains all over the sheets, there was hair on the beds, beds we hadnt even sat down on. The bathroom was dirty and there was stuff on the tub. There was also a stain on the chair. We went to talk to the staff and they moved us to another room right away. The second rooms door had been busted in before causing the door and wall to not be aligned so there was a big gap where you can see in the room from the hallway. The smell of the second room was also awful and smelled stiff like it hadnt been cleaned in a long time. Finally we were put into a third room and although not great was still better than the first two. It still didnt smell great and was just overall not up to great standards by any means.

Breakfast was VERY limited. We stayed 4 nights and the breakfast choices every morning were almost gone by the time we got there and we never saw it restocked. The last morning we got there when breakfast started and there were 2 homeless people stuffing their pockets with yogurt and 4 plates of food full of sausage, waffles, eggs, bagels, toast and so on walking out of the side lobby. We know they were homeless because they slept and ate at a picnic table behind the hotel. If the hotel wants to feed the homeless fine but should not be at the expense of the paying guests.

When we 1st arrived they had to move us to another room cuz the sheets had holes & bathrooms had hair & dirty. Phones didn't work. Moved to different room. After that, they never Altos clean our room. This went on for 3 days. We had to ask for towels everyday. Our towels kept piling up. On the third day, i ask a cleaning lady fur towels she told me she was doing me a favor giving me towels because we wasn't on her list. Very condescending. One staff member said they couldn't clean unless we were in the room. It's a vacation town, people are always going to be out of their rooms. beware!!!

It was convenient to the hospital where my husband was having surgery. However, after calling & telling the desk his condition, the room we were given had a VERY small bathroom with NO grab bars in the tub/shower. There was no towel bar AND ONLY ONE TINY waste basket in the whole room. The room was ok, clean & comfortable. The bathroom seemed like an after-thought. Reminds me of the current airline issue: smaller setting area to cram in more people to get more $.

Save yourself a bad experience and don't stay here. It looks good in photos but the staff does not care about you as the customer. We did not receive room service for clean towels, cleaning, garbage, etc. the entire stay from Friday through Wednesday morning. I told the front desk twice. I was told that it was marked by housekeeping that our room had been serviced. We had overflowing garbage, dirty floors, no TP, a growing mound of dirty towels. The first room they gave us, there was an actual gap between the door and the door frame that you could look into our room from the outside and see both of our beds. The AC also didn't work. I told them and they transferred us to a different room. I left my name and number several times for the manager to call me. I have to this day (it has been a month) not received any call from him-Daniel. I submitted a review from an email they sent. I have only received an automated email from him saying we hope to do better for you next time. There won't be a next time. I have a daughter in college in that area and will tell everyone not to stay there. Again, save your money and stay somewhere else.

Customer service was horrible. For some reason our reservation was canceled and they weren't willing to work out something with us. They didn't care if we had a room or not or even try to help us. The place was pricey and didn't have many amenities like other hotels we've stayed at. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Really great property for Navy personnel on orders when the base lodges are full. Near a lot of food options and a Walmart, and most importantly 10 mins from Pensacola Base.

Assigned Room was in a building at the back of the property. There were NO designated ADA Accessible parking spots. Which is illegal. The glass on the entry door was shattered. The door did not close/lock. Room was not very clean- micro wave, bathroom sink was very dirty. No air conditioning was running in the common areas.

It’s very quiet and had a great sleep. The bathroom is small. Also, I do not recall a swimming pool on the facility. I would have like a blinder with information about the facility, restaurants near by, and things visitor can visit and enjoy. Overall, my stay wasn’t bad.

Cute room but we were miserable.
The room was cute as could be. Beds were comfortable, pillows were just like we like them. Decor was perfect! Loved the colors and lighting. That was the good.
First night, we had no air conditioning whatsoever! We were all miserable. I went and spoke to the lady at the check in/checkout counter (she was very helpful and understanding of the situation) she said that she would have us a new room ready in a few hours. It needed to be cleaned. We left for about 3 hours when we returned the room still wasn’t ready and we had to wait for over an hour. That night we were much more comfortable, plenty of cold air but the noise level was unbelievable! We were put in the room closest to the check in area the employees were loud and at one time had all four of us awake! I will never again stay in a room close to that area of a hotel/motel.

Great location
This hotel served its purpose. It is perfectly located between the airport and the navy base. It was priced good! I'm glad that I didn't let the reviews keep me from booking this hotel!

I stayed at Comfort Inn this weekend and first thing that was wrong the tv in my room was not working . I called for someone to come fix it and the guy came said he couldn’t do anything so he was going to his manager to do a room swap . No one ever returned or called to do anything about it . Second thing the tub plug was missing and the shower water was cold . Third thing I saw two bugs crawl from underneath my bed . Very disappointed in my stay.

The property was clean, however the sign in was horrible for me I had reservations, I was treated as if I didn't have reservation ,I were told that there was no more rooms available when I asked to be upgraded, I asked to see the room that they assigned me and 1 of the front desk guy walked me over the bathroom was dirty and I was told that they could refund me, all of a sudden when I got up set and stated that this was a big inconvenience to me because I did not have another reservation they said that they had 3 rooms in the back were I asked for from the beginning, so I got the room and the television had no sound I was told by the front desk guy Nate that they only provides the rooms, I almost lost it, then he decided to put me in another room and asked me between him and I don't call the managers on them Monday. This is what I experienced at Comfort Inn and paid my money.

Front desk staff was awesome: friendly, welcoming & attentive but the breakfast lady hated to be there. Unfortunately there was a roach walking on the desk in our room. I informed the front desk and they said they would let the pest control know about that room.

Family Trip on a Budget
If you’re looking for a spot to rest this would be nice, we traveled from Texas to Florida for 4days and had a budget so I decided to book here it looked nice compare to other hotels near by. The room was clean, checking in was bad I was moved to different room because the first room door wouldn’t scan the card. The room I was in was clean but ended up seeing other people clothes in the closet so it had me question if they inspect rooms after ppl check out or just throw on new sheets on the beds and move on. My frustration was the TV it would not get any signal and I could not watch a movie or a show without it freezing up every 5mins I just gave up on the tv during my stay. But overall I spent my day at the beach so this wasn’t a bad place to stay just to get some sleep.

Our room was really spacious, but had the smallest bathroom ever. No dresser only open cubes, no towel rack. Staff furnished extra towels. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Cold eggs and sausage. Waffle irons never made awhile waffle. Left early next morning and no one at front desk in person or by phone. I guess if there was an emergency, we would have been on our own.
