Checkin was a breeze and was able to check in earlier. Room furnishing and decor dated. Time for a refresh on the bed. Room size was nice and spacious. Really close to airport and hotel provided shuttle service.

We were early for our check in and were able to use the pool, lobby and wifi while we waited. The pool was awesome, had a waterfall and the lobby was comfy and airy! I would definitely stay here again!

Everything about this hotel stay was phenomenal. It started as a day-use reservation for a late flight. Flight was then cancelled for two days, resulting in a 2- night stay. Front desk staff were very welcoming and understanding of our frustrations. They greeted and accommodated our party of 4 exceptionally well. The hotel decor, ambiance, staff/ customer service, location, grounds were 10/10. I’d definitely stay again… and again!

Wonderful stay. We initially were staying for a dayuse stay… turned out to be a two night stay after our flight was canceled for two days. Everything was luxurious- front desk staff, amenities, views, area and location, decor. I’d definitely recommend.

Proximity to the airport is great. Loved the walkability to nearby stores and restaurants. Property is beautifully maintained and the grounds are well kept. Nice amenities on site, coffee shop, gorgeous pool, etc.
Only thing we didnt really like was the room was quite dark and dingy. Stains on the carpet, and furniture. The condensation from the air conditioner vent on the ceiling created a puddle in the room. Otherwise, it was clean just needs some TLC for what the price point is.

The property is well maintained however, we stayed in a double bedroom and the mattresses were extremely uncomfortable. The shower had mold where the soap holder is placed. Once their dining is closed there’s no after hour option for snacks or drinks. We were shocked that there wasn’t a little convenience store or even vending machines available and that we’d have to leave the property late at night. For the amount of money you’re spending those amenities should be available.

The shuttle from the airport was extremely helpful and convenient, the driver even put our bags in the back for us. Upon arrival the front desk staff was welcoming and seemed happy to be there. The hotel is beautiful inside and out. I would definitely come back.

Not pleasant stay. The dinning room is not open for dinner so you have to eat at couches in the bar lobby. It’s incredibly uncomfortable and noisy as well as very poor service due to the set up. We received a room upgrade to a suite. Great? Not! We could hear the elevator dinging all night long every time it came to our floor. The thermostat for our room was in the living room so the bedroom temperature would not match what we set it to. Very uncomfortable. Of course it’s near the airport so you need to expect plane noise but it was so significant and just added to the unpleasant experience. I’d recommend staying away.

We ordered food and waited over 1 hour to receive our meal one dish at a time. After a hour wait for our dessert I asked for it to go. 20 min later I asked again. I waited an additional 10 mins before reporting it to front desk and returning to my room. Paying $60 for 3 tacos, a bowl of soup, some French fries and 2 iced teas. Definitely the worst service I’ve received from an “upscale establishment”.

3 Star hotel for a 4 star price
In need of some renovations. Our room was fine but the hotel itself is older and overpriced at $300 per night and that was on a promo. Breakfast was included but disappointing. Not a wide variety and the coffee was watered down. Overall I would not pay for the breakfast but had it included in my price. We had a drink at the bar and the barman was not very friendly. We asked if he had a cocktail menu and was told no only a wine menu. Without being provided with one. We ended up ordering a couple of glasses of prosecco that was good. The hotel itself is in a nice location and the shuttle was on time and driver was fine.

Had a Superior Room with City View All you could see was the roof with the air conditioning units The room was freezing and unable to get any response from unit Mattress was so soft and like a trampoline Poor response from staff at breakfast and could not be bothered Appears no real shuttle service as people had been waiting for an hour We just got a taxi

They make you pay for anything. Parking not included in the fare, no breakfast allowed unless you pay. Definitely not recommended.

Room was fine. But the bathroom was not what expected. No place to place personal items n no hooks. No exhaust for shower.
It was cold in room couldn't get heat. Comfortable bed. Food was good and waitress service.

Easy to get shuttle ( every 30 mins ) close to a few fast food places and a walgreens
Lovely pool area shame too cold in the end to use it.
Was hoping for an evening meal but it’s just in the bar area.

The Pullman needs updating of the rooms. We chose this hotel due to its convenient location to the airport and availability of the shuttle with us having an early flight. The bartender/food was really good. The hotel is older and it shows especially in our 2 double bed room. There was a big hole behind the mirror, the wi-fi was horrible/unreliable. Could barely watch the TV as it kept buffering. The blanket on one of the beds had stains so removed it from the bed. The hotel met our needs for the less than 24 hours we spent there but will probably not go back.

Staff was excellent and we were given a free upgrade because of our Expedia status. Also, two free drinks. Took no charge hotel shuttle from airport to hotel. Then the next morning we took Lyft to our ship which was a 30 minute drive due to Monday morning traffic.

AMAZING Hotel, Rude Bartender
The Pullman Miami Airport Hotel is WONDERFUL. Such spacious rooms and beautiful decor. I would have given 5 stars for everything, but I deducted one because the bartender who was working on the night of our arrival was extremely rude, to the point my husband and I were kind of left in shock.

I requested a standard room and it was a good size for me as I was travelling solo. It was clean. Food was ordered from the bar and not the restaurant which is what I would have preferred. However, the food I ordered was tasty. For an overnight stay it was ok. After I reported issues with my room they were rectified quickly. Complimentary shuttle available to and from airport and also to cruise port but for a fee, it was cheaper for me to get an Uber.

In general, this is a very good hotel. The property is a little bit old and the rooms can us a little bit of remodeling. However, the price is very reasonable and there are very good amenities on the property. The food was excellent.

We first got our room and smelled like cat urine and it was super sticky around the counter tops and when we requested a new room and a free upgrade - being that I'm a gold member I'm allowed a free upgrade - which with every hotel I request one and I'm always denied. The picture on the hotel room description was definitely not the room we get. But we were placed in a room that was the same but this time it smelled good and actually had a mini fridge like it was stated but the other one did not. The hotel is beautiful and unfortunately transfers to our cruise today which is a ten to fifteen min drive would of costed 60;dollars but we will be taking a taxi. I did ask about our 1 free drink voucher after we got our new room. But it wasn't offered at time of check in. It would of been nice if breakfast was included for the price of 2 rooms at $200 a night. I never receive any perks of being a gold member and I'm usually out in there standard room using these sites when booking I noticed

The staff were welcoming and friendly, however, the rooms are old and the mattress had to be changed long time ago. I booked this hotel to relax and sleep well after over 30 hours of traveling and but I found my self even more tired after sleeping in that bed.

I was there 10 years ago and the hotel remained the same. Need refreshment and better maintenance. Exiting the parking was a terrible experience. I had to get back to the lobby several times to have them lift the barrier...Very poor...

My overall stay was great. The hotel is beautiful. Only concerns was some of the outlets didn’t work and the solution was they gave me a power stripe. The heat barely worked so it was so cold

The staff were all very nice. I booked this property many months ago and when we checked room I chose and pre-paid for was not available. We got a lesser room and 2 drink tickets. Was not impressed about this but the property was nice.

I was very dissatisfied with my stay here. Right away walking into the room, you could tell it had not properly been cleaned. Someone at some point dropped what appeared to be a cup of coffee onto the floor which stained the carpet and and left droplets all over the wall which had been dried. We told the staff (to avoid them blaming us for the mess), and they assured us that someone would be up right away to clean it. Unsurprisingly, nobody ever came. The room smelled like cigarette smoke, because someone was smoking in a room around us. The bed did not even have a fitted sheet on it, just a sheet laid over the bare mattress. You also have to pay an additional $10 for parking if you wish to park on the property. We would not come here again.

This hotel is close to the airport and highways, we were not informed about anything during check in, no mention about how parking worked, nothing about services at all. Room was decent but cleanliness can be better. Views are awesome. This hotel charges a parking fee to park in their own premises.

This is the only hotel I’ve ever stayed at that I felt like I was a burden. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in , room wasn’t ready until an hour after check in. After already spending an hour waiting I was given a drink voucher ( one that was already complimentary with reservation ) . Bartender was aloof and did not care if we were served. We went to the restaurant to eat and not one person was in there , eating or working. Will not stay here again or recommend.

I think that this hotel is overrated, and lacks of personalization. Just basic average installations, average service but o overpriced. I stayed there because of the convenience of having an event in the same location and not struggling with the transportation but rather stayed somewhere else and receive a cleaner, more modern and special place. The restaurant is nothing out of this world, the menu for breakfast is super basic, and the prices are a little high, the room was spacious but seemed worn out already. The views from my room was the only thing I could really enjoy. Carpet was stained and toilet wasn't even cleaned. Needs a remodeling asap and updates in service and customer attention. Also the event room had an issue with the temperature setting, all conference rooms worked with the same termostat so we were basically freezing for all days.

Shuttle service was helpful. Were told we could get snacks, ice, etc near our room. However wasnt told it was closing within the 15 minutes in which we arrived that afternoon. Was also supposed to have free breakfast & drinks according to our reservations but was not informed as to where to go or when to get those. Woke up to make coffee in our in room coffee maker and bugs were inside it. Alerted staff of the issue & was told mgmt would reach out but still havent heard from anyone. Even provided pic to staff of bug found in coffee pot.

Hotel was nice and clean. Only problem we had was we were waiting on our rooms and they were helping other guests and giving them rooms. I went back up to the desk to find out our rooms have in fact been ready for a while but no one bothered to call our three numbers we left as we set in the lobby for hours waiting on our rooms. Just not very professional.

I always love coming back to this hotel. As a professional traveler, I love returning where there are people there that I know from many stays, that are friendly and helpful. It creates a sense of home while traveling. Love staying here!
