This hotel was very outdated and dirty. Had a mildew smell. We had to relocate to another hotel and were not refunded for one of the nights we did not even stay at the hote.

I did not like the fact that the room smelled of smoke ! it was very strong and we are non smokers! I think the app should ask if it will be a smoking or non-smoking room.

My check in experience was fast, the desk clerk was very professional, courteous & informative. The second evening clerk was just as professional, courteous & informative. So far my stays with the Holiday Inn Express has been great, rooms very clean & staff has always been professional!! 🙌

Had a problem with bathroom cleanliness but was remedied by a very nice young lady. Room doesn't have a safe and needs updated. Tub was slippy and there were no grab bars which isn't safe for elderly or balance challenged people. Pool is small. Nothing to do in that immediate area.

What I didn't like was at breakfast guests were allowed to be in the dining room without shirts on. I don't think this is acceptable. Who wants to look at barebellys while enjoying a meal..

The pillows were sweat stained and disgusting. You can't just throw a clean pillow case over a pillow that should be thrown out. You can smell the sweat while laying in bed. The carpeting appears to never have been steam cleaned. The grout on the floor in the bathroom needs to be bleached and scrubbed. It's definitely not a place I'll be going back to.

The room was very nice. Clean and comfortable. The bed was soft and fluffy for people who like that (like my boyfriend) but it you like firm beds prepare. The only downside to this hotel was they started cleaning the hallways around 7:30am and that’s not a great start to the morning after drinking at a wedding the night before.

I was willing to overlook the hairs left in the sink/bathtub, the patchwork on the ceiling, plaster falling apart in bathroom, dirty grout, stains in the carpet and bedding, but once the cockroaches ran across the bathroom floor, I was done. The staff was willing to give me a new room, but that was it. $200/night.

The property is great and my family enjoyed. The only suggestion we have is to have a tub mat to avoid accidents since the tub was a bit slippery. Either than that we would come back! :)

I reserved a room for four travelers that had 2 queen beds through your app which did show it was available to reserve. I did the reservation approx 4/4 hours before we actually arrived, which was just before midnight. When I entered to check in, the woman at the front desk had informed me my room had been changed due to no double queen’s available… I should have been notified and was not. The front desk woman had at least 3 children under the age of 11, the youngest being about 1 running around behind the counter, she had to step away from helping me several times to chase them and yell at them to stay in the back … extremely unprofessional. I asked prior to going to my room if I needed extra linens and pillows for the pull
Our couch, she told me there was some up there already .. there wasn’t. I called down and she told us we would then have to return to the front to get them where she was still chasing her children around the front check in area. Our toilet ran and leaked, the shower kept backing up while we were showering. The hallway smelled like puke upon getting off the elevator… very unsatisfied with this hotel, not to mention I was not issued a refund of any kind for the room being changed without my knowledge … I absolutely love holiday inn and always look for their locations to stop at when we take road trips , corporate needs to get more involved with this location because it’s needs help.

All I expect from a holiday inn express is a clean room, and a comfortable bed. When we arrived the room had a strong smell. The carpet did not look clean. The worst thing was the bed sheets did not smell clean and the bed was concave in the middle. The bathroom was OK. The breakfast was fine with the exception of the coffee. The coffee was so watery it did not even taste like coffee.
The people at the desk were nice and friendly. And it did have a washer and dryer that we used. I did not feel very comfortable, so I am sure I would never stay there again

Stayed for a weekend race, came back to find out the hotel did not have hot water, they said it would be back in a few. Spent twos days never got hot water.

No hot water. At all. I was told temp issue but it was not. And hotel could not do anything. I had to struggle with hotels.com for some credit of $50. As front desk didnt seem to helpful or empathetic to allow 50% off rate of 168 for the night. The one thing i needed was a hot shower after a 13 mile mud run and this hotel simply didnt care to tell hotels.com to allow the rate credit mentioned.

Everyone was helpful but my handicapped room had a bed that I couldn’t get on (it was so high I couldn’t sit on it, let alone get my legs on it) and I am 5’4” tall. I spent 2 nights sleeping in the chair.

Nice, clean and welcoming
Overall the stay was comfortable and the staff, especially Cali Ann, were welcoming and attentive to our needs. The complimentary breakfast was hot, fresh and convenient. The only thing that I was not thrilled about was not knowing that standard rooms don’t have microwaves in them and that I was on the only floor with out an old ice machine.

The price was a bit high. The checkout time was good. The front desk ladies were extremely helpful and nice. The hotel was clean for the most part and the room was stocked. Breakfast was served in a clean fashion. My granddaughter found a sock under the chair which says the cleaning wasnt as thorough as I'd like but overall it was good.

Nice stay, minus the crusty bathroom
Service was excellent the girls at the reception were helpful & nice. The room was clean but the bathroom was very disappointing. There was hair all over the bathtub and shower wall and the curtain looked dirty. We were only there for a few hours so I didn't make a big deal but it looks like the bathroom wasn't cleaned at all it was pretty gross.

A wonderful stay
We loved our stay, staff was really nice and very helpful. Our room was nice and clean and my favorite part was the nice set of shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner in the shower. And we slept well in their comfortable soft beds. I would definitely recommend this location's hotel

The property was clean and well maintained. They had a small nice outdoor pool and possibly an ondoor one. Unfortunately i had to stay there during the covid 19 outbreak due to a family emergency. I paid a lot of money for the hotel due to amenties and a hot breakfast but covid 19 closed all amenities and breakfast consisted of a bag with s water, k cup, small muffin and a orange. Im sure it is a better experience when there wasnt a pandemic
