Really nice hotel and pricing was good for how nice it was. Good location to other restaurants and entertainment. The hotel has a bar and restaurant as well if you don't want to leave

The reservation was for a 1 King bedroom and learned that it was changed to a 2 Queens bedroom. I was able to revert the reservation back to 1 King bedroom. However, was placed on the 2nd floor with the courtyard view versus on upper levels with great views, as advertised. In addition, the bathroom sink was heavily clogged up, requested for maintenance to fix the clogged and was completed promptly. Anything other than, it was a good and enjoyable stay.

Family weekend
It was a family weekend. The weather was colder than normal. Our room was very cold. We could not change the controls from A/C to heater which took several hours. The hotel was overpriced for what we got.

Room that was given was near an outside fire pit. Hours were not observed and security did not inform them, so needless to say extremely noisy. Complained at the front desk. Bathroom need tobe ceaned as there evidene of black mold.

Decent stay, but nothing special.
Needs a little updating, but room clean. Would prefer that they remove the old carpet in the rooms and use luxury vinyl.The mattress pad kept coming off the mattress. Went to sit out by the pool and the reclining patio chairs are all stretched out and ripped.
Would appreciate a morning coffee bar for the price of the stay. Overall decent, but nothing special about this hotel.

Ice machine on our floor was broken.
TV kept pixelating and requested service four times. When tech showed she said it was a network problem, but everything worked in lobby. Faucet leaked at base. Toilet paper falls from holders. Unhappy with our experience

Great choice in mesa
To start ryan was very friendly. The room was cozy and the tv had bluetooth. Came with actual glasses for my beverages. Room was clean comfortable and worth every penny. I also appreciated the added security on the elevators using room keys to operate.

We stayed here on New Year’s Eve and the hotel was very quiet. It was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful at check in. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were really nice

Beautiful hotel and great rates
My husband and I were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at Delta Hotels by Marriott. It is exactly as seen on their website. Looks expensive, new, very clean. And the rates were great, Dec 21. And most importantly for me was comfortable temperature in the room, unlike many hotels we’ve been in where there was no heat. Breakfast isn’t complimentary but it was delicious and well priced. Will definitely be back after our next travels.

Great facility, bad customer service
Terrible check in / check out experiences. The hotel could provide a better training to their employees.
Everyone was polite but couldn’t give simple information as far as breakfast price and time, for example. There was no one to check us out/ print a receipt. Had to wait for 10 minutes and when someone showed up, they didn’t know how to print a receipt. Luckily, they were able to email me the receipt.

Due to having disability from hearing and a hip injury i requested a disability room with a walk in shower. I didnt have a walk in shower but was roomy around the bed for a wheel chair. The room was clean. The surrounding was alittle creepy heard gun shots. The parking was kind hard to find l but good if your staying in the rooms twords the back.

Everything was fine! The one down side was I felt like I had to rush out of my room for the housekeeping lady 2 hours before the check-out time. Other than that, everything was perfect! This is the hotel I always book with when I’m in the area!

I just feel since it’s such a big hotel it’s impossible to have each room fresh. Our room just seemed like it hadn’t been used in months. Very strong closed musty smell. Not necessarily dirty just not appetizing.

This is a very pleasant place to stay if you are going to a concert at Mesa Arts Center. It's walking distance to the Ikeda theatre. The property is well kept and a little pricey but not as bad as similar hotels in the Phoenix metro..

For what we paid, this was ok. There was a very loud concert adjacent to the property that kept us awake. Also, I should have checked whether there was coffee or a continental breakfast of any kind. There was not. To get coffee in the morning it was a hike to another building. And nothing was complimentary. We ordered room service for dinner and it arrived in styrofoam cartons with tiny plastic utensils. Food was ok. Not great for what we paid.

The hotel is beautiful. A large property. The food is amazing, a diamond in the rough. I would go just to eat their great breakfast , tacos or burgers. Don't be fooled by location, its walking distance to the light rail or maybe a cheap Uber ride away. Modern art museum is free and very close.

Didn't feel like we were fully informed in parking area kinda had to figure it out for ourselves and was directed to where our room was as well. Then after coming back to our room saw our pillows had blood and makeup stains on them along with the bathroom having stains. Next time I go to any hotel I feel like I have to inspect as soon as I get there. Lesson learned

The room was very clean and quiet at night. The pool and hot tub were good but pool decking is cracking away and a bit hard on bare feet. The restaurant/bar made good food and large portion sizes. There was not a lot of places to sit to eat it so we took it up to the room to eat. Overall we would stay here again.

Clean and comfy beds. Nice water pressure in shower. Staff was very accommodating. Pool water was cold and felt so refreshing since it was 99 degrees outside. Walking distance to Amphitheater.

This was a very nice hotel. The beds are to DIE for. They were so comfortable. The first room I was placed in, the drain wasn’t draining in the shower so I asked to move and they upgraded me. It was such a pleasant stay with very nice staff.

Air conditioner made a loud banging noise ever 20 minutes, toilet wouldnt flush. The sheets were dirty/stained, and i was charged $50 extra with no reason given.

Central to Mesa area. Clean and fairly quiet even though there were lots of high schoolers here for a convention. They were fine - but the leaf blowers in the morning - not so much. Breakfast buffet 15 dollars and meh...not worth it. Lobby bar has Starbucks and some food options. Didn't do pool (kids,) but looked nice. Great sport bar across the street

My only complaint is the 3rd treadmill is not working. Will not turn on. Very nice clean, safe hotel with lots of amenities. I did eat breakfast at Cafe Azure breakfast buffet. I did use the very nice warm, clean pool with umbrellas.

Could not sleep all night due to traffic going in and out of the hotel. The main air conditioning unit in the lobby was so loud. The reservations department gave incorrect information.

What a great location close to the Mesa art center where my daughters dance competition was. The hotel itself was beautiful. The only thing I didn’t realize was that there was no breakfast being offered in the morning that you didn’t have to pay for. They did have a Buffet breakfast for 14.99. It was your typical options that any other hotel would have for free. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were upgraded nicely. All of the staff were so incredibly friendly I was actually surprised.
