I wanted to give it a good review, but was disappointed.Details, cobwebs in bathroom corner, purfume smell in room strong, most likely febreeze. Saturday, 8:30 am and still no coffee.
Hot breakfast wasn’t available Monday morning, I’m guessing they were under staffed. Hampton Inn can do better.

I like the location of the hotel - walkable distance to restaurants and a movie theater. Breakfast has a gluten free options. What I didn't like is that I had to chase the cleaning lady for a new set of towels, the pubic hair I found in the corner of the tub, and the huge spider in the lobby right when I was checking in..

Was there for 7 days 6 nights for wedding. Our room was a king room. I thought we were supposed to have an additional sleep sofa in room, but had a chair with foot rest. It was okay. But, we had planned for a grandchild to spend the night , they arrived Friday and Saturday. Missed the opportunity to have that one on one time.

This was a connecting room to grandparents for a wedding. It was suppose to be two queens, but there was an odor in room that stimulated an asthma event for my granddaughter. The room was changed but only room available was a king with a pull out couch. It was an issue because that room was for my son-law and his two 12 y/ o daughters

Not up to usual Hampton Inn standards
Older building. Pillows were stiff, over-stuffed, and fat with no variety. Fixed shower head. No room recycling. Check-in did not provide internet password. Noisy A/C and adjustable thermostat made little difference in room temp. Excellent blackout drapes. Nice size room.

Hotel was very clean and well maintained. Staff was excellent! Only issue was the microwave and refrigerator in the room weren’t plugged in and the cords didn’t reach the nearest outlet. So I couldn’t use either. Otherwise, great experience!

Great place to stat
We had a great time inside and outside the hotel! Staff were all super nice and helpful! Breakfast was also very nice! My sons favorite part was the view of the sunset from the pool!

Bed was clean but not really comfortable, woke with back ache. Shower head "squealed" till you messed with the settings ring a few times to make it go away.

Nice place to stay, hotel was very clean. Only issue is that they did not tell you in advance that they do not have enough staff to clean the room each day. That was not a problem, but would have been nice to know in advance (especially for morning coffee!)

Room was very clean and spacious. Staff was excellent. Location was perfect for what I needed. My only complaint was that the pillows were a little weird (square and small) and that I was above a wedding reception one night and it was very loud through the floor. Otherwise, a great stay and I look forward to going again.

The rooms were comfortable and clean. We were able to get additional towels since they did not clean the room nightly which is find with me. The staff was friendly and very helpful. There were restaurants in walking distance and shopping within a few miles from the property. The facility was very quiet.

This was a quick overnight stay coming back from WI to OH. Other than the smell of dog in my room, this hotel was very nice. The free breakfast had a lot of options, one of the best breakfasts Ive had at a hotel.

Buisness Stay near O'Hare Airport
This was the perfect spot for a 2 day business trip. Only a few miles from O'Hare and in a location with a lot of resturants. Breakfast was good. Only issue is no housekeeping on second day.

We enjoyed our stay and something very special happened. Maryjo the manager and I had a conversation while checking in that we were there to celebrate my 70th birthday with my children. On the day of my birthday there was a knock on the door and Maryjo was there with five of her staff with a birthday cake and they sang happy birthday to me. That was very special and something I never expected.
