This place is awful, not worth a single dollar, the room is ridiculously small, smells horrible and is extremely dirty. Staff is beyond rude
absolutely zero customer service skills. No room cleaning (well every 2 weeks!!!!!) If we want clean linens we have to bring the dirty ones to the front desk to exchange them and then put them on ourselves, we also have to take our own trash to the dumpster!!!!!

The lady who checked us in was so rude! Our refrigerator was so noisy and made it hard to sleep. Treadmill in the gym did not work. There was a broken drawer in the bathroom.

Friendly check-in, helpful, and switched to wheelchair accessible room, which i was not able to select online during the reservation process. It is very, very important to be able to that. Because calling or arriving to find out there is no accessible room SUCKS, and is not convenient. Spacious room

My worst experience ever. Bed bugs, cockroaches, dirty rooms, awfully rood staff and disgusting bathroom. They said there’s a breakfast in the morning, but they didn’t have anything except gross “coffee”.

Arrived 20 min before check-in time, hoping the would accommodate an slight earlier time. The Front staff woman seemed the be annoyed when I asked and says “no, you can’t”, nothing else. Mom needed to use the restroom as we been traveling. But there was no restroom on the lobby. Came back 3 hrs later. Was checked in and given the room key to find out that the room wasn’t clean. Was asked to come back in 20 min. Went out for dinner and came back around 9. As we were coming out of the elevator with all the luggage and very tired of a day of travel, the front desk happened to be on the hallway and lady said “oh, I have to give another room, the snick I’m the room I gave you is broken.” Would not come back. Finally, I was given given the key. I regret staying at this place just to save money. Wish I paid the $20 extra to get outrageously better service, amenities and better room. I’ve stayed at Home2 Suites by Hilton, which is usually $20-30 more.

The exceptional service and genuine kindness of the hotel employees left a lasting impression. During my stay, I unfortunately lost one of my earrings down the sink in my room. Distressed and unsure of what to do, I reached out to the front desk for assistance. The response was not only prompt but also incredibly empathetic. The hotel staff, without hesitation, went above and beyond to help me retrieve my lost item. It wasn't just about resolving the issue; it was about making me feel valued as a guest. The level of service and kindness exhibited by the employees, especially during the incident with my lost earring, left an indelible mark on my memory. This hotel is exceptionally good!

Call the hotel to ask if it was possible to do an early check in. Was advised to come at two o'clock in the room should be ready. Arrived at two thirty and the person that was helping Gave me your attitude and advice no rooms would be ready until about three thirty. Staff is not friendly. This location does not provide free breakfast. And the whole hotel smells like wet dog. I've stayed at other extended stays before and this is by fire the worst experience. Do not stay here...

Check in staff was quite curt. Felt like they assume everyone was going to steal or break something. The room smelled horrible. Very dirty. Shower had a hole in the tub where the washcloth handle is. Window screen was missing. Neither of the lights by the beds worked. Doors were grimey. We were told we had to take our own garbage out to the dumpster. The sheets and towels were clean. When we left the lady took the key card without any question of how our stay was or thanks. Wish I would have spent the $20 a night more and stayed anywhere else.

Room was very dated. Linens need to be replaced and carpet cleaned or replaced. Something about the property made us feel unsafe. Complimentary "breakfast" was substandard at best. Would pay a bit more and stay at a better hotel. Would not stay here again.

I dont know that I found anything really positive about this property. Im not picky,we have stayed in a lot of hotels and motels. The lady at the fromt desk was not friendly at all. There was people loitering in front of the property when we were trying to check-in. The elevator smelled strongly of weed. The room was not the cleanest. The carpet was dirty,it had stains and what i hope was gum(?)on the floor. There was no toiletries in the room at all. No hand soap shampoo or conditioner,nothing. The pool was closed with no reason given. It was lit up and looked clean,my daughter was so sad after being on the road for 6 hours she was looking forward to swimming. I would not stay here again no matter how affordable it may be compared to othe properties in the area. I paid 169 and dont feel like i got my moneys worth

The staff is nice the lobby is clean but the rooms really have been put through the ringer by people who lived there as opposed to vacationed there. My room had stab marks on the couch and dirt on the walls. I can submit pics if you ask. I was woken up at 3 am by the couple in the room over me having a fight! It was alot

Horrible service- beds had blood and coffee stains/ they could bk it give us keys to our room/ staff had to let us in and out. Only 1 person working, she was overwhelmed. Horrible experience! Never staying here again.

DONT STAY HERE! Their pictures and description of the stay is a lie! When we got there the lady in front was not very friendly and looked like she hated her job and had somewhere better to be. The smell was awful. When we got to our room the floor had little water puddle on the floor. It look like they had just cleaned as we were checking in. The bathroom door didn’t even close all the way and we were staying with a friend and we had to stay on one side of the room while people were showering. Then beds were so uncomfortable and the pull out was so badly stained up as well as the couch. The whole hotel is rundown. The room telephone didn’t work and when i mentioned it to them she said she knows but didn’t fix it. As for the breakfast it is NOT breakfast! They only have coffee and package muffins and granola bars. I have read the reviews after we stayed and this looks like an ongoing issue and if though management seem to respond back to these reviews NOTHING is done about the issues. They simply respond to save face. I wish i would have spent the extra $50 for a nicer hotel. Especially since I spent that to feed my football players breakfast that was supposed to be part of the hotel stay!

Glad I didn’t want to swim, it had been closed by the health department. There was no word that they were in a middle of upgrading units, so boxes were all through the lobby. The breakfast was lucky to last midway through the breakfast period.

First I have to say that the cost for my stay was really good and affordable! That being said my room was run down and didn't seem to be very clean although I am sure the maid did the best! Carpet was stained and dirty. One light was burned out and the bath tub, toilet and sink didn't have that sparkling clean luster like the pricer hotels. The bed was comfortable but the pillows weren't the greatest. When I rent a room I always get free breakfast and the ad did say free breakfast. I was very disappointed when the free breakfast was just coffee and toast with plastic packaged muffins and granola bars. Next time I know better and will make sure my hotel choice will be at least a 3 star with a breakfast buffet in the discription. I think it will be worth the extra 30+ dollars. That's what I get for being a tight ass right, my bad

Bad hotel amenities and services

ALOT of the rooms need upgrades such as some windows don't have screens, missing towel racks, non working garbage disposals, absolutely disgusting sofa mattress, way too much scented detergent used on bedding and sprayed into the air conditioning unit. Those are a few. Other than that it is quiet and most of the staff is friendly

Dirty, noisy all night, loiterers outside, etc
We immediately noticed loiterers in the parking lot.
Room was run down, table had a big dip in the middle, bed was nasty.
Excessive data collection from the lady at the front desk, including my employer, etc. I refused to provide this, not sure who they are collecting for. They wanted photo ID from all adults staying, never see this at other hotels. I'm assuming they don't take details from the loiterers.
Overall worst hotel stay ever.

Avoid this property at all costs!!!
I had to change rooms on arrival because the garbage disposal was dead and clogged with the most foul smell coming from it. They moved me next door only to find out the disposal was non existent. I inquired and they said they were removing all of them. I then found out my dishwasher was broken along with the microwave and the front burner of the stove. The only reason that someone would want to stay at a place like this is because of these amenities that didn’t work. The staff was not friendly or accommodating. I stayed at this same location for over a year in 2016 while I was looking for an apartment. Back then it was hospitable, now it’s not worth it. The cost is 40% higher than before and the return is 90% less. Unfortunately I used 2 of my rewards days that were worth almost double the rate for this stay of 8 days total. I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS PROPERTY AND THE WAY EXTENDED STAY HANDLED THIS.

Rooms were old with drawers that were either completely broken or did not work. They need a major upgrade with chipped paint all over. The 'breakfast included" was only granola bars as they said vendor had not delivered other items in a while. False advertising at it's best. People working there tried their best to help when possible.

No basic amenities such as shampoo or a showering soap were provided. The terrible smell in the hallway was lingering the entire weekend. The towels, which you have to go down and exchange if you want new ones, we’re old and raggedy. There were disgusting stains in the pullout couch mattress and flipping it over was even worse. The staff said they don’t change those but couldn’t use it and their solve was handing us a thin blanket to cover the matters. Ended up just sharing the bed. The cabinets and drawers looked like they were so old and stained from who know what. Upon trying to checkout, someone used an exit that wasn’t the front door causing an alarm to go off and shutting down the elevator so had to lug our luggage down 3 flights of stairs to get out. Overall, I do not recommend anyone staying here. There are better options that are equally priced and better than this place

The room wasn't clean. The sofa bed was not in a good condition. On a second day we were away all day. We called the Hotel to accommodate us to a different room. They would honor the request and kept us redirecting to another number, and going into the loop. We booked a different Hotel a few miles away from there for the rest of our trip. We went back to ESA to return the keys and checked out the following day.
Not a good experience for the family with a kid with us.

I only stayed for a night but when trying to do my check in the lady at the counter told me that they were overbooked and they might have no room for my family… finally she had the room but she said didn’t have enough laundry etc if we need extra linen … overall very unprofessional and rude also the mattress in the sofá cama had a huge blood stain … we decided to stay here because it was close to airport an Uber rides are very costly in Phoenix also we only slept 5 hours and left, not staying here again though, thanks

This hotel is horrible! Our room had last occupant garbage in can under sink. Missing light bulb, leaky kitchen sink, wall outlet with only half a cover(a violation of state law), upside down lock mechanism on bathroom slider making it useless. filthy hall ways, garbage in parking lot, breakfast was a cup of coffee and an energy bar of cupcake. I paid $260+ for a room Hotel 6 quality room.

Overall service was not worth the $300+ spent for a night. Room was booked for 6 people. Room had 1 small trashcan, no phone, room smelled humid and musky, pullout bed had no beddings, mattress was lumpy and wires were exposed, trash under the couch, kitchen sink had cereal clogging the drain (not ours), only 4 towels were available, and breakfast was so low budget (instant cereal and water). Please don’t advertise free breakfast. When I requested beddings, we were told, “if you needed beddings, you should have came during the day.” We drove 2 days to get to Phoenix and our comfort was not a priority for this hotel. It was a complete rip off to stay here for the cheap service and rude staff.

Complete overhaul needed
The worst hotel stay ever... from only a cold water shower on the night we arrived to hair balls in the bathroom and stains all over the carpet. The shower head sprayed water all over the ceiling. We got another room the next night but housekeeping is horrible and the entire place just needs to be torn down and replaced.

The breakfast was lack luster.
The coffee was weak. You had a choice of two prepackaged muffins. And two granola bars. They also had quaker brand oatmeal packs. This should not be called a free breakfast but should be called a snack.
We felt like we were mislead.
Other than that the room was cleanish. There was a burn stain on the table. Won’t stay there again.

The stay at this place was awful! I wouldn't stay for another night! The showerhead sprayed water up onto the ceiling and dripped to the floor and all over. Made all our towels and clothes n stuff wet. By the end of a shower, the restroom floor was wet. The phone wasn't working correctly; I couldn't hear anything or anyone on the other line. I don't recommend..on the other hand Days Motel in Tempe was wonderful.

Other guest were super loud walking down the halls. It was like a group of 5 or more and they kept walking up and down the hall be extra loud at 2 in the morning loud enough to wake me up and my kids and front desk did not ask them at once to quiet down I had to get up and ask them to be quiet multiple times.

We had no ice in our room. They had no ice machines on property. The was not even a quarter roll of toilet paper on the holder and only one extra roll. We had shower towels only no hand wash towels. No amenities in kitchen like paper products. We didn’t know to buy them

Our prepaid room was given to someone else
We got away late, waiting for child's presciption to be filled (shortage made it a 4 hour wait). We called the hotel to let them know we would be late, but we arrived at the hotel they had given our prepaid deluxe family suite away but put us in a room that would not accomodate my family, and it was not clean so we left, went to front desk, and asked for our $ to be refunded.

The carpet in the room was damp and the room smelled musty. The hallways smelled of marijuana and was also musty. There was a foul order throughout the hallway on the 2nd floor.

I reserved a room with two double full-beds at this hotel, but when I checked in, they assigned me a room with one queen- bed and a foldable sofa, and told me no other room available. As we were tired after long travel and late at around 10PM, we decided to make the foldable sofa a bed as we had 4 people. but when I asked the staff to cover the sofa bed with a new sheet as the sofa was dirty. she told me she will ask the next staff to do it in a couple minutes as she is about to go home. but after 20 minutes, no one came to our room. so I went down and asked again. Another staff said they won't help customer for the sofa bed. so I asked for one sheet and pillows to make it myself. She said she can not access the room with pillows because the manager had the key and was not there. I was pissed off. I called the expedia to cancel my room. the staff lied and yelled to the expedia lady that I was given the right room. Eventually I got refunded and left at 11PM. Terrible.

The sheets on the pull out sofa were dirty and there was a used mask on the sheets. The towel rack in the bathroom was broken and came out of the wall. The hotel clerk charged my credit card a second time after I told that I paid on Expedia. This was absolutely the worst experience that I’ve had in the more that 20 years that I’ve booked reservations on Expedia.

Everything was old and dirty. Our room had broken drawers and was minimally equipped. There were no linens for the pullout bed and the front desk said they couldnt provide any because they were all in use or dirty. Beeakfast was bare bones with hardly any seating. No ice available either. We had yo go buy some at Walmart.

The front desk did not have our prepaid Expedia reservation but Larae at the front desk called Expedia and worked very hard to get it straightened out. The suite was in very poor condition, especially the bathroom and there weren’t even enough full towel sets for 2 people. Grab and go breakfast was unimpressive.

The staff was great, the only issue I had was our check in time was delayed do to cleaning but when we got to our room we had a weird smell and it stayed. We found a bag of old onions in the lower cabinet. The ac was musty and when my husband accidentally hit the heater instead of the ac it set off the smoke alarm, the fridge was dirty and still had food residue, the bathroom had a sticker on the wall from a bathing suit liner
