I was told I could valet at the hotel. It was pouring when we arrived. I had to carry my bags in the rain to check in. The. I had to drive to another hotel and valet there. Then I had to get a ride back to the hotel. Not a great start to our staycation. The hotel had a very unusual smell to it. The bathroom was tiny. The noise was unbearable starting around 9:30 pm. When we left I walked to another hotel to pick up my car as my wife waited with the bags downstairs. Horrible experience. Everyone is doing you a favor. I would have cancelled on the spot but they told me it would have been more money to cancel than the actual stay. I was told by staff at the hotel where I parked that this happens all the time. They would never recommend this hotel, nor would they even consider spending $1 there. It was smelly, there was no management on staff..disgusted with the whole experience.

The hotel itself was lovely, staff was so helpful and kind. Very quick turnaround on housekeeping services. Super clean. it did lack outlets in the rooms to charge devices and In lobby too. Did love how close it is to the beach. Very nice short walk. Just didn't appreciate the lack of opinions for food when you want something quick and/or cheap. Overall I did love my stay.

Great customer service. Easy check in. We came a few hours prior to check in time so the hotel stored our luggage safely until check in time. Very creative and fun environment. Lots of colours, happy and relaxed feel. Only stayed for 1 night but would have loved to have stayed for longer. 3min walk from gorgeous Miami Beach.

Stayed for 3 nights. Room and bathroom was clean. It is conveniently across the street from the beach and a public parking lot. They provide beach chairs, umbrellas and towels.
First night there was an event in the hotel so dining at the restaurant or rooftop wasn’t open to hotel guests and the second night the rooftop was closed. It does get noisy at night in the rooms from the music playing in the lobby and rooftop.

Nice but uncomfortable.
The place is conveniently located and it is adorable, we stayed on a lower floor and the rooftop was closed that night, so no issue with noise. The bed, however, is SO uncomfortable, like sleeping in coils. No parking or valet, there is a lot across the street.

We had a great stay at Casa Faena. The atmosphere is beautiful but it’s an older hotel and has its cons. Limited outlets, thin walls, scalding hot water, and the no parking situation was a bit inconvenient. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and the location is excellent.

Hotel had no name on it. Only one staff member on duty at any given time so there was always a wait. No parking at the property. Only a bed in the room. NO CHAIRS of any kind. The noise from the music to the people in the halls. I would not stay there again.

It was a pleasant stay. Clean, beautiful decor, great service and the room itself was comfortable. Yet the music is a bit loud at night time, not a family friendly type of hotel but good for couples or people that enjoy the night life.

No sleep hotel - loud club
This is Gitano’s club with a few rooms at the back. If you want to party it is perfect. If you want to sleep don’t book. Sadly the location is misrepresented on the website and does not say the entrance is same as the bar Gitano’s.

This is a great property, quaint building with a nice bar and lobby area. the staff is welcoming and for my needs was conveniently placed.
that said, the room was exceptionally noisy due to the air con and felt like the room was in constant movement with everything shaking. I woke up in the middle of the night because of the noise and was forced to switch off my zircon, but that still didn't fully alleviate the noice and constant shaking in room.

Staff was very nice and helpful with check in and check out, but the property, services, and amenities were not up to par. Arrived on a cold night and the room was at a chilly 65 degrees. Heat was not working. Requested a room change for one with working heat and was given a space heater instead. Requested robes that never arrived. Floor was sticky. No bedside outlets for charging. Bathroom was underwhelming, almost like a motel. Disappointing stay, not worth the cost of the room. Will not be staying here again.

Hotel is in a great location near Faena which offers great food, live music, spa & shopping. Our first room was thumping with music @ 7 pm. We changed rooms and it was quiet. Nice rooftop bar.

This is one of the worst hotel i have been in my entire life. To start, the first room had a brown liquid in the bathtub and the sink was outside of the bathroom. The second room had hair in the bed that was not ours. On top of it all, the wifi did not work no matter which room were in and the outlets were also broken. We requested to leave immediately but they would not issue a refund so they upgraded us to the supposedly best room which turned out to have a broken fan right above our faces that would not turn off. We had to move a forth time at 2am to a queen bedroom when we had paid for the King Suite. Fair warning for anyone that want to stay at this hotel and visit the beach, the hotel only provides beach chairs and not beach loungers. You have to carry them yourself from the hotel to the beach and if you are lucky they will not be broken like ours were.

It was great that there is staff 24/7.
The room I had, had plenty of room to move around plus a large enough of a table I can work on. It's clean and did the job.
On the negative side, there was a missing do not disturb sign. But was fixed once I mentioned it. The shower was the biggest item. Turning on the water was not the easiest thing and requires a bit of fiddling. Same with turning it off. The biggest item was how slippery the tub was. There is no mat to help not slipping in the tub.

Really charming boutique hotel, very good price for the area.
Room was hot - AC was not working properly, took all night to cool off, shower valve was very difficult to turn on and off and tub drained very very slowly so at the end of shower i was standing in ankle deep water. I did alert the manager to the issues and they were apologetic but did not offer me anything,
Not a deal breaker, for the price i would give it another shot

We enjoyed our stay very much. Hotel is very cute. Staff is nice and welcoming. Beach was very quiet, which was a great surprise. Did not love bringing the chairs across the street, but the price of the hotel for the area can’t be beat. The chairs were the catch. It was hard to get them up and downstairs, and across A1A. The rooftop bar is absolutely beautiful. It needs some major service help. The space is underutilized. Go across the street to the Hotel Faena for breakfast at least once. It was such a treat.

This is my Second stay in Casa, the first was when it was Casa Calridge and its only gotten better. I love the new addition of Gitano and the roof top bar.
Even though there was alot going on on the roof it didn't effect my sleep, and our room was directly underneath.
Only feedback i wish they would bring back the chairs and private beach area. the hotel does have chairs for us to carry over to the beach and towels but it would be so nice to have it already out there!

The hotel is fine. But maitre d in restaurant is rude and there is no priority for guests of the hotel. Meaning it’s hard to even eat in the hotel you’re staying in.

Horrible! Worst place I have seen .
We had to leave in the middle of the first night.
1- nicely redecorated but no major works were done. No noise isolation , old sink with mold ... we could hear like if people were in front of the bed when walking in the doorway, coming from the elevator or ... peeing in their room.
But the worst part is the extremely loud music with basses on the roof top over our heads and at the restaurant below...
In fact it is a party place with rooms for happy endings not for customers who want to rest!
2- when we explained to the staff that we couldn’t sleep like this , the first stupid answer was: “it’s miami babe!”
The manager did not got back to us that night.
We have decided to leave but we wanted a confirmation email that we will get a full refund.
It took us 2 hours to obtain it after: my daughter went crying across the street to the Mother hotel: Fanea hotel- we packed our suitcases and waited in front of the desk and the only elevator used by guests and outsiders to get to roof top and talking to everyone.
To get rid of us, they finally sent a very confusing email....but it took 3 days of constant emails to them and Expedia to get our refund.
Make yourself a favor: AVOID THAT CASA FAENA PSEUDO HOTEL AT ALL COSTS.

No R&R in this Casa. Service good.
Checked in for a Friday-Sunday quiet stay for rest and study time. Room was large but basic and uninviting. Tile floor slippery. Restaurant was terrible and really busy. The roof top bar was a problem. 1 elevator or a stairwell gave access to a great space but I’m certain it was over capacity and was a haven for loud music and drunk people. Volume did not reduce until after 1am. The open atrium provided for lots of reverberations. The walls were throbbing with the people in the stairwells and all the attendees on the roof.

Terrible.
Walked into room - dirty underwear from previous guest in the floor behind the door in the bathroom. Loud club music from floor below was vibrating the floor. Complained for an hour with no resolve so left to a different hotel. Refund stay immediately.

The hotel was closed for maintenance and I was not told until I was checking out of the main property, Hotel Faena. The Hotel Faena staff was amazing and detailed to assist me. They gave me a room at the Casa Faena rate and my stay was even better. Ended up being a perfect vacation after a long week of work. They understand luxury and client service experience.

Run from this place. The managers, including the director of operations are liars. They fraudulently charged my card for nights I didn't stay there, and this is after they put me into a room that had already had a damaged toilet. The toilet overflowed after one flush, with water spilling into the other rooms. They not only blamed me for this when (I stayed here the night before and could hear the toilet from the room above me swirling to the point I thought the water might spill then). After the manger put me into a another room, he tried to move me back to the original room with the plumbing problem.
This manager (a male) tried to use his key card to enter my room when I was sleeping. I am a woman who was staying there by myself. Fortunately, he couldn't enter because there was a lock on the door. Of course I checked out immediately and the hotel FRAUDULENTLY CHARGED my card and refuse to refund me. The manger is a creep for his actions. And the director of operations is reprehensible to stand behind such egregious acts and LIES.
Go to a bigger resort where you won't have to deal with incompetence and managers entering your room without permission and charging your credit card without authorization. This place is FRAUDULENT.

The space is small but pretty but the service is AWFUL and the amenities are HORRIBLE!! No pool access and the beach is so trashy, 1 person there on weekends and dirty towels everywhere, no one to order food/drinks from, my friend and I had to pull our own chairs and umbrella out and after an hour when I called the hotel they sent a server around and he asked if we complained?! It was the poorest excuse for service I have ever experienced.

Common areas are nice, location is excellent. Staf very nice. But rooms are in bad shape - almost no renovation there: old windows, you can listen any noise from the street, old handles on the bathroom which don't work very well.. curtains do not cover the whole windows, and are not black-out, so you cannot darken the room. Some days bleach smell in the ailes. Expensive for what it offers.. bad price-value proposition

i love faena in buenos aires but casa faena was well below expectations ..my room was not properly sound proofed and the noise from the next door room was terrible ..even normal conversations could be heard ..the rooms are smallish..
there was an expectation that we could use the pool at the main hotel this was incorrect ..the hotel has beach chairs and no pool
the waiter in the restaurant and barmen were fantastic..

Casa Faena has all the charm and quirks that come with a beautiful, old hotel. The staff was impeccable and took care of every request. It would have been nice to have been informed of the free trolley, as it would have saved us quite a bit of walking and time. The hotel is close to restaurants, but you have to get your beach parafernalia from the Main Faena Hotel. We had a great visit! Thank you to all the staff.

First room was smelt bad and had what looked like urine stains on it... But the concierge was lovely and moved us. The second room was better but still not as pictured online. The blinds were broken. The lamp had no light bulb, the room smelt a little like sewage. The walls in the common areas were all beat up and marked up, the elevator seemed shifty. It is an old building that is so charming but had been let go. The atrium was beautiful but that was about it. No pool excess only beach. We expected more from the Faena Group and will stay elsewhere the next time.

Great Hotel on Miami Beach
Our stay was short but we wished it was longer. Overall we were taken back by the hotel’s decor, and loved how it made us feel like we were in Spain, not Miami. The amenities were great and the staff was friendly. If you want a good drink see Alfredo at the bar. The bed was comfortable and the wool throw was an excellent touch. Location-wise it’s right next i then beach, literally across the street and it’s a short Uber ride to the other hot spots for dining and more fun. We look forward to coming back to Miami and staying at the hotel again.
My only compliants, none deal breakers for me, the grout along the window sill in the shower/tub was gone leaving an eerie gap for water and who knows what to go down, the walls are paper thin so we could hear cleaning staff down the hall and our neighbors, so we just left the TV on to drown out any ambient noise, and the front staff wasn’t so knowledgeable about the schedules of the available services you get access to across the street at the Faena resort.

The young lady at the desk, was very friendly and accommodating. Love the art decor, and the European touch. The room was very refreshing and comfortable, the only thing that was bothersome was the noisy guest next to our room, you could literally hear their entire conversation as they were pretty loud at times. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay! We will definitely comeback if ever back in Miami.

I would not recommend this hotel at all. I had to ask for wash cloths every single day. Ok the third day I asked why this kept happening and the desk person told me because they ran out. So how was I supposed to shower?? I was told "I don't know". Terrible. The wood table on the balcony had something that looked like mushrooms growing out of it. Needless to say I did not utilize the table nor balcony. I mentioned at the desk yet each day when I returned the table and whatever was growing out of it was still there. One morning I woke to loud alarms outside. I called the desk to inquire and was told "I don't hear anything I am not outside". You have got to be kidding me with the level of service and intelligence of this staff. I hung up and googled the area to find out the alarms meant surf conditions were not good. Not worth the money spent at all.

Charming hotel with excellent customer service!
My friend and I arrived at 10p Thursday night for a destination wedding on Saturday. From the start, the hotel was accommodating and had fantastic customer service. My friend called the hotel earlier that day to let them know of our late arrival. They were understanding and polite. When we arrived, they offered us champagne and told us about their excellent amenities which included not only their location but also their larger hotel across the street. The hotel itself is clean, cozy and had wonderful character. They provide beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels when we were on the beach. I had a later flight out on Sunday and enjoyed their coffee and brunch. The coffee was great and so was their banana fosters waffles. They also had nice live music. This hotel was a more budget-friendly option for us compared to other hotels and exceeded our expectations.
