Our Ac unit was broken it barely worked and it was so dirty and lots of dirt in the window and on the unit. Bed was clean and bathroom was very nice.The whole room and bathroom smelled like mildew. It was okay. Staff was very nice. People were very loud in the halls slamming doors and yelling.

This is our second time staying at the Best Western Plus Greenville. It is just a great place, customer service is fantastic, good people, a comfortable room, hot water all the time, and a great breakfast with lots of options to choose from.(we were here for 4 days). My wife and I will use it again on our next visit to Greenville SC. Special thanks to the 2 ladies taking care of our breakfast, they are doing a fantastic job.

It was hair in the bed when I pulled my sheets back but I got in the room late so I slept on top of the bed. The breakfast was good. Great options & the breakfast servers were very pleasant.

Favorite Hotel in Greenville
Great hotel for the price and located close to higher within close proximity to shopping. Serves a great breakfast in the morning. Has a microwave and refrigerator in the room.

Overall very good hotel
Hotel was clean, staff was polite. The breakfast buffet was above average, kept clean and well stocked.
Didn't really use maid service, there were enough towels in the room for the stay. Only negative I can think of is the elevators were cold.[located outside the lobby]. Otherwise a very good hotel.

The hotel was fine. Booked it because the reviews were so good, however, once we arrived, the hotel was kind of worn, dirty, and the halls were loud. The bed was hard. But the rest of it was fine.

Staff were polite and helpful. Room was clean but smelled heavily off Weed the entire night. I think it was a due to the major draft coming from under the AC/heating unit from outside. We raised the thermostat so it would kick on more frequently to combat that.
Breakfast was wonderful! We would stay again but ask to be on a lower floor.

Refreshing Stay!

Paid for a king suite only to get there and they tell me none of the rooms are clean and the only room they have available is a double room. I was extremely pissed. No one called or reached out to me before the time frame. The elevator didn’t even work. Staff was unprofessional. Went to the double room. The minute I sat down on the bed I started itching. Was able to get a full refund which I appreciate. But that still does not make up for the experience. Will NEVER book here again.

Excellent Location
This was our second time staying at this particular hotel. We enjoy the location and convenience of being so close to so many restaurants and stores as well as a short drive to downtown. The room was clean but under the bed we found cereal. Otherwise the room was fine for us and very comfortable. My husband especially enjoys the complimentary breakfast each time we stay. We will continue to stay at this location each time we visit Greenville.

Never again Best Weatern!
The comforter was stained and had stray strands of hair all over it. Woke up freezing around 1am to find the heater had stopped working in the middle of the night. Spent 20 minutes trying to fix it but couldn’t get rid of the “ER3” message displayed. Overall, a miserable stay.

I found the noise level was too loud being near the elevator and there were too many inconsiderate “guests” banging doors and talking loudly throughout the night. At least the rooms were clean but not a place I can recommend to get a good night’s rest.

LOVED this hotel! Super clean room! AWESOME free breakfast and 24/7 coffee in the lobby. Easy interstate access and lots of restaurants and an amazing mall within minutes of the hotel. The staff was very friendly and checked us in quickly and accommodated my request to not be close to the elevator 😃
The beds are comfy! The pillows could be better, but overall….would definitely stay here again!

As soon as we walked in, not only was the Grinch decor absolutely adorable, but the late night front desk guy was the nicest! He told us they had 24 hour coffee, which wasn’t just coffee, but espresso and hot chocolate; plus fresh baked cookies! Our room was really nice, clean and comfy. The fitness center was great, lots of bands, dumbbells, a cable machine and cardio equipment. Breakfast was awesome, with lots of options for everyone. The ladies that worked the breakfast were also very sweet and attentive. If I am back in this area, I will definitely stay here again!

My wife and I had a very spacious 2-room suite that was beautfully laid out and appointed. Furniture, which included both a sofa and lounge chair, was very comfortable, and the bed was great.
Especially nice was that the living area and bedroom had separate thermostats and HVAC systmes, so we could keep the living area warm and the bedroom cold (the way we like it).
The surrounding area is upscale, with great dining options.

The room did not feel clean. I got bed bug bites. The furniture seems old and rugged. Will not be returning. Initially, I also got assigned to a far away from the elevator room and the AC wsn't working.

Oveall good.
Overall good stay. The curtains didn't quite close all the way so there was a little more light from the outside parking lights in the room than I would have liked, and the beds were a little uncomfortable but not terrible. Also the elevator buttons did not light up in any way so it took awhile to figure out the elevator was responding to the buttons pushed even though they didn't light up. But it was clean and quiet and check in was a breeze. I would stay here again.

Everything was comfortable except my room was cold, and the heat blew out cold air. I didn't get a chance to contact management about the cold room if I had. I'm sure things would've been fixed. There was a lot of slamming doors until around 1:30 a.m. I saw a truckload of construction workers the next morning and one had gone out to smoke just outside the door. I loved the shower! So easy to roll in and out.

Front door to the room was either broken or warped and I could not get it to close, went back all the way downstairs to the front desk and let them know and they said oh you have to lift up on it and it should be able to close, so this is something they knew before they sent me all the way up to my room and didn’t inform me about. Not good customer service. Besides that, the room was clean and spacious and quiet.

The hotel was in a good location close to downtown. The staff was extremely friendly. Our room was large and fairly quiet. The hot breakfast was nice. You can hear some hall noise in the room. Also, our in room coffe pot was broken, and the toilet wouldn't refill to flush without us taking the back off of it. Still, we only stayed one night, so it wasn't too bad and we didn't ask to be moved.

The Best Western plus was excellent. Clean, modern and festive for fall/Halloween. It was quiet and near many restaurants and shopping. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was the best we have had at a hotel in a long time. 2 types of hash browns/potatoes. Sausage links, eggs and bacon. Also waffles, fruit and prepackaged snacks. Complimentary Hot Chocolate was great!

High price for the facility. The hotel was full on Saturday
which made the breakfast area too crowded to eat or sit. I went down 3 times and each it was just as crowed. So not only did I pay a high price for the room, I had to pay for breakfast at a restaurant.

A loyal customer is extremely disappointed.
We have stayed in this hotel 11 nights in 2023 due to deaths in our family. It was the perfect stay due to being a two room suite with two bathrooms for having family gather. We book the same style room for this stay. We were put in a smaller two room suite with only one small bathroom. Issues: the room door wouldn’t lock, had to physically lift the door to make it catch; 2 large spots of black mold over shower (see pic); loose panel holding the bathroom sink, had to lift it up and up it back on (I’m 76); sink faucet very loose, hard to operate; hand held shower broken; two bedroom suite with only one AC unit-froze in the living area in order to cool the bedroom, didn’t work. We addressed all these issues to the front desk who stated we would receive a call from the manager. We did not. As convenient as this hotel is for visits to our home town and as satisfied as we were in the past, we will NEVER book this hotel again.

Disgusting hotel. Brushed my teeth Friday night snd left my toothbrush on the end table by the bed. I woke up the next morning with 20 ants crawling all over the toothbrush. I told the front desk and they said they had no open room and were fully booked. Absolute joke, terrible staff. DONT STAY HERE!

Updated hotel with fabulous breakfast buffet including latte machine, hotel is very clean, walk in shower with hand sprayer, and very nice front desk clerks. Only recommendation is to improve the mattress quality. Convenient location right off I-385.
