Great location. Convenient to SeaTac airport. Free shuttle service is a game changer after a long flight. Or to walk if you feel the need. Ideal location for a layover or a quick visit. Friendly staff with the convenience of food & libation.

Check in staff very friendly, efficient, and helpful. Clean, comfortable room. Conveniently located across from the airport and walkable, though there is also a shuttle. Breakfast available (we purchased included with stay) from 6am.

I stayed for 1 night for business. The staff was very nice and helpful! Yummy clam chowder. The beds werent that comfy for my taste, too soft. I loved that the Light Link rail was right there, a min walk away, and it took about 35 min to Downtown Seattle. I went for a walk outsise the hotel and it was kind of dirty, not too many places to see or go.

Convenient location for overnight at SeaTac airport. Very friendly staff. Condition of hotel reasonable but not great. Room couldnt warm up beyond 70F, getting dated, tv very small by todays standards. Good value for the money, just dont expect perfection.

Only negative was after we checked in and got to our room, no bathroom toilet paper anywhere, called front desk and they sent a roll up about 15 minutes later.

Easy access to airport and light line into Seattle
Went to Seattle for college football game at Husky stadium. This was the perfect spot. Minutes from the airport using hotel shuttle and 100 yds to the Light Line train that stops right outside the stadium. Hotel restaurant had very good food as well.

I apparently have to write something. We stayed here because we had a really early flight. I slept amazing, I didn't hear road/neighbor/hall noise and we were only on the 2nd floor. The room was spacious, clean and had a coffee pot. The front desk guy was really nice. I'd stay again!

We enjoyed the location. It was close to the airport and rent a car place. The parking was a bit pricey and confusing. If we paid when we left it was cheaper than having them charge it to the room. We were out almost all day, so it didn’t make sense to pay what people who stayed and parked to fly out payed.

This was a short one night stay. I had an early flight the next day. The food and service at the restaurant was excellent. The room is spacious and has a computer desk that was perfect for my online meeting.

This is the place we usually stay when overnighting in Seattle to break up lengthy trips. It's easily walkable from the airport although there is free shuttle service every 20 mins. starting at 4AM. There's a great bar/restaurant and homey atmosphere that let's you know you can relax and recharge before your next day of travel.

Very nice hotel, good value, definitely an airport hotel as it's surrounded by parking lots and concrete. But, if you have an early flight, this is a great hotel. And, it is possible to walk over to the hotel (safely) if you want to get in your steps. Great service and decent food in the restaurant.

Easy access to everywhere you want to go
We stayed in Seattle before our cruise. Absolutely the best location if you are wanting to get around the area and be close to the airport.
The light rail is a 5 minute ( max) walk from the hotel and the light rail adjoins the airport. The light rail took us to and from TMobile stadium, the Space Needle, and Chihuly museum (monorail ride)
There is a 24 hour shuttle to and from the hotel but if we would have known how close we were we would have walked which would have been faster than waiting g in the shuttle. So we walked to the airport to catch our bus that was taking us to the port in Vancouver to catch our cruise ship.

Everything was perfect. The problem was that I didn’t know you had to pay for parking. So when we pulled into the parking lot, you had to take a ticket. When I asked for a desk gentleman about it he said oh yes, you have to pay for parking. I said I have never been in a hotel where you had to pay for your parking and he said everyone makes you pay for parking but we had stayed in another hotel the week before. It did not have to pay for parking. I told the attendant the next day and she did not charge us but I need everyone to know that if you stay there, you have to pay for parking to park your car $30 a night. I guess it’s a Park and go hotel but I had no idea.

Airport shuttle provide. Shuttle registration offered through 3rd party to cruise ship terminal for a nominal fee, one way or round trip. Room service available. Only disappointment is minimal outlets and no USB ports. I had to recharge my phone through the bathroom outlet .

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel which was only 1 night but worth it! The staff were very friendly and helpful, The Bar Tenders were very pleasant, provided great service & conversations while sitting at the bar having a cocktail with a pizza. The location was perfect so close to the airport! The room was very nice & clean, bed & pillows were comfortable, nothing was wrong with the hot water & A/C all worked great!. We picked this hotel thanks to the reviews we read from other people who stayed here and are very happy we made the choice. We wished we had more time & will stay here again adding more days though when we come back to Seattle.

99.9 % The Best!
I stayed twice once coming into Seattle, then once trip concluded, the night before returning home. This is the 5th time I have stayed at the Crowne Plaza. The reason I return is the accommodations, staff, and location. My only complaint is the shuttle bus when one arrives at the airport to go to the Crowne Plaza. Efforts to call for it were futile as I got shifted to a national contact center and virtually lost in that. From the hotel to the airport is no issue, only when landing and awaiting the bus. This is a high quality airport hotel. Shuttle service was on time from airport and service was great.
Other than the small size of the bathroom I have no criticism- I’d definitely stay here again en route to/from NYC.

There are no curtains or shades in the restaurant dining area. We had to change seating due to evening sun shining in our guests face. Perhaps another time of day or year might yield a different result but I found it out of character for this property.

Good Stay!
Very convenient location with easy access to airport and #1 train into town. Hotel was clean, and had all amenities. Good shower, comfortable bed. Only negative is tiny TV.
