Pros: Close to Allegiant Stadium, pool is nice, typical Courtyard setup.
Cons: Booked a room with a King bed sofa bed. No sofa bed in this room, so we all just shared the one bed because it was 1am and i didnt feel like fussing with the front desk and moving all our stuff we brought in. Bistro is not open in the morning so i couldnt get coffee or breakfast from there. Did get the standard breakfast and coffee, which was ok. Staff is on their phones often. Firepit not operating. Rooms are not as clean as id like. Name on TV is someone else's. (I saw this on another review also, so they clearly arent putting people in their appropriate rooms)

Easy walk to the Stadium
Very nice rooms with a great shower. Easy walk to Allegiant Stadium. Starbucks Coffee available in the morning!

The staff wasn't incredibly friendly. Did not even provide coffee in the morning you had to buy it. My room could use a cleaning, dust everywhere, black hair on my sheets, and shower was gross. Everyday I came back to my room there was a different name on the TV.

I had a reservation for 3 months. When I arrived, they said they didn’t have any rooms. They walked me across a dirt area and parking lot to another (lower quality) hotel. I will never book here again

Our stay was good. The only thing I had an issue with was the pillows on the beds. The pillows did not support my neck at all. When you slept on them, they would go flat. I tried to fold rhe pillow to get some extra support, but it didn't help. The bed was good ans everything else was fine. The allegiant stadium is across the street. There is an Inn N' Out right down the street.

Poor customer service
Our room was clean but I was really disappointed in how the front desk/ staff handled an incident. While we were on the elevator, it got stuck between floor 1 and 2. We called and the operator asked if we were really stuck. Eventually the elevator moved and went up to the top floor. We exited and took the stairs back down with our luggage. I took my room keys to the front desk to check out and let them know we'd been stuck in the elevator. The girl at the front desk didn't acknowledge that we'd been in the elevator. She didn't ensure we were ok or apologize, etc.

So-so. Overnight stay. Checkout at 12:00, housekeeping knocks on my door at 9:00 asking if checking out. Disturbing me for no reason. Shower floor very slippery. Inadequate grab bars.

It was a nice, quiet, clean place. Comfortable beds. Had some trouble keeping up with the demand for clean towels, but were trying as hard as they could. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

During check-in I checked the no service to my room box...when leaving Saturday I even put the do not disturb tag on my door but when coming back Saturday late afternoon somebody from housekeeping had been in my room... I told management and they took care of it.

I thought the rooms were very clean and the property was nice. The trash cans on the outside of the building were overflowing from Saturday-Sunday and didn't get emptied until Monday morning and the pool was a bit dirty. Overall I had a pleasant stay. I would return.

Slippery tub!
Our short stay was generally pleasant overall. Biggest problem was slipperiness of the bathtub/shower. Nothing to prevent slips, such as a bathmat. Had to skip a shower because it was too dangerous to stand in the shower. Must remember to ask for a handicap room next time.

A nice place to stay
I room was large with a couch and coffee table and a desk. There were lots of plugs for all your devices. The bed was very comfortable. There was no lotion in the room and I thought they were just being cheap, but the next morning I asked the front desk if they had any for sale and she told me there was suppose to be some in my room. She gave me 2 small bottles for the room.

Here for a soccer tourney with my wife and daughter. We stayed at the Luxor last time which was sketchy and depressing. Wanted to stay off the strip this time and we were very happy to have stayed here. Check was easy. Staff very friendly. Property clean and seemingly new. Only gripes were 1). that the thermostat in our room didn't work. It was too late to get it fixed the first night. We ended up changing rooms the next day. And 2). had to pay $10/night for parking. Hate getting nickeled and dimed on parking. Pool/hot tub open unlike all the strip properties. Would absolutely stay here again.

The staff were extremely courteous and helpful. The rooms were clean and stocked with incidentals. We did not eat at the hotel but found several locations near by. Would highly recommend if you want a nice place to recharge.

The bed is very comfortable and the bedsheets, sofa, carpet, and desks are all clean. The service was great. It was a long day for me but they took care of my checking in fast and smooth. The only complain I had was my ordered breakfast to go from Starbucks. They put my sausage, eggs, and toasts on a piece of parchment paper without giving me a plate. Other than that, everything was great.

The pool was not available. I feel like if there is facilities not available they should be listed when registration is taking place. Even though I did not have kids that wanted to swim or myself didn't want to swim I would have been very disappointed.

The hotel was perfect for our visit to Allegiant Stadium - walking distance to the venue and a short ride to the strip entertainment. Even though we wore the visiting team’s gear, the staff was lovely and exceptionally accommodating.

My husband and I was not pleased with the confusion regarding our room that was double booked, while we were sleeping another guest entered our room saying they were given the same room and this is unacceptable and scary to have someone enter your room while you are sleeping. They said that we would receive a refund but I have not received it as of today. Can you please let me know when I will be receiving my refund for the horrible experience that we went through.

The place was great! It felt like we are in our own little nook and that we could get away from all the craziness of Las Vegas. The room we were assigned was clean and very inviting. The staff was awesome and made sure we felt comfortable at the hotel. The pool wasn't working but I think we could have used a pool that was nearby (walking distance).
We had originally purchased a room for a king size bed through Expedia but we were put in a room with 2 queen sized beds. I was told the reason for this switch was due to availability.So by booking with a 3rd party, you might not get the room that you want. Granted, the room was still great. Also there is a $10 parking fee per day, so that is something to look for.
Other than that, it was a great hotel.

Avoid this property
Disappointing visit. Pool/deck/hot tub was closed, bar/refreshment area was closed, breakfast / food area only open on the morning, room smelled like dirty feet, ac was super noisy/rattled, electrical in the bathroom kept tripping and lights would go out/ bad gfci, shower rod broken handing from wall and torn shower curtain.
