Not to bad, sheets/comforter could use an update. Room was cold and there is absolutely no heat in the room at all. The only hotel/motel I’ve ever been to with absolutely no heat in the room. Overall not bad for the price.

No-frills, but clean and comfy.
This was a good, affordable stop on the road. It is a no-frills motel, built for utility. The room was sparsely furnished, with a table, bed, fridge, microwave, and bench. It did have AC/Heat which was good as it was a bit drafty.
Although dated, it was very clean. The bed was comfy, but not plush. Check in was easy and staff friendly.
I would stay here again for a roadtrip.

Empty shampoo container left in shower on floor from previous renter.
The bedframes are oddly noisy. Sounds like crawling through an A/C vent.

Great potential. Unhealthy mold, dust, food particles, hair in linens, towels, bathroom, sink.No desk in my room. No coffee maker or ice bucket.
My shower was gross. I chose not to shower out of fear of bathroom conditions
I have called all morning until 9am--no answer. I also stopped by the office at 8am, no staff
I called this afternoon and was told why didn't I say anything. Took no responsibility.
I demand a full refund.

Cheapest place I found and was a lot better than places I’ve spent over 300 a night for. Staff were very nice and hotel was very clean. Easy to park. Walking distance to the things I needed to go to. Will stay again. Highly recommend.

Close to the stadium
We selected this motel because of its proximity to Gillette Stadium (~1 mile). Little did we know it would take 2.5 hours to get back because of post-concert road closures! Our fault for not investigating more thoroughly. It was a little unsettling that the check-in desk was behind bullet proof glass and all transactions were done using a pass-through metal draw. Other than that the room was clean and fine for one night. A little investment (paint the room doors - they are filthy, replace the bed spread and blankets - they are very old) would go a long way.

This is a very basic motel that is fairly run down. However, it is only a bit less than 2 miles from Gillette, was a very reasonable price for a Saturday night, and was clean. We were able to leave our car there and walk to the concert and back at Gillette. No paying for parking or sitting in the car for hours to get out. The bed was comfortable and it was actually really quiet so we slept well. Some people may be uncomfortable sleeping there. It was a-okay for us.

For the most part, an important part, it wasn’t very clean, sheets had hairs on it so we each slept on top of our respective beds and dressed. Not understanding of why it said to pull down top cover on bed to prevent stains. Gave me the impression it was not family type motel. There were stains on this fabric bench that I would definitely not sit on. Overall it just was gross and extremely upset that I paid the amount of money that I did.
We had gone to an event at Gillette stadium and to even get to the place was extremely difficult upon leaving the venue. Lanes going north were being used to go south because of traffic. It was a nightmare and then to see the condition of where we were staying was horrible, disappointing etc. I’m fortunate that my son was with me cause I was scared being there and if he hadn’t been I would not have stayed.
The nicest parts were the toilet and sink which seemed new but the shower…yuck.
I wish there was some sort of compensation but I’m under the understanding hotels.com doesn’t stand by their properties they list.

No one at the reception to let us in, had to find other accommodations. Called next day and was told they closed the office at 4 pm. Tried to get a refund but the manager lied to the person at hotels.com and said we didn’t show up and that they were open 24 hours. The office and the place of what I did see was filthy and run down, I would never recommend using this dirty place and I don’t think I will use hotels.com in the future unless you have more control over this lack of service and facility.

Very old musty place. Sheets had cigarette burn holes in them!! Bedspread was stained and also had cigarette burn holes on it and also very stained from gosh knows what. I can’t believe they would not throw them away and replace them. I wish that I would have taken photos so that people could see :-(

Not worth the bargain

as soon as you open the door a funky spell hit ya. a/c had to cover it up. dirty floor, not swept. mouse dropping everywhere. when you open the door you can see it.

Amazing place to stay. Staff is friendly, rooms are clean, Gillette stadium is 1 mile away. If your looking for a nice, safe stay for the night look no further. Easy access to south shore, providence and boston!

One of my favorite places to stay when I am traveling for work. Not a typical 3 or 4 floor hotel. You can park your car right outside of your room. Staff is friendly and helpful. Other patrons are friendly. Every time I have stayed, rooms have been clean and perfect for a one night or few days stay!

I didn’t like that the microwave (which I was happy to see) was not plugged in. I had to unplug the refrigerator in order to plug in the microwave. Then I had to set the clock first before I could use it. Then I had to remember to unplug the microwave and replug the refrigerator. It was pretty inconvenient.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I booked a room through Expedia that was supposed to be a quadruple room with 2 queen beds. I got to the hotel to check in at 3 am after being at a concert at Gillette and the man at the desk was telling me that I canceled my room and he received messages from Expedia requesting to cancel the room (a bunch of lies). I told this man that I absolutely did not request to cancel my room and showed him my Expedia app showing that it said booking confirmed and absolutely nothing about a cancellation. The man told me he had one room he would let me stay in that only had one bed (it was full sized) so my sister and I had to share a full sized bed and I got hardly any sleep. On top of this, the room was disgusting. The floors were stinky, the bathroom smelled like pee, there was a stain on the sheets. I could go on. I would not recommend anyone waste their money here. I am currently trying to get Expedia to give me a full or partial refund and the motel is denying the whole situation happened and denying our request for a refund. I feel scammed, they knew they could charge more for my room because Taylor Swift was playing down the street so they made money off me and the people who stayed in what was supposed to be my room. Scam artists and liars.
Absolutely disgusting, trash outside, stains on sheets, everything smelt like pee.

There was no hot water at the hotel at sink or shower,
I check out 11pm, couldn't stay all night.
I checked in 5pm and check out 11pm.
Hopefully they will return my money back.

This is a very basic motel but it was clean and the bed was surprisingly comfy. The outside leaves a lot to be desired but it seems as if they have put some effort into making sure the rooms inside are adequate and comfortable. Everything worked like it should and the staff was friendly.

Avoid at all costs. The check in process was so horrible, the “hostess” so nasty and the environment was so run down we never completed check in and I asked for my credit card refund without finishing the check in process. Found a better choice down the road. No graciousness at all

It was for a lack of a better word gross!! The smell of bleach in the room knocked us out. There were old mattresses leaning on the building. That room should have been $30 a night not the 175 I paid. Very very disappointed.

We were in town for a concert and for the 2days we stayed. We had an good visit at the motel. The staff were super friendly and the owner helped in abyway he could. Everything was great except the floor need to be mopped

Crappy and dirty with comparable service.
Two night stay in mid July. Morning after 1st night had four requests for mgmt. 2 were done. Not done: toilet was still plugged up and filthy bed spread. Informed mgmt in early evening of 2nd night of those 2 problems and was told to put bead spread on floor because no one uses them. Once again no one showed up to unplug toilet. It ended freeing itself late 2nd night.

Couldn’t wait to leave.
Only plus is location. Run down, unfriendly staff, no where to put things for 2 night stay. Terrible water pressure and have to run tap to get cold water. Not enough towels, no extras! Will not go back. Would not even consider an early check in

We stayed here after the Garth Brooks concert. We payed $350 for the room (cheapest around) and in hindsight I wish I just drove home. The furniture was old, there was a random metal folding chair in the closet, the bathroom tile was falling apart and the room just didn’t feel clean. Thank god the A/C was working. Never again
