One of the staff member advise to take all my value to my room since cars get broken in, the room it smell like vomit the bathroom door like someone punched it and left it broken i ended up leaving to a other hotel and losing my money for the night i couldn't stay there told the staff about the inconvenience of the room and how i just didn't feel safe leaving my car and there was nothing they can do. I left with my family and paid again to an other hotel am very disappointed and if i could get a refund i would really appreciate

Room was clean and not too far from the strip about a mile. Room has a small refrigerator and cooking utensils. Room was sanitary and parking was close by. I would return if I’m in town again with my family. If you decide to stay here then I recommend Ubering to the strip.

First and last time I would stay here. I would not recommend anyone staying at this property. It was dirty the towels had red stuff dont know of it was blood, AC did not work room felt hot and stuffy. The noise from the room above was unbearable the whole night they were banging and stomping. I called the front desk supposedly security was to be sent but never saw not one security guard on the property. The area was run down and felt unsafe a lot of shady characters around. Overall, worst experience ever best to stay at a hotel on the strip was cheaper but wanted to try out this hotel for the privacy. I would give it negative stars if i could.

Michael is awesome! Got us checked in super fast and even swapped our room for one with a view of the sphere. Super nice room, comfortable mattress, clean, ***fan in bathroom***, great parking, great location.

This so called property as you all call it should NEVER be considered a vacation location. This was a living hotel for migrate workers. This place was roach infested they don’t clean and won’t provide a boom if your willing to clean staff said they only had one broom for the entire migrate worker house because it’s not a hotel at all! The places smelled the ABSOLUTELY MOST DISGUSTING PLACE. I think Expedia needs to check on the properties that they list for a vacation package because this migrate worker house is NOT a hotel. I had a full blown panic attack at this place

was excited to use the pool and it was closed since we got there, we never got notice of that they said it had been closed for a few days already and wouldn't open for a wile, that was very very disappointing

It was an ok experience. The room left a little to desire. I found a pill in the chair to eat. The toilet needs replaced as it was peeling inside. The bathroom cabinets looked like dogs had been chewing on them. Just an ok experience. I have stayed many times and this was the worst looking room ever. Second floor view was the mini highlight

Just let me sleep!!
Upon arrival front desk does not check you in until 4pm exactly, so everyone was waiting in front lobby as the 2 clerks just sat there until 4pm on the dot to check people in. If you did so before 4pm they charged you 30 dollars. Then after getting my room i showered and laid down for a nap, while sleeping i was awaken by someone coming to my room! Front desk called and said they had no one in system for the room, gave them my info over phone! Next morning about 7am housekeeping came i to the room, waking us up! Door lock was broken so i had someone walk in when i was asleep!

There is a few homeless people pan handling people for money by the front porch. Mostly near the quiet isolated street of paradise rd. Other than that it’s ok. The hotel clerk help me open the room with a card. So far the 1 studio is clean for a 1 day stay. Because of a popular event at the Las Vegas Convention Center called Twitchcon.

Good enough for a 3-night stay for a convention
OVERALL: Worked well enough for a convention at the Venetian Expo; I would stay there again.
PROS: If (like me) you don't want to stay in a casino (with its noise, extra fees, elevator lines, etc.) but do want to stay near the Strip, this is a decent backup option if nicer places are full or too expensive. Friendly staff. My room was comfortably sized. There's no onsite restaurant, but my room included a mini-kitchen with a fridge, sink, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher and small stove, so I bought supplies at a convenience store and made my own breakfast. Excellent water pressure in shower. Close to Strip (longish walk or short Uber), and a short walk to some pretty good off-strip restaurants.
CONS: Everything is a little worn; it could use a renovation. The "suite" is more or less the size of a regular hotel room. They really do make you wait until 4:00 exactly to check in (or pay a fee to go early!); I've never seen a hotel that didn't check people in early if rooms were available. No maid service unless you stay at least a week; if you want fresh towels before then, you have to bring the used ones to the front desk yourself, and exchange them. And the front desk staff actually got into an argument with another hotel worker in front of all of us who were waiting to check in, which I thought was unprofessional; who wants to see that? Finally, the area immediately around the hotel is a bit seedy, with homeless people, some may not feel completely safe.

“The manager didn’t pay the bill”
The property looks nothing like what you see in the pictures. It is run down, stinks horribly and is filthy.
The front desk staff is amazingly kind.
There is no hand soap right now because “the manager didn’t pay the bill”.

This hotel was average-convenient to my conference though. Some staff were not as friendly. We had to get our own towels on a daily basis. No cleaning service or trash pick up. The room had a kitchen-but limited glassware and essentials. The microwave broke down. We were not notified that repairman was going to come by. We found he let himself in and was struggling to get the new appliance into the wall. Poor communication. On another note, the gym was adequate and it even had a scale! Overall, check in was easy-but would have appreciated a little more communication, service and daily trash pick up at least.

I never stayed somewhere where we bring dirty towels to get new ones. Not enough towels to start with. Hot tub broken. Pay for parking was ridiculous. Not enough dishes for 4 people or cooking items. Pots pans no where.not enough chairs to eat. Even fold up chairs would be nice.

We tried calling ahead of time for early check in and the front desk associate that answered the phone was extremely rude. Then followed by when we arrived to check in the same extremely rude attitude. Acted like she did not want to be there, she would not make eye contact with us and was rude with her tone in speaking to us. This is a hotel, at least decent customer service should be expected but with this being a hospitality workplace it should have been great.

Front desk was helpful and pleasant. Room was large, comfortable and quiet, with kitchen, utensils, dishes, pots and pans, bed was good, bathroom large enough and clean. On the negative side, this room showed a lot of wear, and some of utensils and dishes not clean even though in dishwasher. Housekeeping might have overlooked cleaning up the kitchen. When I mentioned this at the front desk I was given some clean items. There is a good sized gym and the pool was open this time. Complimentary laundry room on at least most floors but most dryers don't work.

In need of some repairs. Broken elevator. Floor buckling. Some of the doors don’t close properly. Smelly rooms. Non-smoking rooms still get smoke from other guests’ rooms. Halls have very dirty carpets. The rooms just need some overall attention.

They were super helpful and just all around cool people who worked there. Plus, the casinos are a rip off obviously, and when a person has business in Vegas but doesnt drink, gamble nor smoke, this hotel wound up being just great for me. And it was totally inexpensive.

Only issue was the “Strict” 4pm check in. Around 3:45 they said “sir, are u checking in?” Knowing i had been sitting there for an hour to avoid the $35 charge for “early checking” but Expedia had it at 3pm

When I entered the hotel it was like entering the janitorial quarters. There were five intoxicated individuals in the lobby and one arguing with a woman who asked him to leave her alone. The men had bottles of beer in their back pockets. (very class) The room smelled of a pipe smoker. the chairs were mis-matched and torn. The glassware was dirty. The bathroom was good and the bed was good but that is it.

We enjoyed our stay here! A lot of dining options available around the hotel, and most of them are walking distance. The staff was very friendly and nice. The rooms were clean and spacious. It’s not too far from the strip or places in Vegas. Would definitely stay here again!

The stay was overall a good stay.
The location is close to restaurants, gas, convenience stores, shops, etc. It's about a 10 minute drive to the strip.
The water pressure in the room was good. The full size refrigerator was a nice addition, along with plates/utensils. There's a microwave and a stovetop too. The wifi works well. There's a DVD player in the room. There's a gym and a small store on the first floor, by the lobby.
Con: the room key was a bit off, it wouldn't want to work the first time, it took several tries to get it to work. Not sure if it was just our room or others, but not too big of an issue overall.

Dwayne at the front desk is great!
House keeping ignoring the sleeping sign the morning between 16 and 15 hour days by knocking and knocking at the door 2 1/2 hours before my checkout…. Wasn’t great.
I’m really paying for a place to sleep.
I’m sure the staff there is on top of that, and I do look forward to my next stay at this location.

The room i had was surprisingly nice. Staff were pleasant and helpful, though it got a little strained when someone asked about the $10 / nignt parking charge for an ordinary open and unsecured hotel lot, or why the pool wasn't open in consistently 95 degree weather, or late check-out ($50 anytime 11am-2pm), all a little unfriendly policies. 4pm check-in is also an irritation. Plenty of restaurants in the area. Also plenty of homeless people hanging around, though not so much on the hotel property itself. Noise was the worst thing. My room faced busy streets so a lot of traffic noise, but also neighbors' tvs and very loud music from the parking lot below some nights, as well as a loud and frequent walker above me day and night.

The customer service was great! Especially since we were traveling with a pet. Location was exactly what we wanted, close to the strip without actually being on the strip. The rooms were comfortable and had a kitchenette that was great for leftovers. There was a point where the people upstairs were super noisy, but once they settled in, no problem. Would definitely stay here again.

Extremely loud fan on A/C unit made it almost impossible to sleep while it was on and the other choice was to sleep in an almost 85 degree room each night. Found multiple roaches in room both in bathroom/kitchen areas, property is very run down with stained carpeting and an unpleasant aroma around the elevators. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone

The hotel is older. Not as it appears n the photos. It’s dingy and the room had a smell to it. I’m here was not housekeeping either. We had to go downstairs anytime we needed something such as clean towels.

I wasnt a fan of paying $10 a day for parking. The parking lot was not full at all. Im assuming it belonged to the actual establishment why pay? Our room wasnt cleaned the whole stay. We had to take our own towels to the office and get new ones. The room had a moisture and rank smell after a day of running the air conditioner. It is close to food places and gas. Its a one night if need be for me.

One night stay and the room I booked was clean and nice. Had a normal sized fridge and freezer and a microwave n stove top. What more can you ask for? Room is spacious too. With a full desk. The bed was super comfortable. AC worked great as well. Definitely recommend. Front desk lady was very polite.

Pros: Has a kitchen with plates and silverware, which is something that I never knew I liked having in my hotel so much. Plenty of parking and 10 min from everything.
Cons: The key card system does not work. I was trapped in the stair well daily. The key to my room sometimes just would quit working, having to figure out was angle would satisfy the card reader.

Stayed here for a weekend to go to a music festival. It was literally less than 15 minutes away from all the places I went to including the festival! Room was clean & quiet. My only complaint is that they had maintenance come in to do something to the air conditioner and clean the carpets while I was not in my room which I was not very comfortable with. If you’re going to have maintenance do something in the rooms, please do it before you have guests staying in the rooms. It just felt very weird and uncomfortable. Other than that great stay.

Great amount of amenities for convenience, nice bedding, and cleanly place. Not your most modern design but it gets the job done. It was real musty feeling and hot when I initially got inside but cooled down real soon after so not a big deal. The free Wi-Fi access was great. Only other con was there was this persistent banging noise throughout the day which is a bit annoying. I also saw one roach but it’s to expected in Vegas let’s be real. Anyway, I’d recommend it.
