Great place if you need access to a kitchen. Room was very clean when arrived. One remote was not there but for only a one night stay I didnt request a replacement. Quiet area and didn’t hear other guests.

My 12 hour experience
The chairs in the kitchen area were torn and dirty. The couch with the pull out bed had stains all over them. The light fixture was rusted and the shampoo conditioner and body wash dispenser were empty. The bedroom tv only played one channel and you could not change it. The heat only stays at 67 when trying to adjust cold air came through. No extra blankets. The overall cleanliness of the kitchen was good.

Don’t stay here.
Took 20 minutes to check in because the group in front of us was so sliw. No hot water in the room. No coffee or coffee maker in the suite kitchen. Sofa bed mattress was all springs and no padding plus I had to go to the front desk for sheets, pillows and blankets.

The staff was friendly and was the only redeeming part of this property. The parking lot was filthy and riddled with broken-down cars. People loitering everywhere. I get this is an extended stay but it's scary.

Check in was easy and fast. Booking for two nights was too bad of a price. The room overall was as the pictures. Bathroom sink was clocked up when you use it the water fills up and the tub had hair in it. I just cleaned the hair out before using the tub. The bed was comfortable and the let out bed didn’t have clean sheets so I had to go to the front desk to get clean ones. I asked the front desk for a Cork screw and was told they will bring me one, I never got it. Other then that my stay was fine. Don’t think I would revisit.

I have pictures of Men’s dirty boxers that were in my room when I reached for my towel after a shower! There was a toaster in the dishwasher that could have caused a fire!! Expedia kept me on the phone and text for an hour and a half! They wouldn’t help me at all!!!

The hotel had nothing stocked in their store at the entrance. Garbage and food was all over the hallway floors. The second floor smelled terribly of marijuana, and you can hear people screaming from their rooms as we walked to our room.

Good room at a reasonable price.
The gentleman at the front desk at check in the as super friendly and welcoming. We checked in late and carpets in the halls were pretty dirty, with trash and just unswept. The room was okay, a little on the older side and looked its age, but it was decorated fine.
There was something spilled down the front of the dresser that had dried and looked a bit nasty. The remote was absolutely disgusting, we didn’t use it so not a big deal, but it really needed cleaned.
Otherwise, the room was comfortable and everything worked. It was quiet, the bed was very comfortable and water pressure was great with plenty of hot water. There was no coffee maker in the room, which was a little bothersome and the soda at the front desk was drastically overpriced at $4 for 16oz bottle.
Overall, I did feel the price for the room was good, especially when compared to others in the area. It’s a basic room at a fair price, as long as you don’t expect perfection.

We arrived at the hotel to check in at 3:45, and were told we’d have to come back at 4pm because that’s when check in is. The hotel was not full and it was a major pain to carry all of our bags back out to the car and sit in 100 degree heat… for 15 mins.
The elevators were down. Our room was very hot but eventually cooled down. No hand soap in the bathroom, there were crumbs on the side tables of the bed and dried urine and pubic hairs on the toilet and in the shower. I stayed here 6 months ago and it was much cleaner.
I won’t be staying here again. The lady at the front desk was far from helpful and when we asked about local stores, she said she’s not even from the area and had no clue. Not what you’d expect from reception.

Check your bed!
I stayed here for a visit with my daughter and grandson. When I returned home, I started to get bites in the night. I went to the doctor to be told, it looked like bed bugs. I do not travel, but once a year to Illinois. I had terminix come to inspect and found I was infested and had been for a couple months. This is the only place I could have gotten them from. I contacted the hotel and they are denying having them and refuse to compensate me for the costs to have them removed from my brand new home. or my stay at this hotel.
Check your bed mattress and box springs before unpacking!

When we got back to the hotel police were everywhere looking for a missing person, then we had trouble with our toilet. It kept getting clogged even if we were going #1. Talked to the lady at the front desk and she gave us a plunger and towels and said to “fix it” totally unprofessional.

This place looked terrible. The hotel was booked using hotels.com. My family arrived, we were from out of state and needed some where to stay for the night. We drive drove to across the city to stay here only to be told our reservation was canceled because they did not have any rooms for us. We were not notified of this cancellation. Gone front desk was not helpful all they would tell us is the room was canceled and we would have to deal with hotels.com. The place did not look clean at all. We were left trying to find a place to stay in the middle of the night. Hotels.com did not seem to care about this as no compensation for having to drive all over in the middle of the night. They did not seem to worried about the fact they charged me $200 for a room that was canceled 5 mins after booking, but no notification was given. They stated my bank should be refunded in 7-10 days. This place was garbage and in my opinion so was hotels.com

To start positive-The beds were comfortable and the suite itself was roomy. Manager on site was very very friendly!
Now- The signs posted upon driving in about not being responsible for theft started us off with an eerie feeling. Bathtub was plugged. The entire stairwell and second floor smelled of pot. HUGE pot party in room 201. I saw at least 15 people going in and out and I will not be back because of that. Trash bins at end of halls were all over flowing.

Disappointing
We turned on the system and the filter shot out dirt and parts of the filter. We also had dead bugs in the shower and on some of the dishes. We are guessing there hadn’t been anyone stay in this room for a while and it just wasn’t cleaned before we came. Also we booked through the app and we were first told it was $10 more which wasn’t a huge deal but when we went to pay on the property they then told us they were going to charge us $100 fee on top of what hotels.com showed us we owed so our bill was also much higher and our stay was a little disappointing because we had to clean some of the room ourselves before use.

Staff member Anthony was very friendly and prompt in helping us with an overflowing toilet issue. My most significant negative comment on this stay was I didn't get any sleep. There were extremely loud conversations/yelling in the hallway right outside my door. We were on the main level and very close to the front desk so I'm not sure why it wasn't handled. At some points during the night, it sounded like it would get violent. It was pretty scary considering I had my 5yr old with me. The yelling was persistent from 11pm to approx 4am. It was never handled once and I know the front desk heard it themselves because we were so close. We had been traveling for several hours and were absolutely exhausted, but got zero sleep not just from the noise, but from actual concern that violence would break out by the way it sounded. It was a very clean facility and friendly staff.

The unit is very comfortable, including refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, sink. The room was very clean. The only concern is that noise from an upper room transfers. If you want coffee in the morning, I'd suggest bringing some.

Parking lot outside seemed a bit sketchy ... limited lighting, people sitting in cars for 30+ min and then driving off, strange clientele coming and going, etc.

First, showed up they didn’t have my reservation! Then they said they had two rooms for me… It was a 30 minute fiasco at the beginning! We went to our room and the vet the bathroom was dirty no shampoo in the dispenser, and the toilet was overflowing! On top of all of that the garbage was not emptied! Overall, disgusting! Rusty handles on things to!

Great beds. However some things in the room were not clean. It seemed more like an extended stay place rather than a hotel that is there to serve. My brother asked for an extra blanket and was told they didn't have any. Really? Isn't that something a hotel keeps on hand for guests?

I was happy with the room overall, but service was an issue for me. (1) I understand not getting daily room service but I requested some replacement items when I ran out and received nothing. (2) staff left the desk frequently and you had to phone … not a very friendly interaction to say the least. (3) I needed to check out a day early and was refused a refund. I would understand this if the hotel was packed but it was not even close to being full. This really left a very bad taste in my mouth. I doubt I will ever stay at a sonesta suites hotel again.

Very Nice - Could be excellent
Really nice hotel with the potential to be fabulous. Great kitchenette with a full sized fridge, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, small appliances, dishes, and cookware. Countertop space perfect for eating and doubles as a desktop for working. At first glance, everything seems clean and inviting. Then I opened the closet to hang my clothes and the floor was filthy and clearly not swept after the last guest. The bathroom shelves were dusty, the towels mismatched, and the cover for the box spring was all bunched up and not even close to covering it. Signs throughout the hotel have tape over portions of them and the carpets in the hallways are really worn. There are shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers in the shower however the body wash was empty and the holder for the bottles was filthy. There were plenty of guests there so it’s time to reinvest that money and get things replaced or updated, and then hold housekeeping to a higher standard.

Poor Stay
The front desk attendant was friendly but when I asked about some basic accommodations he got a bit snarky. Shortly after checking in, my son was throwing something in the garbage and the entire wall unit fell on him. When we contacted the front desk, the attendant came and had a passive attitude about the situation. The wall unit could've seriously hurt my son. He moved us across the hall but did not offer an apology or anything else. I spoke to someone at www.hotels.com and they told me the only thing that the hotel could do was removed the hold. That is ridiculous! My son woke up today with a sore wrist. We are takng him to his physician tomorrow.

I got this hotel room for my son and fiancee for their visit to us for Christmas. They had their dog with them so it was great that Sonesta accomodates pets and even has dog and cat treats at the entry way.
Also, it's nice to have the Covid stickers on the door so you know the room has been sanitized and what rooms are unoccupied around you. This was nice because of the dog and they didn't have to worry about people right next to them hearing the dog.

A Nice Stay
We selected this hotel because of location, ratings, and having a recliner in the room. The hotel was very nice, with a comfortable bed. One of us needs to sleep in a more upright position, and the recliner was helpful, but not great. It was hard to maintain the adjusted recline position, as the chair moved toward the "closed" position whenever the person moved in the chair. But, it was still helpful to have it there. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Staff was very friendly however the property was in bad shape. The door to get inside the hotel stopped working so we had to go in the farther exit and there was trash in the hallways. There was central air in the room but it seemed to only cool down the living room area not the bedroom. Pretty shabby place for the cost they are charging

It was very over priced for the quality. This should be a $70 place not a $100 . The halls smelled of garbage, the room floors were sticky, there was not even a plastic cup to drink from, no bathmat, 1 bath towel, food and coffee a long way away. This is a bottom end place.

Upon arrival the front desk didn't greet me, didn't come to the window to wait on me and talked to me from about 12 feet away even though there was a glass window between us. He seem.to didn't know what he was doing. I was at tge window checking in for almost 45 minutes. Walking to my room i saw a couple of bugs. Getting in my room dim lighting, stained or dinghy bed cover and sheets. Then more bugs!!! We checked out immediately and went to another hotel. Our experience was awful and i will never go back there again.

Extended stay for contractors
Interior of guest rooms/suites look to be recently remodeled. Very nice once inside my room. But dingy hallways and entrance. Parking lot was packed with contractor pickup trucks and vans.

If you have any sorts of allergies this place is not for you. They don’t have any non-pet rooms, so when I got to my room within the hour I my asthma started to act up and my eyes got itchy. Had to go to another hotel. Really would be nice if they’d reserve one or two rooms for non-pet guests.
