I would give B resort a solid C. Rooms are clean, and property looks great. However in my opinion parking fee of $25 is not properly disclosed during booking process, to me it feels less than genuine. Vallet greeter is super friendly. I thought I was looking for the hotel with breakfast included, and B resort is definitely not one of them. I can accept that pool and spa is being renovated and not working, but I didn't see that information during booking. Both elevators broke during the stay, and we had to walk down. It was a last minute hotel room on a very busy weekend and I am glad that I got a good night sleep. I think the staff is good, and are working with what they have. Probably will not return.

I enjoyed staying here! Very impressed especially for the rate I got through Expedia and being so close to Disney Springs! They had one working elevator which caused some traffic, but they were actively working on it! Would definitely stay again!

Door to the balcony would not open, showerhead was spraying water on ceiling and over the glass onto the floor.

Although renovations are occurring, the property is clean and the staff is friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable. Jennifer at the front desk was as kind and efficient.

This was a last minute reservation. There was one working elevator so the service elevator was the best mode of transportation. The paid parking lot was full and they allowed two huge box trucks (carrying items for the on side wedding) to park sideways each taking up 4-5 spots each. The hotel would benefit from a solid employee uniform, quicker check in process and better parking. I was not informed of the hotel construction until check in.

Great room
Lashawn was very friendly at check in. She had a very upbeat personality, always smiled and respectful. We enjoyed interacting with her.
The room was great. The only issue is that the door stuck but still could secure it at night. Only one elevator was working so at times we were waiting a while for the elevator. I would definitely stay again.

Enjoyed my stay, although the hotel was under construction a renovations, we found our stay was very comfortable and pleasant. The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly and the convenience of the park shuttles was perfect for our weekend getaway. Looking forward to seeing all the upgrades after the renovations are completed!

Great hotel, perfect location
B Hotel is an excellent option to stay in Orlando, walking distance to Disney Springs.
My review it’s based on under constitution conditions on the hotel at the moment.
Beside that this is our third time staying at the property, and always exceeded my expectations.

B resort stay
I was greeted by the concierge and front staff you have some great representation in those area. They were so happy and friendly
I liked the rooms and the view. The shower tile needed some more scrubbing.
One of the main issue was definitely the piol being renovated i should have looked at the reservation closer to see that.
We did experience the issues with your elevator. You were down to one and then both were out and we had to discover the service elevator and that became interesting to use with all the people trying to get around and new furniture all lined up.
Im sure this resort is a lovely resort when all things are up and running correctly. For me i think it would take a very special offer to stay again.

We stayed on the 12th floor, arrived at 8pm and went down to the lobby for an extra blanket. I was told they would send one up, by 10:30 we just went to bed without it.
Then the next morning we wake up to take a shower, the shower water pressure would pulsate and make a jackhammer noise. The water temperature in the shower would go from warm to ice cold to burning hot without touching any setting.
You will hear the highway through the sliding glass door that doesn’t seal anymore.
They are doing construction so maybe in a year or two it will be better but it’s not it right now.

Elevator system
Only one (1) of 3 elevators were working during check out time. I tried calling the front desk to ask for an hour’s extension but no one would ever pick up. So trying to go downstairs and ask didn’t work because the one elevator that was working, was always full when it got to my floor!

It was a little frustrating because we didn't realize that the hotel was under construction. Even the refrigerator in a room didn't work and it was not that clean.

Hotel is undergoing renovations; no amenities available, yet they still charge you $25 for self parking. Only 1 functional elevator. After waiting 25 minutes for an elevator, still had to use staircase. Huge disappointment. Not worth the money.
