As a family of 4 with two young boys we enjoyed our stay very much. Our room was clean and spacious with a nice kitchen and laundry/drier unit, which came in handy. The pool is nice, service was excellent, and we enjoyed the drinks and food at the restaurant. We will be coming back! Highly recommend as the location is walking/biking distance from 5th avenue and you can rent bikes at the front desk.

The property was in a great location for Naples hotspots on 5th & 3rd. Walkable to shopping, dining, & beach. They offer shuttle service which was handy for our party of 6. We stayed in a 3 bedroom for a great price with top notch amenities. Large & comfortable bedrooms as well as full kitchen. The staff was extremely friendly!!

Front desk person had a negative attitude when asked for a 30 minute extension of checkout. Been there many times - overall front desk experience has been negative for this stay.

Easy to travel around downtown with free shuttle service to Naples botanical gardens, downtown shopping, the beach. Also free bikes available. Enjoyed the seafood tower at the crab claw restaurant on premises.

Probably one of the best hotels we have stayed in as a family. Plenty of room for our family of 5. One kid took the living room sofa bed. Full kitchen meant we could fuel up for the day. Nespresso coffee yummy!
Shuttle service was a big help so the family could split up as needed.
Front staff was not so helpful but the van drivers and door men more than made up for them.
Heated pool, bikes and easy to walk to 5th ave.

Absolutely Wonderful!
Such a lovely small hotel. Food is wonderful in the restaurant. Rooms are extremely clean and beds very comfortable. All the employees are very nice and very helpful, they will go out of their way to help. Easy quick walk to all the shops on 5th Ave. Will definitely go back.

This property was beautiful. The doormen were attentive and conversational. The reception desk was friendly and inviting. The feel of the hotel was very classic, old Hollywood. The suite where we stayed was clean and room service even called to make sure we were all set. The pool was clean and the area was easily accessible. Overall, we were very happy with our choice to stay at Bellasera!

We had a room with full kitchen, lanai really to big but very nice. Felt like royalty. Pool was nice but they allowed some people to play, throwing a ball in the pool which made it difficult to relax in the pool.! Gym was adequate, nice with free coffee in the morning as long as the coffee maker does not crap out. Both restaurants were very nice and a bonus was the live music in the upstairs London bar. The Claw Bar was excellent, had a great time on Friday night with my brother in law. I would definitely come back here.

Great 5 day stay.
We had a great stay at the Bellasera. The hotel is in a great location. Very close to the restaurants and shops on 5th Avenue. The hotel is about a mile from the beach and the shuttle service including beach chairs and parasol is a really nice touch. You can also borrow bikes and helmets if you want. We had a 2 bedroom condo which was absolutely perfect for a family of four. The room was extremely well equipped with a full kitchen including fridge freezer and washing machine/dryer. Beds were extremely comfortable. The pool is also very nice with a great bar service. The only downside is the pool is not that big. Special mention to Mike on concierge. Very friendly and extremely helpful. Highly recommend.

We were warmly greeted by the doormen who offered assistance with our bags and directed us to front desk. Mary had our registration materials, keys ready along with two glasses of Champagne to welcome us. The seafood at the Claw Bar restaurant was outstanding as was the service. We also enjoyed the conversation and delicious drinks prepared by Ryan and Alex at the Claw Bar. This beautiful facility comes highly recommend.

It was our second time staying at Bellasera.
Grate personal, exceptional pool, rooms are clean daily and water bottles are completely. We loved the pool side food and drinks. There shuttle service will take you anywhere within the range of 3 mile and the drivers are super friendly! We got nothing negative to say about our stay.

This resort is superb!
The staff was so welcoming and accommodating!
The location is great, everything is so close.
The shuttle to the beach was fast, they provided beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, beach toys… You name it!

Amazing place to stay at by the beach. They have a free shuttle within a 3 mile radius, a nice pool, and wonderful rooms. The bellmen's service surpassed my expectations, could not ask for a better stay. Very clean and nice bar. Definitely suggest this place! Thank you again Bellasera!

While I would say that my experience was excellent, our AC broke in the studio we were staying at 10:45 at night, and we had to pack up and move in the middle of the night to another. The other room seemed a different layout and had a very noisy AC and an unbalanced ceiling fan, so sleep didn't really happen after our little field trip. I was told a Manager would be in touch, and it never happened. When I mentioned it to the front desk staff, they seemed pretty indifferent and dismissive, unlike Shauna who initially helped us thee night of the AC breaking. Shauna did a great job, wish all the Bellesara employees were like her! Still hoping for a call...

Beautiful and Wonderful Management!
Bellasera was beautiful for the short time we were there. We paid for three nights but had to cut our stay very short due to an emergency back home. The manager was very sympathetic and accomodating and refunded our money for the two nights we had paid for but could not use. I will go back there again because of this. However, the grounds were beautiful, the lobby and pool were pretty and our 1-room apartment was very spacious and comfortable. Thank you Bellasera. I look forward to coming back to enjoy some relaxation and pampering when we can get back to Naples one day.

I cannot find one bad thing to say about this hotel. Outstanding staff, beautiful spotless room, a true luxury feel and 5 star service. Couldn't connect to the wifi so I called the front desk. Somebody was at my door in less than 2 min. Turned out I was trying to connect to the wrong network. I am very impressed by this hotel and will be back for sure.

Favorite place to stay in Naples
We absolutely love this place. Pool awesome food fantastic drinks outstanding. The London club was a blast. My only complaint would be the music in the London club was a little to loud. It was hard to have a conversation. We will definitely be back.

Great location with private pool area, free bike rentals and beach supplies for a day at the beach. Walking distance to local restaurants and shops and close to a park with bike/walking paths. The property is very clean and well kept and the staff are friendly and accommodating. We would definitely recommend staying here as there is a kitchen and washer/dryer which make it convenient and there are grocery stores close by. Close to beaches and they even provide transportation if you go to one of the beaches within 3 miles.
