Awesome Experience
This establishment is awesome! The staff was very helpful and professional. The hotel was very clean and organized. The room was very clean with a clean aroma.
The hotel was quiet and safe. The restaurant's food was good and affordable.
I am very happy with my stay and will stay again!

Incredibly Rude Shuttle Service overshadows stay
The airport shuttle pickup was at 2G but the driver couldn't help with my bags because he said his hand was injured. I recently had back surgery so we did our best getting the bags in the van. At the hotel, he grabbed a cart for me and I rolled my stuff into the hotel. In the morning, I missed the van. When he got back, this driver just told me to load my bags in the front seat by myself. I asked if all the bags and he said yes. I loaded everything myself. When we got to the airport, everyone got off at the first stop. I was headed to United. The driver went to the absolute far end of the terminal, blocked the street and told me to get out. Didn't open the door for me, didn't pull up by the curb. It was snowing and I had to drag my bags through the street, onto the curb with no ramp and with no carts in sight and no people to ask for help. I was trying really hard not to slip and fall considering there was no railing and no ramp. He almost threw the last bag at me while still sitting in the front seat and slammed the door behind me. Idk what happened but I've never seen this man and I'm unsure why he was so angry. I'm disabled and I was in severe pain and with frozen feet and wet luggage before getting on my flight. I've never had such a bad experience for no reason that I know of in my life and for that, I won't be returning to this hotel chain.

Keep in mind it’s 17 degrees Fahrenheit out. I call this hotel after getting off my flight for shuttle service since we don’t have any checked bags I knew we would be down at ride service within 20 minutes.
I called and notified that I was with my elderly parents and they need extra assistance so I need to make sure the ride will be there so they are not standing in the cold.
During the call I was told the ride will be at either 2B or 2G, I asked are these completely away from one another, and he said no they are beside each other which I thought was odd but ok I trust you. They were in complete different directions when I went to 2B the bud drivers explained to me that the hotel shuttles are around 2G so I go to the end and the driver is driving off, I’m running and screaming to get his attention numerous times and he doesn’t stop.
I contacted HolidayInn and he said “oh he just left he won’t be back for another 30 minutes.” I explained to him “sir i called not even 20 minutes ago so I didn’t have to wait with my parents in the cold for additional 30 minutes as you understand.” This isn’t how you treat your customers the man’s name at the front desk is Mac - extremely rude, talking fast, didn’t care about what I was expressing and put me on hold after I was telling him the situation.

Well I checked in my first night I love the room it was great but the second night I couldn't stay I had something to take care of so I had to check out early and I called what I needed a call to check out early for some reason the gentleman couldn't help me out so he told me that he would handle it for me to check out I did that two days later I see that I got refunded but I expected it to get refunded for two nights because in reality I only stayed for one night and I left the next day at 4:00 p.m. so I should have got some compensation not just one night I hope somebody can help me out and taking care of this matter

The king room we had was spacious and extremely clean. It had a roll out table and a good amount of extra seating. The free van to and from the airport was great.

Service was poor. I had to go downstairs to the front desk twice and remind the staff of my problem. The bed was firm and not comfortable. I decided to dine on property, so I ordered a burger and couple drinks. I did not appreciate to pay $16 for a frozen burger.

Hotel was ok but not as good as other Holiday Inns. Light would not switch off at night in room, resulting in very little sleep. Curtain doesn't go all the way across window, more no sleep. Toilet roll out of reach behind you when on toilet!!
Staff apologetic but couldn't do anything for me as booked via Expedia. Please compensate me as they couldn't. Thanks.

Horrible, Roached Out Experience!
Terrible accommodations…had To be moved twice due to Roach-SS being in the room. Management initially was rude and unaccommodating. Overall, it was just a bad experience.

The bathroom was dirty. Shower was peeling. The shower also didn’t drain properly. You couldn’t take a shower without the water being up to your ankles. Cable on worked half the time. Beds were comfortable though

Bathrooms could’ve been cleaner with more restaurant and bar options. Bar closed pretty early and the staff seemed inattentive. Wasn’t expecting much to begin with but I’d say overall average.

9verall, it was a nice place with one glaring problem. The room i was in was a dead zone for wifi. If i stepped outside my room I had four bars. Stepping back into my room it immediately lost internet. Could not get any work done. Glad it was 9nly one night.

This is an older property. Lower ceilings. Hallway to my room reeked of cigarette smoke and triggered my asthma. Airport Shuttle runs only every half hour. Bed is firm (not my preference), but sheets are super soft. No free breakfast available. Decent for the price except as noted above.

Didn’t like that the hotel roped off a good portion of the front parking lot and guests could not use it.
I don’t understand why you couldn’t have used the back parking lots for this.

I had a leakage in my bathroom and had to move rooms. That one was not super clean and smelled of cigarette smoke.
Maintenance was super nice and helpful. Receptionist was a bit rude.

Beautiful Hotel
We have a great 2 night stay here. Very peaceful and clean. The only thing was they didn't have a free continental breakfast. Most do. However, they did have a buffet breakfast but the food that was supposed to be hot was barely warm. It was $12.95 a person and we hardly ate anything. Not thrilled. Needless to say, we had breakfast elsewhere the 2nd day. They did have a great Pub called O'Malley's which was "excellent" !! food and service.... very good!! Highly recommend.

For as big as the hotel was, I was expecting much better staff, and cleanliness.
When checking in the staff where not information at all. They forgot to mention they would be charging my card with an extra hold on top of the room fee. This happen to several that were on our floor. When approached it was explained staff did not relay appropriate information when checking in. Also there where no directions as to where to park for room, where room was located, where breakfast or any facilities were.... nothing. I’ve never checked into a room and got so little hospitality, information, or been rushed along. Upon finding our room we passed multiple pieces of candy, food and snacks lying in the hall. Room service/staff frequented the hall several times and not once were any of said pieces picked up in well over 2days. We saw higher up staff while walking the halls and they were so into their own conversations they never once did the traditional ‘hello, how’s your stay’ etc I’ve received from other hotels. The pool was shut down, the noise level at night exceeded past 11pm with teens and children carrying on, knocking on doors, and running the halls continuously.
Overall it was not a good experience for the size of the hotel. I expected much better, friendlier, informative, and cleaner based on the ratings.

Over priced rooms that are in need repair & updates badly. Bathroom had mixed match patch work paint. Crumbling drywall & cracked sink.
Rooms werent cleaned & smelled of cigarette smoke. Candies spilled on the floor & finger prints.
Construction & cleaning noises late into the night & early morning. House keeping knocked on thr door at 8am even though check out wasn't until 11, after flying for 33 hrs we wanted rest & this is not thr place. Fire alarm went off for about 20 mins, no one advised if there was an actual fire or what. Staff easnt helpeful or friendly. 2 out of 10 & thats being polite.

Overpriced breakfast
Overall the stay was good. Severe drawback is $19 breakfast and it is the same one that is complimentary in most hotels I have been to. I do not eat very much so I bought frozen breakfast items from walmart to cook in room. Even just a small complientary continental breakfast and the hot meal for the people who can do $19 worth of justice to it

This is a very large older hotel that has been updated. However, the infrastructure is still very dated. The window mounted air conditioning systems. Do not keep the room cool as most would prefer. So much so that some of the airline stewardess who stayed were complaining that their rooms were hot as well this does not appear to be a single room issue.The first room was hot 78°. so they moved us to another room where the temperature was 75° and would not go below 74° even at 2 o’clock in the morning. would not recommend this hotel at this location. There are several other options within 2 miles of the airport for the same price. Had I not booked two days here I would’ve left after the first day. Hotel staff was friendly and nice. The O’Malley’s Irish pub was a welcome change because we did not have to leave the property for dinner one night.

The ac unit was making a buzzing noise the next day I went to the front desk and the guy basically blew me off i when about my business and when I got back to the room that night still did the same thing went back to the desk they had a guy come look it moved stuff around it was ok thill 234 am then it started making noise keeping me awake

Good hotel. Just need attention on small things
Good hotel overall for the price I paid for one night during MLK weekend in 2023. The manager was very friendly, informative and quick to assist us with check in. Note to owner- all tv channels were fuzzy during tv industry in the 90’s. They need to correct this issue. Also, maintenance should regularly check bathtub drainage to not have dirty water standing in the tub while showering.

Most Enjoyable Stay
This hotel is absolutely beautiful. The rooms are fantastic. My room had both a refrigerator and microwave. The staff is extraordinarily friendly, helpful, and professional. The lobby is spacious, and their restaurant has an excellent selection of items on their menu.

Really friendly staff. Not too far from shopping, restaurants, groceries, or airport. Not my choice of hotel and stayed for an event. A few steps up from a motel. Not modern or renovated. Pool at night was dark with minimal lighting.
