Front desk, restaurants ,were awesome. Hotel room cleaning could be much better. Empty boxes of soap, dirty mirrors, shower floor that seems like it was cleaned with oil ( very slippery) and old pieces of limes under the tables. Room was nice, beds very uncomfortable. Overall decent as far as room.
Concert venue was ok, seating a bit uncomfortable and having to constantly walk through a smoke filled casino to get anywhere was pretty bad considering the restaurants were all off the casino and loaded with smoke as well.
Over all 6 out of 10 based on friendliness of staff and food.

Great room with view of 3 pools. The Rez restaurant - not so great. Crab cakes so so, 5 scallops for an entree with no side- chinchy for the price. Filet decent. Sides a la carte but very poor selection.

Best room ever! Disappointing end.
Amazing! Free upgrade on the room got us into a suite that a retired navy vet and retired postal mailman could never afford. It made my wife’s birthday trip into a never forget experience. The only snag was the box office staff gave us the wrong time to show up for the Q&A session we paid for with the dancer we were there to see. She was crushed.

This is our second time staying here. They gave us a free upgrade to a royal suite and it’s amazing! I feel very safe here and the rooms are elegant and comfortable! We love the spa, pool and cafes. It’s nice that they have scooters to rent so my hubby can get around well. We’ll be back!

Originally, I had a standard one bedroom room booked for a bachelor party and when I went to go check in, they surprised me with upgrading my room to a suite. That was a nice surprise.

i liked all the dining options. It was one of the largest casinos I have ever been in.
It was very difficult to find my way around. The staff was very helpful with directions.

Worth every penny!!
We flew in to Tampa and treated my mom for her birthday to two nights at the hard rock. We booked two rooms. Went to the spa and the pool. Got my haircut. The Rock Spa is amazing!

We paid $700 a night for a room that was NEVER serviced during our 3 night stay. Had to call the front desk and ask for replacement towels, coffee, water etc. I was told that rooms do not get serviced unless you call and ask. So much for the “make up room” button by the door. I’ve had better treatment at the Hampton Inn.

Nice room - no chairs on balcony
We liked our room, it was clean and soundproof. It was a waste of money to have a balcony - there were no chairs to sit on the balcony. No problems at check in or check out. Would stay again.

The hotel is very nice and the room was confortable. Issues we had were that we had to ask for the room to be cleaned. Front desk never told us we had to request. Which when we did they accommodated. The other issue was the stench of smoke everywhere. I understand it’s in a casino but in this day and age smoking should be limited. They make the non smokers use a tiny dedicated casino. Should be the other way around. The Atlantic City Hard rock is better. Restaurants were good as well.

We enjoyed the hotel room, dinning options and game playing. The smoking in the main casino on the first floor was very hard to take. We were able to play on the second floor. The pool area was very nice.

The stench of smoke is unbearable. They should have a better ventilation system.
The maid service didn’t even show up for the first day and the second day I had to remind them three times to get my room cleaned.

Not very happy with the Room that we paid a lot of money for very disappointing not clean , sink was leaking & Toilet was not working properly very very disappointing compared with the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in
Punta Cana were we first joined Hall of Fame Legendary Group a few years ago

Expensive, not worth the money and dated. Entire place is a money pit with and the entire staff was rude. Spent thousands to stay one night, was charged 50 per hour for late check out and had to container and bag my own to go orders. Not goid customer services for that amount of money.

It was cold and rainy during my weekend getaway, so I enjoyed being able to stay on property and have everything accessible such as different restaurants and shopping. However, there wasn't a great selection of retail stores. The greatest disappointments were: 1) the lack of a business center or even a printer to print my boarding passes. Really?! For almost $600 per night, they could have stuck a small desktop on a floating shelf in the hallway. 2) It was not a non-smoking facility. While there was a non-smoker option, there were fewer people there and presumably the slots were not "hot". We endured the smoking for two days but not without consequences.

I should have anticipated this - tribal casino - main floor allows smoking - restaurants are non-smoking on the first floor, but the casino air gets in.
Other than that - One of the best Ribeye steaks I've ever had - gambled and did not feel like I was getting fleeced. Nice music - no surprise there!

The casino is very nice but the music they play there is so loud my husband and I had a headache every single day. I am used to loud music because I grew up in the 80s..but this is beyond loud. Some restaurants are very good others we tried were terrible and over priced. The Italian restaurant we went to was awful…noodles were overcooked and mushy. Also way over priced for the quality.

The stay was average. Nothing horrible and nothing fantastic. The options for dining was plentiful which was a good thing since there is nothing nearby. Ciento was the best, the pasta was delicious and my husband was very impressed with the lobster. The filet at Council Oak was tender and cooked perfectly but had no seasoning at all. You could only taste the char grilled, the oysters were super tiny and not worth the money. Everything else was what you would expect. Did court was fine and the Rez was a good option for dinner. All everything was just ok.

The Hotel has a lot of energy, even at 7 am you feel the buzz as soon you get the lobby, it’s nice(for a few days) although the cigar smell is a downside, rooms are great

The room was spacious and clean. The pools were excellent. They set up your towels and chair for you. The casino had the latest machines. Staff was courteous. Restaurants were good although it gets very crowded at times with long wait lines. Beds were comfortable. Decor was beautiful. Very interesting to see the costumes from the various musicians.

This was a different experience for us. We arent much for gambling but wanted to see this gotel after staying at the Hard Rock resort in Punta Cana. This is nothing like that. If you like to gamble and play slot machines....this place is crazy. If you are going for entertainment and cool vibe...it lacks a little. The pool closes at sunset which was a bit of a bummer, we were hoping to hear a band or entertainment while there, even at the Hard Rock restaurant but there was no one playing. It is a HUGE casino.

All the staff were great especially Char at the front desk. Very helpful and friendly. The restaurants were very nice and the food and service was excellent . Kaylee at the Rez was wonderful, very attentive and sweet and provided superb service.

We thought we booked standard king room but got a suite and boy was it gorgeous. But the king bed has tiny ass pillows. Smaller than twin pillows. The bathroom was outstanding.

After paying almost $600/night, I'd expect more. The cleanliness & staff were phenomenal! The room looked dated, tub didn't drain properly, and bathroom lights shine through wall & disturbed others sleeping. Movies were NOT included in stay. Pool closed at sunset. If you check in at 4pm, there's no time to use.

From Valet parking to check-in everything was fine. Kenny at the front desk was efficient. The negative was our dining experience at Council Oaks. Julia,our server,did the best job she could, but food was lackluster, burnt calamari, steak had to be redo.

If you have luggage, getting it to your room is kind of a pain. If you have a lot, it's best to use a bellhop. The rooms are expensive, but they're nice. And if you're there for the casinos, then the convenience of the rooms is certainly beneficial. The casinos were NOT friendly to us, so I would not go back to that casino. But, that's how casinos work!

We spent our 1st Anniversary at the Tampa Hard Rock & it was great. The room was spacious, bathroom was clean and the pool area is very nice & easy to find. Check in with JR from Atlantic city was kinda awkward and he didnt give us much info as this was our 1st time at this property. The Rock Spa was the best part! It was very luxurious, my husband & I enjoyed the amenities together. Thanks to Ms Deja in the locker room for providing us with a glass of champagne to celebrate!

Great stay!
We had a really nice three night stay at the casino as our homebase. As we venture through Tampa during the day and hit the casino at night. The hotel and casino, service was great good security, excellent restaurants and clean room. Remember to call down to the front desk if you want your room cleaned otherwise it will not be done extra $50 for a late check out fee was a little ridiculous for one hour cigarette smoke was irritating regardless, if you’re in a non-smoking section on the second level of the hotel, it’s almost like they need a better filtration system in the hotel. Will definitely stay again.
