Female Eagles' fan
Solo female in town for the Eagles game; quick walk to and from Infinity Live and Lincoln Financial; felt very safe walking alone; Hotel check-in was easy; Front desk accommodated me with a hair dryer for my room. I enjoyed my 2-day stay.

Have stayed here 4-5 times. Usually good experience. Room was not clean, headboard of bed had sticky substance all over it, and hairs inside bed and on pillows. Inside of the phone was disgustingly dirty.

I didnt like the blaring loud music even when you went into one of eating areas where you get pizza and desserts. It was unbearable. Couldnt get out of the noise to relax and talk.

This is a great hotel if you plan on attending any area sporting events. Getting to the heart of the city it’s a taxi ride away. Felt safe and had no issues from start to finish. Would stay again.

Great location for going to a game- we took a cab to Wells Fargo but then walked to chickie & peters & then to the hotel. The casino was fun and clean…. The prime restaurant was delicious & the Rooms were quiet! Parking our car was convenient as well- a rare find in Philly.

If you are going to a sports or entertainment event at the stadium nearby then this is a no brainer. Rooms are clean and modern. Staff is very helpful. Parking is free but there is valet available if you're feeling extra fancy. We didn't try the casino or their restaurant but they looked nice from afar.

Live Casino is very “Live”!
Very nice hotel. Friendly customer service. The hotel is very well maintained. My fiancé and I enjoyed our stay. Look forward to going back in the near future.

Overall I appreciated the experience staying at the Live Casino hotel. Some feedback that I would like to offer if what I did not appreciate is that the offerings of media in the hotel room felt antiquated and very uniform, absolutely lacking diversity. This includes selections for adult movie viewing and music played through the app available on the tv.

Stayed at this venue recently as was attending a concert at the Wells Fargo Center with friends. None of us were “casino” ppl. Great safe and secure free self-parking. Very convenient to the WFC and other sports parks but not much else around. Impossible to get thru to speak to a live person. I called and waited on hold for 30 min. Left message and did get a call back sometime later but basically it took a long time just to find out I could not add my friend to the room reservation because I looked it thru Expedia. Please have humans answer phones in real time! When we walked in, the lobby was very smoky b/c of the casino. Fortunately, the rooms are non-smoking. Check in person was nice but slower than I would have liked. It was already pre-paid do I just needed to get a key and provide a credit card and driver’s license. Normally I would not have cared as much but they had all the lobby bathrooms locked so I really had to use the restroom. The text messages sent would have here more helpful had they been sent earlier.
Room was a nice size but bathroom floor could have here cleaner. A cleaner also walked in unannounced and without knocking about an hour into is being there. Stay was fine but I am not sure I’d go out of my way to stay unless attending a concert there again. Some room for improvement here.

Room smelled of vomit and we told the front desk twice about it. Their only remedy was to spray some air freshener to mask it. No one came in to clean the room or see if they could help in any way. Overall bad experience, not happy and paid $1,400 for the room.

Perfect check-in --- Later found an instruction manual for a sex toy under the bed in my room, which skeeved my fiance (I wasn't looking under the bed, I saw it as I sat at the desk watching TV) --- Some of the staff in the casino left something to be desired (they do the usual - see you waiting to be helped, but are chit-chatting with their co-workers, and that of course takes priority, I had to go and interrupt them to get served, This was next to the "Promotions" or "Rewards" desk near the entrance.) --- The bartenders were excellent. --- The games were fun. --- The restaurant served yummy breakfast and the service was excellent --- Overall, I recommend Live as a place to relax and have fun.

Cierra was absolutely charming and welcoming at check-in. I didn't feel like just a customer which is not all that common.

Positive Experience, need more EV chargers
We stayed there just one night, and this one goes on our short list since we visit Philadelphia quite frequently. The only negative was that all EV charges were taken, and only four is not enough for the hotel and Casino guests to share.

Outstanding!
I stayed here after attending an Eagles game. It was super convenient to walk to after the game. The casino was busy as expected, but still had a fun time. Room was everything I expected for the price. Well designed, everything in excellent condition. Very quiet in the room. Staff were amazing, great to chat with as well! Price might have been a little high, but quite worth it.

Nice stay, but not ideal for families.
The stay was nice, the room was clean and up to date, a nice size, very comfortable. The only issue is families cant get to the restaurants to eat, because children cant walk through the casino. We had to leave to eat. When i was told this, i said i would leave and go find food outside, the security kept asking me if i was going to leave my young child in the car. Offensive to say the least, then as i walked away he called someone on the radio to make sure i didnt. I told him i was going out to eat i dont know why he got such a terrible opinion in his mind for.

We stayed there because it was close to concert venue, but not realizing it was definitely not an area for females to walk alone at night, probably males either, for that matter. Industrial, dirty, ugly all one-mile radius. Hotel itself very clean, constantly cleaning, housekeeping great.

Called for maintenance to come due to the bathroom not working as soon as we checked in. Took over 45 minutes for someone to show.
They would not give a different room despite my needs to use the bathroom which they had known about.
Restaurants are limited, thought three wouod be more choices. You have to travel into central Philly in order to have more dining options.
approx. 10-15 minutes away.
I had come here specifically for a concert being held at Wells Fargo Center so it was convenient for this particular trip.
Note: They charge an extra $25 to your card for some reason as if over $500 a night wasn’t enough.
Rooms were clean. But nothing spectacular for the cost

Expedia issue
The issue was that the hotel didn’t have my expedia confirmation. It took an hour and a phone call to Expedia to fix it. Since Hotels.com was sold to Expedia, it’s not as good. And also the rewards went from 10% to 2%. I need to find a new hotel provider.

The main advantage to staying at Live Casino Hotel is proximity to Citizen's Bank Park. The layout of the hotel forces you to traverse the massive casino to get from parking to the lobby. The rooms were average, but the hotel is premium priced. There aren't a lot of dining options in walking distance.
