Stay Far Away
Room infested with flies. Requested another room, but was told the entire motel was infested and that the last remaining room did not having a working air conditioner. Towels were stained and toilet was nasty - had not been cleaned. Absolutely will not stay at this motel again.

Cindy welcomed me at the front desk and was very accommodating with a change I needed. She was pleasant and friendly and greeted me every time we met up. Great job at this location! Clean and quiet and I felt safe.

My first room looked like someone was staying in it, there was alot of hair in the shower and used towels on the rack. The bed had stains on thei sheets. They switched my room and i had the same problem.

Good night sleep
The facility was clean and employees were friendly. Only issues was breakfast wasn't available when we checked at about 8 am. We reserved a room with 2 beds but upon check in this was not available. Luckily a king size bed worked.

Beautiful well maintained. Very large room for the price.
The breakfast was on the lame side, but McDonalds was on the way home. The stool was low and I should have ask for a handy cap room. everything else was fine.

First night we were there the AC in the room did not work. Informed the very nice lady at the front desk. She said she would have someone come out that day and look. Unfortunately no one did. She did however get us in a new room with working AC. A lot of people hanging outside the side door late at night smoking weed and drinking. Little sketchy. There is absolutely no breakfast included so just a heads up.

Just ok
We stayed only one night, we reserved 2 King rooms, upon arrival only one room was ready and we were asked if we were ok with 2 queens instead of the King, and we were ok with that. We entered the room and one bed was made, I informed the front desk and they quickly got the other bed made and they were so apologetic and said how busy and full they had been the night before, again we were ok with it and told them we understood. The beds were very comfortable, the chairs in the rooms were so dirty and stained they should just throw them out, I would not set on them. I feel a very deep clean in the whole room and hallways would work wonders.
Breakfast was supposed to be from 6-9, I went down at 6:45 am and the lights were not on and the coffee and juice machine had out of order signs on them. There was nothing hot to eat... apples, bread and cereal was it. Very disappointing. The staff was great and tried their best.

Great place for the money.
This establishment is very clean and the staff are very friendly. Cindy is absolutely amazing and works way too hard. The only cons were the curtain didn't go far enough past the window to block all the light from outside. The only other thing that bothered me was the sink was located right by the door so made it hard to get ready with your spouse trying to go in or out. Otherwise are stay there was very nice.

Not the best place I’ve ever stayed, but not the worst. Cleanliness was so/so. Sink was cracked, shower had hair in it, chairs in room were dirty, bed seemed fine.

Old and dirty room
The hotel is old and in need of updates. The first room we were assigned had crumbs all over the stained chairs. We were quickly moved to a cleaner room. Receptionist was very accommodating. But for the price, we expected nicer furnishings and cleaner rooms.

Had a reservation through Expedia, but when I got to the property at 8:45 pm I was informed that the hotel was overbooked and there were no rooms available.
The desk clerk blamed the overbooking on Expedia, but it’s not clear which party was showing available room inventory when there was none.

VERY COMFY WITH A GREAT PROPERTY MANAGER
The very best part of this hotel is the property manager. She is awesome! She is so kind & friendly and she works SO hard!! She is a jack of all trades here & does her utmost to ensure her tenants are completely satisfied & have everything they need. She is DEFINITELY a huge asset to this hotel & to Econolodge overall. Whatever she is being paid, she deserves a raise for always going above & beyond. As a side note, she is such a nice lady but is tough when she needs to be. She will not tolerate troublemakers or rulebreakers; she deals with them swiftly & firmly. She is all around one of the best property managers I've ever encountered in my travels.

Room had leaky faucet and bathroom sink drained very slow. Wasps got in through closed window. Toilet seat lid broken and loose. Wifi didn't work. Was told there was no password and to just keep trying. No complementary breakfast either morning.

Overpriced & dingy
Despite reserving a king room, we were given a double room with a dingy, old sofa, two double beds, & a shower that dripped all night. There were only two choices of lodging in the town, so that's how we wound up here. Extremely sparce breakfast options. Would never stay here again. Ridiculous price for a shabby hotel!

The Super 8 in Canton, Ill was clean, quiet, and what you would expect from a Super 8, the owner was there training the staff and was very nice.

Just needs a little TLC
The beds were comfortable but the rooms were outdated. The tile in the bathroom was all cracked and moved around. The sink bowl was completely cracked and the toilet seat moved around and wasn't connected. The staff was friendly but were always smoking by the front door and shirts weren’t tucked in. Free breakfast was really limited, not many options to choose from. We ended up having to go buy breakfast. Overall it got the job done at a good price!

Try to find a better hotel
I had to drive from Des Moines, IA to Indianapolis, IN and am on a tight budget. I was looking for a reasonably priced hotel about half way and found this hotel. Barely acceptable. Room condition was not great, sink cracked, the toilet did not stop running, the curtain holder was broken, and everything about the hotel was run down. To be fair, it is a Super 8 with below average ratings. The bed was very comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was average. I would look for another hotel if I were ever in the area again.
