I was impressed with the very friendly accommodating staff. Stayed in a one bedroom suite with queen bed. Next time I would pick the basic king room. The layout of the suite felt small and there is no oven. The cleanliness of the kitchen and dishes were very impressive. The shower head was crazy high up for a 8ft tall person! The shower was not enjoyable. The bed was clean and comfortable. I appreciated the extra towels as needed on request. The pool table is great! The swimming pool seems basic I didn’t go in but it’s perfect for kids. The breakfast is okay, limited dairy free or vegan options. Parking is convenient and you can access the building with a keycard by the side doors easily. I stayed in a room that had a view of a brick wall which made it seem dark in the room. The overall vibe of the hotel is quiet and laid back. I would stay again.

Beautiful all suite hotel!
I was pleasantly surprised by the updates to this clean and modern all suite Hotel. Everything was spotless from the outdoor areas, common areas and the guest suite. The only issues I had were the fact that there was no information provided on ours, accessibility, location of things, etc. I had to look them up online instead of just having them in room, or provided to me upon check-in.

Good stay but needs improvements
Breakfast had to improve. Same thing every day is not nice to eat. Also the way type of food avaliable is very less compared to any small hotel in Europe.

The staff was super pleasant & always helpful. The rooms were amazing! They were doing some renovations so that was inconvenient but I’m sure it will be great when it’s done. I would definitely stay here again.

Lobby smells fresh and relaxing. Atmosphere is nice and calm and quiet. Pool room is very clean. Shampoo conditioner and body wash provided in shower for convenience. Full kitchen with utensils for long stays. Very clean and nothing is outdated.

This is first time I've stayed here and was very impressed. Super clean, wonderfully large rooms with full kitchen. Loved the layout...just felt like a cozy little home away from home. Would definitely come back.

Hotel is awaiting major renovation held up by factors out of their control, but is kept VERY clean and they will fix things if you tell them about it. Management and employees are all very pleasant, kind, and accommodating. Nice to chat with them.

We really enjoyed our stay here! In times of Covid it is hard for overworked staff to remain positive and upbeat. But the staff at this hotel were incredible! So accommodating and pleasant! We will stay here again when we return primarily because of the staff.

The staff was nice, but our room had dirty sticky carpet. I did not feel like I was in a clean room for my 5 night stay. No one ever cleaned our room or asked if we needed anything replenished. The breakfast was a very cheap covid modified style. No juice cartons, yogurt, milk cartons or cereal cartons. Just the same selection of danish, muffins,oatmeal, water or coffee. Bagged waffles with no syrup. Spoons only. Unhealthy options when u have kids. I thought they’d atleast get to eat cereal. Our dishwasher was broken upon arrival. Therefore, I’m assuming my dishes were filthy and rinsed with water considering it had brown standing water upon arrival. I was given soap and the engineer never came to fix the dishwasher.

A group of people were partying very loud in the courtyard area outside our window at night. I finally called and complained at 1:45am and I could hear staff ask them to keep it down. They completely ignored that and kept going strong until at least 3am. Not sure why they were even allowed in that area at that hour. Especially after a complaint.

I was disappointed by my stay here. It was a very noisy hotel with sketchy-looking people roaming the halls talking loudly and slamming doors all night. The stench of someone smoking weed in the building was evident at several times over my stay. My room was not particularly clean and all of the furniture was beat up and the place had clearly been used hard by previous guests. I will not stay at this location again. I have had better experiences at cheap $40 budget hotels than paying over $100 a night to stay here.

It's was nice that they had a basketball court for the kids to use to get rid of some energy after a long car ride.
What I didn't like was the cleanliness of the rooms and lobby. Everything was untidy and did not seem like much time was spent cleaning. Our room was a 6 out of 10 at best. Carpets were not clean. Pillows were lumpy etc.
The staff seemed over worked and were not friendly at all. Everything just seemed like a hassle front check-in to checkout. We felt as if we were bothering them. This is definitely not the usual experience from this brand hotel.

Easy to find. Lot where you park had garbage everywhere. Vestibule when you enter was dirty with visible dirt. Inside was dingy and there was garbage from people staying there in the hall all evening and afternoon.

1st and Last time!
The pipes were humming every time we flushed. The fixtures were falling apart. No cookware. The last night the room started smelling like urine. The pillows were flat. The toilet had stains.

Pretty decent hotel
Overall very nice hotel. Currently, rooms sit dormant 72 hours for covid regulations. I'm certain staffing is difficult to find at this time, yet our rooms could've been cleaner. High touch areas weren't really up to par. The price was cheap- again, I'm certain due to low travel times with covid.

Valentine’s Day night disappointment
My Valentine’s Day was terrible due to this stay my first room was very cold and the toilet was stained it needs replaced my bed was off the bed frame every time we sat on bed the other end of the bed would pop up. So I called in and asked for another room. I was given another room this room was colder than the other one I tried turning heat up but the whole night it only went up a couple degrees I guess the hotel has it set. It was freezing all night. I’m very disappointing I’m calling to speak with a manager about this. Worst hotel experience every especially on Valentine’s Day

The hotel it self was great! Nice, roomy and clean! The staff on the hand namely LaRoy was less than friendly. Seem to be annoyed when calling for help or questions about the area. Overall the experience was nice and we’d definitely stay here again.

Very spacious with kitchen but maybe due to COVID, there were not much customers, it wasn’t too clean. Dust everywhere and the coffee pot had old coffee stains! Breakfast was just muffins, water and either orange or apple or banana.

The property was in a very convenient location. However, the hallways and stairwells looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed for weeks. Our room contained cabinetry that was worn and broken, mirrors were dirty, a light fixture cover was partially off, and chairs had badly peeling vinyl.

Dissappointing couldn’t stay for 6 hours
I arrived at the hotel around 2:40. When I got there the customer service rep was really nice. She asked me what I preferred upstairs or down. I did tell her down. She gave me one that wasn’t far from the door which I appreciated but they failed to mention it was next to the utility room where there was constant banging and noise. I decided I would push through the noise Bc I spent the money already and didn’t want to have to unpack and repack. I took a shower to try and relax and shut the door to find someone’s used dental floss pick. I was extremely grossed out. Especially during COVID I didn’t feel like this room was clean. Behind the stove was gross. It had a musty smell in the bed. I said I wasted the money so I would just continue to stay and try to push through so I ordered dinner. After a few hours I just couldn’t even relax. I ended up leaving at 7:30 pm when I went to front desk there was a long line and I just wasn’t going to wait.I called the office a few times and no one answered. Once I contacted someone they brushed it off and I asked about closing it out and how disgusting it was. Her response was ok so you aren’t coming back at all tonight? I said no absolutely not. I’ve been here before and never had problems. I’m extremely disappointed and dissatisfied time and money wasted.

I've stayed at this hotel before and this is the only time I've been disappointed. The staff, especially the manager Carmela, is always very friendly and accommodating. Usually the rooms are very nice, but this time we were in a room filled with issues and not properly cleaned. Walls, chairs and couch were stained and dirty. Glasses were cracked and the silverware was dirty. I'm sure I could've switched rooms but it would have been a pain to move all my stuff. I hope this was a one time incident and that I can count on a clean room next time like usual.

Run Down Marriott
We stayed for a week. no one ever attempted to clean. We had to ask for clean towels. We needed someone to unclog the toilet when we got there and we were told the maintenance man would not be in for 4 days. they let me use a plunger and I unclogged the toilet the plunger sat in the hall for 2 days and I finally brought it inside the room. Garbage was laying out in the halls not getting picked up. Lipstick stains on the mirror by the elevators were never cleaned during our entire stay. All the cabinets in the room were falling apart and beat up. This facility needs a renovation.

Discount or free room needed
My door was broke the whole & I had no idea anyone could have walked in and I would’ve had no idea. Also the guy who checked me in was rude. And when I checked out the lady at the desk made rude comments to my little cousin I asked her about it she didn’t deny it but she said it in a nicer way. It was just horrible I took a video of my door and how u can just push it open but this app only allows me to upload pictures so I can’t do it

I would stay here again
My family and I spent 5 nights here in a two room suit. This was the only hotel around that area with double rooms with a kitchen which is convenient. I loved that check out is at noon. I would stay here again

NOT WORTH MY KIDS VACATION
Shower/bath tub was not cleaned at all and when you take a shower the water doesn't run out in stays in the tub until you cut the water off also the floors needs a deep cleaning the tv barely worked unless you standing exactly in front of it and it not a feet away my closet door was stuck and wouldn't close in my room the toilet wasn't to clean as well and you had to hold the handles in order for the toilet to be flushed. Then the guy at the dront desk basically was having an off day cause it showed. I will not be staying here again

Stayed in room 503 with my 5 year old daughter and husband. By the 3rd day of our stay both my husband and daughter were showing allergic symptoms such as running nose, sneezing and itchy eyes we assumed it was pets in the building. It’s now our 6th night & we had started taking allergy medication the symptoms were not improving, my husband thought to check the 2 vents in the room, that were possibly just dusty. When he took a closer look both vents were COVERED in black mold! We called the front desk to make sure they were aware it and that we wanted to speak to the general manager the next morning. The next morning (Friday) I went down to speak to Carmela who sent their maintenance guy Seth to come check it out. I let her know I had video the vents and that it was definitely not dust if she wanted to see for herself. She neither bothered to look at the videos or go see the room. She even asked me why had I waited so long to report the issue. Seth comes up and he takes a look at both vents and tells me that Yes, it is indeed mold. I go back down to speak to Carmela & tell her I'd like to extend my stay however not in that room. She had 2 other rooms on the 5th floor available and would have Seth take a look at those beforehand. Well Seth confirmed those 2 rooms vents were also in the same condition. However she wants to tell me they also have "dust in the vents." It’s absolutely ridiculous. Corporate was contacted!

Carm and Seth are amazing
Given the C-19 situation going on, we enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately we did not get to use the pool or pool table. In that, the staff was pretty great. We did have quiet and most people stayed apart 6 ft with masks as the hotel required. Location was great. Manager, Carmela Nudo and maintenance guy Seth were amazing!! Thank you for making a uncomfortable public emergency easier.

When I first checked in, it took quite a while for someone to show up at the desk to check me in. No one was in sight. I was actually looking for a bell to ring. Every time I walked by there as time went on, I rarely saw anyone at the front desk.
Also bedroom remote didn't work properly.

The reason I booked the hotel was for the hot tub, we checked in and they didn’t tell us it was running. Would have been nice to be warned before we changed and came back down and saw the sign inside the pool area. It also needs remodeled in there paint chipping and walls falling apart

This hotel needs improvements. The pool area was in terrible shape and there was way too much chlorine in the water...made skin and eyes burn there was so much in the pool! There were also several fans and other pieces of equipment all over the pool area. The elevators were dirty and made weird noises. The hallway of the floor we were on smelled terrible. I understand that guests can cook in their kitchenettes, but then the hotel needs a better ventilation solution so that the hallway does not smell like spice and onions for two days. On a positive note our room was in decent condition and clean. Also the complimentary breakfast was good.

Old dated hotel, unpleasant stay.
My reasons not to stay at this hotel again:
1. Musty smell in the room
2. All appliances/ furniture very old - Stove, refrigerator, sofa etc.
3. Dirty floors (to politely say)
4.. Rooms very uncomfortably cold (heating system appears broken). They provided a space heater, but you don;t stay at a 3 start hotel to spend night with space heater.
5. Pet hair everywhere. If you allow pets, you should also take extra care to clean the room before letting another guest stay.
6. Price was higher than most of the 3 star hotels in the neighborhood.

Great Family weekend
This is my 3rd time staying at this hotel. I love my stay with the family very cozy. We stayed in the two bedroom suites, my girls had their own bathroom. My husband and I didn’t have to worry about the kids coming in our room or waiting to use the restroom. My girls love the pool, I love cooking in the kitchen. I only wish the garbage can in the kitchen was bigger , and they had actual sponges to wash the dishes. However they do have a dishwasher. I would recommend staying here.

our room was much warmer at 76 F than the corridor; they tried to correct it; it took till 6 am to get to a temp of 71 and then in the morning it started to climb again to 76F. we stated to vacate early; microwave not working. very large spacious rooms and excellent bed keeping and other amenities but we feel we were just unlucky or unfortunate that the air conditioner did not work.

The availability of full-kitchen, two-bedroom suites makes a family-of-4 fit comfortably. Free breakfast fairly 'meh' for a $200/night place. Floor map of building a little bit confusing - could use more maps around all the hallway intersections.

Ok for a quick stop.
Took the kids for a night away to swim, pool was FREEZING!! So all kids in there were in the hot tub so no room for adults to relax. No pool towels. We had a sofa bed in our room but no extra bedding. When I called and asked I was told I had to wait and I had to come down and get them as no one was available to bring them too us.

The breakfast bar was a great addition to this stay. The beds and rooms were clean.
I stayed on the first floor and was awaken by the laundry starting at 8am on a Saturday morning. Overall, the room was quiet until the morning.

Decent hotel if you can overlook few things
Good: Very friendly staff, great amenities such as washing machine & dryer, and in room dish washer and full sized fridge. The kids also really enjoyed the pool.
Bad: The appliances in the room seemed old and looked dirty from outside. The dish washer was not properly secured and would slide outwards when opening the door. There was also ALOT of random junk under the sleeper sofa, felt like it hadn't been cleaned in years... only noticed this as we were looking for our daughters missing clip.

My check in was suppose to be at 3 pm and it wasn’t until 5:30 did we get in.
Housekeeping came while the baby was napping and were asked to come back later and they never did.
The hot tub jets were broken and on that same afternoon they were draining the pool to correct the chemicals.
The frond door was small and hard to push the luggage rack up hill!

Great place for families!
We love the residence inn. Having 2 bedrooms with doors , 2 bathrooms and a sofa bed make our family vacations much more enjoyable! The staff at this hotel were extremely friendly and personable. Our only disappointment was that the fireplaces were non-functional. While it was explained to us why they were not working, it was still a bummer not to use the fireplace in december when it’s nice and cold out!

Worse stay ever!
Worse stay I have ever experienced at a Marriot property. No bedding for extra bed, room was not clean, no trash bag in trash can, on the second day of our stay had to get someone to give us towels and take out the trash, didn’t address loud music at 3:30 am after calling.
