Main building, lobby was as advertised, rooms were not properly taken care of, or properly cleaned. We booked two rooms well in advance and requested to be close together. At ck in, they wanted to put us in different buildings. We decided to not ck in ans forfeited one nights stay with the second to be refunded. It still has nor been refunded.We were told not to go to Walmart after dark and to only travel north to look for other accommodations. When the wife and her sister dont feel safe i will take the loss of one night for 2 rooms.

I liked my experience at check in, Lincoln was very knowledgeable, kind, informative and helpful. Check out with Dana went well. The system that this property has-works really well and it doesn’t take long to check in or out.

The man at the front desk was absolutely rude to my wife and I. We have stayed here before with no issues but when we went to check in we were charged for the room after we had paid for it online. So we in total charged for the room we were in TWICE, on top of the $100.00 security deposit along with this man’s nasty attitude towards us. My wife was getting frustrated and she said that she would step outside to calm down and the man yelled at her, “You do that!” After she tried to be an adult and remove herself from the situation. He also refused to give us a refund, stating that we were not charged online and that we had to pay when we got there even tho we showed him all of the receipts and payments. To top it off, my wife only inserted her card once into the machine meaning the man charged her for the surety deposit the proceeded to do another transaction without her knowledge which was easier for him because the card reader didn’t require a pin to work. Overall, we will never be going there again due to this man’s poor service to us, along with his incapability to properly do his job especially with us both being military members working in the local area.

I'll definitely book this hotel for future trips.
I booked this hotel based on the reviews that I read and I have to say that I was very happy with this hotel. The room was nice, very clean, and it smelled really nice. When I checked in, the girl at the front desk was super sweet and was very helpful with my special payment circumstances. We stayed for two nights and when we asked for maid services for the second day, they came in and took our stuffed animals and made a little "scene" with them and left sweet handwritten notes for us. I've never had that kind of thing happen at any other hotel that I've ever stayed at. So that little bit of extra thoughtfulness really meant a lot.
The only complaint that I had was that there were no blinds in our room when every other room had them. We had curtains, but no blinds; so that was very disappointing. That and the USB ports in both of the lamps didn't work, but that was only a minor inconvenience and didn't make me think any less of our experience.

People was loud outside and the room smelled and the bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly and definitely needs to be updated. The door didn’t have a deadbolt it was removed. Which is not good for safety reasons

I liked the area everything in close distance to the hotel what I didn’t like was tht I found cockroaches in the bathroom and so did my child totally disgusting needless to say I will not have to stay there anymore and I would not recommend for anyone to stay there had to shake out all of our cloths and travel bags to make sure nothing was coming back with us to New York my first worse experience in any hotel tht I have ever stayed in

Connecting door to other rooms has to be extremely thin. I could hear every word of the conversation in the room next door like we were in the same room. Could hear the noise from outside like the door was open. Very noisy all hours of the night.

Grand Entrance...You could smell clean and that's a plus with me... Wonderful room also, night clerk put us in room 101, next to the outside door and ice machine ‼️ Breakfast was light and satisfying 😁

Really love the front desk people! The rooms have bugs - ugh! Found four scurrying underneath the fridge and one ran under the bathroom door toward me. Dirty under fridge. Makes me curious about when hotels spray for bugs, what is used. I would love to know if something non toxic to humans could be used like thyme, oregano oil concentrations. Appreciate the price of the stay.

This place is a dump! The air conditioner in the first room was filthy and did not cool the rooms on at all. The second room was just as nasty but the air conditioning did work although there was a roach crawling in the bathroom. I would not recommend at all! Also people hanging out outside everywhere and seemed very unsafe.

Our room was disgusting and had mold all over the bed when we pulled the sheets back. It did not feel safe as well. When we asked to be put in another room we were told they were sold out and to look somewhere else. Expedia refunded our stay thank goodness. That was the only nice part of the stay. We ended up going to a more expensive place down the road and I should have done that to begin with. Save yourself the time and headache and do the same.

The breakfast, who should't be inclusive was no breakfast, it was only a snack. Coffee, tea, orange and apple juice are ok, but wrapped little muffins and granola bar are not a breakfast and not ok.

Bugs in the room. Very loud AC, ceiling in shower getting ready to fall, it was drooping down. The lobby pictures on line make this place look a lot better than it is. It was a very bad choice on our part. I would not recommend.

Quick Overnight
We were in town for a funeral and needed a place to stay for 1 night. Our whole party was about 15 people, most stayed for 2 nights. The lobby was beautiful and people at the desk were so nice! There was a grab-n-go breakfast of coffee, juice, muffins, granola bars, and honey buns. The grounds were well kept. The room was clean and comfortable. We stayed in a mini-suite which had an almost full size fridge and freezer. I would definitely stay here again.

So the first time I stayed it was perfect. The second time not at all. The floor had so much sand and grit. I saw three roaches and hair on my sheets. They moved me right away. They upgraded me to the admiral suite. It was super nice and clean.

Upon check-in, the gentleman at the front desk was rude. Rather than greeting us, and being polite, he announced very loudly, as soon as I walked up, that the card he had on file was declined. Twice. There were other people in the lobby and it was easily heard. I quickly replaced the card he had on file and headed to our room. It was easily the dirtiest hotel room we’ve ever stayed in. There are signs everywhere pointing to nonexistent vending machines and ice machines. I confirmed on day three, and there is only one ice machine on the property. It is outside, and almost behind the building, in the dark. No light at all…

The person at the desk was very pleasant. Outside of the building was very nice, lobby was very nice. Room was a little plain to look at but very clean. Because the area around the hotel were car dealers, not a lot of other amenities close by. If in the area I would stay here again.

Wear shoes in the room.
Most everything was good at this hotel. I have two areas of feedback: My hotel floor was covered with sand. You couldn't walk around the room barefoot and the sand got in your socks. We arrived late at night and left first thing in the morning to continue our trip. I had a pet and paid the pet fee. Upon checkout, and giving my feedback, I was not offered any type of compensation. While I did not ask, I would have liked to have been offered a refund on the pet fee being that my room was dirty upon arrival. Notes were taken and an apology given, but no offer to make it right by the hotel. Secondly, and quite minor I might add, they had no fresh decaf coffee. The coffee in the rooms is too old to enjoy. Other than these two things, the hotel delivered on what I paid for.

Very accommodating
We had an issue with a room and let the front desk know, and they immediately solved our issue. The property was nice and sleek, the breakfast was better than a lot of hotels in this price range, and pool looked nice even though we didn't use it.

First impression at the front desk wasn’t great. The boy, Ricardo, was “leaving his shift” and refused to help us even when there was no other staff member in the building, as the manager has literally ran outside on the phone and was gone for 10 minutes. Once we got to our room, the whole area was loud and felt very uncomfortable. Our room smelled of strong cleaner but the room wasn’t clean. There were spots on the sheets, I killed 3 roaches within 10 minutes of being there, there was dirt and dust everywhere. I wouldn’t stay here again.

To start with we arrived at 5:30 check in is supposed to be 3:00. We didn't get in our room until 8:30,and if I hadn't raised HELL about it. They put us into a different room. And it had mold growing in it.! And it was just dirty in general.! Would not recommend this place to anyone.! Very bad experience.!!!

Upon checking in for my reservation, I had let the front desk staff know what my last name was. I spoke perfect English, as my first sentence was “Hi, I am checking into my reservation, and the reservation is under the name “…”. I have a last name from Hispanic
Descent but that does not mean I do not speak English. He then said, “ok I will look up your reservation,” And I said ok. And the next sentence the staff member said was “I speak both English and Spanish. Would you prefer if I spoke Spanish to you?”. When he said that, I was quite confused/stunned as I had never been asked that. I have no accent and the only language I speak is English. I am aware my last name and my skin color is clear that I am of Hispanic descent, but that does not mean I do not speak English. I was quite offended, as I gave no indication that I did not speak English. This overall interaction was awkward and quite offensive. In addition, the hotel was very outdated and the floor did not feel clean. The floor felt as if it had no been swept. There was rust on the metal towel racks and signs of mold on the toilet paper holder. The AC vents were covered in dust. Overall was not satisfied with the room and service.

This location was affordable and pretty close to the beach. Also close to plenty of restaurants. We had to wait over 2 hours just to get our rooms, check in was at 3 and our rooms did not become available till after 5:30. I would most likely not stay here again.

Check-in was 2.5 hours late with no accommodations. Room was extremely muggy and humid even with the air running. Towels stink when they get wet. Sheets had black skid marks on them like they got stuck under a tire. Cats roamed around the room and caused my allergies to flare badly. Pool was big but that’s about it. Pictures are exaggerated.

Honestly, avoid this place if you can. Stay elsewhere. The room was absolutely filthy and I put a chair under the doorknob every night because it felt so unsafe in the area. Luckily we were out of the room most of the day and just slept there but I still wouldn’t recommend it. I could smell weed throughout the night and it was terrible. The front desk staff was less than pleasant at check-in. It was our first time in Pensacola and I now wish we would have stayed closer to Pensacola Beach. Save your money and avoid this place!

Room wasn't cleaned most of the time unless I ask for room service. One day after asking for service, the home keeper said she felt uncomfortable while cleaning the room. that was the day I complained my room wasn't cleaned a day prior, that day the home keeper felt uncomfortable that day I stood and hold the door open while the home keeper swept the dirt out the door onto the walk way. She did not prop the door open at no time.

The fridge did not work properly. They didn’t fix it. The only cartoon channel was in Spanish and the person at the front desk said the only person who could fix that was maintenance whom were no longer available. The floors were not cleaned well. The breakfast is only grab and go granola bars, honey buns or a little pack of muffins. The coffee bar was great. Other than that, the stay was good for the price. Maintenance definitely lacking.

The plus side was the front desk staff was very friendly, the bed was actually very comfortable as well as the pillows. The location wasn’t too bad as it wasn’t in a busy area, the pool was nice and big and well-kept.
The negative was that the room was kind of dirty. The refrigerator was rusty, and the toilet leaked all over the floor so we had to constantly keep towels on the floor. We were there for five days and no one ever came in to clean our rooms, I think the garbage was changed one time. I had to bring my dirty towels to the front desk to receive clean ones. The clean ones that I received smelled like Parmesan cheese. They left such a nasty odor in our bathroom.
The lobby area was very nice, but I feel like it gives you a false picture of what the room is actually like. I think we paid around $600 for the five days. Can’t complain about the price, I suppose that’s what you get for the quality of room.

Great price and clean rooms. Our only problem was the bathroom door did not latch and the bed was a bit uncomfortable. The location was good and the staff was friendly. Gets you close to the coast without paying beach prices.

The entrance area is pretty and clean, but the rooms are run down. The room had a strong cleaning chemical smell. The tile floor had a pretty gross (soapy) residue. Bedding seemed clean, but bed seemed to have hills and valleys from guests over the years. The furniture seemed like it was hand me down stuff from a 3 star hotel, and was now old. Both outlets at the nightstand lamp wouldn't actually hold a plug in them. The table had no chair. TV remote wouldn't change channels. Sinks and countertops had been painted white. Bathtub drained slowly with poor water pressure. Basically the only way to enjoy the room was by sitting on the bed in the right spot and playing on your computer (assuming the wifi still works). Probably the last time I use expedia since they missed twice on this trip.

There are no phones in the room to call the front desk. We had someone knocking on our door repeatedly after dark and running off. We called the front desk from our cell at least 10 times to no avail. Will NOT stay here again

My one complaint for this hotel was that the floor in my room was swept but not cleaned, it left my feet brown by the end of my first day. Everything else was nice. Clean sheets & towels, nice bathroom, tv & lights & ac all worked, all around friendly staff, no bugs, I would definitely stay here again.
