Over priced. Front desk wasn’t friendly seemed like I was bother her for asking questions. Rooms both smelt bad and one bed was dirty the second one felt grimy. Shower was good only two towels for a two bed room. Curtains had a weird smell as well different from room. No heat only cold air

No wifi at room. Shower water pressure was non existing. No extra toilet paper. Staff was not much help and didnt seem to care. The morning breakfast was a joke. Rooms were clean but thankfully we only stayed one night.

An unforgettable stay
Hotel wanted to charge us more to stay in a safer room. Everything here was about money! This place should’ve been charging about $40 per night instead of $100. Was not in the best of areas. Breakfast was a joke ( the list of breakfast items at the front desk was not what was available) and the construction worker offered to cook an omelette or pancake. The bowls, pans & spatulas were not washed in between guests. Breakfast was eaten in the construction. Definitely not worth $100 -should’ve stayed at Holiday Inn!! Don’t stay here!!

Had to transfer rooms because of the smell in the original room. 1970s hotel looks like remodeled in rhe 80s. Astro turf grass all over for a dog friendly hotel. No elevators. And door had to be slammed to lock.

The room was beautiful, but they put us on the second floor. No elevator and we had to walk a long way from the car to the room. My friend is disabled and it was very difficult for him.

Room was redone and it was clean. It was raining very hard and had water coming in under door. I cleaned it up with towels, but they never offered any compassion.

Lovely staff, great breakfast, comfortable King bed, quiet room facing the back parking lot on the second floor. Fabulous Indian restaurant on site.
Internet essentially non existent, day and night. Not acceptable in this day and age.
TV options fine if you like basic cable. If you want any news specialty options, you won’t find them.

Great staff quiet area nice setting including the Astro turf lawn after a bit you might get use to it. Great Chilies restaurant. Indian Food was very good and the staff were professional in restaurant. Good job on continental breakfast warm and cold choices. On the other hand the rooms is very clean comfy beds but nothing really works. Problem with shower curtain not sized properly and floods our floor every shower the toilet ran constantly unless you reset the handle. The microwave did not work properly and the fridge frozen everything. Complained a few times to no avail Fridge was checked and they turned it down. So then the water started coming out on the floor on the bottom of the fridge. lovely. But all I n all except for a few hiccups, the stay was clean friendly and peaceful Thx

The room had been re-done nicely.
I had not expected it to be a motel. The room was not super clean, and the tub has mineral deposits and damage so it looks dingy. The lobby entrance doors are old, missing paint in areas, and had cracked and dirty glass. However, the lobby had shiny new clean flooring and was bright and cheery, if a little ‘tacky’ to my taste. The ‘breakfast’ seemed to be coffee, apples and popcorn. . .
What kind of breakfast is that? Or was it hiding somewhere else.

Old and rusty
The hotel location was nice, next to the airport. There is a great Indian restaurant attached, yummy!
The room however is very disappointing. The beds were very old and dented. The sink doesn’t work, it was clogged all 2 days during our stay even after we notified the staff. The bath up was corroded and dirty. Will never go back here.

Nice room , not really breakfast as advertised.
The rooms were nicely redecorated. The front desk was helpful, it was advertised to have a breakfast and it was more like a coffee bar with a couple dry cereal options. It was one of the most minimal breakfasts I’ve seen at a hotel.

Pretty good place to stay.
The room was very clean except for the mold around the bathtub. That really needs attention. Also the curtains are a little too long. When I closed them and turned the heat on, the heat blew up behind the curtains so the room stayed cold. I had to open the curtains while I was gone to get the heat into the room.

The property is much older than I expected, and for the price…. I didn’t expect it to be an outdoor motel type environment. I don’t think the rate for this room should be more than $75 a night.

Convenient location. Room had a cracked piece of marble that was repaired with a hot glue gun. Hot glue was on top of the marble never scraped off. Rust on the bath fixtures, bath ceiling had cracked plaster & missing around the light. Rubber mat had stained the bottom of the tub.

This room was so-so. There was no closet, no place to hang up any clothes or coats. It was dirty under the bed. Front desk staff were not very helpful. And breakfast was a joke. We will not return.

This property is definitely weird to get to you. Go through housing area and it isn’t a poor area of town. I’ve stayed here a few times. The staff is wonderful. The facility is clean but older. The price was good. There are no facilities to eat at here. Very noisy area to be in a lot of nighttime traffic and construction going on around this facility. I do have to say I would give the staff more than five stars because they were exceptional. The rooms are clean I like the fact that they have a refrigerator and a microwave in the room that’s a plus and they have a Keurig machine . You have a lot of wonderful amenities at this facility. The beds need to be updated. The mattresses are obviously used a lot so they have become worn and indented but they are still comfortable. For the price if you’re on a budget and don’t mind being around 3 miles away from the center of the town. It’s OK.

For the young lady who checked me in come to find out she was from the same neighborhood where I grew up. Just one small little adjustment make sure there

Very sketchy area, grounds were dirty. Requested 2 queens and was given a room with 2 full beds. Lady of the evening knocked on our door at 10 in the evening waking us up and it was very scary considering the area felt unsafe.

I've stayed here several times over the past few years. They have been renovating since Ramada took over the property. My room this time (king) was one of the newly renovated ones. The new furnishings do not include a desk or table and the outlets are very hard to access. There are no additional outlets in the lamp bases.

The toilet blocked and overflowed residue on the floor and into the bathtub. It was the WORST experience in any hotel. The place needs to be shut down, disgusting.

No hot water. The second day we where their we left and when we came back there was a spoon and some ice cream in the freezer. There was someone that came in the room. Went to the front desk to complain and find out who came in. They said they would check the cameras but they found nothing. The spoon and the other stuff was not there when we first came in. We stay there every time we go to Yuma , but I’m not to sure anymore. Don’t feel safe their anymore.

The floor in our room was filthy black and there were crumbs. The microwave was gross. There was no closed caption on the television.
I had to use a wet bath towel to wipe the floor because I refused to walk on it bare footed. I took a picture of the bath towel I used it was evident that that floor was not clean. I informed the front desk worker about the situation they offered me another room but we were there on business and didn’t have the time to change rooms.
I noticed that the swimming pool had green algae and was in need of cleaning.
Very disappointed with the lack of cleanliness.
I thought for sure they would at least consider a discount.
That didn’t happen.

Danielle was great! She has outstanding customer service. I've stayed here once before and the prior front desk receptionist was ok, not very friendly. My issue was with the room itself. The a/c barely worked so it felt humid in my room. I also had to get switched from my original from because the tv didn't work but Danielle made the change smooth. The room was clean which was great!

Currently in the middle of renovation. No first floor rooms available. Room seemed a little cramped in with king bed. No desk, no chair. Otherwise, adequate for sleep. Decent price.

Well the location is in a good place near airport, food places and stores. The bad is that they are under construction so it gets noisy in the morning when crews start to work . All the guests are boarding in the back side of the property were work is not being done at the back parking lot there is a fenced that is falling apart and there a great empty lot behind there which makes you feel unsafe at night.

I was waiting for my vehicle to get repaired as the dealership was next door.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Food was readily available nearby and they even went above and beyond for me with my situation.
I would happily stay there again if I ever pass through Yuma in the future.

Nope, no way, never again.
Air conditioner was loud. Way to loud. Toilet - 1 flush, filled up, stayed that way. Gurgled all night. Went to the pool. No jaccuzi. Pool was so full of garbage we wouldn't go in. Breakfast - cereal, and either chocolate or blueberry muffins. Not much else. Go back to room after breakfast. Key card wouldn't work. Walk to office get a recharge. Walk back to room, still won't work. After the third time to the office and back an employee came and opened the room with his card. Luckily we were leaving....not to return...ever! Ramada.....gone down the tubes.

This property is not bad, I've had worse stays elsewhere. The staff is not super friendly at check in but they were not rude either. The room was semi updated, as in they tried, but not "above and beyond" quality. Which I was fine with. I seriously debated staying here because of the bad reviews I read but honestly the stay overall was fine. If you want 5 star quality then pay for it but this place does just fine.

I love this place!
I love this Ramada location - even if there are some cracks in the facade - the beds are great, each room is clean and has fridge, microwave, coffee and hairdryer standard and the premium stations on the tv are great. I always have the wifi I need to stay in touch with my life when I'm on the road! And, it's easy to find!!!!

The room was great except the bathtub needed to be Epoxied and in both rooms the handles on the drawers needed to be replaced or repaired. All in all beds were so comfortable, loved the fridge in room that has been the largest we've seen in rooms thus far, that was excellent. Loved the shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion combo. Thank you so much for accomodating us and letting us check-in early. We had chocolate for Easter and didn't want it to melt in our car while we were at the Yuma County Fair.

The property was in poor condition. The bathroom counter cracked the tub had rust spots and the covering on the bed looked over washed and greyed. The baseboards on the bathroom were dirty. The breakfast was mediocre. The coffee was poor and the hot water wasn’t hot and wouldn’t come out of the canister.

I booked a 2 rooms and I have a handicap with me. Unfortunately, when you get there they only have room available in the second floor which no elevator was available that was very inconvenient per a handicap person 75 years old

Continental breakfast consisted of basically muffins, cereal and toast. Not what other hotels advertise as continental and only had pineapple juice. They had a sign on the coffee/hot water dispenser that there was no hot water for tea bags.

My girlfriend had a broken toe and can't be going up stairs. This placed did not have an elevator and there were no first floor rooms available.

Although I didn't participate in breakfast, the setup looked accommodating and inviting. What I didn't like is the fact that there was no elevator. I currently have two injured knees and for someone who doesn't travel often, I didn't think to ask or research if there was an elevator at this location. Then, the parking area nearest to where our upstairs room was located, was taken by trucks with large trailers or big moving trucks parked horizontal taking up multiple parking spots forcing us to have to park far from our rooms resulting in us having to hike from our vehicle to our room and it took two trips to gather our belongings from the car to our room. Needless to say, we survived however, Ramada definitely won't be one of my top choices again.

Bad first impression with the broken entry door to the Ramada. Makes it look rough. The bathroom counter was in bad shape, as was the spout to the bathtub. Poor caulking. Very unsightly.
