Had to wait for the following day for new bed sheets, walked into dirty sheets the first night. 3rd night our toilet got flood, had to walk to front desk to pick up a plunger, had to plug my toilet for at the end of it all change rooms. I cannot believe I spend over $500 for this experience. I believe I should and would like to receive a refund or credit.

Decent clean hotel and pretty good breakfast included (Cinnabons!). Nice shower head feels great.
Nice friendly staff. Convenient location. Dealbreaker for me however is the uncomfortable old school mattress. To me the bed comfort is a major factor. Also tub was slippery. Needs mat or something. And no bars in shower made slippery tub harder to deal with.

The lady at the front desk has checked me twice (I forgot to get her name) but she is super friendly and helpful. She signed me up for the points program and left the card under my door. Since I have to travel here for work and stay every few weeks, I appreciate it! So far, I'd stay at this hotel for sure!

Bed was terrible. My back has hurt for days now. Clean and a bit loud with highway so close. But nice pool area, breakfast area and plenty of restaurants nearby.

This hotel is mediocre at best. It is dated, the elevator is very slow, the bed in our room was hard as a rock,, the air/heating system did not work well, there was minimal hot water in the bathroom and the rug in the room was dirty

Stayed only 1 night. Hotel and room were clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Area is slightly noisy since you are near a highway. Location is convenient with stores close by. Not a 5 star hotel, but good for the price. Breakfast was decent.

This is hands down one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in. This was a last option for me when it came to stating in the area. But I was very surprised to see how clean and whit the bedding was.

The hotel need to be updated in a serious way. Everything is outdated from the lack of USB ports to the toilet. The toilet flushes extremely loud but doesn’t flush well. The water temperature was a little bit of a struggle to maintain. However the breakfast was good enough and the staff very friendly and helpful.

Clean and courteous staff. You can hear every word from adjacent rooms and hallway noises.
Hard to rest when people is allow to roam hallways and carry loud conversations and gathering at all hours of night and early morning hours.

Everything was great except the fact that I had my “Do Not Disturb” sign on my door and the cleaning staff came in anyway when I was out to make up the room. I know for a fact they saw it because it was replaced with a smaller sign.

Check in went great lady behind counter was more than helpful. Room was great, size and cleanliness were great. Only one issue was it was either too hot or too cold. We couldn’t seem to get temp to a comfortable level.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. It was close to our in laws’ house which is a plus. Hotel was clean and breakfast was great! Would stay here again. Although, it would be better if there was a fan inside the bathroom but no biggie.

Our stay was great. Ill definitely stay again. Rooms were clean, staff was pleasant, and breakfast was decent. The only issue is that it smelled like dogs in the hallways and elevator. I understand allowing pets but perhaps spraying some febreeze or cleaning the common area carpets to cut down on the dog smell. Other than that we were greatly satisfied.

Really enjoyed our stay- convenient location, daily breakfast was delicious, and staff very friendly! Comfortable room and bed- Only suggestion I would make is crank up the heat level on the water, showers on 3rd floor were not hot enough, no matter what time of day it was- but all in all it was wonderful!

Had a great night’s stay in Ludlow. I highly recommend this property for middle class families. Great pool for the kids, quiet and well maintained. Thanks to Expedia points I got my room for almost half price.

Friendly staff. However, room Bathroom is missing a fan and it’s gets really steamy. AC unit barely blows, needs to be serviced. King Mattress was 5/10, needs to be replaced, not comfortable.

Room and property were comfortable and clean. Service is okay. Front desk clerk didn’t smile, didn’t seem happy to be there. The young girl who worked the breakfast service just complained and ranted aloud how a guest took all the chocolate milk from the refrigerator. The worker needs to realize that the guest has rights to any and all of the amenities served at the breakfast counter. It made me uncomfortable hearing the worker complain about a guest. Unprofessional establishment.

Staff was friendly and very professional. The breakfast room was clean, good coffee and good choices for an express.overall, stay was very comfortable. Location was convenient for our needs. We didn't get to use the pool, but it looked well kept. The only reason i didn't give it an excellent was the room smelled a little stale. We will stay there again, though.

Property is just a short hop from the Mass Pike and fine as a way stop. Room was fine. They offer breakfast in the morning- coffee, juices, assorted pastry, toast, eggs, sausage etc.

Pleasantly surprised
Was pleasantly surprised at our stay. Was not looking to stay at this particular hitel but due to unavailability in the town I needed, we ended uo here. The room was really large with a seating area with a sofa. A large bathroom with Bath and Body Works products. A Keurig coffee pot, a microwave and a refrigerator.
The included breakfast was really fantastic too with many more choices than the typical Continental breakfast.

A one night stop on a long trip requires nothing but a clean, quiet place to sleep, easy access to the highway.

Comfortable Bed, but Smelly Carpets
The bed and bedding were incredibly comfortable, cozy, and soft. The bathroom tub should have some kind of grip on the floor of the tub. I slipped several times in that tub while taking a shower. The bathroom was definitely dated and should be upgraded. All of the carpet in the common areas particularly the elevator should be replaced immediately as it is definitely holding smelly orders (which is not good in a very small space).

Someone was smoking in a room right by the elevator in a nonsmoking hotel. Made it really annoying to have to walk through that all the time on the way to our room.

Didn’t like the smells in the hallway it’s a No smoking Hotel but smelled a like tobacco in the hallways & I Totally understand staffs can’t be knocking on every door searching but some scented sprays like the automatic ones or something in the hallways would be nice! There’s was bout 5 plus 6 with the bathroom lights but was still dark in the room! Brighter light to brighten the rooms more would be great as well! Over all good hotel not to expensive not to cheap in the price range I’d say. And STAFFS? We’re amazinggg!!! Nice and polite people very charming!! The cooking ladies were very sweet and kind they should receive a BONUS!! But overall it was a good stay! Thank you!
