Request must not have been possible
I stay here often. They have been very accommodating. Unfortunately, this time my request for a first floor room with a tub, resulted in a 6th floor room with no tub.

Considerate staff

You are going to get what you pay for here.
No frills. Rather old building that they are doing their best to maintain. It is rundown. I didn’t want to take a shower there. The sheets definitely are not high quality.
We were just passing thru and needed a place to sleep. Def not for an extended stay.

The staff was great. There is free parking and it did have a laundry room. Those were the only good things I could say. However, the property itself was outdated, unclean and very disappointing. It says free breakfast but its not even a continental breakfast. More coffee and bagged muffins. I started to leave and go to another hotel but I had already pre-paid for 2 days. So, i sucked it up. I am suprised it was an Extended Stay. I wont be going back.

Centerville review
Room was clean and comfortable. Everything worked as should have.
Biggest complaint: smoke from people smoking in adjacent comes through the duct into other rooms. 130 am people were very inconsiderate of other guests with noise and smoking. People smoking in lobby. Supposed to be a smoke free facility.
I was unable to get a receipt for the charges to my credit card.
Continental breakfast is a joke. Could not even get a cup of coffee.
Small children left unattended in parking area, creating a big safety concerne.

Good deal for the price
The Hotel and room were clean and spacious. The staff was friendly. Check-in and out was smooth. 2nd floor window didn't provide much of a view, just a road and some houses...but, I didn't go here to look out the window.

The shower still had some hair in it when I went to take a shower. The bed was not very comfortable at all. There was a lot of noise from my neighbors at 11pm.

No hot water
No hot water. Called the front desk they said oh you are in 208 move it back to the center it should warm up. So they knew it was broken. It only got luke warm. They shouldn’t have assigned that room or at least warned us. How to go to a funeral without a shower after traveling

Not my top five choice of places to stay
This hotel was a good stop if you need a place to rest your head. It definitely needed some TLC. The listing stated “Breakfast Included” which turned out to be some Nutragrain bars or chocolate muffins and coffee. Would not recommend to a friend but maybe to a weary traveler.

Good overall, close to korean restaurants. It was spacious, minimal breakfast if that matters to you.
It was close to several korean restaurants that stay open late so that was a nice advantage

OK for the price. Kept the rain off my head. Close to highways, restaurants, and reasonably quiet. Missing many common amenities, though. No swimming pool. Smallish TV with limited channels. No complimentary coffee/tea in the room. "Breakfast' was cold packages of bread and oatmeal, and not much of a selection of even that. Had to request two light bulbs and a remote control. The morning desk clerk likes to hide out of sight. If you're on a budget it's OK. I've seen worse.

The pot smell was over the top for a "non" smoking facility. And breakfast?!? Laughable because they only offered tiny granola bars, had one type of pre-packaged muffin, no fruit, no 1/2 and 1/2 for coffee. DISGUSTING! And the people staying there were definitely not the most savory. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Wonderful family place !!!! Would not stay in D.C. ever again... first of all, the price is ridiculous in D.C., the crime, and the homeless and drugs !!! No, thank you !!! So if you have an extra 30 min to waste driving? Then do it !!! It a wonderful place and staff was awesome... ooo and parking is free !!!!! You dont have to spend some ridiculously amont !!!

The room had an awful odor- animal waste covered up with chemical spray. The bathroom fan was louder than a plane with a metal on metal screech, and when I went down to to talk to the front desk staff, and played a video for him, he said, “they are all like that”. We left after the 1st. night and found another hotel.

I was placed in a room beside the equipment room and the entire time there was constant equipment noise on the other side of the wall. I did not sleep because when the volume would lessen for a short while within 10 minutes it would ramp up louder. Plus the staff changed me for the entire stay at the time of my arrival and I had to call Expedia’s to get a refund when I decided to leave early. They refused to give me another room stating none was available but I saw a listing of available rooms on Expedia during the time I was there. Horrible experience.

An okay stay
I was given an accessibly room on the ground level. The room was spacious. However, the room had a weird-salty odor. Every single day ( for five days) when I returned from work, entering the room, the odor hit you. I had to buy and spray some air freshener. The walls were very thin, so I could hear the other rooms next to where I stayed. Being on the ground level means being next to the machines, etc. so I would hear the water pipes every time someone will flush or run the sink/tub. This room had a kitchenette. I do not know if pots, pans, utensils, coffee maker , etc were supposed to be provided but nothing was provided. Not even housekeeping - Again, I am not sure due to it being an accessible room. When I checked in, bathroom floor had stains, table in the room has stains as well. The bed sheets also had stains. I had to remove them, luckily I brought my own sheets as well. Staff ( front reception ) were nice to say the least.

Comfy sleep but room was not great
Bed was comfy and the hotel was quiet so got a good nights sleep.
However, the refrigerator has rust all over the front of it, the burners on the stove were rusted and there was a hole in the bathroom shower wall they put clear tape over.

Will think twice before staying here again
Bed was hard as a rock. You got a "packed" breakfast that wasn't worth eating. Really just wanted a banana No ice machine. I understand there were ice cube trays but not enough ice was made to fill my 6 pack cooler. No dishes or pot/pans you had to ask for them.

I have been traveling for 30 years. I can only speak for my experience; my room was extremely clean. Very well done. New living area furniture and bathroom fixtures.
Even though there may be long term residents, by 10 pm it is dead quiet.
I have been staying at extended stay America for several years, again they did not disappoint

The room was dirty and smelled of cigarette smoke, even though they are non-smoking rooms.
There were ashes and a yellow substance on the bed sheets. Smear marks on the doors. Ashes in and on top of the freezer. An eaten watermelon rind in the fridge. Mustard on the fridges door handle. The toilet seat was not properly secured. And the towel rack was not properly secured to the wall.

What a great place to stay. Rooms are very clean. Only complaint was that the pillows were terrible! Remember to bring your own. Will continue to use this hotel when we visit family in Centreville. Kim at the front desk went out of her way to make our trip a great one!

The host was a older gentleman for India descent and he was the nicest man we ever met he showed us the room before we booked it was was extremely helpful with any request we had. The only issue we had was that a lady across the hall had a dog a when she left the room the dog wined the the entire morning. Awful experience!!! Other than that we got what we paid for at the last minute but overall it was a great hotel with lots of stores around.

This place was flithy! I tried to cancel but was told I couldnt because I booked thru expedia. We had to get seperate sheets for our bed to cover up the old sheets and covers! CLEARLY they were not washed between guests which is utterly disgusting! There were people hanging out in front of the establishment smoking and drinking like it was the neighborhood hang out. This place needs to be closed, torn down and another hotel needs to be built in its place.

The room was clean, and staff were very nice, and has a big fridge in a kitchenette, which is very nice for this room rate. However, I could smell cigarette in the bathroom, annoying for non-smokers like us, but nothing they could do to fix it. The bathroom was very inconvenient. It had only a free-standing single sink and a shower bath tub. That's it. No medicine cabinet, counter, table or anything, absolutely no space for cosmetics, lotions, and so on. we stayed for four days, so it was very inconvenient.

The second floor, where our room was located, was not vacuumed in the two days we were there; and, looked as if it had not been vacuumed in many days before that. There were bottle caps, crushed cookies, paper wrappings. and Cheerios on the carpet up and down the hallway and near the elevators.

It was close to highway and places to eat, but I had an issue with the overall cleanliness of my room. The bathroom counter not fully cleaned, dirty cleaning rag left behind in bathroom, and the towels & linen need to be replaced. Bed was also too hard for me to get a good night's sleep.

The hotel building was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very short and not welcoming at all. We were only there for one night so it wasn't a horrible experience but if i was using it for a longer time I would have had a problem. Grab and go breakfast was coffee and oatmeal. That is not much of a grab and go.

You can tell that cleanliness is a priority. Love not having carpet on the floors. Bed was comfortable. Front desk staff very friendly and kind. Would like to see a few more choices with the grab and go breakfast: bottled juices, yogurt, cereal. Will certainly stay here on our next visit to Centreville.

Extended Stay American Stay For Craft Bazaar
We found the parking lot hard to navigate actually getting to the hotel. The room was good and the front desk staff were friendly. There were only 2 luggage carts and one was difficult to navigate. At the entrance, the handicapped door opening buttons close much too quickly for a handicapped person.

Staff at first wanted to tell me I couldn’t get Wi-Fi because the rooms didn’t match up. And they seem to have a hard time working their system to make sure I can get Wi-Fi. Then after I hung up on them then they somehow figured it out. The Wi-Fi was terrible it kept cutting off and I was in the middle of an interview. Honestly the price is what let’s me tolerate the Wi-Fi issue… slightly.

My girlfriend and i had just broken up. I got this room. Tried to go in. The front door was locked. Proceed to call the front desk. Only the lady to deny me entrance into the hotel. With no explanation.
