This place was absolutely disgusting. BLOOD on the sheets , pillow case has fresh stains from what looked like lipstick. Windows wide open. Hotel lobby receptionist was very rude and did nothing to help or accommodate me. Stay was on 12/4 around midnight. Left immediately after I lifted the sheet to check for bugs or stains. Honestly didn’t have to lift the sheet because there were questions stains already on the exterior. The minute you walk in, there’s no comfort, it feels like a trap house.

Very basic . Not clean enough , things under the bed and dirt behind desk. Fridge old and rusted. Bed and linen basic, closet open and rusted , Entrance dark , not invited . But Very Friendly receptionist .

Low on cash, give it a shot.
The shower head wasnt working. I would pull the lever but it would start and stop. It smelled a bit musty. The furniture was all scratched up and outdated. But if you a bed and shower at a decent price, go for it.

This property is a dumpster fire. Not clean at all doors walking glass hasn’t been cleaned in weeks. Tried to check in but they are accommodating state paid migrants. And they were constantly interrupting my check in.
Rooms are beaten up bare basic. And not very clean.
Go out side at night. People just loitering the parking lot partying till whenever.
And 7:00 next morning housekeeping staff outside in the hallway being loud and obnoxious But not cleaning
It’s a nasty place. Only good thing staff is trying there best

This is not a hotel; it is some sort of apartment complex/temporary housing shelter. It is not at all what is described...the premises are not smoke free; no on-the-go breakfast (unless you think granola bars and instant oatmeal qualify); no free toiletries; dirty rooms (the carpet was sticky!); NO TV (the subscription to satellite service was expired); plaster falling off walls. People (residents?) wandering around the parking lot - some using blankets as garments. A quiet hours sign at the front desk. What the heck is this place? I can understand if it was a cheap motel, but I paid A LOT to stay here while attending an event at the local college. I did not get my money's worth and am extremely disappointed. I've used Expedia for years to book my travel and am extremely disappointed that this type of facility is advertised as a quality hotel for families and business travelers. I will never stay at Extended Stay America hotels ever, ever again.

When a hotel converts to an apartment complex, it should disclose this to travelers needing a place to stay. Kids playing in hallways, dogs barking in rooms, walls crumbling from water damage, people sitting on the wooden rail all around this property, smoking & drinking and laying on concrete at front entrance while they wait for the labor truck to pick them up, partying all night out back with little kids and booze, trash stacked up a mile high that no one cleared all week, this place should never be on an Expedia list unless Expedia has no standards anymore. Absolutely unsafe for families or anyone who just needs a clean quiet place to stay for a few nights. Hair dryer caught fire and front desk was called for a new one and they said they would get us a new one and no one showed up for three days, not even to check about the dryer catching fire. They charged me twice for room and had to credit us, then the manager started criticizing the guy who made a mistake with us standing there and it was embarrassing and rude how he was talking to the guy. Front desk phone ringing and people looking for the person working the front, but he was outside hanging out with another woman. The so-called breakfast included was an embarrassment, a tiny table with coffee and all condiments have been taken by the residents, the food consisted of instant oatmeal packets and hot water, disgusting! NEVER EVER STAY HERE, IT IS A RUN-DOWN SKETCHY APARTMENT COMPLEX NOW!

Will never stay at ESA again. Extremely uncomfortable beds, not enough pillows and the air conditioning in our room was not working at all. It was cooler in the hallway than our room. The staff did change our room to a different one on the second night but it was noisy and uncomfortable. No offer to comp us for our troubles either. NEVER AGAIN!!!!! Do not bother with this chain, especially the one in Foxboro/Norton Massachusetts. Simply Horrible.

Th property was ok for a night. The room was ok. The floor was dirty under the desk. The first floor was playing very loud music for a couple hours from 5 - 7 pm. The bed was ok.

Great Hotel
My boyfriend and I are 20 years old so 9/10 times we travel we stay with Extended Stay America because they allow check in at 18. The one in Foxboro has been my favorite. The woman who checked us in was so nice and friendly, and asked us if we had a preference on what floor we would like which was never done before. Our room had a very pleasant smell that was comforting and clean, but not overwhelming. The room was very clean, came with plenty of towels, and had comfortable bedding/pillows. Everything also was a fair price. While not luxurious, Extended Stay is a great option for those who want nice rooms, for a fair price that aren't a sketchy motel on the side of the highway. I would definitely recommend to others, especially if they're staying close for an event at Gillette like us.

They can do better.
I mean, it was what it was, however the room definitely had a smell to it. We had to ask for every little amenity, you could tell the floor hadnt been cleaned under the beds in quite some time nor had the place been dusted.

This is not the same place you see on Hotels.com. I planned a 1 night stay to pick up my daughter from Wheaton College. This hotel is sketchy at best. As you can see in the photos, the room was disgusting. There are some shady people living here. It seems more like a halfway house. I was followed by 2 people in the parking lot and feared that I was about to be robbed or worse. I was going to have my daughter come spend the night in the room, but after that, not a chance. I felt bad for the young man working the front desk for having to deal with some of the clientele at this hotel.

The check in was tedious . The room had stains all over the counters. The shower was covered in hair. The sides of the chair in the room had a goey and sticky substance on the side as well. I had to put the shower at its hottest setting to get Luke warm water

There was a weird smell on my floor. The carpet in the room had stains. The cou ter had stains on it. I reserved a king size bed and was in a full size. The elevator was out of service but I was on the second floor so it wasn't too bad.

noisy room
there was an annoying noise all thru my stay all night long something was going on within the building that was noisy and rattled the room i finally went out and got ear plugs and the bed did not shake as much as the walls and floor
i went and questioned the desk he said he wasnt sure but sounds like air in the pipes both he and the person in the morning at check out didnt seem concerned
i stayed here in july for 3 nights really loved the place and gave a nice review but now and sorry i booked again

Great local place for recuperating after an operation. I couldn’t go to second floor in my house so I booked several days here. Jason, the desk clerk could not be more friendly and accommodating! The other staff was also friendly and professional.

It felt institutional. The website promoted free breakfast, but when I asked the staff person he told us this would be a granola bar. This seemed like false advertising to me as the reality of a granola bar as a "free breakfast" does not match the advertising of other hotels free breakfast which almost universally means a hot meal, coffee, pastries, eggs, toast, fresh fruit, oatmeal, and other amenities. Frankly, I felt ripped off, especially with the $200 price for the room. I doubt I will ever stay at another Extended Stay facility.

WARNING: Don't trust your 'reservation'
Booked with Hotels.com for a night after the Patriots game on 10/3. Was told there were no rooms available despite having a confirmed reservation made the day before. We were turned away at 3 AM, two hours away from home, with no explanation or as much as an apology. They said they sometimes overbook and that we can 'try to call and get a refund'. Luckily we called the Holiday Inn down the road and they had a room available. The man at the desk said we weren't the first ones that came in saying the same thing, and that he's heard a lot of stories about that hotel. Stay away!

Room was very dirty and smelled horrible. Toilet was lined with mold. Halls smelled almost as bad as the room. We asked the staff for air fresheners and he handed us a bottle of febreeze. For the condition of the hotel and room, definitely overpriced.

After my last bad experience here i thought id give it one more chance but all i did was waste my money ..... this was a favorite place of mine but now its becoming a place qhere there are many questionable characters on thenlroperty andnita always so noisy .... ive nevernheard someone be so disrespectful and continue to slam their doors... and bug deal they replaced the bedframe and furniture eberything elae in room is old and needs to be replaced

It was a really nice place with comfortable beds, plenty of hot water for showers, and clean towels. Overall, just a really good place to stay for a short trip. Especially during COVID we were happy that they were open for business and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location is right off the freeway with easy access to food, some shopping, and gas stations nearby.

Great location for all things shopping. As for the hotel, too many customers smoking next to the entrances and letting thier animals run through the hallways at all times of day/night. Customers do not pick up after thier dogs? Its very nasty and dirty being tracked into the hallways at times.

Switcharoom from double to single bed
Requested two bed room but when we got there they gave us a single bed room for two grown men one man very large.They would also not give me a refund. It also took over one hour to check in. Will dispute through my credit card.

Bed was fine as was the total room. Since there were a lot of folks from the Pats game, there was quite a bit of trash around one or two cars and on the nearby grass. I reported it to the desk and it was fine by the next morning. It would have preferred it to be removed that afternoon, but I think there were 2 folks signing in new guests for the game and I guess they weren’t able to pick it up until the next morning,

2 night concert stay
We stayed here 2 nights to attend a concert near by. Each year the place seems to be a little less"good" than the year before. They have no ice machine? I asked at the desk if they had any local brochure, info or coupons, They said no. But my daughter found them in a vending area! It's just ok. We like the full refrig, but it's dated and the particle board kitchen counters have seen better days. It is so convenient to where we want to be. It's safe, we'll live, not buying the play and nearby hotels were at least $50 more a night. Never could log onto the hotel wifi.

The desk clerk, Linda, was very friendly and helpful. I had booked one double room, but we were given 2 queen rooms due to some issue. Both rooms were very clean, well stocked. Comfortable. We stayed here to go to concert at Xfinity Center snd it was a very convenient location. I would book here again.

We stayed here after a concert at the Xfinity Center. I feel like the star rating is understated for this hotel. We checked in late after the concert and the gentleman at the desk was very pleasant and nice at the almost midnight hour!! Our room was clean and spacious. Bathrooms could use a little updating but nothing that needed immediate attention. Bed was very comfortable. This is the perfect location to stay after a concert. Loved the little kitchenette even though we didnt use it...the full size refrigerator was very helpful for storing our food overnight!! Thank you guys for a nice stay to end our evening!!!

Smelly, in every way.
Checked in one evening with a close friend, upon entering the lobby, there was an odd smell we both noticed, mix of musty and old smoke. Once we got to the 3rd floor, there was a different smell. Our room was mediocre at best, but the fan didn't work in the bathroom and there are no 'public' restrooms for use (front desk informed me of this). I didn't think a paying customer and the 'public' were the same thing when it came to restrooms. Also, the rooms didn't feel clean or new or even fresh really. The vinyl hardwood floors helped but there was random spray marks not cleaned on the table, chips out of the bathroom fixtures and also lots of debris in the AC Unit. Needless to say, don't stay here, unless you don't mind smelling everything that happens in the bathroom, and likely in the history of this property. Tried to upload pictures of the bathroom, dented fridge and dirt but they wouldn't download.

We checked in and were put in a room that was not clean. We had to return to front desk to be put in a different room. Second room was clean but needs updating i.e. large burn mark on counter and broken corner on mirror in bathroom. Staff were very nice and accomodating. Bed was comfortable and room was quiet

They were not ready for check ins on time we arrived at almost 4pm and rooms were still being cleaned. Our room smelled heavily of stale cigarette smoke, haze on the windows from cigarette smoke, the bathroom door lock broken, no real amenities for the price.
