This motel is in the middle of upgrading. In the meantime they are renting out rooms that are unfinished. So it's not fair for me to leave a review until this property is completed.

Amazing stay
It was amazing stay. Enjoyed the location. Only two issues. 1. Bed was hard as a rock, recommend bring your own bed.
2. We was in room 134, the neighbor next to us keep hitting the wall whenever our kid would scream or cry. Thank god it didn’t happen while she was sleeping. Call the front desk and nothing happen.
Would return again, we did have to grab an extra blanket due to the blanket in the room being thin.

The room was large however there were places in the floor that felt like they were going to fall through. The bathroom was disgusting. There was a mouse that kept running around in the room. The noise was terrible. There were gaps around the door that you could see outside.

If you enjoy truckers, bikers revving their engines outside your unit; if you love paper thin bath towels, water damaged walls and floors, no amenities like shampoo or a hair dryer; and if you enjoy only a sheet with no blankets on a cold night then THIS IS THE PLACE for you!
Keep your expectations low & you won't be disappointed.

Unless you are absolutely desperate avoid this motel. I only chose it as I was traveling with two dogs and a packed vehicle and wanted it right outside my door. The floors are so dirty I had to clean my shoes of dirt and from before packing them.

The worst hotel I ever had in my entire life. Hair on the bed. Room and linens were never cleaned. Very unsafe looking. Owners themselves are locked in to hand out checkins. You can imagine. The photos what you see on Orbitz are totally different then the real property and the condition.

Stay was fine and with out incident. Good for an overnight stop while in route. Met outside with a disgruntled man who was not happy and started telling me problems with the motel and that he was getting a refund. After I entered the office and talked with the greeter at the desk I asked and was shown the room and it was just fine. So we paid and stayed the night and everything was fine.

Our room wreaked of cigarette smoke, even though it was a non- smoking room. When I let the front desk know, they said they couldn't do anything. The floors felt like there was a film on them. The tub looked dirty and there were several holes in the walls. Oddly, there were two TVs, one on the wall and then one set slightly in front of it on the desk. Do not waste your money or time here.

Price was good but you get what you pay for. The front desk person is extremely rude!! The rooms have sewagw flies coming from under the toilet and sink. There aee holes in the walls and seen 2 roaches.. i will never stay here again!!

Found 2 roaches in the room, never had maid service the whole stay so no new towels or washcloths, sketchy renters around me. My card also would not work in the door the second day and i went to the office to be told not to out thw card next to my cell phone. Hmmm I already knew that and it was no where near my cell...not even i my wallet but my pants pocket by itself all day. Room was ok. Looks nicwr in the pictures than it actually was. I was supposed to stay there another week. I cancelled and moved to another hotel in a bettee area at the same price.

You get what you pay for. We rented 3 rooms. They were old and dingy. Two were fine but the third smelled equally of mildew and clenser. Towels were thin. Nice hot shower, but no shampoo.
Staff was very friendly and the location is convenient to I81. The super low price helps as long as you know what you are in for.

The location is great. The floors were FILTHY! The tub was stained and the hot water was literally a trickle. The water fixtures were separated away from the wall. We had to ask for more towels and wash cloths each night. There is a decent amount of shopping and restaurants within a 2 mile distance. It is very close to the road. Old hotel, but ok for the price.

This was honestly the most disgusting place i have ever seen. Very run down, stains on the walls just about everywhere. No lock on the door. Stains on the beds and pillows. The bathroom looked like someone died in it. We checked in and 15 minutes later checked out and went some place else.

the manager was NOT friendly the room had a BAD smell , the wifi password did NOT work the TV remote worked Badly you had to sit within a few ft from it to make it work....behind the TV the box for the cable HUNG down . the plugs in the wall are all in poor shape.... this place is one to AVOID at all cost

It would be better if they’d provide some breakfast items instead of coffee only. Not enough towels were provided, no shampoos, and there were three of us. It’s not a big deal since we’re only staying for the night, but it would be great if those items were provided without the need of asking for them. Overall, the place isn’t bad.

I stay at motel 6 in Salem quiet regularly when visiting family. Im usually very satisfied. This time complete opposite. The floors in the room looked as if there was dried mud on the floor between the beds. The sheets were dirty on the bed closest the wall and there was globbs of hair in the bathtub when i went to take a shower. The tv remote kept freezing up. I stayed 2 nights. I asked the lady at the front desk to put towels in the room and have sheets changed, my grandbaby was staying with me second night. I got back in late and we were exhausted. Noticed no towels in room and sheets on bed were still dirty. Went to front lobby and could not get someone come to night window. Was very disappointed.

OK Place to stay if just for sleeping
It is typical low budget motel. Bathroom was a little rough. Sure wish these places would update their toilets.
Soap was the only item supplied. No breakfast.
For a reasonably priced place for a quick overnight, it works.

This motel room was a complete dump. I was afraid that I might catch something. The bathroom was disgusting, the curtains were torn and full of holes, and the bedding was pathetic. Will never stay there again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The price is low and the location fairly convenient. The bed was not bad and the shower was OK. However, the condition of the facility was not good. The door had been kicked in before, cigarette burns in the bed covers, floors and walls in poor repair. We were at the end of a narrow driveway. We choose this because we have had some excellent experiences with Motel 6 locations but this was way below the standards of those other hotels.

Will never stay in a Motel 6 again
Room 106, when we entered horrible smell, dead mouse in glue trap behind tv. Huge hole behind toilet. They gave us room 108, all that was left. Room was filthy, hair everywhere. It was late, been traveling 2 weeks, we cleaned and stayed anyway. Refrigerator had been unplugged and rotten burrito inside. Smell was horrendous.

you get what you pay for. there was molds in the cracks in the bathroom. it looks like it was falling apart. the vanity was held by a box. and there was tape around the shower. the ppl outside was sketchy, looks like there were some drug deals going on. the back of the motel looks like ppl actually live there. no hair dryer available, we asked for one and their response was 'we're a motel' lol he does have a point. can't expect much from them. the beds were new at least and the floor was not old carpet. the cleaning lady pushed an actual shopping cart for cleaning the rooms. stayed for 2 nights with my gf and dog. I came prepared and sanitized everything. but we were looking for cheap places to stay because it was a hiking trip with my dog. it wasn't going to be about amenities and relaxing trip. we were there to just sleep.

For the price I was surprised at how clean the rooms were. Got a good nights sleep. Rooms could definitely be better maintained, but you get what you pay for. Staff was nice enough, but certainly on the odd side.

The first room was filled with smoke smell and we were provided another room. The next room was better for the smell. The condition of the rooms is subpar compared to other Motel 6 accommodations which we have visited in the past. The bathroom was quite dated and I was not comfortable showering in the tub. The room has limited outlets for plugging in devices. There were numerous cracks and damages to the walls. I would pass on this location in the future.

The room we stayed in was filthy. The Sheets were dirty, the power outlet was hanging out of the wall, the walls were Balt beaten up.
At checkin they asked for Mt. Contract information and the next morning I began geeing fraudulent texts about credit cards I don’t even have which I found to be suspicious.
We booked a two night stay but upon seeing the room, we left without even trying to get our money back and stayed at the Sleep In on the other side off the city.

Everything was great except for the constant semi constantly and no insulation front door or how door lock was broken and was broken from not just the original holes but the door frame itself. And when I made a phone call to fix the broken door he came in and pushed it with his finger back in place no screw's nose or bolt to are put in a subject however this also was caused by him opening the door at 11 AM instead of knocking and asking if we were checking out but other than that it's a great place very affordable

The place needs to be shut and totally renovated or just turn down. The first room was a non-smoking room and it smelled like smoke. There were bugs in the room and the flooring was missing at the entrance to the room. You could see the plywood subfloor. I asked for another room and it didn’t smell and didn’t have bugs but had a hole in the bathroom wall where I could see the pipes. The subfloor in the bathroom was clearly rotting. The shower was gross. I had trouble sleeping and when my wife woke up early we just got on the road again and used the facilities at a restaurant. The only good things I can say about this place is the front desk clerk was quick to help me with a serving room and the bed was actually fairly comfortable. But these things come nowhere close to making up for everything else.
