My husband and I stayed one night after a long day of moving. When we arrived at our hotel around 5pm the room we had reserved was not yet available so we were upgraded to a room with a jetted tub! This was so perfect as we were tired from our day of moving. After a nice hot bath we were ready to join family for a nice dinner.
The room was clean. Hotel was quiet. Breakfast had “real” bacon. Our stay was pleasant and restful! Would definitely stay again!

We stayed there for the Space coast marathon. Mostly everything was acceptable, however they had a party at their convention center and the music was very loud. There were a lot of runners who had to get up at 4-5am in the morning to run 26 miles and they were not able to get good sleep. Of course, a hotel can have an event, however, it can not be at the expense of other guests not being able to sleep. We are unlikely to stay there again because of this.

NOTHING WRONG WITH THE PROPERTY ONLY EXPEDIA SECOND TIME I'VE HAD THE SAME PROBLEM I PAY FOR THE KING SUITE WITH THE JETTA TUB AND EXPEDIA WANTS TO GIVE ME THE REGULAR ROOM THANKS TO THE CLERK WAS VERY UNDERSTANDABLE AND ALLOWED ME TO GET THE JETTED TUB SUITE. FIVE STARS TO THE HOTEL ONE STAR FOR EXPEDIA'S MISLEADING AD REALLY CONSIDERING AND NOT USING EXPEDIA ANY LONGER.

The property was great and the only issue I had was when I woke up early in the morning and noticed ants crawling around. I spent an hour emptying out my bags and killing as many ants as I could. They were spread throughout the king suite. Thankfully the only place that didn’t have ants was the bed. I lost valuable time though trying to make sure no ants left the room with me and didn’t end up in my truck. Other than that the room and service was good.

Trip with the grands'..loved the pool..spaxious with a nice cabana for shade have snacks.
There is a news for lounge chaira by pool side..but all else excellence.

They need to fix it up definitely not worth what I paid! People are very nice especially Linda she’s a hard worker! The bedroom headboard looks like someone sweat ate away the finish on it! The jacuzzi needs to have a seal 9n it where the top meets the wall.

key cards never, ever worked more than once. mini frig was rust protect-coated on the bottom and painted, water barely got hot, lamp flickered until it finally caught. nice staff but dingy, run down and unappealing.

Unfortunately there were live roaches in the bathroom. They offered a different room but I declined. They came a sprayed while we went to dinner, I was told. If roaches are present they are probably everywhere! A good exterminator is needed for the entire complex.

Find somewhere else
We couldn’t find parking due to an event at the attached convention center. We were told to park illegally and coke back down after the event was done.
When we opened the pull out couch there was a dirty sheet with a used condom.
The general condition of the hotel was fun down.
They were embarrassed and apologized for the used condom, but after the conversations I had to have with my kids I am still disgusted with the whole situation. I have yet to hear from a manager with any real resolution to this issue.

Room smelled really bad and room was dirty.

Smelled terrible. Smelled like a wet humid towel. Musty. There were mosquitos in the room, hair strands in the bed and I’m sure there must have been bugs in the bed because offer like 20 mins of my son laying in bed, his back was red and itchy. I told front desk guy what was going on. He told me he couldn’t contact manager because she left with a bad headache but offered me another room. The next room was worse than the first. The smell was just so bad. Finally some other hotel worker showed up and said I would be issued a refund and I could leave. I left same day. Refund has not been issued and it’s been 3 days. Manager said there were no notes of the situation and can’t issue refund. Told me she would call me back. Nothing yet. I left voicemail for general manager, nothing yet.

The quality I expected at Holdiay Inn Express did not disappoint. Clean, attractive, well maintained. Motel and location just what we needed to spend the night before cruising. BUT...Big BUT..I was woken up at around 6 am with my personal telephone alerting me to a tornado WARNING...Not watch but a WARNING. We scrambled out of bed and opened curtain to indeed see formation of tornado. Not once did the hotel staff alert us to take cover. My phone. This was very scary. I was very disappointed in that the staff or the hotel did not send out a hotel all alert to take cover. Being on the third floor did not ease my anxiety even a little when the stairwell was a distance away from my room. Staff should have done a better job.

Amazing experience

My reservation was made for 2 rooms, and they separated the rooms onto separate floors. Refused to move us next to each other, and stated they had no way of knowing that the rooms were together.

Printer Issues
Everything was good except for the printer. The printer was not working and said the cartridge needs to be changed however no one at the desk (that evening or the next morning) knew how to change it. They did tell me I can email what I need to them at the front desk and they will print it for me. This worked for what I needed at that time but it could be information that a guest does not want to send to a random email and hope they delete the info after its been printed.

It’s ok
The first room we were given was humid and damp. So I asked to be relocated. The second room was less humid, but the ac didn’t quite cool the room down. Breakfast was nice. The staff were excellent! Polite, professional, and friendly.

Our stay was very pleasant. We were greeted quickly and professionally upon arrival. We were in our room in less than 5 minutes. The elevator is a bit slow but that is the only negative aspect of the hotel. Staff are friendly. The breakfast was very good offering many choices. The pancake machine was fascinating. Food was replenished quickly. If in the area again, we would definitely stay here!

We stayed here one night before departing for a cruise. Staff was friendly, room was clean, and breakfast was good. I was happy with the price as many of the hotels wanted 2x the price for one night. I would recommend to family and friends. Property was close to cruise terminal, and property was quiet.

While the staff and breakfast were wonderful, the hotel is in need of updating. Our room smelled musky, paint was peeling in the bathroom, the phone didn't work, and we could hear the baby next door.

I have stayed at Holiday Inn’s quite a few times in the past and always enjoyed our stay. This particular property was clean and the breakfast was great. Hotel condition was average but there was a musty smell in our room which was unpleasant. Glad it was only an overnight stay.

VERY clean. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Excellent free full breakfast, and server Linda (I think) was great. For ex., she and night receptionist made sure I had fresh coffee available when I left very early morning. Good variety of food and drink available for purchase in lobby coolers. Heat/AC unit not working on arrival, unit replaced and I was refunded for one night. One recommendation, though, I think that main entrance should be locked at night for safety of night staff and guests.

Booked this hotel 6 weeks in advance. They cancelled our reservations the day of the booking as we were travelling to it during the Christmas holidays, leaving our family of 7 without accommodations during this busy time.

Bath gel, shampoo and conditioner are in large containers in the shower and not the individual containers. Containers were not full and quite dusty on the tops.
VERY low water pressure in the shower. If you have long, thick hair you'll be in the shower for a very long time.
Coffee was available 24/7 in the breakfast room which was nice. There was also a keurig with pods in the room.
Front desk staff varied from super friendly and helpful to annoyed when I asked a question.

The staff was friendly and helpful, but the room we were given had all the mattresses on the floor for some reason. We were given another room, but there were big stains on the couch and in the carpet. The second night, our key cards stopped working for our room. I went to get another one, and again, it did not work. It took about three trips to the front desk back to the room to be able to get a key that opened my door.

Nice room but I asked for a wake-up call and I never received one. I am also not sure if the alarm clock worked as I thought I also set that alarm. Glad I had brought my own alarm clock and set my phone's alarm.

Housekeeping missed us one day, we had to call to have them come clean. Mind you we’d been gone all day! An employee could be heard loud and clear sayin he did not care about his job and to just fire him!! This was your front desk employee at that. He complained about everything. He was very unapproachable!
The morning breakfast was quite nice!

I booked this room a month in advance for a meeting. We arrived late to the hotel and the hotel was booked, which I completely understand. However, when we got into the room, it was warm. The air conditioner panel would not work. We went to speak with the front desk clerk. He stated there was nothing he could do. There was no maintenance and no other room available. He did not offer to look at the A/C or call somebody who could look at the A/C. We called other area hotels and they were all fully booked as this is Port Canaveral. We were stuck staying in a warm room with no offer for compensation.

Bathroom ceiling leak
A patch had fallen off the bathroom ceiling and had soiled the towels. When I tried to call the front desk the phone didn't work. When I took the old towels to exchange them I was told there were no other rooms. My wife had put a waste basket under the leak. I then made a cup of coffee to relax, but the Keurig didn't work.
Staff didn't try to make things right, just said they would.

The beds are worn out. One of the beds was hard as a rock the other actually had a huge indentation from wear in addition to being able to feel the steel edges. Property is dated but otherwise pleasant.
