Did'nt like not having enough towels each day had to go yo front deck each day for towels. Did'nt clean my room two of the three day. Didn't pickup towels or empty trash on thrid or put any towels at all in my. Spoke with management they was they have problem keeping enough towels. Had no explanation for why my room hadn't been clean or trash pickup.

We stayed 2 nights. As soon as we walked in our room, we turned around and walked out. We asked for a room higher than the first floor. When we turned the bathroom lights on we saw 2 small roaches and silverfish scattering in the bathroom. And I get that the cause could be because the hotel is close to the water. Other than that, no bugs in the next room. Good luck getting an Uber from this location. We were in town for a wedding and we were hoping to Uber to and from the venue which was maybe no more than 2 miles away. Uber never came.

Excellence in all areas!
We had a great stay at this hotel. Jordan at the front desk was kind, welcoming and informative. We were concerned when told the hotel is "pet friendly" in all rooms that there would be a smell. There was not any smell of animals anywhere we went in the hotel. The room was beautifully decorated and very clean. The room was spacious, beds comfortable and bathroom was great. Loved the shower head which felt like a massage. The breakfast had everything you could want for a nice varety of both hot and cold items, with an inviting presentation and good flavor. The cook, Esther, is a friendly and helpful hostess. Check out was easy. I was very glad we got to meet Ethan whom I had met over the phone. He had been very helpful. In summary, this is an excellent place to stay. Thanks so much!

Friendly staff & clean rooms!
Pleasantly surprised by friendly and accommodating staff at front desk, especially the young gentleman. Room was nice and clean and pretty quiet considering all the guests thst were there thst weekend. If in Leesburg, will stay there again!

Sleepless in Tavares
This hotel has no control over their guests. We stayed there 14-17 July and the hotel hosted some of the basketball players participating in a tournament. They ran the halls all night, screaming knocking on doors and causing other hotel guests to leave the next morning with little or no sleep. Staff did nothing to control it as it was happening only 3o feet from the front desk.

Elevator was very slow, I don’t like elevators so it made me feel uncomfortable. The stairs door on 1st floor said employees only so I was unable to use stairs. They did provide breakfast but it was not good and very few options.

Worst experience ever!
Absolutely worst front desk girl/person I have ever dealt with and i travel all over the world. Gave my room away and said there was nothing she could do and then got rude. Im glad my wife was not inside with me for the woke girls sake.

We have stayed here the past 5 years when we do our jetski trip. It is convenient to boat ramp and parking lot is easy to maneuver trailers, boats, and jetskiis. Staff is always nice and rooms are clean. The breakfast is an added bonus!" Wont stay anywhere else when we do our mt dora trip

front desk staff should be on duty. If she will be away from clunter, some memo or sign must be placed to greet late check-in guests.

Our room was very clean, the staff pleasant and professional. When traveling, I usually stay at a Holiday Inn Express and I do have to say this is the first time I've been disappointed in the bed. The mattress was very hard and lumpy. The rest of the stay was nice.

Check in time was supposed to be 3:00 p.m. But when we checked in and they gave us our room key, we found out room wasn't ready. Had to wait 15-20 minutes for the room to be cleaned. We stayed two nights and they had signs everywhere indicating "Refresh daily", but after coming back to our room the second day nothing was done. Bed was unmade, trash still in wastebaskets and towels were not replaced, bathroom was dirty.

Great to have a trail to eat at the Hurricane Dickside restaurant next door! The free breakfast was really good. Our room was nice but ac was so loud and beds not really comfortable. We had a good stay overall for 2 nights. Thanks.

We will never stay here again.
They messed up our key multiple times and the front desk people tried to get in without knocking. Very disconcerting to be in the room and hear people trying to get in. We asked for conditioner all three days and never received it. We had to beg for towels. The woman doing the breakfast was efficient and helpful and I felt comfortable eating the food. She was replacing and cleaning the whole time.

Great place to stay. Room was very clean. It was recently updated. Great contemporary feeling. Good amount of outlets for charging electronics instant hot water for sink and shower

Holiday Inn wasnt a holiday
We have stayed at this hotel yearly over the last 4 years and each year the service and quality has declined. When we checked in we could only have 1 key because there was a shortage. There were no cinnabons for breakfast either morning...the Holiday signature. Last year they didnt have cinnabons our first morning. We talked with hostess who said they woouldnt have any for 2 days...that was half a week miscalculation,so much for signature treat. Rooms are only cleaned every 5th day which isnt reflected in the cost of the room. Fresh towels were brought in but glasses and soap(smallest I ever saw) were not replaced. Finally toilet paper is same as a gas station. The luxury Holiday Inn was known for is fading fast

Great experience
This hotel was not on our radar but we needed to find a place to stay after leaving another hotel which was less than desirable. They easily accomodated us and even gave us early check-in as we were exhausted from our long drive. Check in was easy, the room was very clean and the people were friendly. Breakfast was nothing to write home about but it was free and saved us money on that meal.
We decided to extend our stay due to personal business and I couldn't be more pleased with how it was handled by the property. Overall a nice, no-frills, clean place to stay in the heart of Leesburg with a nice restaurant within walking distance next door. Close to Eustis, Tavares and Mount Dora. And the pool looked nice, too, but I never got the chance to use it.

The location is good, and road noise not a problem. However the heat exchanger outside the room 101 was very loud and so was the in-room unit. Lots of light came through the blind on the window disrupting our sleep. The room was dusty, and the shower a bit grimy. The lighting in the room was dim/inadequate for the room size.

The hotel was clean and breakfast was terrific.
We had to plead for towels daily and there were 2 out of 5 days that staff did not “refresh” our room. We had 3 adults and one small child and they would leave us one bath towel.
Every time but once when we called the front desk to request more towels they told us we would have to come down to get them. The one staff person who brought the towels up to us definitely understood and embraced customer service. He was terrific! The rest could benefit from additional education regarding how to interact with hotel guests.

The hotel is my hurricane shelter. I live nearby in a modular home that I don't feel safe in during a hurricane. The staff is amazing and they have a really nice breakfast buffet with a nice selection of food.

Room was clean and comfortable. There was five of us in the suite so it was spacious. However, I was scared to arrive to the hotel late as there was a pack of raccoons right outside the hotel so my niece and I were pretty nervous walking in late. Overall great area though and close to restaurants. Staff needs to be more alert at the front desk as there were times we had to wait for someone to notice us. Other than that it was an amazing stay. We would stay there again

This property was very convenient in location and safety. I was assigned to a room with dust mites. The staff was very nice and quickly relocated me to another room. I want to thank the front desk attendant Sunday afternoon for being quick and cordial.

The room itself was ok. Large, two bedroom with a living room area and a small sink and mini fridge. Carpets were stained, but the beds were comfortable. Problem was, there were at least a dozen cockroaches running through the room at night. One the size of a Buick in our bedroom.
