The parking fee is not adequately disclosed. It's in fine print at the bottom of the parking pass. The counter agent simply asked if we needed a parking pass but didn't say anything about the fee.

We only stayed one night while on diverted layover. The room was easy to book and easy to find. If you were coming for a raiders game it would be super convenient (2 minute walk).
The room was clean, the bed was ok- could have been a bit more comfortable but wasn’t bad… felt like an older spring mattress. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was pretty decent.

The rooms were nice.
Beds are super comfy.
1srlt room they gave us, the air conditioner/heater cover was wide open.
The 2nd room they gave us, was COLD!! Window was open & yhe smoke alarm was chirping. They had to call maintenance to fix it.

This was one of the fastest smoothest yet professional check in that I've experienced in recent travels. All the staff were extremely pleasant and always friendly. The breakfast was the icing on the cake. Thanks for a very pleasant stay.

They will charge $18 for parking without consent.
Hotel is surprisingly run down for age. The elevators are slow and very noisy. The room was adequate. I was charged $18 for parking without my consent. I was simply asked if I needed a parking pass when I checked in. I replied yes. I was not informed of the fee.

"Unpleasant Stay: Despite being a Bonvoy member, this Marriott didn't meet expectations. The ambiance felt more like a budget motel, with persistent issues like non-functional lights, clogged sewer, and low water flow in the shower. Housekeeping was lacking, and garbage accumulated for three days. The manager's response to complaints was rude, contrasting the friendly front staff. Overall, the experience was far from the usual Marriott standard, resembling more of a $25 motel stay."

I’m very disappointed ☹️. I can’t believe Expedia booked me at this disgusting 🤢 hotel! I have pictures of the the restroom’s walls, bathtub and floor! When we first arrived to the room and haven’t used the restroom yet! It was unfortunate that we couldn’t find a hotel that could accommodate my family.

Once again, Hotels.com bookers are assigned a crappy accommodation. Our reservation was made months ago, we arrive right at 3:00 check-in time and get the room directly next to the elevator shaft. This is common now with bookings through Hotels.com. The hotel in general is worn; our room especially. The mattress was the worst we've experienced in years, and there was not even a sitting chair in the room... and we paid a resort level price. Sad and disappointed describes the stay.

The hotel was a great location to the stadium it’s only a 7 minute walk. But our room was older. The tiles on the bathroom floor were loose and caving in when you stepped in the bathroom

Reserved 6 rooms months in advance for our soccer team through a different company we are required to use for tournaments. The hotel knows that the rooms are booked for player rooms, meaning 4 players per room. We booked rooms with 2 queen beds so the boys can get a decent nights sleep. We payed $300 a night, 100 more per room per night than competition. When we showed up to the hotel we were told all rooms had been converted to a king bed with a sofa pullout. In 3 of our rooms a player ended up sleeping on the floor. When a parent checked in after the team, she was given a room with 2 queens.
Combined money spent for our tournaments easily hits over $25,000. We don’t care about a $30 per night discount per room. We care that the players have a good nights sleep. There was no apology, no empathy, and the manager continued to try to argue that they are not obligated to reserve a specific type of room for any customer. He was an absolute jerk.
We have stayed at lots of places as a team and this was by far the worst experience we have had. Most hotels have been so accommodating and are always aware we are booking player rooms because of the company making the reservations.
Also, the hotel is located near a stadium that hosts events all the time. The hotel gives the customers parking to the stadium during these events. Parents couldn’t even park in the hotel parking when getting back from games. Elevators are old and SLOW. Ceilings are low and hotel is dark and outdated.

Over all was on the bad side. Hotel room was very rotten (rusted pipes, rusted shower drain, shower head leaking, one of two tvs didnt work.) They didnt inform us that they had several teenage sports teams staying there either. They ran the halls and screamed all night keeping us awake. The double beds were horrible and as hard as a concrete floor. At check in they didnt have my information saved and had to reenter it. Then check to see if the room was available. Plus 20$ to park in they parking lot. Wont stay there again.

1) Not sure why we weren’t given a room w fold out bed. 3 adult males sharing 2 queen beds wasn’t what I expected.
2) Why was there a daily parking fee? Last year there was none and was given no notice the policy had changed.
3) Room was not cleaned after the first night. We weren’t even given clean towels for the 2nd day even after following the instructions to leave dirty towels on the floor. When we got back from the game our room hadn’t even been touched

Great location convenient to Allegiant Stadium for Raiders games. Rooms were clean an comfortable but everything just seemed a bit worn. Breakfast was good but nothing to write home about. Staff was awesome - very attentive and on top of things.

The property was very clean. The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was suppose to start at seven am however we had to leave for the airport at seven. We noticed bagels, juice cereal etc were available early and then they opened up the hot breakfast at 6:45. It was great to be able to have a little something before our flight. We were extremely thankful.

So when we arrived we were NOT welcomed. The assistant manager had ZERO customer service. When we get the key to our room we go upstairs to find our room door CRACKED OPEN WITH SOME TYPE OF STICK. Mind you I had my 9 month old daughter with me. So my husband had to check the room before I stepped inside with my baby. When we get inside we discover there are NO towels whatsoever someone left a dirty blue microfiber towel next to the little kitchenette thing. The next morning when we needed towels to use to shower they said they had nobody to bring us towels so my husband had to go downstairs to get us towels even though there were plenty people working. This is the most GHETTO Marriott I’ve ever stayed at.

Disappointed with reservation
When I got the email from Hotels.com to do an early check in I attempted to check in online and was told my reservation did not exist. I called the hotel and they confirmed that my reservation could not be found. Luckily there was still a room available for me and they told me they would honor my rate from Hotels.com, which was very accommodating of the manager.

While this location was conveniently close to where our scheduled event should have taken place, aside from what appeared to have been a “newly” installed shower, the floors were dirty, as were the walls and bed sheets. It certainly wasn’t the norm or standards we’re accustomed to - namely as this is a Bonvoy property. The elevators were filthy also and many smalls details were missed, which made it an ordeal.

This location was great and close to I-15 and not too far from casinos and the strip. It seemed quiet and free parking. Great that they offered breakfast as well. Rooms were nice with a fridge and microwave. The bee was comfortable. It worked out great for me.

Everything was good. The service, The rooms, very comfortable beds, spacious for a family of 5, the breakfast was really good as well with many options to to choose from. Less then10 min from the strip. The only downside was the pool… it was dirty and not swimmable. Also the jacuzzi was broken.

Los cuartos son pequeños, las almohadas incomodas, tres noches estuvimos hospedados y no limpiaron el cuarto aún cuando lo pedíamos, no cambiaban las toallas, estuvimos llamando para que llevaran limpias, incluía desayuno pero se terminaba la comida y ya no surtían estando dentro del horario correspondiente, pésimo servicio me sorprende porque he estado en lugares mucho más económicos y tienen mejor calidad en todos los aspectos, suerte para los que elijan estar ahí, en mi caso mala experiencia y no regresaría a ese lugar ni a hoteles de esa cadena si se manejan bajo las mismas políticas.

When I arrived to the hotel to check in, staff informed me to wait while my room was being cleaned because they were short staffed. 30mins later I was informed that my reservation was overbooked and my room was not available anymore. I had revered a mini-suite with two beds, a sofa bed, a jacuzzi ans small living room area. I was down graded to a two bed room without the other mentioned amenities and was promised a $40 refund, which is not fair. In any matter, I was not given the refund that, Pam, the manager had promised. I would live someone from Expedia to follow up with hotel and that thus mishap be handled and communication with me be made.

The room and bathroom were dirty. The pool was filthy and unusable. And after I left, the hotel charged me an “incidental fee” of $21 that they are going to later refund supposedly? They better refund the incidental fee. One of the worst experiences I’ve had at a hotel.
