Great location for walking to restaurants and shopping. Staff at the hotel were very friendly. Would definitely stay here again if I return to Jacksonville.

The only negative side is the quality of breakfast .. .. Breakfast is available at a charge but quality is very poor .. unfortunately this happens in all Hilton Garden Inn

The only thing I didn’t like was that the cleaning staff did not come daily. I did ask for more tissue and extra and they brought them up right away so I was thankful.

Brst stay ever!
I am in love with Hilton. After this ecperience, I am joining the rewards club. The room was sparkling clean, new, quiet because there was NO ADJOINING DOORS, great mattress nice eats.

Hilton Garden Inn
Bed was made up with dirty sheets. Stains, wrinkled, and smelly sheets on bed. Reported it to front desk and the lady handed me another set of sheets. I removed dirty smelly sheets and re-made the bed.

Gave away my room
The front seat gave away my room and then said i can't get a refund because it was a non refundable room. So basically they got paid twice for one room in one night. After driving 12 hours the last thing you want is to
Go look for another room because you got there so late in the night they gave it away and then won't refund you. Crazy!!!!!!!!!!

The moment you walk in it smells musty, like a really old building with water damage. The rooms smell just as bad if not worse. The pillows smelled like armpits! There was hair on the shampoo that the hotel provides. The pool is GREEN. If it wasn’t bc the hotel staff we interacted with was nice, I’d given this place no stars. I definitely wouldn’t stay here again.

Easy and Quiet.
I was only in for a quick overnight stay for a friends memorial. The hotel was easy to get too, check-in was a breeze and it was nice and quiet.
The location being next to several restaurants, bars and a movie theater would have made this an excellent choice had i had more time to spend in the area.

Came up from Orlando for 2 day stay, the property online looked clean and modern, we booked this hotel based on last minute deal with a budget friendly rate. Once arriving we could tell why it was cheaper, there was a horrible smell/odor on the first level that literally armored the entire first level, to the point where it was creeping in our hotel room. It was so bad after awhile we checked it, it started to get me nauseous. We tried to buy a candle etc. and it just wasn’t working and I had to change rooms to an upper level. The room we stay in on the floor was better and a lot cleaner, but sadly after awhile it seemed like that odor was traveling the whole hotel. I have no idea what I was, we thought it was cooking since they offered breakfast but obviously after while never went away, so there must have been some type of musk that just was bad. They really need to do a better job freshening it up cause it was so bad I swear it was sticking on our clothes. Yuck.
Hotel beds are usually a gamble, and this one was pretty tough. I’ve stayed at Hilton hotels before and usually the bed are soft but yeah, not this time. I usually hate to leave reviews but sadly with all the reviews on here seeming good I don’t want someone like myself to book it thinking it was a great budget friendly option and then be disappointed. Besides the awful smell the service was great, friendly, and check us in early.
Plenty of shopping next by which is great. Wouldn’t stay again. Sorry Hilton.

We stayed in a wellness room in this hotel. Our experience was absolutely fantastic and nothing could have been better. The room was extremely clean. The property was absolutely gorgeous. The parking was easy. The staff was very nice. I would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

Was stuck in Jacksonville for a few days after being diverted due to a weather issue at FLL. The hotel staff went out of their way to ensure my stay was enjoyable assisting me with everything I needed. The room was perfect & felt nicer than home- also many restaurants were within walking distance. I am grateful for the team
at Hilton Garden Inn for changing what was a nightmare situation with travel into an enjoyable experience!

When I checked in, the young man (I forgot to get his name). Was so helpful, and switched me a different room with double beds, the minute I told him. I just had surgery and needed another bed. He took care of immediately and made sure the price I originally paid was the same, I had paid the first time.

The only issue that we had is that Expedia didn't complete our reservation and we had no room reserved when we arrived. The staff did a fabulous job fixing the problem, but the only room left was a room with 2 full beds. The hotel itself is great and we would definitely stay there again.

Very friendly staff. Clean and updated.
They were not able to give me the double bed room I booked but gave me 2 king rooms instead which was totally ok with us.
They offered to change the room next day but we were already set up on the rooms so decided no to.
The hotel is very well located about 10 min to St. Johns Town Center and 20 to downtown JAX. There are some nearby restaurants and a starbucks across the street. We liked that is was pet friendly and they only charge one pet fee for our 2 dogs.

Check in employee provided outstanding customer service. Extremely friendly and helpful. As for the property, all was clean and tidy. The room was nice, however the bed was not very comfortable. Also, they needed to provide additional supplies (toilet paper) as there were none. Overall, I would stay again. 😊

The check in staff was awesome. The kitchen staff for breakfast was awful!!! 7am breakfast and by 715 we were still waiting. Sour milk, no plates, waiting staff was rude, oj and apple juice containers were nasty, glasses, plates, and silverware were nasty. Worst Hilton in over 20 years...
