I wish there were more information letting you know you had to pay extra on top of all the fees and taxes just to park in the hotel parking lot. First time for me, been to major cities without paying for parking. Should be included in the room rates if it is going to need to be charged.

It was clean but old. The pillows are the worst thing about the hotel. They look nice and fluffy but they get super flat and hard. My neck was hurting and so was my back.

Check in was smooth. Check out was smooth. Everything was clean. We have had some bad experiences near the SFO airport so it was nice to find something where you don't have to worry going outside of the hotel.

We were exhausted at check in and all computers were down, but we were accomodated anyway and assisted to our room. It was late so did not really get to oay much attention to anything, but I can say the room was very spacious and the beds were suoer comfortable.

Surprise! Paid parking
Hotel charges $20 plus tax per night for parking. This wasn’t disclosed on the Hilton website or the 3rd party booking website.
When I asked if there was nearby free parking I was told no, either pay or risk being towed.
Overall the staff was very nice. The rooms feel pretty dated, but they’re plenty comfortable. No breakfast included also, you gotta pay extra for that.
Don’t think I’d stay here again or recommend it. You can get a much nicer room with free parking and breakfast for the same cost if not less within 5 minutes of this hotel.

We booked a room with two queen beds.
We had a late check in and they gave our room away to someone else and gave us a king. Had to have a single bed brought in.

The curtain won't completely shut and the street lights get through the room where the bed was . It was right on our faces when we were lying on the bed.

One of the elevators were not working. The tile floor was dirty. I am sure the Hilton's would not approve. Other than that, the room was cleaned and staff was friendly.
Also, need to upgrade to EV charge parking.

The hotel had good ratings and a refrigerator, a microwave and a coffee maker in the room.
To my dismay the coffee maker was broken. I called and asked for a replacement. I was told they would bring me a new coffee maker.
They never did. The room was shabby too.

$20 per car per night for parking despite already paying to stay there was frustrating, especially since it was not predisposed and affects pre made budgets for large families. The beds were also extremely uncomfortable and made me and my family very sore the next day. My girlfriend is handicapable, so the pricy parking and uncomfortable beds poorly affected her weekend.

Although, our complaint wasn't completely addressed, about the construction noise, the staff person decided not to charge us a parking fee. I was not aware that there was construction on our floor, right next to our room and that there was a parking fee, it was not indicated when I made the reservation. I'm once again disappointed by Expedia. The service at most hotels like this has really dissipated.

The hotel is safe, quiet and clean. Everything was great other than the fact that you have to Uber/Lyft everywhere. There’s no access to public transportation around the hotel.

Close to everything except Japantown :)
We felt safe, front ladies were nice & kind. Breakfast was good ( normal breakfast menu) wish it was cheaper tho. Lots of parking space. The elevator was slow but it did the job. Wasn’t happy with the unexpected fire alarm , I had my knee total replaced and we was on the sixth floor and had to rushed my kids on the stairs. That was challenging but it was nothing. Check out was fast and easy .

Overall is good. However I fell down on bath tub while taking a shower. The bath tub was so slippery and the traction on bath tub is not enough. Be careful.

My stay was fine except the odor throughout the walk way towards my room. I believe there was smoking going on. I could smell cigar and marijuana. Especially in the elevator. By the time i arrived in my room It smelled like smoke. I feel that the facility could use an upgrade. There are cracked tiles and the bath room sink plumbing are rusty.

We chose this area while visiting San Francisco Piers because of the quietness and safeness of the Hotel as well as the area. Will definitely choose this place again.
One flaw is that theres a $20 fee to park. Its just a regular, open parking. No need for payment in my opinion.

This is clearly an older property. The elevator's floor is cracked, bathrooms are outdated. They have made some updates including new mattresses.

Fantastic location near to SFO airport. Nice hotel, comfortable rooms and a reasonable rate. The only frustration is that they have no available airport shuttle and charge for parking.

Vacation from my home for a night!
I booked one night after having three days of being powerless at my home. I needed a shower and a warm bed so I treated us to this hotel. It was a welcome respite after feeling like I was exiled in my own home. S
The room was clean and somewhat sterile. The bathroom had large soaking tub/shower with spa jets with pink mold growing in them. The bathtub was very clean otherwise, so a shower it was! I was sorta looking forward to a bath! (not blaming the hotel- these jets are gross anywhere- they are impossible to clean-which also begs the question why they were installed in a hotel when so many people would use it) The shower has decent pressure. My guess there are no water softeners used here. Toiletries are attached to the walls in bathroom.
Bed was very comfortable but the pillows were not very fluffy. Tv was fine but remote was hard to use. Lots of outlets for charging devices.
The staff was generally very friendly. The breakfast was scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon, fruit, breads, coffee, tea etc. normal hotel fare.
Overall i enjoyed my stay and it felt like a little
Vacation away from home.

Arrived at the hotel 10:45pm and went to the room next thing i found out toilet wont flush.
So reported to the front desk ,minutes later maintenance showed up. He able to fix it , but then happened again around 2am .

They never cleaned the hotel room, they didn't change the towels, the hallways smell of marijuana, when should you be, Free smoking, there is no transportation
I did not even take the soaps from the hotel in the bathroom. I felt that it was all very expensive so that they did not charge extra charges compared to other hotels that have better service and are not locked in other hotels, they only charge a $70 deposit. This hotel charged $100 and has bad service I will never recommend them and I would never return to this hotel

The property charged us parking fee of $18 which was no where mentioned while booking the hotel. No other hotels charge parking fees. Expedia should mention this while booking the hotel. What is the use of booking a hotel when you have to pay parking fees as if you are parking the car in a garage? Also, when we booked the hotel it said breakfast available but when we reached the hotel, the staff told us that the restaurant is close as it was not safe to operate the kitchen and that we could find better breakfast places outside. The main purpose of booking this hotel was that it was close to the airport, had ample of space for parking and served breakfast. We had to catch an early morning flight and since the management said restaurant was closed we had to go and search for breakfast places. All breakfast places had long waiting hours. We would really like to get refund of this stay as it was no way even close to what we expected.

The property was very clean and in order. The room had plenty of space and loved the long counter. My stay was for a memorial service, and my group was given the courtesy to use the lobby to gather for a few hours in the evening after the service I thought that was a very nice and considerate touch.

Gone down hill
They've increased their parking price on a lot that shares space with another hotel and an office building. They now charge for wi-fi unless you are a member of their frequent guest program. My wife cleaned off the table and night stand, which were filthy. Restaurant closed. As usual. We've stayed here numerous times. The place has gone down hill.

This was a nice hotel but the parking lot was a little scary. Interesting people hanging out and some people smoking pot. We thought it was a bit much to have to pay for parking. Room was nice but you couldn't see out the windows as they were so dirty.

We booked a King room for our stay and it was very spacious. It was also very clean. The lobby was nice and clean as well and the staff was very friendly. The only complaint we have is the bed frame was a metal box, so when you moved or got on the bed it was very loud. We also weren’t fans of paying to park, but it seems pretty common in San Francisco!

Elevator issues and parking costs...
First day...Elevator button to our floor not working...Took stairs. Second day...Fire Department present and access to room hindered for about 10 minutes. Information for hotel on Hotels.com said "surface parking"; but, hotel advised that this parking cost $18/day. Did find that cost in the small print; and, think it shouldn't have been so hidden.

Property looks really old, rooms in pictures looks nice but its very old, floor in bathroom and carpet in rooms were sticky, its not worth spending $200 for a night. Naa we are not going back to this hotel. Its just name HILTON, Nothing is there as name better go to somewhere else

Your understanding of customer’s needs is worth 5 star. We came in 3 hrs. early to check in. Your staff was more than happy to accommodate us and gave us permission to enter our room. We checked out on time but since our flight got delayed. Again your staff helped us out and gave permission to hang out for an extra few hrs. We never experienced such courtesy before. Kudos to your staff.

We were given the handicapped room when we reserved a standard room. Front desk - Mark - told us that we should not get rooms from Expedia as Expedia will get the cheapest room. David, also from front desk, tried to fix our disappointing stay by removing our dinner from our bill but we were already disappointed with Mark. Kudos to David.

Great for the price, but…..
I’ve stayed here for the last 5-6 years when I come to get away from the Valley. This time however, the hotel seemed to show its age, from the elevator to the room. Dirt was in the corners on the floors and mirror was smeared. Also no housekeeping services makes it rough as you have to go to the lobby desk to ask for any needed items. However the desk staff was quite friendly, so that will keep me returning!
