Nice stay
Great property on the north side of the strip. Still walkable or you can take the bus. The outdoor pool was heated and warm enough to use in January. We also enjoyed playing pickle ball.

Hotel was out of the way. No casino, no restaurants. They charge a resort fee but there is not much of a resort. Half the pools were empty and the other half of the pools were closed at the slightest amount of rain. Their are better hotels for the money in Vegas.

This hotel has a great lux vibe. We could spread out. 2 adults 2 teenage kids. So close to everything. We used the Deuce and Uber to get to the middle of the strip. You can walk if you have to but you really don’t need to with all the transport options. It’s nice location no casino downstairs. Room was immaculate and it has its own kitchen and laundry so you can self cater if you need a break from Vegas prices. Parking was easy. The convenience shop at the basement is extortionate for a beer. Overall loved the hotel would stay here again in a heart beat.

Hotel is nice. We were in a suite and it had everything we wanted and more. The hotel could maybe use a restaurant of some sort. But other than that its nice.

Peacefully Clean stay. More interested in trying to sell me time shares making it uncomfortable. The rooms are over priced. Other hotels have complimentary valet. We paid $30. Possibly more of a summer hotel. Bed was hard as a rock and pillows were non- existent , might as well slept without a pillow.
It wasn’t the right fit for us.
We paid $40 for a reservation to possibly purchase a timeshare when we expressed that we didn’t want to have to include a 2-3 hour sales pitch in our plans .

The stay was awesome. The bed was hard as a rock and the pillows were the same. I would definitely stay again because of the cleanliness and staff. But comfort wasn’t the best.

This is a beautiful hotel. The staff at check were very helpful. The room was recently renovated and beautiful. We enjoyed all the available space in the room.
My only complaint is at check in I asked for daily room service and was told it was entered in the computer. We stayed two nights and the room was not serviced. We saw the house keeping lady in the hall and she said we were not on the list to be serviced. This is an ongoing problem in the industry.

Great place for a quieter Vegas experience
Great place to stay with your family or if you prefer a quieter Vegas experience. Slightly father down the strip(which we enjoyed), very easy access from the parking garage to our room, easy to access hotel from the freeway(so you avoid traffic on the strip), and convenient food/snacks available in the small cafe on the lower level. If you prefer to be closer to larger the busier part of the strip, this hotel may not be for you as walk ability would be more difficult unless going to Resort World. No casino in the hotel and non smoking! Overall, awesome place to stay!

The valet could use a little more customer service. You can sit in your car and no one ever come to you. Over all stay was great but you had to walk to get you two bottles of water daily up and down the stairs to the store. The prices in the store or over the top. $5.00 for candy(jumbo) and $5.00 for a juice(tea) (20 oz.)
The tub and sink did not drain well.
The room was very clean otherwise and came with soap and dish washing detergent. Staff was friendly

Clean, very comfortable and exceptionally well-appointed. I’ll make a point of staying here whenever I’m in town. Love the lack of casino and the non-smoking policy. The add-on breakfast was simple but nice and a good value. Staff are universally pleasant and helpful.

This is a stylish property on a growing part of the Strip. It's easy to get in and out of, as there is no casino to traverse. Our 1 bedroom suite was comfortable, well equipped and quiet. The pool complex is great, and overall amenities strong. I would stay here again.

For the past 4 years we have been coming to this hotel but this time we are a little disappointed. I never expected that I would put negative reviews about this hotel. Everywhere there were dust particles in my room, the toilet isn't working properly, iron was not working properly, kitchen is not clean. It felt like the room you guys gave us was abandon. I really feel like I should get my money back for this stay.

Unforgettable Stay at Hilton Vacation Club in Las Vegas
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton Vacation Club in Las Vegas for three nights for a birthday celebration for 7 women, and it was an experience that exceeded my expectations. The three-bedroom, three-bathroom suite was a highlight of our trip.
Firstly, the suite was spacious and elegantly furnished, providing ample space for our group. Each bedroom was beautifully appointed with comfortable beds and premium linens, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathrooms were equally impressive, with modern fixtures and amenities.
The living area was perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring Vegas. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, which was a nice alternative to dining out.
The location of the Hilton Vacation Club is ideal. It's close enough to the Strip to enjoy all the entertainment, dining, and shopping Vegas is known for, yet far enough to offer a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle.

We enjoyed the quietness of the hotel for our family and because we were travelling with kids, the proximity to Circus Circus was so convenient (walkable). The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The only disappointing part of our stay was the condition of certain parts of our room. It was clean, but there were areas in the bathroom that needed repair or patching. The door to our room did not shut properly and the deadbolt could not be used due to this. In a place like Vegas, you definitely want to be able to feel as secure as possible. The other issue was our oven door, because of the refrigerator placement you could not open the oven door all the way. This was certainly a hazard when trying to remove hot items from the oven. The kitchen design was a definite miss and needs attention. When you pay for a full kitchen, you expect to be able to use it fully without safety issues. Overall it felt that this hotel needs updating and a little more attention to detail.

Great location on the strip . A lot of value for your money. You can get a suite for less money than many hotel rooms. Within walking distance of strip, the new Fontainebleau, Resort World and the renovated Sahara casinos. of bus service and of monorail. Only negative is parking.There are some good parking spots near the Hilton but they are gone by late afternoon and then that leaves parking in the garage, third floor or higher, with many speed bumps to negotiate. But still my favorite place to stay in Vegas.

First the front desk employee was horrible. He didn’t know hoe to treat the customers.
Then there was no shower gel or shampoo in the bathroom. I had to call the room serivice twice.
Despite of that, nobody came and i had to buy my own toiletries from
Outside.

We really like this property and love that it was no smoking. It was easy to get in and out of the parking area. Also nice that it actually didn't have a casino in it. We were able to walk to restaurants or to the monorail so we could get to other areas/resorts.

Nice 1 bedroom space on the 21st floor... Great views!
Pros: Clean, modern , newish appliances, black out curtains, translucent curtains to provide shade engine still allowing for views. Parking fee of $20 was included in resort fee ($35/day) which was a nice surprise.. Room temperature control was quiet and effective. Nice exercise room.
You could text with reception which was convenient and they were very responsive and were able to fix issues (see below) within about 30 minutes.
Cons: sleeper couch is not comfortable, you have to set up the couch yourself which is not something you want to do after a day of travel. A few little annoyances: Shampoo was empty. Only three sets of towels even though we were a part of four. Check out is at 10.00AM which seemed a touch early.
Pool is closed 6.00PM to 10.00AM...
Overall it was very nice. We loved being on the strip and to have the ability to explore on foot.

I misbooked the dates for my trip. Realized my mistake on the first day of my booking and informed the property via expedia. Despite this, they refused to refund me any of my 3 day booking. The property had plenty of empty rooms on the same dates, so it wasn't high occupancy where such a decision is understandable. In either case, Hilton has lost my business for good. Never setting foot in any Hilton property again.

The property is to the southern end of the strip, which affords the option to both be part of the full Las Vegas experience, as well take a break from it, when needed. It is a timeshare, so dont expect daily room service, though you can schedule as needed. Groceries and other amenities are nearby, with a full kitchen you can save by having to eat out for all meals.

Bring your own towels and linen,, we got one set and were told,,,well this isnt a hotel pal!...All in all.. a cold experience

Tower 2 seems much nicer than tower 1. Upgraded to a suite for 30$ extra. Parking was included. Nothing great to eat nearby and self parking has a small lot or a bigger garage that is not super close. Very clean and quiet. In and out parking privileges. Pricey little grocery store downstairs is convenient. Pizza wasn’t horrible.
