Extremely outdated, dirty, no parking, no shuttle, old appliances, beds are very low to the floor and not comfortable. No pool or lounge chairs, no elevator only stairs, no coffee or snacks in the morning. If you want cheap no frills for a few hours sleep you might like it. We did not and will not return.

The hotel and room’s condition is run-down… the washrooms need upgrading. There is no elevator, no fridge or microwave. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful though. Location wise, it’s only a short walk to shopping, ocean drive and Miami Beach

This property benefits from great location but apart from that there is no other service. No complimentary drinks or umbrellas. Especially when it’s raining, the property can be quite wet outside the room. Our airconditioning didn’t have a remote so was turned on the whole night. And using the phone was not working.

The location was great and close to a lot of the sights. The hotel was older though and a lot of these older hotels don't have heat during winter or colder months which can be a big deal if a front moves in.

They advertised that there is a safe in the room. Mine did not work (no power). They said they would be able to fix it the next morning, but I was only there for a night. Asked to switch rooms, and was denied since I had already been in the room and sat in the bed.

Property in terrible condition. AC stuck to 60º freezing cold and no one to fix it. Staff asking you to use your credit cards for other strangers stay. Awful! Stay away from this place and thank me later.

Hotel from Hell
Our room had a thin door to the adjoining room and we could see light coming through. We felt like we had no privacy, but it was late so went to bed. At 2:30 a.m. the other guests came back and started making a lot of noise with a lot of yelling and laughing. It felt like we were in the same room as then, we could understand everything they were saying. We tried knocking and asking them to be quiet, but they told us to pound sand and got louder. We then tried calling the front desk with no answer. Finally, I went down to the front desk to complain and there was no one there. The other guests didn’t settle down until 4 a.m. and we were left high and dry unable to fall back asleep. The hotel staff should have been available to enforce quiet time and/or move us to a different room. The hotel should also replace the door with something much thicker or a wall. Instead, we had the worst night ever staying at a hotel. Very disappointing.

Room’s DEFINITELY do not look like pictures, very old and needs repairs. Tile in shower was falling apart and temp mud job was done, I refused to even use it. No counter space in bathroom, the tv was super small, I would never stay here again

TERRIBLE!!! Do not stay here. No fridge, no microwave, EXTREMELY dirty, broken mattress spring, NOISY, lots of people smoking weed by the fountain all hours of day and they claim to have airport shuttle but that’s a lie. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!!

The property is overall not bad and the room was clean but the bed was not good at all it’s like you are sleeping on metal it’s also very noisy as you can hear everything from outside and the surrounding rooms also the area around it was very sketchy we almost got attacked by someone right around the corner from it

I just wanted a quiet place to stay and be left alone. You provided that perfectly. And if i asked a question or needed something everyone was so helpful. I will be back again soon. loved my room 103, when i do come back I want that room again. The only thing is I wish I could check in before 4pm. I work overnight then travel from orlando and when I arrive I just want to go to sleep

Great location, good room
Great location. Room was a bit dark & a very strange layout. I’m not sure if it’s because we were in a handicap accessible room or if they are all that way. Bed wasn’t very comfortable. Some of the wall plugs didn’t work.

Front desk clerk Paola was amazing. I instantly liked her. She was very helpful. The room is good and bad all at once. Super clean. Convenient location. But, it's Miami Beach and everything costs money. EVERYTHING!!!!

book 2 queen beds for 4 adults, they gave us 1 king bed suite for 4 people. told other 2 adults to sleep on the couch! Couch was small and too short! No bed linens for the couch! Shower was awful! No water pressure at all. Room was completely unfunished! Hotel said, that was what showed up in their system as one king bed!

Check in was fast and easy. The hotel location was excellent in proximity to bars, restaurants, shopping, and the beach. Water pressure in sink was terrible, only 1 mirror in the whole room, and lack of was cloths from housekeeping due to their schedule. Even knowing this, I would still book here again.

I am very upset! I had booked 2 Queen junior suites. How did we end up with unfurnished room, looks like still under renovations, compared to other rooms our families stayed in, we had booked 4 units! I party of 4 was suppose to get one of the 2 Queen juinior suites, with 2 queen beds! We ended with one king size bed! The person at the front desk kept saying giving you a king suite, i was very upset as we have 4 adults! That was NOT i paid for from Expedia!

It was in a central location... 5 Blocks from everything.
The Hotel is OLD. They charged us $35 more to check in and would not give a receipt. Then when we tryed to check out they would not give a conformation that we checked out... Wanting to charge us more for ... whatever.
We had to call the POLICE just to check out.

Very simple room ,outdated but very clean. Comfortable beds. Very close to beach and Ocean Drive . NO microwave and No refrigerator and No cattle or coffee maker in the room . Parking is very close, just around the corner.
I would recommend to stay there if you would like to have very short walk to the beach. I would stay again.

Imperfectly perfect!
Very cute little place. Only available room was upstairs so receptionist kindly helped me with luggage. Bed a little lumpy and walls a little thin... neither were a deal breaker for our one night stay here. I would definitely stay again...location great and staff friendly.

The floors were dirty, I could hear people outside all night and on the phone (it was a Monday night), and I was only there for 6 hours in between my flights. I was charged $5 for “m&m’s”, which makes zero sense because I’m vegan. I never leave reviews or give feedback, but this is an absolute disgrace.

The property is located in a convenient area; however, there are a few things you should know before booking your stay:
The beach is a 20-30 minute walk away not 13th-14th street as they claim if you choose to use the complimentary chairs provided by the hotel. Please note that you will need to purchase an umbrella for an additional $100. Additionally, the hotel charges $30 per day for this service. Personally, I would recommend purchasing a chair on the beach itself for the same price, as it will be much closer to enjoy.
Unfortunately, the A/C in the room cannot be adjusted directly. You will need to approach the front desk to request adjustments, but please be aware that after 10 pm, they may not be available.
Smoking is prohibited in the rooms, but it is permitted in the central sitting area of the facility. However, it's important to note that people tend to sit there throughout the night and smoke weed, resulting in a pervasive smell that permeates the surroundings. Since the rooms are in close proximity, it can be difficult to find a quiet and peaceful atmosphere.
Throughout our three-night stay, we consistently noticed the smell of weed in the lobby. It's unclear whether the staff members themselves smoke, but the scent was present during our visit.

We had a great stay! Beds were comfortable, staff was great and it was close to the beach. The beach chairs were easy to find and beach towels were provided. The only thing that was missing was a pool. Overall, recommend this property for staying on South Beach.

I was a little nervous after reading some of the negative reviews. Rest assured this hotel is definitely safe, it’s a very small motel / beach condo style type of hotel. You can’t control the AC from the room but it was comfortable enough for me. The walls are thin but that also didn’t bother me. The room we had included a mini fridge and breakfast area the 450 sq ft room was very nice and spacious. Only a five minute walk right to the beach and there’s tons of shops to walk to by here, not too far of a drive to the bayfront theatre as well for concerts. Warning the hotel does not have parking : There is parking right by the hotel for 35$ for 24 hours and you can come and go as you please. Come prepared with cups and silverware and breakfast snacks because they do not have any breakfast included or any cutlery available at the hotel. Overall it was a pleasant stay I would stay again just come prepared with silverware for our food we brought! We were having too much fun and too busy to take room pics lol. For booking this 2 nights prior to a concert 100$ is not bad

This property is not as described. I arrived at the property, and immediately did not feel safe. When entering the room, the door was flimsy and did not lock properly. It would have been easy for someone to get into the room. Also you could hear every sound throughout the property.
This is the first time that I left a hotel (more of a motel) and booked another due to safety concerns. The pictures do not represent what you are going to get at this property. Also the price was way over inflated the condition of the room/property.

No fridge in the room. No parking. I’m not even being sarcastic, you need to pay for parking a block away at a different location $20 a day low end. Thin walls, you hear everything. I could identify the tv show the room next door was watching. COMMUNITY AC. You can not control the temperature of your room. All rooms are linked and the management controls the temperature for everyone.

If you are a young person looking for a bed to sleep in while u are drunk I would say go for it - but if u want to control air conditioning, and a comfortable bed and many more amenities go elsewhere- but even for the low prices there are better places - pictures on site are very deceiving also - it’s like a old motel - don’t do it

Front desk girl is amazing.
Good place to leave your bags and sleep.
Nothing fancy but comfortable. Just two blocks from the beach, close to restaurants, bars, shops and pharmacy.
Only negative is that you can hear everything from across the wall.

Television did not work, and they did not even try to fix it. Nobody was there to do it. They gave me a room with a broken TV knew about it in advance, and did not tell us.

You get what you pay for. Hotel is in a great location and very central to many places and the beach. Right next to a parking garage that is less than a 2 minute walk.
Staff was awesome and did their best to make my stay comfortable. The room is a good size and has everything you need to get a decent sleep. Bed was comfortable, fridge, microwave, ironing board, safe, etc.
The hotel is outdated and doesn't have a ton of amenities. You cant adjust the AC and the there's no fan. Toilet is tiny and very low. No cups or plates in the kitchen. TV was small and limited for channels.
I was happy with the stay. I would stay at the hotel again if I'm alone. I wouldnt stay with my wife or family here though.
