Quick trip
Bed was comfortable. Nice size and comfy pillows. Obvious bathroom remodel could have been better. Shotty work at best. A bit pricey for the location. Overall I got good comfortable rest.

The comfort, location and amenities were all on point. The only negative I can think of is the rooms are a little cramped. Especially between the bed and the a/c unit.

Construction Truck Parking a High Priority

Everything was beautiful as always when i stay there. The only thing i didn't like was this lady had her dog in the breakfast food area and the dog was scratching. Dog hair was everywhere. Very nasty.

I found all of the staff charming and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding for a complimentary breakfast. What I loved the most though, was the river walk directly behind the hotel. It was a beautiful place to get away from it all with wonderful scenery and destress.

Great staff! Very Comfortable room with all the amenities including a safe, desk, refrigerator and microwave. A large countertop sink is outside of the shower and toilet area which makes it super convenient to get ready separately. In town with my son for an event at the Peoria sports complex. Highly recommend!

The hotel was very convenient for our needs, went out to see a concert at the cardinals stadium and was only about a ten minute drive from the hotel. The free breakfast was phenomenal! Plus free parking makes it that much better! Room was clean and comfortable. AC worked great, especially for being over 110 degrees. I would definitely stay here again!

The staff there is GREAT! They're really welcoming and made the experience great. The pool is small and was dirty but there was a net and once i cleaned it out it was all good! The breakfast was actually really good compared to other hotels

Everything was great at the hotel; food, service, cleanliness. The pool was the only thing that stood out. It seemed murky and dirty and there were no towels, but some came later as we were out there.

Unfortunately the room we were checked into smelt like mildew and just nasty. They did put us in another room but didnât compensate us or even apologize just took the key and handed us a new one to a room that didnât smell as bad. Staff was just ok, guy who checked us out was cool but then as soon as we got our receipt and asked a question on one of the charges he hit us with âyou guys must not travel often huhâ . We actually have been non stop traveling and been in 4 different hotels/resorts in the past month and this was by far the most unpleasant. We just laughed and told him no because it was clear he just didnât want to do his job and help clarify a charge and was writing us off as inexperienced. Lots of room for improvement here.

We enjoyed our stay, our room was very clean and it was a large room with very comfy beds. We were disappointed that the pool was not in working order because we were there visiting and planned on spending the days at the pool.
Breakfast was good and the staff was awesome, Luis was particularly friendly and very accommodating. Thank you for all of the hard work your staff puts into this hotel!!!

Everything was great. The only problem was....I use a my pillow, pillow when I am at home. The pillows are not so comfortable. We arrived about 9 pm and the desk clerk was out frount sweeping the parking lot. She greeted us with a big hello. The next morning we got up and she had come back to work that morning. Must be the hardest working clerk in Maricopa County. I believe her name is Reanna.

I use to think all Holiday Inn Express were the best! Not now. Outside of the hotel, nice well kept. The inside of the hotel was just BAD. Carpets not vacuum, stairwell dirty. Just over all not a well taken care of hotel. If and when I go back to PHX I will not be staying there(Might as well be at a Motel 6)

Hotel is showing its age and repairs are functional but not cleanly finished. Unpainted mismatched door trim held on with exposed screws. Some power outlets and usb power ports did not work. Breakfast was very limited. My son said the muffins were not good and threw his away. They only had grape jelly. Had issues with WiFi and clerk said he would get the tech support number for me and I never heard from him again. Beds and pillows were comfortable.

Keurig was broken
The coffee maker did not flow. The Keurig just gave a little trickle. I know Keurigs, I use them. It was broke. The front desk argued with me. Left a note that it was fixed. It was not. The last day of my week, I finally got a new unit and had coffee.
THIS WAS NOT COOL. AT. ALL.

Weâve stayed at this location a few times and have had no complaints.
For the most part itâs quiet until a motorcycle goes by on the freeway.
I just wish the soaps and shampoos were not the attached pumps. I will not use and had to go buy hand soap for the sink. Itâs quite unfortunate for those who enjoy the little luxury of a hotel stay.

Spring Training #1 Hotel
Great trip. Comfortable beds. Great and friendly staff. Breakfast was great. More hot breakfast options would be nice. Potatoes OâBrien. Bacon. Ham. There were to hot plates that were empty. Better working toaster. Otherwise I will recommend this a first place hotel when visiting. And I will be staying with you again next spring training season!

The only reredeeming quility at this hotel is the front desk employees. The room was dirty, and the halls have a terrible order. I saw a little water from the shower behind the toilet, I reached down to wipe it up and the rag was BLACK! Yuck. Then we requested housekeeping, they came, pulled up the sheets and blanket, gave us new towels, and that was it. no clean sheet or anything. They didn't even leave an extra roll of Toilet paper! Honesly, terrible

It was OK
The entire hotel sits by the highway, so there are no quiet rooms. This is an old HIE that's been remodeled to the new style. Very comfortable, but very squished rooms and very loud due to road noise. Beds were clean and comfortable but barely slept. A/C didn't work correctly so room never got below 72.

Disappointing night
No problem checking in. Beds were very comfortable. BUT, we could hear the neighbors as if they were in our room, including when they showered. But the worst was when they did shower, our sink produce very loud gurgling sounds. This happened both in the evening, as well as the early morning.

The Stay Was Good
We needed a room for the night. The price was expensive. The stay was okay. The hotel was in a good location. The area felt safe. The room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was clean. The room was cold, it seemed the thermostat wasn't working. Also, I could hear the cars on the freeway all night. Overall though, our stay was good.

This is a great overnight stay. Quick in and out with a comfortable bed and parking in the back. Compact but more than adequate bathroom. Easy check in and check out.

Treadmill Inop
while the hotel was fine, the workout room was not. One treadmill and it didn't work. front desk said it's been inop for a month waiting on a part. I specifically look for workout rooms when booking hotels, so very disappointed here.
