I ordered room service and the person came with a bag. . I was totally blown away. I thought that would get a cart with place setting. Table clothe. And the meal I ordered was awful. I’m could have gotten same service from any rideshare delivery service. I will never stay Mandalay Bay again.

Overall this property is definitely a great place to be. For my stay I needed 2 rooms and both were spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and the noodle spot on the perimeter of the casino floor is a HIT! Plus, you can walk 2 hotels over without even walking outside.

A very nice hotel. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Many bar and restaurant choices. The sports book is the best around that part of the strip. However, the limit amount on a sports wager to obtain a drink ticket ($200) is very excessive.
We were disappointed that the 'beach' was not open. This was the main reason for staying there. Also, the table limits were a bit high. I could find less expensive limits at other nearby casinos.

This was the worst customer service experience in Vegas ever. If you could find an employee they couldn’t muster the interest to pretend they cared to be of service, provide information, or offer any support. Will NEVER stay here again.

It was an amazing stay. We were offered an upgrade to a Suite, it was beautiful! After we checked out, I needed a place to work while my husband was at a trade show, The staff led me to the Fed Ex room and checked on my needs during my stay. Very friendly staff!! Good food and good vibes!

Had a flight issue (mechanical) that caused me to cancel the first night of stay. Expedia and Mandalay Bay pointing the finger at each other with zero consideration for the customer. I was charged an inflated one night room fee.
Will NEVER use Expedia again and if at all possible, never stay at an MGM Resort property again. Completely lack of empathy for a situation out of my control.
Worst travel experience in over 30 years of global travel.

A good comfortable stay
The hotel is nice. Rooms are clean and comfortable and pretty spacious for a base room. Bathroom was very nice, two sinks and a big bathtub and separate shower. I typically stay at the Cosmopolitan. This room did not look fancy like there, but it was very comfortable. Also, everyone who works at MB is very friendly and helpful.

The beach area isn't entirely open during this time (winters) and we booked this resort just for that so it was a bummer to find out that it is closed :( But overall everything else was great! good location, not too far from other great resorts and casinos on the strip.

You cant use the fridge unless you want to pay a lot, cant use their pods , its motion sensored so dont touch anything. I had to bring my own pods, and shelf milk because of the fridge situation. 18 dollars a day to park, ridiculous, i go to atlantic city and pay 20 once and can go in and out the whole stay. The drains barely drain and at least once a day you can smell sewage.

Don't open the fridge or move anything on the tables. Everything is motion sensitive and they will charge your room. If you do anything like basically take a deep breath....they will charge your room. Don't expect to get your deposit back because even though you pay the "resort fees" when you're checking in....guess what? They charge your room more. I expected Vegas to be expensive but WOW. Some things aren't necessary.

There doesn’t seem to be any sense of urgency. Don’t do valet if you are needing to get some where on a hurry. Takes 45 minutes to get it. They also nickel and dime you for everything.

Very strict and pricey.
This hotel has to much hidden fees. If you want room service, you have to pay for it. They have a lot of snacks and a mini bar of drinks but if you move anything from where its placed they charge you for it. And the prices for those drinks and snacks are VERY high.

This was the first time I went to Vegas and only went to one casino. Mandalay Bay had everything I needed. Everything was super fun. Food was great. I absolutely loved it. Definitely going back.

The hotel was clean and easy to get your Uber/lyft. I was surprised that the in room coffee was $15 and I had to go out of my room to find it somewhere else. The dining options were great as well as the elevator system.

I was expecting way more from this hotel! When we arrived i couldn’t believe the condition of the chairs in our room. They were filthy and worn. I certainly would not sit in them. There was a dirty kleenex in our room. Stuff all over the bathroom walls. Towels had staining as did bedding.
In the evening we returned and I used the bathroom. Flushed and that was it. NO water in the hotel. Taps, toilets or shower. Nothing! Absolutely ridiculous. I called to try to get out of my reservation and go elsewhere and was told no. So, couldn’t flush a toilet but had to stay or loose my money! The next day there was water but NO hot water. What a joke. They only had one small pool open. It was very small. Total disappointment. Parking be ready to walk 10-14 minutes to get to your car from the room. No discount offered if you are staying in the hotel to see the sharks either. Never again.

I am coming to Expedia after being a faithful Bookings.com customer for years.I always got the room I paid for and expected through bookings.com
We booked a king room here this evening, and they gave us two queens . When I told them we wanted the queen, they said they were saving those for people who booked directly with the hotel. Since we booked through a third party, we did not have priority , even though they had some king suites available.

We had a great 3 days. The room atmosphere was good. It was clean and tidy when we arrived. The staff was great. We were told however that our room was going to be switched to one viewing the strip, yet it never happened and we werent informed. Seemed a little off to us. We also find it odd as a handicap, that there isnt a bench or seat anywhere to be found so i could rest for a brief moment. Unusual...

Mandalay is a beautiful hotel. Staff is very friendly. Disappointed that the bathroom was not cleaned. Dirty glasses on the tub, hair in the tub, and shower was not cleaned.

Room is very dated. Blue old carpet needs to be changed. Bathroom door doesn’t close and open well. Water temperature changes on its own. Not even a shower cap provided. Water in the room is $24, no coffee maker. Providing bottle of water is a basic rule for even a 2-3 star hotel anywhere. Would not recommend.

The hotel was clean. Didn’t smell terrible of cigarettes like some other casinos. Upon checkout I was charged $138 for mini bar expenses we did not use. I called to contest and only received an $11 credit.

Room service didn't show up one day -- glad I don't use too many towels a day. At night the room turned really cold: heat shut off at ~11pm. In-room coffee: $15 to get a cup with two Keurig caps -- even the Starbucks down the street is cheaper ('only' $6).
