Customer service was great. Breakfast was hot and really good, with a lot of to choose from, you could make your own waffles, with jam, toast bagel. oatmeal, or eggs with sausages. Quiet hotel and beds are comfortable.

One of the most sincere, pleasant and helpful check-ins.
The design of this hotel is brilliant both in convenience and appearance. Only (minor) negative was the "water saving" commode. 'Water wasting' would be more accurate--several flushes were required most of the time.

Short Staff, more food.
There was no bin for recycling. By 9:30 not enough supply of breakfast. You have to wait 10-15 minutes in line to make to make waffle, maybe additional machine would work. The staff were working hard to replenish the good, but with lots of guest, they need extra staff. Very nice front desk and staff. Great! That the housekeeping is back! Thank you!

Kofi at the front desk was incredibly helpful and friendly. Room was clean, comfortable and even had a nightlight in the bathroom which I have never seen at a hotel before and we travel a good amount. Thought that was a nice, thoughtful touch. This is the second time we have stayed here and would stay again.

Nice high rise property with nice, very large double room and bathroom. Small frdige amd microwave are convenient for a few days. Nice breakfast options and laundry on site is very handy (only 1 washer ($2.00) and 2 dryers ($1.50).

Good location and experience
Visited Boston and Holy Cross (Worcester) with my son. Hotel and staff were really nice and customer-focused. Some guest, however, did not do a good job controlling their kids and made the staff’s jobs unnecessarily difficult.

Clean and Cozy
The hotel is clean and cozy. The service at the front desk is good. It’s better than I expected for a 2.5 star hotel. We will surely stay in this hotel when we come to Boston again. My only concern is that the curtain can’t be closed completely.

Our go-to hotel for Waltham. It’s clean, staff are great, rooms are exactly as they look on the website, and there is free breakfast coffee and standard-fare breakfast buffet items. We’ve stayed a couple of times and it’s great value. Clean clean clean.

Their was little remness of hair on sink like hair shavings sink was not wiped down good and fridge did not get cold and was on high setting so did not keep our milk cold and front desk guy was great just made you feel uncomfortable coming in and out he would say ohhh your back out again?? We only stayed 1 night to be closer to airport as we were coming back home to texas so we only brought 1 bag up but we have a 3 year old and had to go back down a few times to get her things to play with and also head to grocery store to get our snacks for plane the front desk guy just made you feel like we should stay in the room

Overall it was a good stay
I enjoyed my stay at Hampton Inn in Boston/Waltham. It was clean, the staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. The only complaints I have is the light in bathroom would sometimes flicker and mess with my eyes. The tv would have a static glitch where a line would sometimes run through the picture. The phone in my room would continuously beep when it was on the charger. I had to take it off the charger for it to stop.

Friendly service, check in/out was easy, they have a snack bar to purchase snacks with a good size selection. They also had other nice amenities that we didn’t get to take advantage of. We didn’t get to have the free breakfast but that is also offered. Room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The water pressure of the shower wasn’t the greatest but really wasn’t an issue. Would definitely stay again.

BEWARE!
This hotel refused to provide me with a refund after cancelling my 2-day stay due to contacting COVID. I was extremely ill and sadly unable to attend my daughter's college "Family Weekend." I was charge $300 dollars for one day. They are not concern about consumers health and safety. Mr. Alejandro(Manager) stated that I needed a doctor's note. My positive COVID test was not enough. This is not about the money but about the health and safety of others.

I was so disappointed! Based on fabulous reviews, I thought it would at least be a comfortable nights sleep. The pillows are cheap, horrible and painful. The blankets were terrible and the breakfast was just barely okay. We could not get any sleep and had a long drive the next day.

Great place to stay!

It was a nice hotel the staff was very friendly. The only bad thing was it was a little noisy at night people would hang out in the back of the hotel talking loud and drinking. So from our room you could hear them. When your trying to go to sleep it was annoying. But besides that it was a good breakfast and safe friendly place.

We booked a two queen room. One of bed was not made with fresh sheets after the previous guest. We had to call the front desk for a set of fresh sheets. We are happy to tip the housekeeper, but please enforce a better quality control management on house cleaning.

I was traveling alone with my young daughter. Safety was my top priority and this hotel was it! There was always an attendant at the front Breakfast was great with lots of seating. Elevators were always working and were quick. The pool area was safe and was very well maintained. I would definitely stay there again if I found myself in the Boston area in the future.
