Stay away.
You get what you pay for. This place is disgusting. It started with standing in line to check in for 2 hours and 19 minutes. I finally got to my room at 1:30am with 3 small children because I guess the internet was down so the line to check in was wrapped around the building. But I don’t actually know if the computers were down because no one gave us the courtesy of letting us know what was happening. Then I get to the room and it’s absolutely atrocious. Stained beds, sheets, carpet. No towels or toilet paper in the room. Everything filthy. A family suite with bunk beds that don’t have blankets. Writing on the walls. Dirty bathroom. It was shockingly bad. I’ve always been of the mindset I don’t care if a hotel is cheap when I will be at theme parks all day and won’t be spending any time in my room. But this goes far beyond the nastiest place I have ever stayed. There is zero comfort or cleanliness and I definitely did not feel safe unloading my car in the parking lot. Not worth it. Stay away.

No food on premises. Was told 2 day prior to stay that there was no food and no maid service unless given 24 hours notice. Only given 4 towels for a 3 night stay and no pool towels.

There was once a time when this hotel was decent but those days are long gone. It wasn't communicated that the on site restaurant and convenience store was closed down. My room's carpet was filthy and the bathtub didn't work properly. One of the TV remotes and electrical outlets didn't work either. The top bunk bed didn't look safe for my kid to sleep on. This stay was awful and I hope major renovations is in this property's near future.

The door wouldn't shut until you slammed it 5-6 times. The lights had no switches. The phone didn't work. There appeared to be mold in the bathroom.

The property was disgusting, There was multiple things broken in my room, it smelled like cigarettes and urine. The people that worked there were not helpful at all. There was cars driving crazy in the parking lot. There was guys in fold out chairs smoking a cigarettes in the parking lot. All good places were closed. It was terrible I was scared each night I stayed.

Pictures are not what you get!
I reserved 3 rooms for me and my family. All were in disrepair. Either a wall was patched, or in my room, the hair dryer wasn't even attached to the wall. In my Nephew's room, there was not a protector on the outlets. My room had been smoked in and had an unpleasant foul odor. You could tell that the rooms were just getting them by. For the price, I should have known better.

Where to start. The night of check in there were two people (only one working) waited over 45min yo be checked in. We got to our room and it was absolutely disgusting, carpets were wet, and dirty, bed did not have proper sheets or pillows. The walls were peeling and sticky. Furniture was broken, amd missing pieces. My 2 year old daughter got scratched with fhe bedframe since it was longer than the mattress and it was hidden by the bed skirt. The brothroom was disgusting with a black tub (from dirt) the rust from the door hinges were on the floor and wall. The bathtub was clogged and would constantly stay full.
We had to sleep there that night due to there being no other rooms. The following day we were given another room, while it was a little cleaner, it had all the same issues! Pool area was falling apart and dirty. Expedia PROMISED a full refund in lieu if relocating us and now they are stating they are not refunding me the money to stay at this horrendous hotel. STAY AWAY!!!!

Room with strong mold smell, carpet old, stained and probably older than me. Towels in the bathroom were in urgent need of change.
But the worst thing is the Internet scam they post photos of the rooms and you actually believe is ok but surprised they won’t returned you the booking money even though they lured you with fake photos.
0/10 not recommended.
I did checked out 15 minutes after checking in.

Everything in the room was old and worn down looking. We got ready for bed and then found several roaches. I ended up killing 14 roaches before we got up and left to find another hotel. I am not picky but this is unacceptable.

I rent two rooms and in both all the furnitures were broken, the carpet floor was dirty and the window's curtain did work propretly.
On one room the bathroom door was broken, loose from the bottom hinge.
On the other room the front door didn't lock well, pushing it from outside you could easily open it. The bathroom door frame was rusted and with hole on it.
We reported all the issues and nothing was done, we'll never come back to that place. Before we left I told the reception lady to please do not give those room to any other guest they are unsafe, dirty and nasty.

There is a reason this place was cheap. This place is very sketchy. The workers were nice enough, but there were three groups of people checking-in in front of me. One looked like a drunk homeless dude, and the others were on meth. Room was dirty. Everything in the room was falling apart. I only booked this place because I thought it was cheap and close to the airport, but it’s like 25 min from the airport. Would not recommend for a family, but if just looking for cheap bed for a night, I guess it was okay.

We enjoyed our stay until the last night. There were children un attended screaming at the pool going in and out up until 3 am. Very unacceptable when we had a 14 hour trip home the next moring starting at 5 am.

This property is nasty, the employees are not professional, they don’t care about complaints. The crew of cleaning and security look really getto and they are joking around the area and you think they are homeless. The hotel stinks the rooms are nasty stink and have mold. I find spiders webs all around the room the areas are disgusting some other areas was close. The gym was small and only have 3 machine and didn’t work. The hotel look more for homless people. The parking lot is unsafe. You see people living in the cars parked in front the property. Trash in the parking lot this place was really nasty didn’t recommend. Please aware!!!! The only place look decent was the lobby but at soon you go to the rooms is really bad.

There was nothing special about this place. It is a big fat disappointment. The room was horrible and look nothing like the pictures they put online. These people are a scam. We loved the area, walking distance to Old Town, close to Walmart. We didnt like that they had no security and the parking lot was open to others that did not stay at the hotel and people would use the pool.

There was no hot water at all, and the shower also does not have any water coming out. In addition, the heater did not work at all, while the room was too cold. After reporting these issues, the staff members suggested me to leave for a full refund, but then they refunded only half of the money. I am seeing them to the court and see how they respond.

This hotel has the worse service staff. I had to wait in a line of about 15 people to check in, and it took about 45 minutes. Once I got to the room, the room smell moldy and cigarette odor. I went to the front desk for a change of room, the second room was the same. I had to checked out that same night and made a reservation in another hotel. What they show in picture is not what you will see in reality.

It took them over an hour to check in five people. You will be subjected to a 45 second loop of insanity-destroying music from the arcade machine nearby the entire hour you spend waiting in line. Signs around the facility indicate ice and vending, but there are no ice machines and none of the vending machines work. Do not step in or splash the puddles in the parking lot, they are sewage. Once you make it to your room you will find that there is a desk but no chair to sit in. No turn down service ever hit our room, better bring your own toilet paper. I would give it zero stars but there was a cat so it gets one star.

Rooms and furniture needs remodeled and up graded. A lot of rust. Toliets and bathroom lights need to be fixed. Play ground area in terrible shape weeds, rotten benches not safe for kids.
Employees courteous and knowledgeable. Room rates are very reasonable.

The worst experience I ever had staying in a Hotel , really dirty , front desk personal was very rude , they gave a room that the key did not work , after 3 trips to the front desk they gave a different room which it was filthy , the door latch was about yo fall down, after showing the first morning the Shower handle came off , called front desk they said that they will send someone to fix it , after I came back at night , the water was still running , I called front desk again and the receptionist was extremely rude and said that i need to go yo the front desk since It was late at night when I came back , I told them that they had all day to fix it , and they can send someone soon or fix it tomorrow after I check out , the receptionist hang up on me , so after I check out , they charge me $300 abd claim. That I broke the shower , I tried Calling the hotel Manager or someone to explain to me why I was being charge , they ignored my calls , after few days trying , I finally spoke to a manager and said that I need to speak to the maintenance personnel so they can decide if they will refund my money , I tried reaching out to that mysterious maintenance personal , left my number and they never call me back.
This Hotel or the hotel personal are running a scam, if you go to the better business bureau website you will see that they have a lot complaints about not refunding money and rooms being in very poor and unsanitary conditions . The worst experience ever. Avoid this place

Restful convince but not resort
Great place to rest excellent location,rooms are outdated not the most cleaned but it's near everything and rooms are big and very comfortable pool is clean lobby is nice service is horrible Lobby staff are not very friendly they do not communicate or try to explain fees and services it's a slow check in and communication between Libby and house keeping is poor.Ovwr all don't expect a Resort type of hotel it's more of a 3star hotel with location convince.I would over all stay again and recommend I rested and enjoyed being closed to Old Town and other locations.

Just terrible. So much neglect. We tried three rooms before we were given one that we could actually stay in. Although, the toilet did break in that one too and the carpets were dirty. Oh, and there were roaches. When I went to reception to complain about the condition of the rooms, I was told "well some rooms are more desirable than others". I asked for the most desirable room then. When we got in it and I had to go back to reception and ask to be moved again. Each time I was in reception, there was someone else complaining. It's got to be hard for the staff to keep motivated. I'm sure they deal with so many upset people. They can only work with the resources they are given. On our check out date we were at the CVS machine by the executive offices. A lady walked past us very nicely dressed and walked straight into the offices. Didn't say good morning. Didn't ask us how our stay was. I was really quite rude. Despite how poorly the hotel is being maintained and the disappointment most guest must have, she seemed to be doing well. When people are traveling from all over the world spend crazy money to be here, this hotel will definitely be a huge disappointment. I can't recommend this hotel.

Nasty dirty
I have stay at serlogo for 10 years. I will never go back.Hot tub and pool closed. Both were dirty. The restaurant and store closed. When I key card stop working had to send security to let us in. House keep would let us have towel made up go to front desk. Have a family of cat living there. Stiff was rude. Made us wait 3 for our room when mist the rooms are empty.

Terrible place. The restaurant, bar and snack station were all closed. Woke up to the biggest cockroach I’ve ever seen crawling next to my son’s bed. His bed was more like a jail bed. My sheets were sewn where there were holes and random cars were tryi g to get in our room. checked out and no compassion or compensation for what we went through.

the rooms had a mildew smell. There were bugs that we killed had to check out 1 day early because some in our party got sick and then we had serve weather coming in ask to get refunded for the loss of the one day and was told no, tried to call them about coming in late because we were at Disney, they just kept hanging up on me .our room bathroom the toilet and the door hit so they just snotched out the door but it still hit just over all we were not impressed with this hotel

EVERYTHING BROKE WITH ROACHES.
Been stayi g here for about 12 yrs.
Place is in bed shape need complete remodeling.
Pool and hot tub closed
Very little hot water.
Heat broke a/c stuck on even when powered off front desk never sent maintenance.
So froze all noght.
Need to keep some lights on to minimize the roaches which are very bad.
Feet were black from carpet.
Cancelled my last night went across street and got hotel.
Needs serious work.
Nit recommended for children roaches are very bad.

The hotel was accommodating to what I needed.. place to sleep and shower.. that’s it! it was ok enough.. great location plenty of potential. This is not a family or vacation spot one day and out! They’re in need of an upgrade! Nothing in this room is from this decade! Clean sheets and towels.. didn’t see any FL creepy crawlers.. staff was good.. Seralago management please renovate these rooms! I shouldn’t have a power strip in my room.. remove one of the dressers either the closet or the room no need for both of them and please trash the couch! Steam and shampoo these carpets!! Clean the AC UNIT! Please get USB PORTS AT MINIMUM.. you’re in a great location you have the potential to sell out daily! I’ll love to come back once it’s done other than that NOOOO! NOT A “resort”! Definitely don’t bring toddlers! Oh and buy more trash cans around the units not these big plastic bins!!!

First all the features they said they have wasn’t available. Room smell nasty condition of the same was nasty moldy dirty. I couldn’t stay on that room and they didn’t refund back the money. I hope your as a third party can resolve my issue.

I am not happy with this "resort". Yes, the price is pretty cheap, but they do charge a resort fee which is a joke. This place is a dump! Old, dirty, falling apart. They do not service the rooms. At least they told me this at check-in, but whoa, it is in bad shape. The mattesses were hard as the floor. Just a light fleece blanket. Lights didn't work. Roaches crawling around. We were supposed to stay 6 nights but we couldn't take it and left earlier. Didnt complain. Just left. The pool did look nice. Never saw the restaurant open to try that either.

The first room we were put in, the bed frame was broken. The second room, carpets feel dirty. One of the beds is off the frame. The hotel states a food court and tiki bar, neither were opened the entire stay. Needs better quality linen and an overall new face lift. Hotel is in a great area, should live up to its potential and upgrade those rooms.

THE HORROR HOTEL
this place was so so so bad that we could not stay. as soon as i opened the door to the room, it smelled like someone was killed in there and they did not clean it up well enough. Like sewage...the carpet was bumpy and dirty. It looked like bed bugs and rodents lived there from the bad smell. The doors are all falling apart and the next door room had barrels in them like a storage room. There was no light in the parking lot of the back rooms, the customer service tried to tell us that it was better in the rooms on the upper floor because homeless tries to get in the bottom rooms anyway. LIKE omg really why would i stay there. HORRIBLE, it should be shut down and rebuilt. that is how bad this place was.

Some of this property has been renovated; my room had not. Several lamps inside were non-functional; the spigot didn't do cold; the bed was... not great. Not horrible but not great. For the price point (i.e., dirt cheap), this motel is ok.

Need Upgrade!
I was kind of disappointed with the room's condition, the bathroom door was old and falling apart, and the carpet looked dirty and old. There was a water leak in the bathroom. TV barely worked and the curtains and lamps were too old and are falling apart. It needs an upgrade. The price was fair even though taxes and hotel fees increased noticeably. I stayed here a couple of times my first time the room wasn't that bad.

I stayed here 10-15 years ago and it was nice. The positive: Front desk, security, and maintenance were so kind and fun! Negative; My door never worked. Every time I needed to get into my room, I needed to call the desk and have security break me in. The key didn’t work, then the inner security latch came on when I closed the door and trapped me outside. Then, the door key worked but the handle wouldn’t turn. The light didn’t turn off, so I wasn’t able to sleep for 2 of the 3 nights. The bathroom fan was very loud. The front desk told me the hot tubs were open, but I went all 3 days with no hot tubs because they were closed. That was the main reason I booked this. Finally, I was sitting in some chairs trying to work online. The staff came into the room and started yelling and cussing at me such other and talking about things like “I have to piss.” That’s very unprofessional, and I was having a meeting with a student whom I didn’t want to hear that. This isn’t the staff’s fault. It seems like an ownership problem.

From the front and the pictures online, it looks like a fantastic resort. The lobby looks nice and so do the rooms. I walked in to check in and there were 14 people in front of me. When I got my room, I I had to go three buildings back. The whole way back it smelled of urine and drugs. There was trash all over the place. I have stayed in some hotels where the buildings needed to be updated before, but nothing ever like this. I did not at all feel safe. I turned around and got an Uber and left. Don’t let the nice pictures fool you online. This is not the place to be at night.

I've come here for years with my girls and this hotel was pretty decent and clean for the price. Now almost everything was wrong with it. Not coming back for a long time unless they clean up their act, literally. Carpet was stained, dirty and broken, tub was not cleaned because the brown dirt in it came out easily. A pillow case was stained, and that's all I remember.

We checked in for 1 night to explore Old Town and checked straight back out. The rooms are filthy, I've stayed in plenty of rooms in Orlando for arouns the same cost which have been absolutely fine. The guy on reception couldnt have done more to help, he let us look at 2 other rooms which were marginally better than the first but definitely not somewhere I would spend the night.
