This property was in such poor condition. It made my wife cry when we checked in and got in the room. There’s not enough space in this remark column to describe what this hotel was like, but we could not stay there and we lost our money.

The only positive was it was clean. Otherwise minimal or out of towels, very outdated rooms, room keys had to be reprogrammed twice, noise from around and above room, could hear water running as if was our room, must have been in a sketchy area according to front office security measures, and lastly wasn’t the lowest cost either. Would not recommend!

Would not give 100 $ cash deposit back untill 8:30 a.m. of check out date . Would have missed 10:00 a.m. fleight . Cockrach in tub , bugs bathroom floor , no battery insmoke detecter , heat lamp bulb missing bathroom , bathroom towels thin worn out . Remove this motel from Expeda highly recomended . 100 $ refunded some how .

STAY AWAY!! This place is disgusting. Where to start... From the minute you arrive the very rude host demands a 50$ cash deposit to ensure you check out by 11. Otherwise you lose it. Then you get in the gross room. Filthy floors, baseboards, walls, and ceiling. The beds are old and broken. And they sink. The tv has exactly 4 channels, 0 of which come in clearly. AND if you bring any of this up to the owner(?), His response is "Oh well, if you don't like it then cancel"
Also, while not their fault, the area is a s* hole. I was propositioned by a prostitute at the gas station next door... At noon. I get that it's a budget hotel, but this place is disgusting. Stay somewhere else.

I was suppose to stay here for a family trip, but from the reviews I didn’t feel safe and I didn’t even check in the hotel. The area looked very sketchy and I notice that there were a lot of homeless people hanging around.

Dirty. Rude employees. Booked a month in advance and I get there and they tell me to come back at 5 and see if a room is available. I took a Uber from airport to this hotel, what am I supposed to do for the next 4 hours while we wait and see if a room is available? Waste of time and money and this hotel is dirty AF !

Worse hotel ive seen in 50 years.
Burn holes in beds,bathroom door kicked in, dirty, nasty, foul smells, i stayed 20 minutes said screw the 100 dollars and reserved a room somewhere else. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!

Just needed a place to sleep, the bed was broken. They charge a $50 cash deposit, We had to wait until 8:15 to get deposit back wanted to leave a 7:00. They charge a deposit so get frustrated and leave and they keep the cash. They do lock your car in overnight in gated area. There is no swimming pool. I would never stay there again. I can't believe expedia would have this site listed under there name.

Last resort hotel
The staff was very nice and helpful!
But...
There was a very strong odor of marijuana throughout the building. Every fabric was stained. The beds were stiff and holes in the box springs on the sides. There was trash under the beds. The microwave wouldn't open. Other guests were constantly moving in the halls throughout the night making a lot of noise. This gave me alot of concern, especially since the safety latch was missing on our door - I propped a chair under the door handle instead.
Much of the building appears in disrepair.

A living nightmare
The worst place I’ve ever stayed at, I booked three rooms for 10 days on a business trip, they all smell like cigarettes, sheets, towels and soap are very low quality, cockroaches all over.
I had to call my agent Hotels.com to cancel the reservation the very next day but they were not able to communicate with the management of the hotel and made me wait thus I had to stay a second night and I decided to leave, I asked at the front desk to cancel my stay and they said I had to do it through my agent, Hotels.com were never able to communicate with their management and I had to pay three rooms for 10 days for a place I was obligated to spend two nights at, I still haven’t received any reimbursement from HOTELS.COM even though I have been a customer fir years

The property was easy to locate, however, they had a security deposit which is no problem. The problem was that they would only accept cash. The rooms are old, but clean. they only provided 2 towels and 1 hand towel, no wash clothes. the bed was covered with only a sheet and a cotton throw, no blankets. The staff acted like you were bothering them if you asked for anything. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.

The trashiest motel in Phoenix - fire alarm went off for 20 minutes in middle of the night and found cockroaches in bathroom. Epitome of ghetto! Also don't be fooled by picture of that pool - swimming pool is in disrepair and has no water and hasn't worked in over 1 year!!!

This place is run down, lots of homeless and drug traffic. The staff is very judgmental and rude. Apparently you can not have visitors or they will put you on their DO NOT TENT LIST. I had some family and friends visit and the next morning I was told I was out on the DNR list for too much traffic.

I like that they provided me with a bed to sleep in. I disliked the dysfunctional toilets they provided, the individuals smoking crack in the stairway, the lack of WiFi which was an advertised amenity and overall careless demeanor of motel staff.

Hotel needs to be shutdown or totally reworked
By far the worst hotel we ever stayed at. Infested, no wifi. Hardly any channels. Furniture tore up. Ice machine damaged. Smokers and baddies hanging out in and around hotel. One particular front desk lady was giving me and my mother problems. Will highly recommend do NOT go to this motel. Stay away!!

this place was horrible. the staff was an absolute circus show to deal with and the rooms were disgusting. i walked in to a mildew odor and shortly after walking into my room discovered roaches. the place was infested with roaches. they did not want to give me a refund and i still have no received one as well as they made getting my deposit back the most impossible mission.

Pool was not opened, which other hotels were opened, Ice Machine not working, trash and broke bottle where in walk way area. In and outside smell of smoke, broken down sink, bath tub dirty. Soap was used. We didn't stay went some where else. Un safe area for our vehicle. Front clerk with out mask, guest with out mask, no sanitizer provide. Pen everyone using to sign.

Bathroom vanity broke, bathroom door broke and glued together, bathroom handle doesnt work, faucet in bathroom leaks all over the counter foul smell in the bathroom bed uncomfortable only 14 channels to choose from on TV. Smells like weed in the hallways and looks lime this is where all the other hotels get rid of thier old furniture everything is so dated and old it isnt even funny. Will not be staying here again. Could be really nice but needs a major remodel

The office staff are extremely rude. It is ibvious thatvthey are unhapoy sitb their positions, or life in general.
When we checked in and went to our room, the room was either occupied or the room had not been cleaned. We were able to swirch rooms. The second room we were gien had a non working tv. We changed rooms again. The third room we were given had othdr occupants.e

Disappointed.
Desk person she wasn't very friendly or helpful. The ice machine was out of order. The security gate was out of order and a side door entrance was locked. The bathroom vanity cabinet was pretty much destroyed and the toilet would flush multiple times.

Motel was in really bad shape and ice machine didn't work when asked about the pool we were told it was closed. On our second day we came back from being at a ball game and TV didn't work so they moved us to another room which the TV didn't work either They moved us a total of four times before we got a room where the TV worked started room 127 then 128 then 113 finely room 103 Really for $90 a night this was ridicules. We will never stay in a budget Inn again or use Expedia again you should know the motels you have on your site.

I found trash on the floor, it smelled like smoke, and the day front desk person didn’t want to get up and help. There was one iron at the front desk I had to go get myself. The only hair dryer had to be tracked down from housekeeping and the front desk was rude about it. There were no wash cloths in the room. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. It’s making Expedia look bad that you would even offer it. I didnt stay there the second night even though I had already paid for it. Worst hotel experience I’ve ever encountered.

Sometimes people say you get what you pay for. In this case, you get worse than what you pay for.
The bathroom mirror was cracked but "repaired" with wha looked like silicone. The mattress creaked. There were no usb charging ports that are so common nowadays. The view outside my window offered construction trash.

Not some place to right home too...
Do to a family emergency 1st they told my Husband Daughter she couldn't get the room because she had to be there at 2pm but do to family emergencies with child she could not leave children's hospital and they told her she wouldn't be able to get the room, so i went up there since i paid for tge room and 1 room no water another the shower didnt work , the room we got no screen on window and do to it being a smoking room it looked like a a disaster no latch and no swing lock, pillows were yellow everything had burn marks on it , door bed, sheets, floor. Really disappointing that my husband daughter and child had to sleep there. And unfortunately they had too.

I called early the morning of reservation and asked about early check in and was told sure. I arrived at hotel at 2:35pm ( check in usually 3pm) and was told I had to wait until after 3pm. I had a meeting to be at by 3 pm and was unable to just wait around. The girl at the desk was very rude and snotty, I didn't even bother going back and never checked in. I slept in my car, even though I paid for a room here. I'm very disappointed

The property is getting pretty run down, mantainence leaves a lot to be desired. Screens falling off the exterior of the building.
The furniture Is in poor shape, on one chair the upholstery was worn completely through, all of the furniture was damaged and in poor shape. There were multiple paint spills on the carpeting and bathroom floors.

Place was truly awful. No WIFI minimal TV pool was closed by the county. Rooms were old and delapitated. Continental breakfast consisted of packaged Danish and coffee. Many people were outraged at the hotel conditions and amenities.

First the location was bad, drugs prostitution, felt scared i was going to be robbed. Second once in room #120 i found drugs in bathroom, notified manager steffani and she didnt appoligies or say any thing but take drugs away, i took pictures and video of it. The walls had feces on them. Also the overwhelming smell of clorox and bleach in this motel gave me a headach for staying one night.. The continental breakfast was a small coffee and a huney bun thats all..worst experience of my life.. Also the motel charged $45 while travelocity charged me $67. Thanks for the worst and horrifing experince travelocity. Last time i book with you...

As soon as we walk in there was someone harassing me about having marijuana on me or a cigarette for them .if it wasn’t as late as It was when I checked in I would’ve left with my kids .. I walked into the room and it seem like we got the worst room there , the walls had plastered the restroom toilet broken ,There were roaches all over the restroom floor not to mention outside there were people yelling music like there was a party till like maybe 2 AM and nobody said nothing nobody stop it I couldn’t sleep. this will be the last time we get a room there I guess it’s true you you get what you pay for even though they’re cheap rooms they are very uncomfortable and disgusting

going into our room there were no sheets on the bed and grocery bags with trash in them we went to the front desk to get a new room which thankfully they did. Also breakfast was said to be included but when I went in there was nothing except juice out would not recommend or return.

Terrible awful staff was unfriendly and not helpful at all had me standing there waiting while the two girls at the desk chitchatted about their lives and pretended I was invisible after about five minutes I’ve videoed the remaining eight minutes and it’s not until they noticed I was recording what they were doing did they even acknowledge me and then they had a rude answer

Good place if you are low on funds.
My stay was not good both times i stayed. The front desk person had horrible attitude and the second time i was there it was shift change... i had already handed my ID to the clerk but instead of giving me my room i waited 20 minutes for the next girl to literally give me my keys and copy in a mattter of 1 minute..
The room was ok for the price i only noticed roaches the second time i stayed but they were small and didnt bother me (gross i know) but overall if you dont have much money and need a place to sleep a few hours and shower before getting back on the road this is definitely a place to go
