Wonderful overnight stay while in town to see “Hamilton.”
$62 for parking was a little pricey for one night but that was the only complaint.

The lobby was clean & check in was smooth. Not enough towels in the room & ended up having to request them 4x for 3 hours before any became available. No blankets and was told they unfortunately had no clean blankets, they were "in the process of cleaning them all".
The stay could have been worse, but we will not be going back. Towels & Blankets, simple expectations.

Hotel is clean and comfortable, location is excellent, easy walk to The Mag Mile and The Navy Pier, Millenium Park is a little further but still walkable. A continental breakfast would be nice! Would stay there again.

Nice hotel at a very affordable price
Nice hotel in a great location. Only complaints would be that the tv reception was lagged quite a bit the entire stay - and one happened to be a football game we were looking forward to watching. Also, no vending or convenience items available although there is a small grocery store right next door. Wished their coffee bar opened before 7, but now I’m just getting picky. Ha ha!

We enjoyed our stay. Especially liked the convenient location to Mag Mile and the Loop.. both were walking distance. Beds were clean and comfy. Lobby was nice with a Starbucks and place to eat breakfast.

The beds and pillows are so uncomfortable. The keys would randomly stop working. You need the key to access the elevator. It worked but when I got to my room it did not. This happened several times. Very frustrating. If your room is along
Ohio St it’s very loud.

Couldn’t get to the hotel, streets were closed protesters were everywhere. Had to drive out of Chicago and stay in a different hotel. Called to try and cancel but was told it was too late.

The parking garage elevator was not functioning, which made parking and getting your vehicle very difficult. There was no reduction in cost for the overnight parking due to this extreme inconvenience. Everyone was struggling with this being so difficult.

Great Hotel and Great Location
This was a very nice hotel in a great location and at a great price. The room was spacious and clean and the service was excellent. When I got into the room I noticed that the A/C unit was making a high-pitched noise so I called the front desk and within 10 minutes a service person came to replace the unit.
The Magnificent Mile and River North attractions were well within walking distance and cab service, when needed, was available in minutes.
I would, definitely, stay here again.

The location and walkable location was prime. The building needs updated and the pool is not for kids. If your kids can let swim you better not take your eye off of them. A kid almost drowned on Tuesday night and mine almost downed the night after. The shallow end is very small and the drop off comes quick. Overall we will stay here again. The capital grill is walking distance and it’s the best in the city.

This property is definitely not worth more than $200 a night. Bathrooms are in rough shape…drains don’t drain, mold on the ceiling broken cabinets and there was hair all over the floor. Mattresses also need to be replaced. Staff was very friendly but rooms need updating.

On the website we paid over $300 for a room with a city view and made sure it had parking. Parking was an additional 67.00 for the night totaling over $400 for a one night stay with now city view! I was so upset spoke you he front desk and they brushed me off stating I have to take it up with the 3rd party how I booked the golfeo with ( Expedia)

Limpio y bien ubicado
El Hotel está muy bien y muy bien ubicado, solo que 2 parejas se pelearon en la madrugada pateaban las puertas y se gritaron durante 1 hora y no llegaba seguridad ni la policía hasta después de 1 hora llego la policía , el hotel no nos cobró esa noche, lo único es lo tardado de resolver el problema.
De todo lo demás muy bien, limpio y ubicado

Location is amazing it’s must visit
I love love love this location! Roof top pool is amazing. It’s good for kids I bought my 2 and 3 year old to Chicago perfect walking distance to navy pier and the amazing beach too. Close enough to walk to Dunkin in the morning- even though their Starbucks in the hotel that was great too. When I come back I’ll rebook this hotel bc of the location and the pool.
