Stopped in here for a quick nights sleep while traveling. We were only here for about 7 hours and only to sleep so cannot speak for most of the hotel but the room was nice, bed was comfy. Only dislike is the highway being so close you hear the semi trucks all night.

Wrestling tournament trip
Our stay was great. Very very friendly staff from check in to housekeeping went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. And they are very honest. I realize about 25 min after our check out that my IPad was left in the room.?I called back the housekeeper went to room found the iPad and took it to the front desk for me to pick up!

Leaking ceiling/bathroom
We were woke up at midnight to a sound of dripping water. Got up and there was a big leak coming from upstairs to our bathroom ceiling that was getting worse and worse. Called receptionist they sent someone and only gave us more towels and expected us to go back to sleep. I had to call back and request a change of room. Understand these things happen but they didn't change our room until we requested it. Bad in my book. We were on the 6th floor.

The place to stay when you go to Bristol
We stayed at this hotel from Friday to Monday. We were in town for the NASCAR Race. I wish i could have brought the bed home with me. I slept very well. The room was very clean and nice. The hotel staff were wonderful. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Lovely, clean hotel
First off, ignore GPS which has you stopping at the Courtyard by Marriott. The Delta by Marriott is the next hotel on the left. It’s a beautiful hotel and very clean. Breakfast is not free but tasty. We were on the 9th floor, and the room was very nice with a gorgeous view of the Smoky Mountains. The only downside is the road noise. The front desk was very polite and helpful.

As other reviewers have said, the traffic from the highway is very loud. They would benefit replacing the glass with a more sound proof one. The property is aware, they leave a preprinted note in the room that states you can ask for earplugs from the front desk! My son and husband used them, but since they are not high quality, they became very uncomfortable during the night. Other than that, the property and hotel is lovely. Be aware that breakfast is not included, but a Starbucks is nearby.

Scammed me out of money
Stay was okay. Only issue I have is that I told the hotel staff at check-in and check-out that I reserved and pre-paid for my room via Hotels.com. They claimed to only put a $50 hold for incidentals on my card. Instead they charged my card for a full night stay. Now that I’m trying to contact someone at the hotel to fix the issue, no one answers the phone.

Better than rated
I used to stay here regularly under its previous brand and they have done a great job on the facelift of the whole property. It is done from the lobby to the rooms and bathrooms. When I don’t want to hear some highway noise I don’t stay at any hotel that is directly next to a highway. The air conditioning blocked it all out for me here. I’m not sure why it doesn’t get better rating. I will definitely stay there again

The room was spacious and spotless. Bedding very comfortable. Unable to sleep due to traffic noise from interstate. Think it is pretty funny on booking room web page there is a check area if you want FREE breakfast for $34.00.

Very clean hotel, top quality. Very nice spacious room, and very clean. The bed was so comfortable! The exercise room was amazing! Very nice machines. Would have been nice to have coffee in the lobby. And also you have to pay for breakfast. Would have been nice if it was included.

The amount of volume we could hear in our room was crazy. It was like there was zero insulation. It sounded like semi’s were coming through the room all through the night. In the morning it sounded like the maids were inside our room cleaning and slamming things. I’ve never stayed in a hotel where you could hear everything outside your room and window like this place.
Also it was so dry in our room. Like every ounce of moisture was sucked out. My boyfriend and I were Up most of the night because of the high level of sound and we felt like we were in a desert because it was next level dry in there. Not sure what that’s about.

Could be great but lacking basic comfort
The place was very updated and the lobby was beautiful. The staff was all very friendly. But apparently only 2 ice machines work in the building not on our floor. Which would not be so inconvenient if all the elevators were operating, but out of three only one was operating. Plus the pillows were flat and the mattress was hard. With all that and the paper thin walls (there were people and children in the hallway at all hours of the night) we were not able to sleep the two nights we were there.

Mostly a good stay. Looks like the hotel was a reno. First time staying. The front office gal was friendly but didn’t give us any info on the hotel and features. Room was clean, a few hairs in the tub. Bed was comfortable and nice. Hotel lobby smelled a little odd but was very nice. Overall nice place.

I just didn’t like walking into the room and having a sucker wrapper on the bed. We had family in another room and they had to switch rooms due to something spilled on the floor and it wasn’t cleaned up.

The hotel was clean and conveniently located. Housekeeping was prompt, courteous, friendly. However, the amount of noise that you could hear within the room made for the most miserable hotel stay I’ve ever experienced. The interstate traffic was annoyingly loud. The elevator noise sounded like a roller coaster taking off every 30 seconds or so. No amount of other noise drowned it out. I left and bought air plugs and a sound machine and could still hear it. I was there for an event taking place within the hotel or I would have left. I did not sleep for 4 nights and felt like I was slowly being driven mad by the constant screeching. I did ask the front desk for any suggestions several times, but they told Me they’d have a manager contact me but never did. I will never stay here again

Nascar scalping
Taking advantage of a nascar race going on 30 min away, the price was ridiculous. Beside that, not a bad place. No refrigerator in the room, which should be standard especially given the price. 6 out of 10

Just "ok" would not stay again
Rooms were not ready upon arrival (after driving 7 hours), check in staff was rude. Rooms were not clean (blue soap residue on shower shelf, hair on floor, very dusty room, trash in trash can). We stayed 2 nights and housekeeping didn't come in at all. Asked at desk for more coffee for 2nd day and we were treated like it was a huge ordeal. Pre-paid for breakfast for both days and couldn't use it the first day because we arrived at 9:45am and were told they were not taking anymore customers because they were behind and closed at 10. Hours were not posted anywhere.

It was a very enjoyable overnight stay as we celebrated our 33rd wedding anniversary! The only issue was a running toilet in the bathroom. We reported it at checkout.

My room didn’t have a fridge yet and we were charged the same amount as a room with a fridge.
Also, the website said pet friendly only to learn a pet fee was 75$. The same amount as a human fee.

After many long hours in the car, this hotel was a haven! Our room was quiet, very clean, had easy to locate amenities, had a large fridge with freezer, Starbucks brand coffee - in room -, and the type of complimentary soap that makes you want to bring the little bottles home. The beds were legitimately the softest hotel bed I have ever slept on. Oh yeah, and the tv? It had TONS of free channels. Being that it was over 100° F this past weekend, it was very nice that the room was already cool when we came in and the AC worked over time to ensure we were comfortable. Next time I go through the area, I will look to stay here first!

Limited dining No room service although it was listed as an option on the tv when you entered the room. Ice machine was not working on floor. Had to interrupt desk clerk from game when trying to check in. No information as to where anything was. Had to ask where elevators were no map in room. This Hotel was so much better when it was a Holiday Inn. Felt like my stay was an intrusion to the staff.

We arrived at midnight. First they sent us to a room that hadn’t been cleaned after the previous stay. We got a new, clean room, but there wasn’t a mini fridge, though there was a carve out in the wall where it should have been. Also, breakfast not included

We had a horrible experience after check-in. Our a/c was too loud for sleep, so we turned it off in the middle of the night. Woke to no hot water.
On check out told hot water was due to full hotel, and that we should have tried to move in the middle of the night.
No offer of assistance with refund or compensation. Said we had to deal with Expedia. I will be contacting you about a refund shortly.

The room was poorly appointed. There was no information about dining spots in the area in the room, nor was there a menu for the restaurant in the hotel. The front deck staff was nice, but all in all Days Inn would have been a better choice.

The air conditioner/heater was not working. The toilet flush was not functioning. We had breakfast at the restaurant inside the hotel and it took one hour and half for them to serve us. The order was not even delivered correctly……..

Got the the property and it’s still under construction. Didn’t have a fridge or mini fridge in the rooms. No breakfast that we paid extra for. The staff was extremely friends but the overall place was a joke and would not come back there.

This place has been under construction for at least seven years. There is no ceiling in the lobby, just exposed beams and wiring. There really isn't a lobby, just a couple of couches crowded by the elevator. No breakfast, no lobby coffee, and with construction work going on. My room had not been properly cleaned--I found an empty drink bottle and a used band aid under my bed and have the photos to prove it. Sheets had some dirt visible. I can not believe that they are allowed to rent out rooms here.

This property is LITERALLY next to the INTERSTATE!
This hotel is located a literal stone's throw from Interstate 81.... Soooo if you're not goig to get a QUIET ROOM on the end of the building close by the highway.... My wife and I both had to wear earplugs the second night to rest....

Charged a $50 fee for an 8lb house trained dog. No where on the website was a pet charge mentioned! I even went on your chat to verify my dog could be there, they didn’t mention a pet fee. Given a room with filthy stains on the ruG! I took pictures and told front desk. No towels in room. Ice 3 floors away. Property under construction so I did accept this, but the final bill was ridiculous. Hard to recommend this place! So angry!

The property is conveniently located to shops, dining, and the race track. It was going through some remodeling, but that wasn't too much inconvenience. The staff was very friendly. The check in process was smooth. The room was not very clean (band aid was stuck in the shower). I did ask the front desk to check the bathroom. They apologized, but when we returned the band aid was still there. The shower did not drain during our stay. Overall, it was a good value, but not what I have come to expect from IHG hotels.

Not the best stay
We were placed in a handicapped room. My fiancé is 6 foot tall and he was unable to see in the mirror in the bathroom, there was a seat in the shower. It was removable but we did not request this type of room. Also, there wasn't any hot water in our room. If you like extra firm mattresses this would be a perfect sleeping environment. The hotel is under construction which should be noted when booking.

This plave is a wreck. Nothing good about it. 2 alarms at midnight and had to take legally blind wife down 6 flights of stairs and 2 outside where it was raining. 2 kind men got her a wheel chair and rolled her back to 5th floor. It was a false alarm. Have no kind words for this place.

Very disappointed in the stay. Restaurant and fitness room were closed for renovations This was not divulged to guests prior to checking in. The young lady who checked me in was nice and efficient. Subsequent front desk personnel were gruff and uncaring. Will not stay there again.

July 2021. Hotel is under remodeling, customers should be notified. No refrigerator, microwave, coffee cups, restaurant, or fitness center, key pad did not work and maintenance had to open every time. Expedia should not show this hotel having breakfast available or other amenities. Rates should be adjusted based on these not be available.

Cold shower.
The hotel is under construction and we should have been notified before we chose it. With five hotels for less money next door we chose our hotel out of familiarity. The lobby is gloomy and under construction. The room had hair on the faucet, ribbon wrapped around the drain in the sink and the water is turned down to an uncomfortable cool temp.

I rented this room because in Hotels.com it said there was a sofa bed, THERE WASN'T! That meant my 6ft son, had to share a bed with me or one of his sisters or sleep on the chair. The AC not only didn't cool correctly, made a horrible noise while it was on and some how and even uglier sound when turning off. There was construction in the hotel, which was not listed on website. The mattress was as hard as a rock. After driving 15+ hours all I wanted was to get a good night sleep before hitting the road again. Didn't happen.

The hotel was going through a remodel and it was a hot mess. Pool was closed, no breakfast on weekends, hot water was slow, and the fire alarms went off. Awful. We ended up not staying.

The hotel was under renovation and this was not known when I made the reservation. It was quite dusty from construction. One of the boilers was out so we had to take chance with having or not having hot water. My stay was pleasant but not among the best I have had with Holiday Inn.

Biggest complaint was that they stuck me in a room that still had a deuce in the toilet. Then the next morning the fire alarm went off at 7:45am and it was a false alarm. The construction on the property wasn’t a problem to me until everything else snowballed out of control. Probably would not go back to this location.

The property was dirty, our room was dirty. We had to call the desk to get towels, toilet paper. None of the ice machines on any floor were working. Our room was extremely noisy. The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. The overall stay was horrible, would not recommend this hotel to anyone!!!

It was good other than the room not having a refrigerator or microwave in the room. I also did not understand why we werent stocked with more than 1 roll of toilet paper. We expected the obvious things with a hotel room and didnt experience all that with 4 people sharing the room.

This property was undergoing renovations, yet the facility and staff were accommodating and pleasant. Our dog was welcome, and we were able to get a good night’s sleep and rest up for another day on the road.
