Definitely a good place to stay
This hotel is awesome the staff is great they understood the situation my family was in and did a amazing job keeping us comfortable. While we looked for a new apartment. The place is very clean and the maid staff always made sure to check if we needed clean towels or anything. The pool area is very well taken care of.

After switching rooms twice upon check-in, (due to the rooms being at about 55 degrees) we decided to suck it up and make the 2rd room work for us.

Home away from home
The staff is very friendly and welcoming. When ever we had a problem they fixed it right away. The maid service was awesome they always made sure we had clean towels and bedding since we had a long stay here. The pool area is great for the kids.

Great price for the stay. Hotel is a little run-down but nothing major. We had a great time - pool was open late and staff were very friendly and helpful. We upgraded to a Junior Suite which included a microwave and mini-fridge. We did notice microwaves in the lobby though for guest use. There was no way to using streaming services (Netflix, Disney+, etc.) but we brought a laptop & an HDMI cord so we were able to have a nice movie night.

The bar was opened, but closed too early and all that came to this facility to enjoy a football game, had a hard time with this and we had to bring our own beverage to the lobby to see a game in the screen and interact with other people. The last day there was a blackout and our floor had no emergency lights and the hallway was completely dark. I had to use my cellphone to see way out, thanks God we were heading out, it was almost time for checkout. Some of the staff had no idea about where I was able to charge my e-car and had to Google it and walk to the place. Completely disappointed, and not forgetting that the heater make a horrible sound that woke me up constantly that evening.

Nice, Affordable, Set back location.
Nice, set back location. Rooms are clean, needs updates but beds are very comfortable. Front desk very friendly. Can’t beat the price. My only complaint during my stay was our phone kept ringing at 6am, several times, we assumed it was by mistake and must of been wake up calls. We would have liked to sleep in a little later.

I took my two kids there, online says arcade/ game room. They dont have one. The indoor pool was cold and the room where the pool was freezing. We had ants in our room also. The beds were clean , hot water good, easy to get to. I wouldn't recommend a family with little kids to go there.

I booked an overnight stay over the weekend for a festival and the conditions of the room were less than ideal. Specifically the bathroom. The tub had a leak, the “bath mat” was visibly dirty. There was a beetle in the bathroom. The lampshades were stained. The only saving grace was they seemed to have upgraded the sheets. This place is definitely not worth what they are charging despite how the outside looks. However the service was exceptional. The front desk was very welcoming and the food station servers were wonderful. They definitely carry the establishment.

The room we had the rug was very old, smelled and was dirty. We had to find two rooms the day before a Patriots game and this hotel was one of the few open.
The location is fine. The people were nice. There was even some great Christian music playing in the morning - so unsure if they were having a church service or what but that was very cool.
Unfortunately one of the two rooms we staying in with our family was so bad.

We are currently staying here to go to a Patriots game. The hotel is gross, it is falling apart, the HVAC system in our room smells terribly of mildew/mold, the shower is awful and does not drain. We are never coming back to this place!

Will not stay here again.
Upon checkin the agent was extremely unhelpful, she gave poor directions to our room, we ended up walking around the entire hotel looking for our room all she told us was go right which took us to the opposite side of our room. The room itself was clean but does not stay warm throughout the night we kept waking up to turn on the thermostat.

NOT WORTH THE MONEY!
Stayed here 15-20 years back when it was a Sheriton, but not the case now. Had to change rooms in the middle of the night because worn dated bathtub/shower fixtures leaked water all over the floor. Hot tub has been removed and all the plants once around the pool are all gone leaving a cold sterile environment. When I asked for a microwave (now standard in most hotels) I was told there wound be a $10 additional fee, so I passed. After seeing I was charged TWICE for the $25 "room incidentals I asked for a receipt upon check out but told one could not be provided because the room was booked through a 3rd party. I'll never stay there again because for $150 on a TUESDAY night in an ALMOST EMPTY hotel, I can do MUCH better locally especially when The NE Patriots are NOT playing down a road a few miles, which just for the record, they were not. Like the title says, NOT WORTH THE MONEY.

I want impressed with my room. It was very musty smelling they had a dehumidifier going in our room. We were only there for one night so it wasn’t a big deal. But for $310 a night I expected a nicer room.

I called ahead and requested early checkin and they told me I could check in at 1:00 p.m. I arrived to check in and the girl at the desk just pointed at the sign that said no early check in. I told her that I called ahead and was told I could check in at 1:00 and she rudely said the rooms were not ready and would not be until 2:30. When we arrived to our rooms, we found a dirty sock on the floor under a chair, the base of the floor lamp was either dirty or had black mold and the doors between our rooms were also black and dirty. Very disappointed with the overall hotel.

First room the carpet was completely soak with water and stain. The room smell wet. They change us to a new room and the AC was leaking from the ceiling. We put towels on the floor and went to sleep. It was not the best place to stay but they did try there best to help move us although it felt like the same issue was happening in each room.

When we checked in we were given a room with a king bed when our reservation was for a room with 2 queen beds. The room with the king had the smell of smoke and a can of “smell away” on the counter. We went back to the desk and they gave us another room with 2 queen beds. The room was supposed to have a kitchenette but I didn’t feel like going back down. The room smelled musty and the fridge wasn’t plugged in. It would have been nice to know there was no window to the outside and the sliding door opened up to over look the lobby. There were dogs in both the room across from us and down the hall that were barking non stop. The front desk did respond to this when we called them. The parking lot was not well lit. For what we paid for the night it was no where near worth the money. We were very disappointed and will not be staying here again.

Nice place, but damp....
This was a nice place and very close to Foxboro Stadium where we saw a concert. That was it's best feature. The restaurant was closed for a private party (grrr). Also the room was just plain damp (there was a dehumidifier running full time in the room).

There is a considerable amount of deferred maintenance required on this property. The front entrance windows were filthy, unwashed for probably many many years in our room number 120 smelled of cigarette smoke in the bathroom needs a good cleaning and updating.

Ok but not worth another stay
The hotel was nice from the outside, but inside the room the dust built up on the windowsill was heavy, the curtains were ripped and wouldn’t close all the way, there was rust on the bottom of tub and the trimming in the hallway was falling onto the floor. The smell of the room was musty but at least the beds were comfortable. I would not book another stay there.

Hotel was definitely not what I had envisioned!
Right when we first pulled into the parking lot we were skeptical, then when we reached the entrance of the hotel we knew right away, this place was not going to be clean. We were correct. The glass on the entrance doors were filthy, looking as though they hadn’t been washed in quite some time. The lobby looked clean enough until further inspection. The carpets in the lobby, down the hallways to our room, and including inside our room, were dirty and had significant build up of dirt and debris along the edge of the walls and door jams. The room was musty and wreaked of body odor. The people next door to us said their room smelled so bad they had to request being switched to another room. We determined that we would live with the smell for the one night we were staying there. Our room was clean enough to bare, but not enough so that we could relax. I wished I had flip flops to wear in the shower. The window coverings were ripped and did not open. We spoke with a few other guests who were staying at the hotel for the first time who were completely disgusted by the condition of the hotel and said they would never stay there again the next time they are in the area. The hotel was definitely not what I EnVisioned it to be, based on the pictures and I definitely do not EnVision myself staying there ever again and neither should you.

We were there for a concert at Gillette Stadium, they would not let us check in early so they had a lot of people waiting to check in being that check in time is 3pm. So the line was soooo long when the time arose to check in.The first room we were given smelled like urine, so I had to stand in the line again to get a new room but the at room had a strange smell as well. They offer a shuttle to the stadium but charges 50 each way which is unnecessarily high when the stadium is 10mins away

Overall the room was clean! They provided a welcome goodie bag. The beds were comfortable.
The negatives were the bathroom outlet didn’t work, the phone in the room only worked on speakerphone. No shuttle provided to Gillette stadium. Had to pay taxi service $50 each way for 2 ppl I get it was a concert but for the price of hotel room they should provide free shuttle
No free breakfast. Big issue was there was a sign at front desk saying no early check-in and no late check-outs.

When I arrived three different people searched for my reservation nobody could find it. I tried to call hotels.com. Couldn’t find a phone number to call anybody so I was getting really frustrated after about 30 minutes of trying to contact hotels.com (I had tixs to a concert that start at 7,was an hr.late)
I finally went back in and asked them to look again, and the person who looked this time found the reservation so I’m still not sure what happened.
Went to the room got settled left for the concert, came back later that night and there was a leak in the room coming from the ceiling, call the front desk and the young man working with very nice said he had two clean rooms left, and gave us a different room.

Overall we were happy that we had a room since everywhere else was booked for a concert at Gillette. But this place is extremely outdated. The smell of the room was horrific and gave us all horrible headaches. The dehumidifier was completely full after just an hour so that’s telling you something. If wasn’t dirty, but definitely wasn’t clean. We were happy to be only there for one night and left pretty early in the morning.
I will say we loved and appreciated the Beyoncé blaring through the hotel when we arrived since we were seeing her that night. It’s defiantly a party hotel, just not a super clean one.

When we arrived we could not connect to the wifi and when attempting to contact the front desk, the phone in our room was broken. When I went to the front desk, I wasn't given a password or any way of sharing the info with my fellow guests, one of the staff members took my phone and connected me. Once back in my room I was no longer connected. This was frustrating, as I was banking on working on my computer from the hotel.

We picked the hotel for its proximity to Gillette Stadium, and its location made our commute to and from Gillette very easy. The staff was also incredible and very welcoming.
The condition of the room, however, was not as ideal. The mold growing all over the ceiling of our room and the smell of mildew were the worst I’d ever experienced in an inhabitable place. I can’t imagine staying longer than a night and I’m thankful we don’t have any health conditions that would be triggered by this unsafe environment.

The hotel was not clean. We had to wait over an hour past check in time because the room “wasn’t ready”. The room smelled like chlorine. The tub and sink filled with water. There was a curtain in the room that opened to the lobby. Very noisy at 12am. Would not stay here again. The only good thing is the kitchenette area in the suite and it is in close proximity to the xfinity center.

We stayed at this property a couple years back when it was a holiday Inn since changing hands it is a completely different place. Our blankets were set to the point we felt we were sleeping in a water bed. There were stains all over the carpet. We found bottle caps in our room left over from previous stay. I wasn’t expecting a Marriott but I was hoping for something a little betting considering we paid $320.

When I booked this hotel it looked pretty good in the pictures. That was one of the reasons I booked this hotel. Once I got there I was sadly disappointed. It felt like false advertising.
We were on the second floor, which is no big deal. However there was not an option for an elevator to get to the second floor. We walked around and could not find an elevator. Mind you I don't mind taking the stairs. When we got to the stairs, there was a young couple who were also looking for an elevator as her boyfriend was in a wheelchair due to a broken leg. Luckily there were people around to help get them, their wheelchair, and bags up to the second floor.
The stairs the the second floor are down near the pool area. It was in a hallway that was dimly lit. The carpet on the stairs were ripped and falling off the stairs.
When we got the the second floor our room was not what the pictures portrayed. The door had a chunk missing out of it like someone had tried to break in. Once inside the room there was a huge stain on the rug. The room was dusty and was in need of a deep clean. There was a tiny balcony which the slider door was unlocked when we got to the room. After closing and locking the door we found that if you jiggle it a few times it the door would open. The bathroom looked like someone had recently used it. The shower still had water in it along with someone else hair. There was also black mold in the shower. The paint was bubbling and peeling off the ceiling. Unimpressed.

The location was convenient to the Xfinity Center.
However, the facility is run down. Carpets in the hallways and room stained and dirty (needed vacuuming). Rusty light fixtures in bedroom and slippery tub with no mat.
No breakfast - not even continental offered. No coffee.

Dirty, uncomfortable, do not recommend
This hotel is rundown and dirty. I found dead bugs in my room, and overall needs to be deep cleaned. The beds were uncomfortable and our toilet was broken. The white towels had stains on them.
The way the hotel was set up felt like a jail. Rooms all overlooking a common area. Very bizarre.

I’ve stayed at the EnVision property in Everett a few times and have enjoyed my stay. This property however, was disappointing. I rented two double rooms as my family and I were going to a concert at Xfinity center. The location is perfect for concerts. Room one’s light fixtures were missing lightbulbs and one of the lights didn’t work. The second room (my room) had a Q tip and hair clip in the sheets when we pulled them back to go to bed. Gross! We then looked at the sheets of the second bed and noticed blood stains around the perimeter of the comforter. This bed was also missing a flat sheet. We had just gotten back from the concert so it was 1 am. We called the front desk for a bed change, which we were told could not be accommodated. They did however switch our rooms, which was a little frustrating to pack all of our belongings at 1 AM. The over night staff member did the best he could given the situation. We didn’t have any issues in the new room. I showed the front desk the pictures of the uncleanliness the next morning at check out, the staff member apologized, and was told the day manager would give me a call and follow up. Unfortunately, I never received call. The on-site restaurant was awesome, and staff were kind and helpful. Unfortunately, we will not be returning due to the state/ uncleanliness of BOTH rooms and lack of follow up.

Upon checking the person working at the front desk was very nice. The restaurant advertised was closed so that was inconvenient after a long drive and picking out what we were going to eat from the menu online. The pool area was nice and clean. The hotel smelled musty but the room was clean. The walls are thin you can hear everything! Also there were dirty knives in the hallway which was concerning since there was no where to eat. Most all the equipment in the gym is broke or missing and it’s dirty. We left after one night and booked through the hotel at another location since expedia customer service refused to assist us after reporting the listing on the expedia is really false advertisement about the hotel. It looks nothing like the pictures.

Checked in customer service person was wonderful. We received our room key and we were given a room that was still dirty from the prior guest.
