The staff was very friendly, courteous and attentive. Our room was very clean and neat. We were close to where we needed to go and the parking was great. I also liked that grub hub was offered at the hotel. With a group of people it was helpful.

Our room was not cleaned during our stay despite the fact we were out of the room from 10am-3pm and then again after 6pm - thus was a 2 night stay and we would have expected the room to be cleaned after our first night

Travelled to MA to visit friends and enjoy a BC football game! We would highly recommend the Homewood Suites in Needham. The location was convenient, the hotel was clean, the amenities included everything we needed, and the staff was courteous!

I liked it alot and it was easy to find :) so clean and quiet...loved that my large family could be accomated legally in one room instead of forcing me to book 2 rooms ...awesome for larger families and sound proof. :)

Stayed here with my husband and children for a quick weekend getaway to Boston and Salem. Overall the property was great and very clean. The complementary breakfast was amazing. Only complaint and not even a complaint but more a suggestion would be that the concierge could have been a little friendlier. But overall great stay and would stay here again.

I loved the spacious room that included a small kitchen.
For the price of this property, I would expect that free WifFi would be included. It is not. Free WiFi is a fairly consistent expectation for most travelers.

Fall Leaf Trip

The property was new and well maintained. However, we had a little difficulty with some of the service when trying to get a small issue with our sheets addressed. Otherwise, the hotel had all the amenities we were wanting and was nice and quiet and generally clean. And when we needed fresh towels and the batteries replaced in our remote both were addressed promptly. The room was very comfortable and had everything we needed.

The property is beautiful & right on the water. We were very welcomed at check-in by Daphne. She was an absolute delight. The room was adequate, but the carpet looked very old, worn & stretched out; it definitely needs replacing. We were surprised at that because it is expensive & the rest of the property is clean & modern. Otherwise the room was clean & bed comfy.
We were grateful to have housekeeping services daily. Valet service was available, which would be convenient. Yet we opted to park a couple of blocks away for had the price.

Each room has a motion sensor that when it detects movement a light goes off like a flash. It kept waking my son and I up.

Nice resort would stay again.
We had a nice stay at this resort. The only thing I would suggest is not being near the elevator on the 2nd floor. We arrived around 10pm and the room had a weird smell but we were exhausted so we dealt with it. Next day same smell but we used the pool and the pool had the same smell. Our room was right above the pool so the smell from the chemicals must be coming up into the rooms. Other than this the stay was fine. The 1 bedroom suite was very roomie. The beds were comfy and the room was very nice. We had breakfast both mornings and there were plenty of options that were good.

The staff was pleasant, the room was clean and the beds comfortable.
My only complaint was we had a 6AM flight out of Boston Logan International and when we booked the hotel, it told us it was like 9 minutes from the airport. We were shocked when we checked in and the gentleman at the front desk told us we were approximately 30-45 minutes away depending on traffic. Had we known this we might have chosen a location closer to the airport, but otherwise great hotel and highly recommended for someone looking in that area.

Excellent hotel with wonderful amenities and atmosphere. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are amazing. The free breakfast is delicious and has a wide variety of options. There was nothing I didn’t like. An almost brand new facility kept very clean. The deluxe studio suite had a full kitchen a very comfortable king sized bed. Free parking which isn’t easy to find in the Boston area. A free full breakfast that was very good with make your own waffle machines. Coffee available in the lobby area 24/7. About 20 minutes from Boston.

Stayed there the weekend of 8/19/2023. Very pleasant stay. Clean, Quiet, Safe...Staff was very hepful & polite. I would recommend anyone to stay here if they're visiting the Dedham area. Its just 10 minutes over in the next town called Needham.. Its also 30 minutes from Downtown or Seaport area in Boston Ma. 😊

Hotel is great, very clean. Great place to stay with family away from Boston. Tucked away very nicely away from everything with the convenience of the highway and gas station being very close. We ran out of supplies in our room and the pool area had no towels. We kept on seeing numerous people coming down for basic supplies such as toilet paper, towels because the rooms were not stocked at all. We never saw housekeeping at all either so that may be the problem. Get ready to ask for all basic needs because this hotel does not restock the rooms or they are being completely cheap.

This hotel is super clean, front desk was friendly, the room was very spacious and very convenient right off the highway but set back so you don’t have highway noise. The only down falls were flat pillows and the staff couldn’t keep up with the free breakfast offered.

Mostly good and modern, but a couple room oddities
The Good: A nice hotel, fairly new appearance and just a bit off the I-95. Parking in back, modern lobby and quick check-in. They honored my request for 6th floor and facing the interstate (odd #s), since the other view faces an industrial area (even #s). We didn't hear the cars on the I-95 other than a rare exceptionally loud motorcycle. Breakfast was solid, but unremarkable, as you'd expect.
The Bad: there were only 30 channels on the TV, and many of those didn't end up having signal... pretty poor for a modern hotel. There was no vent in the bathroom, so showering got things pretty steamy. Not what you want for July in Boston. A high power vent fan in the corner would run at full speed constantly, no matter what you did to the wall control (fan set to off, temp high or low, a/c set to auto or off... it just kept blasting air).
Only a few quick bites in the area, but it was plenty sufficient for our 2 night stay to see Boston. And the kitchenette and full-size fridge/freezer allowed us to get groceries instead of eating out.

This hotel is in an area of corporate offices and warehouses with no residences nearby, which results in an exceptionally safe environment. Although the hotel is fairly close to Route 128/95 we have heard no traffic noise in our rooms during any of our several stays at the hotel. The suites are of ample size, with well equipped kitchens. The morning breakfast is excellent. A Panera Bakery is about a half-mile away. Needham Center is less than three miles away and has several good restaurants.

A very Happy Birthday Celebration!
We had a family reunion to celebrate a significant birthday. Our rooms were lovely, and comfortable. The Lobby is a welcoming and comfortable area. The Continental breakfast had something for everyone. It was terrific. The Staff, to a person, we're very friendly and helpful. They made our stay care free

Excellent Memorial Day trip
Everything was wonderful with our stay. We had to add a day on each end of the weekend and it was a seamless transaction. We were able to keep the same room no problems! Breakfaat was quick and easy, room was spacious and very clean. Kids enjoyed the pool and basketball. An easy stop off the highway. Overall a very successful trip.

There was nothing I didn't like about this stay. The room was immaculate to say the least and I'm very picky. The sheets were so soft and comfy with my choice of pillow sizes. The kitchen especially was spotless considering how dirty one can get in a hotel. It was an adorable little suite that was large enough to feel bigger than a regular hotel room. I really got into the fact that the toiletries were large bottles in the shower and sink area that could be refilled, not wasting plastic. I noticed that the shower only got to a certain degree of hotness so that I did not get burnt. A perfect temperature. The breakfast was nice, all kinds of rolls and bread, cheese omelettes, sausage and hash browns and delicious coffee. I really am a picky traveler. I usually bring my own pillow cases and I do always bring my own washcloth. I had a great time. It was totally worth the price.

Property was convenient to highway, room was clean, free parking and good breakfast. Having refrigerator and small kitchen with microwave was great.
The room was not well soundproofed - hall noise and adjacent room noise was easily heard. Also, can't use the bathroom area wash basin without casting light and noise to the bed area. Would be nice if barrier between bath area and bed area.

The bed was unmade / slept in when I got to the room. I checked in very late at night so I made do, sleeping on top of the bedspread, and mentioned it the next morning to staff when checking out. They couldn't compensate me in any way, even though I'm a Hilton Honors member, since I had prepaid through Expedia. Learned not to do that again.

Stayed 4 nights in early April, family of 5 with preteen-teen kids. Our sheets looked, felt and smelled clean but had a couple of loose hairs under the covers (another guest complained at front). One of two elevators out of service for 2 days, then was fixed & much better. Last morning, fire alarm interrupted breakfast. We all evacuated and then the elevators weren’t working after that - luckily we checked out, but we had to walk up 5 flights of stairs (could’ve been worse). We liked the suite style room with a separate bedroom and living area. Bathroom only had 3bath towels so we requested 2 more at the front desk. Shower was good. There were 2 wall hooks, which we loved, although the one on the door came off easily. A common complaint of mine is the plastic toilet seat sliding to the side, and this did so, but not as bad as other places. AC had a hard time keeping to my setting. It stayed warm for hours when I lowered the temp then stayed cool when I raised the temp as weather got colder. The bed was comfortable, I like the soft pillows (3 per bed), sheets felt nice, but I didn’t care for the covers on top. Breakfast was available so we ate to save on expenses, but it was just meh. They had a sausage, some kind of potato and eggs each morning, with an oatmeal pot and 2 waffle makers. They seem to like doing the round empty omelette thing, or the cheese filled one, but made regular scrambled eggs once. Need a car to find dining options far. Overall decent stay for price.

We had no bath towels or linens/pillows for the pullout couch. The room could have used more than 1 chair for the table. Long wait times for the one operating elevator
The linens & towels were brought fairly quickly after informing the front desk.
Free parking and breakfast were a welcome addition.
Our grandson liked the TV programs.
It looked like the families using the pool and fitness room were really enjoying themselves.
