Previous time front desk very warm ! This time front desk trainee told if caught smoking, ( which I don't) there's a 500 dollar fine . What a 20 yo. snot nose kid ! I won't be back.

This was an amazing hotel to stay at for our event at the convention center. It was a short/interior walk directly into the convention center. The hotel was nicely updated and even had workout equipment in the rooms. The breakfast was good, there was ample parking, and the staff was friendly.

Overall - wonderful!
We stayed the weekend for a gymnastics meet. The entire staff (especially Barbara!!) was wonderful, helpful, and pleasant. Our room was amazing! We had fitness equipment and a bike. There were filtered water and ice stations to refill our water bottles. Location was convenient to everything.
We will definitely be back!

Facility was beautiful. Really smelled fresh and looked clean. Enjoyed large Workout room. Nice large tv, but not enough space to comfortably use computer on desk. Also, would be nice if had a couch.

Bad elevator
This is our second time staying at this hotel first being for a funeral; second being for a family gathering. Overall the hotel isn’t bad it’s actually a nice clean hotel but the reason for the 3 stars is because of the elevator. It is terrible and needs to be replaced. It takes a very long time to come to the floor and it makes noise and shake while riding in it.

Very clean beautiful rooms. Hotel staff are fantastic. There is a restaurant on premises. Highly recommend opting for the breakfast for 2 option. It is a fresh sit down served breakfast ( not a typical self serve breakfast). Pricing on Expedia pre purchase is basically a 2 for 1.

I didn’t like the fact that my room was confirmed, but when I got to the hotel, they said it was not, and they did absolutely to help me to get it resolved. So I had to wait three hours to get into my room and I was in town for a funeral.

It was very dirty. My shower had stuff at the bottom and sheets were not clean. Stains on the sheets and pillow cases i had to get anew room and staff was rude about it. Wheni got my new room the shower was still dirty. They tried to tell me my shower wasnt dirty.

Typically, I stay in a suite but was unable to do so this visit. My room was adjoining to someone else’s and they were loud BOTH DAYS I was there. One night, someone was arguing outside or near my door at 130 in the morning! And there’s no quick button on the phone that rings to the front desk so I would’ve had to get up and go downstairs to let the staff know. They were loud my entire stay at all hours of the day and night. We did not enjoy ourselves this trip at all. From now on, I won’t stay on this property unless I can stay in the suite…😔

Elevators Need Replaced
The elevators are old and need replaced. When the convention center is busy, the wait for elevators is long. They shake and rattle to a stop or just stop working when you’re getting on.

Hotel was nice only thing was bed sheets were wet and smelled bad. Also people were outside in the parking the whole night and was very noisy which was a bummer when you are trying to rest wish the hotel staff would have done something about it

Great all around. Only thing EVEN needs to change is it’s hanging spaces for garments. There are two cubes with hang rods and they are too small for anything but shirts. One has to have them hanging over the outside of the hanging spaces.

Fairly pleasant experience overall
I got an affordable rate for a one-night stay. Overall, the experience was pretty good. The room was clean, well-stocked, and generally very quiet. I was able to get a good night's sleep. The staff I did encounter at check-in/check-out were friendly. The room had a faint smell of paint or varnish that bothered me a bit at first - I couldn't quite place it. The elevator was a little scary. It stops and starts abruptly, "bumping" you to and from your floor. But, all things considered, it was a pleasant experience.

Favorite hotel in the area
The hotel has been recently updated and looks very nice!!! My room was perfect for my need...relaxation!!! The bedroom was well appointed...the bed quite comfortable and the ability to cast right to the TV from my device was awesome!!! The bathroom was very nice and also well appointed...the shower is amazing!!! The only small issue i had was with the toilet not flushing very well. I have read this in several other reviews as well so test it out when you first get there. Other than that i couldn't habe asked for anything more...except another night of peace and quiet!!!

The hotel is getting run down. The lobby area is nice, the location is very convenient to the Credit Union 1 Amphitheater, but the rooms and hallways are in need of an update. Wallpaper is peeling, bathrooms are not very clean and need an update. The beds and tv area are nice. Overall just an average place to stay, needs a refresh. I've stayed here a few years ago and it was in much better condition.

Sadly to say, I did like this property but they charged $85 for a towel, bath rag and pillow case in which they said had a stain! In all my adult life …30 years I have never been charged for anything like these and my regiment has not changed! Very disappointed!! They didn’t even reach out to me and I learned about the charge from my credit card and I had to contact them. I take pride in leaving a place how I found it and this seems a little ridiculous..

Nice hotel—a bit overpriced
Hotel is nice, but kind of expensive. A large hotel which only has two elevators and only one was working at the time. You waited quite a long time for the elevator. Our room was supposed to be fairly spacious, but seemed kind of small. The bathroom was very nice. No breakfast options. When they have something at the convention center, room prices double.

One and done…..
The check-in process was easy, staff were nice, and the bed was decent/comfortable. However, the bathroom floor was very dirty so I was happy to have sandals and my husband always wore his shoes to the bathroom. Also, the elevator was frightening to use and smelled liked oil….felt very unsafe and other patrons commented on how scared they felt about using it. We were surprised by the condition of the hotel given the age of it.

The hotel was great. I chose it specifically because it was so close to the concert venue where Shania Twain concert was only 1.5 miles away. The rooms were very nice. The hotel was surprisingly very quiet considering it was sold out on Sat night for the concert.The room was very spaciou.The shower was excellent, nice set up. The beds were so comfortable. The lobby and the little eating area for breakfast was very nice. We ate breakfast both days there. The food was delicious. Susan our waitress was very nice, attentive and friendly. My partner and I had a very nice conversation with her the day we checked out. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is traveling to this area.
