Nice room, good food!
We always have a great stay at this Holiday Inn! It's right off 93/95, has smart courteous staff and "Bamboo" next door. (Try the lobster sauce.)

No room keys
I would say not so good. We never had a room key during our stay and had to rely on staff to let us in our room when we wanted to return. This defeats the purpose of having a hotel room and felt more like a dormitory. This is an issue you think would be priority to fix but we stayed for two days and never had a correction to the issue or anything offered in return for the inconvenience. This was our place to stay when visiting family in the area but think we will be moving on after this experience.

Right near I-95 entrance. Big shopping mall and movie theaters within 10 min drive. Lors of good restaurants within 5-10 min drive. Room clean, spacious - kibg size bed, nice cushioned chair with ottoman. Only lukewarm water for shower. When i was there TV not working and their keyless entry to rooms not working. Had to be escorted to room by staff to open room door each time.

I reserve 3 rooms for my family one off the rooms so nasty lot of trash smells ugly. No notification about pool close ( kids love to visit just for pull) please make sure all your guests feel comfortable!

Breakfast was 12.95 on your sight It said 7 something every other hotel usually have free breakfast no business center and no service from the maid gentleman at front desk were very good when we walked in the place smelt like fish really bad down stairs

The staff was friendly but the facility is in a very unwalkable location. It’s surrounded by large parking lots and they have potholes, no sidewalks and limited lighting. The facility itself is very average. The breakfast which we purchased twice was not great. Food wasn’t hot and even the dinning room was cold.

Staff at as great but we had a clogged shower that we had to deal with and when we asked to change rooms the staff member inquired about our sleeping arrangements (queer couple w a king) and then tried to move us to two queens. It felt like a something that would not have happened if we were a heterosexual couple and it made us uncomfortable when he asked if we were sharing a bed. Very friendly guy and I know he meant nothing by it but it really disappointed me.

Outdated hotel not up to the expected quality for the brand. Someone had clearly smoked in my room in the past and the internet wasn't functional enough to be able to do any work in my room.

Check in was quick but ineffective. Both keys we were given didn’t work. The room was not what we requested. Instead of a premium corner double, we got the first room of the desk (noisy), one king bed. The front desk concierge was neither friendly or helpful.

Stayed for a week for a work trip: if you can choose any other hotel for around the same price just do it. Gym was filthy, front door staff had friends and family hanging out with them at all times and could care less about the guests. My door didn’t lock all the way, no one came to fix and on the weekends this hotel turns into a place for people to party. As a solo female traveler on work trips I did not feel safe here.

Hotel is fairly gross. Garbage strewn in hallways. Common space garbage pails were over flowing.
Pool is broken. Room wasn’t cleaned or restocked during 3 day stay despite reminding the front desk several times.
Asked to have a manager call me. Still awaiting that conversation. Calling credit card company to dispute

Absolutely disgusting. Carpet was sticky to walk on with red stains (blood?). The bathroom had some weird black mold growing m in the corner and the paint was peeling up from the tub. Entry way to the hotel wreaked of cigarette smoke and the little pantry with snacks looked like it hadn’t been restocked in days.
I arrived there after 3 weeks in Africa and by far the most disgusting place I’ve stayed. Unfortunately I was so jet lagged and there were no other rooms in the hotel. When I told the front desk person the next morning that the room was uninhabitable - and showed her pictures- she clearly didn’t care at all. She jotted on a piece of paper to her manager my name with a note “complained about cleanliness”.
Awful expletive all around!!

Water pressure was low in the bath as well as the shower head was loose and pointed down. The tub is way to small for a larger person.

When making the reservations for the property we came with the intention of swimming because of summertime upon arrival we was informed that the pool was closed and wouldn't open till after we left to top it off after we was told that the pool was closed we was not giving any refund remedy or any suggestion of a cure or where it was pools close then they told us we couldn't get breakfast

Restaurant not on site. Says it’s part of the hotel, Asian Cuisine, not kid family. Breakfast not included, limited buffet. Small room and bathroom, barely enough room to move around

The first night the smoke alarm went off at 2:30 while i was sleeping. I called the front desk to tell them. I stopped while talking to them. Then 3 it went off the second time. They sent someone up. He got to the door and the alarm shut off. He was about to.leabe and told him he has tondo.something about this. As i was speaking the alarm went off again. He pulled the smoke.alarm off the celing. Not worth the price i paid. I was at the Four Points by Sheraton in Norwood, MA with a bigger room for the same price.

I had no warm running water couldn’t even take a shower I called and asked for someone to take a look nobody arrived. They said they’d move me into another room but they didn’t follow up with that as well. Overall just horrible communication and service was poor as well.

We have fire alarms going off for 2/3 days of stay there. Evacuated and all. For no reason. No peace. No quiet. No proper working sink in bathroom. 0/5 stars for sure

Room was located right near a very loud highway. Terrible windows so the noise was really bad. They moved me to another side but had to ask a few times for that to happen. Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night one night. Turned out to be a false alarm.

I never stay at any hotels that is less than 4 stars but unfortunately due to Taylor swifts concert, availability was limited. They first gave me the wrong room when I reserved a suite. Transferred me to the correct room that was not cleaned and used by another guest with trash left behind. The front desk person was rude and unapologetic of the inconvinience caused by the hotel. Within 10 minutes of trying to get ready because now we are late for our event due to all the room changes, the fire alarm starts going off and had to evacuate. The next day same thing happened and cause us to be late for the wedding. We did not get our breakfast cards, the carpet super filty, major upgrades needed, elevator old and filty, back doors are not locked and was easy access for outsiders and list goes on. Extremely disappointed and never again will I stay at a Holiday Inn.

Overall good experience. Jon the FOM was very nice & cordial. So was house keeping. The F&B didn’t look trained & rather rude at breakfast time- both of them. Bad vibes. Keeping an eye on you & kids. Hospitality etiquettes that can destroy appetite. Turning people away asking their room numbers in loud tones. Banging plates. Pool is small too. But the rooms division was good.

It was very confusing to get to the hotel and access the parking lots. The management needs to hire more staff.
Those that are on duty are very nice. Nick, who was working 3/24/2023, was doing the job of 3 people. He was checking people in, running the vending options, and getting me extra bedding because the pull out sofa in my room did not have any. He deserves a raise!
It was a similar situation Saturday night. You need at least 2 people after 5 pm. Especially because the lobby was full of people hanging out both Friday and Saturday nights until at least midnight.

This is probably probably one of the nicer hotels we’ve stayed at recently we’re traveling with kids I always look for a place that has breakfast options and a pool this holiday and didn’t disappoint Nick. Our desk agent was so friendly and kind and compassionate. He made this day and check in process so easy even though we got here at close to 10 o’clock at night, I would definitely stay here again and I’m a little bit disappointed that we didn’t stay more than one night.

AWESOME FRONT DESK TEAM
This hotel was very clean. Front desk had a lot going on with many events being held on the same night but they were quick, attentive and polite. Syed Shirazi was exceptionally helpful, gracious, accommodating and friendly! Thank you for a nice visit I had planned for my mom and friends.

Loved the hot apple cider in the lobby each night and the indoor pool for swimming laps. My room was immaculate and newly renovated, and the bed was very comfortable. The only negative is that the hotel is not visible from 1A (Washington Street) -- it sits behind the Dedham Dental Associates building, so you may miss the turn onto Ariadne Road. I did not notice a sign for the hotel on Washington. Overall, a very good stay. I plan on returning.

First time not satisfied with Holiday Inn
Bedroom corner walls not so clean. Shower slow. Bed comfortable though and room has no smell unlike the hallways have mildew smell. Just average not so much satisfied with the stay/ Just because I checked out the day of our last breakfast stay, the hotel was trying to charge me for the breakfast when we checked out by 8:30 and the check out was not till 1100am yet. So frustrating

Overall good.
Overall the stay was good. The hotel was fairly dirty in the common areas especially around the side entrances. We had maid service one day but not the second. Needed to go change towels at front desk ourselves.

The high speed internet was not easy to use. I needed to re-start my laptop each day in order to get back on to the internet. Thus, I had to sign in again in all my apps. This set up is not convenient.
